I left a review a couple days ago, but wanted to clarify...it was Josh, not Jesus, who was the team leader on my project.  I wanted to make sure he got all the credit due to him because he was fantastic.  He was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to complete my project to the very best of his abilities.  Thank you, Rocky Mountain, for having such amazing employees like Josh!

I highly recommend Daryl/Moldex!  We had a suspected mold issue in a condo we were trying to sell.  Daryl was on it quickly and efficiently and explained to us what was going on with the wall and why.  He fixed the problem so well we couldn't even tell the drywall had been removed and replaced.  Then he went well above and beyond by explaining to the landscapers what needed to be done to keep the water away from the building in the future.  Thanks Daryl!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

After receiving a quote from Shane to repair my broken window and aluminum frame, he came out the very next day at exactly the time I requested.  He replaced the glass and repaired the frame so that everything looked and worked great again, all for a fair price.  He was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing window repair.

They came out and found our leak. Three weeks later somebody came out and repaired it. Beau was great at the repair. You can not even see where he broke up the decking. I would definitely recommend them.

ServPro of Paradise Valley is great to work with. They are professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and honest. Their pricing is very fair. After getting three quotes from various companies, I knew Josh and his ServPro team were the best choice. They did a thorough inspection and explained the complete process for cleaning up our water damage. It is worth noting that there are other ServPro companies in the area and they are independently owned and operated. ServPro of Paradise Valley is who I would recommend.

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

Second Time I have needed my carpets cleaned in Casa grade and let me tell you it's no walk in the park being able to find a decent company. I won't mention names but lets just say the last company that came out had no horsepower. So I decided to try someone else. Five star was the first place I had called hoping they would be decent. Right from the start when the man who answered the phone with a friendly greeting I knew they were already off to a good start. Needless to say I was pleased with everything. From the initial phone call to the end. The two guys who came out to perform the service were extremely polite and caring. They understood what I wanted done and didn't do anything other than what I had asked. If I ever need to use carpet cleaning services again I'm definitely using five star!!

I had Edward out again, always my pleasure to have honest hard-working people helping me out. This time we trimmed back the same 3 trees and the 4th tree had gotten bad enough where it had to be removed. They did everything to my satisfaction and left absolutely no mess behind thoughtful caring professional good good arborist. My two neighbors also after they saw the work Edward did,hired his crew and they are totally satisfied and pleased with the work also.

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Had a water leak behind the cabinet in the main bathroom.   I had initially tried to contact Christian Brothers plumbing who couldn't fix the problem but they did recommend Master of Disaster.  Doug was the best.  Organized the job,  coordinated everything.   One of his guys didn't finish something in the bath and he actually finished it.   Then got a couple guys to put down this super looking vinyl laminate flooring.   I'm not sure the job would have went as smoothly.  Highly recommend!!!

I have had the pleasure of knowing the owner of slate restoration for a few years before he even started the company and since he started slate restoration he has grown to become one of the most dependable restoration companies I have ever done business with.  Melissa, one of his top representatives, has also been an asset of mine since before she worked at slate. I use them professionally in my insurance business and they have always been there for my customers and have always been courteous caring and respectful.  The ethics and morals of this company are second to none and I truly mean that.  Thanks Jason and Melissa for the many times you have helped my customers deal with some of the worst things you can deal with in life.

This is not a company I would ever do business with again in fact I would highly advise against it. It's been along time since I've been this disappointed in quality of work and customer service. For someone that has a job it's almost impossible to be home nearly as much as they require. There's no consideration to the customer having a job.  Communication is poor and you never really know more than a day advance of what's going on. The project manager was aloof and clearly was there to collect a paycheck and nothing more (Aaron Mullins) several items were damaged still waiting on one of them to get resolved seems to be a continued fight. I hardly believe that this is the kind of work they would want done for themselves or their own family members very disappointed again.  This is only my experience I hope others have not had such a bad time.
