Professional, courteous, and prompt.  Chris repaired sections of dog-chewed carpet in my apartment in less time that it will take me to write this review.  He is knowledgeable and his results are a testament to his experience.  Even more impressive is honesty.  He originally quoted me $150 for the job after I sent him a picture of the carpet and charged me only $125 after he finished.  When I handed him $140 as I did not have change, he returned my second twenty dollar bill and said $120 was fine.  Who does that?! Honesty and integrity will always win me over.  Please do yourself a favor and have Chris handle all your carpet needs.  This fickle customer was impressed and you will be too.

I recently had some water damage from a leaking tub. This company was amazing. Patrick was here within hours and set everything up professionally and cleanly. All staff wore face masks and booties in the house. He was available for any questions I had, left his number and always got back to me promptly when I left a message. They worked seamlessly with my homeowners insurance and I would definitely recommend them.

Daryl is exceptional. He removed/treated the mold in our sunken wet bar area as well as replaced/repaired the shelves/walls   He was professional, forthright and clearly talented. We appreciated that he does it all from remediation to final restoration. No need to get others involved. Daryl said up front he would complete the work in one week and in fact he did.  Thank you for the good quality work Daryl.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I could not be happier with my experience with Leak Science!

We purchased a cheap flip last year and have had to do more to it that we expected (of course). We thought we were out of the woods until we discovered that we definitely had a pool leak. I was bracing myself for a pain in the butt experience with a price tag to match. I couldn't have been more wrong.

Initially, I had an appointment with a different company to come check for the leak, but they felt they were treating me like a number and not at all a priority - the appointment was 3 weeks out! So, while I was waiting, I got anxious and called Ryan at Leak Science and had an appointment within a week. He came out and told me what he thought the problem was and was honest with me about what he thought the problem would be - all ABS piping (50 year old pool) and possibly a crack below the skimmer box. My heart sank as I began to imagine the scope of this job and how bad it would be. My mind went to my wife being right for not wanting a pool and the possibility that we would just have to get rid of it (not that  that option is cheap...).

Then Ryan gave me an estimate. He also told me that he could add a dedicated vacuum line and an auto-fill so I wouldn't have to keep filling it with my hose all summer. Those add-ons, plus the complete re-plumbing of the pool, would cost me 1/3 of what I was bracing myself for! Plus, they could do it in just days!

The project itself was a big deal. Chris, Bobby, and Bo worked their tails off. We were approaching it being too hot to drain the pool, so they bumped up the project schedule and even worked on a Sunday. I swear the guys worked a 15 hour day once or twice! All of the guys are nice and professional and great at explaining what they are doing and why. I never felt like I didn't know what was happening. They were fairly quiet, even when digging and busting up concrete. What's great is that they don't subcontract out the finish work or anything - the team does demo, leak fixes, and all the finish work to wrap things up.

Let me tell you, my pool looks amazing, works better than ever, and my pump and filter now actually hold a charge! I can run the skimmer and the vacuum at the same time, too! I'm so incredibly happy with the work they did. If I'm forced to list negatives, the only ones are that they left a little trash behind (not much - I honestly don't care. I've had other contractors who did less leave far more trash behind) and the cooldeck texture isn't perfect (the color match is, though!).

I hope I never need them again, but I am 100% certain that if I ever have leak issues again, Leak Science will be the ONLY company I contact. I recommend them to everyone who has pool leak issues without hesitation!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. We would particularly like to thank Jeff and Anthony, and highly recommend ServPro of Sun City / Sun City West / Southeast Surprise.

Ron was so professional! He arrived on time, patiently maneuvered his way through my apartment as I had another person there working. He was quick and fast with cleaning my couch and rug, and all at a great price. Highly recommend!

Five Star Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME!!  First and foremost, they did a really great job.  They cleaned my tile, my carpeted stairs, and two couches.  My tile looks like the day it was put in...and that was years and years ago.  I did not think they would be able to do it.  The first day they were supposed to come, they had an issue and had to cancel.  They called me 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there to tell me.  I really appreciate them not leaving me waiting for hours before I found out.  They were so apologetic!  They rescheduled for a time that worked for me and gave me some extras, for my inconvenience, that made it more than worth my while.  Issues come up, it's how you handle them that make all the difference.  I will recommend this company to everyone!

Was very pleased with the clean up did by Edward and his team. We just moved into a new home so needed an overall refresh and it looks much better. Was the most expensive of the quotes we received but I thought they would do the best job. Also removed some mistletoe and pruned a tree that we had at a rental house and the HOA said it was a job well done.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Tim with Master of Disaster was excellent to work with. I had him remodel our master bathroom and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I felt comfortable from start to finish with his knowledge and ability. He even gave us an idea to move the entrance to the closet so that we could extend our shower. I am so thankful!

Excellent experience with this company. They were scheduled to be here between 8 AM and 9 AM. At 8:01 Nick with slate was at my door. He was in a nice clean pick up truck with the company logo on the door. Nick was neat clean and had a smile on his face. From the start you could tell that Nick wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He was thorough and meticulous in finding the extent of the water damage. He was using state of the art equipment like I've never seen before. Thermal imaging cameras to see the water in the walls. I was impressed. I was under the impression they had to cut into all the walls to find water not the case. Nick make sure I understood everything he was looking for in doing each step of the way. Forever more I will use this company without going into too much detail Nick saved me thousands of dollars. Good job slate you have a customer for life.

I mistakingly rated this company instead of the correct one. They were very nice to me and i truly felt bad about the error.  Just in their attitude i would definitely recommend them

We had a lightning strike and subsequent attic fire in July of 2021. Our neighbor recommended this company and the fire department handed us a card for their Board up division.  They bungled our claim with State Farm by submitting the wrong claim, duplicating items and and failing to get prior approval of the costs before demolition.  The work they did perform was poor.  It's been almost 18 months and they just finished our roof and forgot about our fireplace chimney vent.  Now, after taking another 55k to begin our plumbing, electric and HVAC, they said there's not enough money to fix the home and have stopped working. What a nightmare.  We're going to hold them accountable but it's going to cost us thousands.
