I had my bathroom renovated years ago and when they tiled my shower they used grout instead of caulk where the fiberglass shower pan meets the wall tile. Well, the grout has eroded over the years and I had started to notice water getting in there. I'm no mold expert, I'm no tile expert, so my mind is thinking water leaking behind the tile and under the shower pan is probably a hotbed for mold. Found Moldex on Yelp and saw the great reviews so I called. We scheduled a Saturday morning appointment which they usually don't do but because they're professionals they said they would. Morning came and he was on time and super professional, checked everything and asked me questions, after that he told me I had nothing to worry about and I can rest easy.

I would highly recommend them because they aren't out to just take money, they care about what they do and you know you're going to get professionals that do professional work.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

My husband and I had Leak Science come out to inspect our pool pop ups last month when we were buying our first home. Ryan and his colleague came out promptly and were very up front and honest about what would be involved in diving our pool.

Ultimately, after looking at the pool, Ryan recommended we try a home bucket test to see if the pool was leaking instead of diving the pool (warning us that this can get costly). They also inspected a crack in the pool surface to make sure it wasn't leaking, and in the end didn't even charge us for the visit.

I really appreciated Ryan's honesty and for suggesting a solution to our problem that saved us money. Honesty is priceless these days!! Thank you, Ryan and the Leak Science team, we will definitely be calling you for any other pool services in the future.

Received great service in the beginning.  They sent someone out right away to evaluate a mold situation under my kitchen sink.  Tyler arrived right on time and was incredibly informative and courteous.  He did let me know that it would be a a few days before I would received the estimate, so I expected a small wait. A full week passed - nothing.  I called to follow up the beginning of the next week explaining that I wanted to go with them, and hoped the delay had been a misunderstanding (typo in the email, went to the wrong person - anything).  Tyler answered the call and seemed genuinely surprised I had not heard anything.  I explained I checked my spam folder, trash, etc., but had received nothing. I was assured the estimator would reach out to me that day via my mobile.  Again - nothing.  They must not need the business or need to replace their estimator (or perhaps hire more).  Either way, it's a shame.  An excellent on-site crew to start, but the office lost the business.  Starting my search over again for a provider.  Huge waste of time.

UPDATE: Adding a star based on the immediate responses received here and in email to this review. Though I had already selected another provider and thus can't speak any further to the experience with ServPro, I do greatly appreciate their willingness to look into customer concerns and try and make it right.

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

Five Star Carpet Cleaning did a awesome job on cleaning my carpets and cleaning my tile. They got out stains that I did not think would come clean. They made my tile look brand new. They were very affordable and the guys that came to my house were very professional and hard workers. I will use Five Star again for sure :)

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. If you want a good water remediation company look no further than 1-800 Water Damage.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Last week I had Doug out to my home to fix a leak coming from a faucet in my spare bathroom. He was able to fix it that day and did what two other plumbers hadn't been able to do! Finally I don't have to listen to or pay for running what I'm not using because of him.

On  another note, he had amazing advise regarding a guest house build I am looking to do on my property. However the issue I am having is no one is answering in the store and I have called three times now. I can't even leave a message because their answering machine is full.

I am at a disadvantage when it comes to dealing with repair or service companies - most of the time, I don't know what I need or how much it should cost. Slate made me feel like I was a priority and at no point did I feel taken advantage of. They made the whole process a breeze! I would recommend Slate to anyone.

This is not a company I would ever do business with again in fact I would highly advise against it. It's been along time since I've been this disappointed in quality of work and customer service. For someone that has a job it's almost impossible to be home nearly as much as they require. There's no consideration to the customer having a job.  Communication is poor and you never really know more than a day advance of what's going on. The project manager was aloof and clearly was there to collect a paycheck and nothing more (Aaron Mullins) several items were damaged still waiting on one of them to get resolved seems to be a continued fight. I hardly believe that this is the kind of work they would want done for themselves or their own family members very disappointed again.  This is only my experience I hope others have not had such a bad time.
