Chris responded to my message promptly and after sending him a few photos he was able to provide me a quote. Came out the next day and worked quickly to repair my carpet in time for listing photos. He was even kind enough to help us move some furniture out of the way. He was friendly and patient with the chaos at our house and I would absolutely recommend him and will call him for any carpet repair I may need in the future!

This company is a scam.  They will quote a price then try to get 5x the amount from your insurance. They will lie to you about mold. They will lie to your insurance company. If they can't get what they want from your insurance they will have lawyers leave scary messages.

Luckily they are also really stupid and don't get a signed contract.

Daryl was wonderful. i really had a nice experience. He tested for mold for a reasonable fee, sent it to the lab and i had an issue and then he resolved it. He's a detail oriented guy who will be concerned with doing a great job for you.  I have a lot of sensitivities to environmental issues and Daryl answered every question and worked with me. Now i have much cleaner air in the house. Wonderful experience.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane has a niche business in the valley! Other window companies only want to sell you windows. Shane's expertise in REPAIRING, is superb! Had him do a repair at a property I listed for sale and a repair at my own home. REALTORS, put Shane, Valiant Window Repair in your inspection repair toolbox. Quick response, great work and reasonably priced!

My pool had been leaking a few inches each week, and I was dreading a major issue. But, everything went smoothly with Leak Science.   Ryan was able to come out within a couple days of calling to schedule appointment.  He found the leak, and fixed it the same day; at a fair price. Thanks Ryan!

Received great service in the beginning.  They sent someone out right away to evaluate a mold situation under my kitchen sink.  Tyler arrived right on time and was incredibly informative and courteous.  He did let me know that it would be a a few days before I would received the estimate, so I expected a small wait. A full week passed - nothing.  I called to follow up the beginning of the next week explaining that I wanted to go with them, and hoped the delay had been a misunderstanding (typo in the email, went to the wrong person - anything).  Tyler answered the call and seemed genuinely surprised I had not heard anything.  I explained I checked my spam folder, trash, etc., but had received nothing. I was assured the estimator would reach out to me that day via my mobile.  Again - nothing.  They must not need the business or need to replace their estimator (or perhaps hire more).  Either way, it's a shame.  An excellent on-site crew to start, but the office lost the business.  Starting my search over again for a provider.  Huge waste of time.

UPDATE: Adding a star based on the immediate responses received here and in email to this review. Though I had already selected another provider and thus can't speak any further to the experience with ServPro, I do greatly appreciate their willingness to look into customer concerns and try and make it right.

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

I can't say enough good things about Ron and his company! We were duped by a tile guy that left our brand new house a complete mess! We couldn't get the tile cleaned and movers were coming. Rarely do you see any time of service you've ordered showing up right on time.  We had an appointment and there was the truck exactly when it should be.

The individual cleaning our carpets was friendly and did a super job.  He spent time making sure all was as it should be.  We will definitely be calling this company again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Arborist with a conscientious crew. Knowledgeable about tree care and can remove a tree + stump leaving no trace. Contractors with this level of enthusiasm and follow-thru are difficult to come by. (In this relationship, the customer has been more challenging to schedule than the work crew!)

Tom & Alicia run a terrific restoration business. We had water damage from a broken water heater in the garage with water coming through the wall back into a downstairs bedroom and closet. If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Had a water leak behind the cabinet in the main bathroom.   I had initially tried to contact Christian Brothers plumbing who couldn't fix the problem but they did recommend Master of Disaster.  Doug was the best.  Organized the job,  coordinated everything.   One of his guys didn't finish something in the bath and he actually finished it.   Then got a couple guys to put down this super looking vinyl laminate flooring.   I'm not sure the job would have went as smoothly.  Highly recommend!!!

My house has been plagued by funky smells in warm weather; after ruling out a few obvious sources, my mind went to mold. I called a few companies, all of which deployed some pretty severe scare tactics (and hefty price tags just to come out)!

I finally landed on Slate and was immediately reassured by Abby and my technician Chris who said he'd come give it the ocular pat down free of charge.

After a lengthy investigation, Chris surmised it probably wasn't mold at all and instead pointed us in the direction of a good HVAC tech to clean a filthy duct that was likely pulling crawl space air into the house. Makes sense!

In addition to setting our mind at ease, he was sure to share a few humorous anecdotes, personal stories and warnings about the dangers of liquid candles (note to self: never buy)!

I'd recommend this honest, awesome company to anyone! As first time homeowners we've been through the ringer this year, we are so happy when we meet a company that's not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares.

Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.

Fraud. Over priced and don't do good work. Get them out of Phoenix! Do not use!!!!!!!!
