these guys helped us out today and didn't charge us. They were the first ones to inspect the home we were interested in and in return for them checking it out today they are just asking to be called in the future for any home inspections. They saved us from making a horrible purchase and we will definitely use them in the future and refer them to others.  it was really cool how they work with us and understood our situation.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Leak Science did a fantastic job identifying and repairing two large leaks in my diving pool. I was losing 3 inches of water a day. This was not an easy job. Communication was great throughout the project and the attention to detail was most appreciated noted (the before and after met my expectations) and the price and labor was reasonable. Would refer Ryan and his team to my friends and family if they had a pool leak.

When I received the call as a homeowner that my house was flooded I was in a state of shock. My friend recommended Servpro of Paradise Valley and I immediately called them to see if they could help. It was a Friday evening and they were prompt to answer and work the problem. I was two hours away from the house and asked that Servpro initiate the water mitigation team as I drive drove back to meet them at my house. With the help of a friend they were able to start the water cleanup process without me being there and by the time I got there 80% of the water had already been removed.

Throughout the whole water mitigation process the Servpro team was professional, kind, patient, and respectful. I enjoyed working with all parts of the organization including management, administration, and field agents.

If any of my friends were to ask me if I have a water mitigation team I will always recommend Servpro of Paradise Valley.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Five Star Carpet Cleaning did a awesome job on cleaning my carpets and cleaning my tile. They got out stains that I did not think would come clean. They made my tile look brand new. They were very affordable and the guys that came to my house were very professional and hard workers. I will use Five Star again for sure :)

We have used Arizona desert tree care numerous times to trim, remove and fertilize trees. They are absolutely the best! Today Sonny and crew removed a monsoon damaged mesquite tree. They did a fabulous job!

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

It's been well over a year ago since we used this service.  They, after many calls and arranging times for them to finish what they started, have not followed through. The last guy who came did a sloppy job. He said he'd fix it, but hasn't answered my calls! They were paid for the job!!! Don't use or trust them.

My State Farm agent suggested I reach out to Slate Restoration on damage in my home due to a leak from the air conditioner in the attic.  Nick came out and explained everything they would be able to do to prevent further damage.  He came back the next day and set up the equipment to dry everything out and then the team came in to remove the damage.  They were very professional and made sure there was no further messes.  Derek reached out to me as well and also came out to be sure everything was being done to their standards.   I can not say enough about this company, they treat you like family.  There was never a day I did not see or hear from someone on what was going on.   Nick and Derek thank you...you are both amazing and I am so glad you were there to make this seem so seemless.

It's been a year and our home is still not completed. They made promises and said they would return it to what it had been before the crash. It is a two-bedroom repair. While the account executive was awesome, the project manager was inexperienced and he would take weeks to get back to us. He also fought us on what was/wasn't covered through our insurance and at the end of the day the one thing we wanted and he said no to, had been covered by the insurance the whole time. He also told us any money that wasn't used, would be a financial gain for the company. That's insurance fraud. I would NEVER recommend them. It was a long, stressful year trying to get them to finish the job. Their workers would say they would show up on one day and then they wouldn't. It was the worst experience and beyond frustrating. To this day the house is still not done. The fence wasn't installed correctly; the house isn't painted and we had to pay out of pocket for a/c repairs since the house was poorly boarded up in the summer and our a/c unit was overworking. The a/c contractor said it was because of the fact the windows were not properly boarded up during the peak summer heat. We also got termites. This had never been an issue but the termite contractor said the house had been exposed to the outdoor elements for a long period. They wanted to charge $10,000 for the house to get painted. It's a 1,200 sq ft home. That seemed absurd. So, we chose to just leave things unfinished and will pay someone out of our pockets to finish the job in a manner that doesn't take weeks to get scheduled and then have them confuse us with all these extra costs. I will add, I called our insurance carrier and they let me know more than once that we had great coverage and everything should be put back together as it was because it was covered 100%.
Also, we were told we would get credit for work that wasn't done and they played the confuse the consumer game, and what we thought would be a nice chunk, turned out to be a joke. I would've fought back legally, but they consumed a year of my life that I will never get back. We chose them because of the positive reviews but were sadly disappointed by the disregard shown to my family.
