I am so happy to have found Chris. He was able to repair & retack the threshold of my carpet from my new tile flooring! Now every time I walk over this threshold I'm not frustrated at the original flooring company who botched the job!  Thank you so much Chris for doing a professional job!

Terrible company!  If your house catches on fire and burns to the ground and you want nothing but issues then hire this company. Be prepared to just do the work yourself. They will leave you high and dry .  Its a terrible company

I have not had services yet but based on how much time was spent on the phone with me, this will definitely be who I go through. I called to get information and I was given so much information even telling me if I'm getting other quotes, what I should be asking for. Daryl even told me if I wanted to save some money, maybe I could get away from the house for a little to see if my husbands symptoms improve before spending the money on mold testing.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Top notch customer service! Shane was prompt and very efficient! He even cleaned up the mess I made from breaking the window! Highly recommended!

I was aware we had leak somewhere. I finally localized to the pool. Having terrible fears that the pool, itself had a crack, I panicked. I did a search for a leak detection company. Only 2 were members of the BBB and Leak Science had wonderful Yelp reviews. I called and spoke with Ryan. He quickly scheduled a technician. The leak was found quickly and all other sources checked out to ensure that was the only one. It was not the pool itself and an easy fix. Bobby the technician was wonderful to work with and did a great job being thorough. I will, absolutely use them again should I encounter a leak.

Received great service in the beginning.  They sent someone out right away to evaluate a mold situation under my kitchen sink.  Tyler arrived right on time and was incredibly informative and courteous.  He did let me know that it would be a a few days before I would received the estimate, so I expected a small wait. A full week passed - nothing.  I called to follow up the beginning of the next week explaining that I wanted to go with them, and hoped the delay had been a misunderstanding (typo in the email, went to the wrong person - anything).  Tyler answered the call and seemed genuinely surprised I had not heard anything.  I explained I checked my spam folder, trash, etc., but had received nothing. I was assured the estimator would reach out to me that day via my mobile.  Again - nothing.  They must not need the business or need to replace their estimator (or perhaps hire more).  Either way, it's a shame.  An excellent on-site crew to start, but the office lost the business.  Starting my search over again for a provider.  Huge waste of time.

UPDATE: Adding a star based on the immediate responses received here and in email to this review. Though I had already selected another provider and thus can't speak any further to the experience with ServPro, I do greatly appreciate their willingness to look into customer concerns and try and make it right.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. We would particularly like to thank Jeff and Anthony, and highly recommend ServPro of Sun City / Sun City West / Southeast Surprise.

Outstanding work. We were contemplating changing our carpets because even after deep cleaning by other outfits, they still looked tired. However, the service provided by Clean Theory LLC (Ron) was so effective that the carpeting now looks like new. We concluded there was no need to replace them. Highly recommended.

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

Want a company that shows up when they say they will, does what they promise to do, charges a fair price, leaves you satisfied with the results? These guys get A on all counts.

Why would I bother looking up the license restrictions? I was a renter and chose him from yelp.com reviews for my proprietor and I participated in every stage of the decisions. FYI: You answered the phone when I called at midnight informing him his machine was not working properly. He damaged my threshold dragging in his dehumidifier, did not post required job site asbestos warning information and definitely questionable actions. I was homeless for months after he told my proprietor they did not have to pay for my lodging, ignoring the Rule of Natural Ethical Reciprocity.
What is the license number for giving out that kind of insurance advise?

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

I had MOD out for water damage caused by my leaking water heater they were quick to contain the water damage and worked with my insurance company to clean up the water damage restoring the garage and room behind the water heater  better than it was before the water damage occurred

I had a broken angle stop in my kitchen that flooded out half of our house. My agent recommended Slate restoration, and they did not disappoint!  After calling, Derek showed up to our home within 45 minutes and knew exactly what to do and how to handle my disaster. To top it all off, they made my new kitchen look incredible!

Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

* HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! * My house burning down was the worst situation I have ever experienced, and this company made it beyond unbearable. I was unfortunate enough to have a house fire and got convinced to use this company for the rebuild. Immediately after signing the contract with them, I found out how big of a mistake I had made. The company does not care about the customer at all. They were rarely at the site to check the progress. All management that was in charge of the project were only at the house once every 1-2 months to check on what had been completed. I was forced to switch the type of tile flooring, fridge, and cabinets I had already chosen since they would not order the materials until three months after I gave them my selections, which resulted in them being five months back-ordered. The site should have easily been completed in 6 months, and this company turned it into one year and ten months long... When the construction was near completion, Kowalski told me the house was safe to move back into. Then the same night I moved most of my belongings back into the house, the county came by to inspect, and I was told I could not sleep in the house due to major unfinished electrical work and inspections. I was forced to leave all my belongings in the house for another week and move into a hotel. Kowalski made this stressful and sad situation one hundred times more miserable. Then, after almost two years of dealing with Kowalski and their horrid customer service, they changed the amount I owed to them for the rebuild. I had to fight them over this extra charge that was obviously incorrect. I got told by managers that they had made a mistake and added almost $5000 to the invoice, and it was indeed a mistake. Then after I paid all the remaining invoices, Kowalski decided that it was no longer an error and forced me to pay the amount they previously took off and threatened to send my account to collections and void my warranty if I did not pay the remaining balance immediately. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this company and not use Kowalski for any reason whatsoever, in my opinion. Turning one of the worst moments of my family's life into an even worse situation. I hope this review can save other families from going through such a horrible situation.
