We had a small section of our carpet that was pulled out. I honestly didn't think it was fixable, but figured I'd have Chris look and give it a shot. Chris stopped by, had the job completed quickly, and you can't even tell where the damage used to be. Highly recommend Chris and we will definitely use him again if we (hopefully never) need to again!

I hired these guys to take the mold out of my bathroom on the house I was selling.

I was quoted $1200 to take the wall down the bathroom which I paid for. They promised to build it back up after they took the payment from me. They were so quick to do that.

I had a deadline of getting that wall fixed that they tear down since I was selling my home to a new homeowner.

I never heard from these guys again. I called and asked them what's going on. Will they fix the wall by the deadline date?. They said they will and they never called me back. I kept calling asking to speak to a manager. The manager even refused to speak to me and they promised they'll get back with me.

They have horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I hate that they promise something and doesn't even bother to speak to me or get back with me..

I don't recommend this business at all to anyone. I had to hire someone else to fix their job that they were hired to do in the first place. Oh and I even had to remind them for that receipt I paid for since they never emailed it to me.

I was very angry and hiring another company to finish their job was stressful. I didn't even get an apology from this company after promising on a call back. Smh..

I called Moldex to inquire about an estimate to check our attic. Great customer service! They explained to me my situation and told me I have nothing to worry about. Its refreshing to have a company be so honest saving me time and worry :) I will definitely call them back if I need mold experts in the future.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane is a super guy, who takes pride in his work! I would recommend him without a doubt!

When I first called the company and explained my problem, with my pool pump, I set up an appointment for him to come out. Ryan promised to be here between 10 and 12, but closer to 10. First of all, I was surprised he was able to come out so quickly. Second, to be provided a 2 hour window as opposed to the standard 4 hour window was a pleasant surprise. On the day of the appointment, Ryan called at 10:05 to say he got tied up with his previous job but would be to my house shortly. I appreciated the heads up and customer service.

Ryan was quickly able to pinpoint the main leak problem as well as point out some additional problems he uncovered. He fixed the issue and I'm very happy with the service. His price was very reasonable and what he quoted me. I highly recommend him over any other leak company. He's very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I have a tendency to support small local businesses over chains and Ryan/ Leak Science fits the bill!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. We would particularly like to thank Jeff and Anthony, and highly recommend ServPro of Sun City / Sun City West / Southeast Surprise.

Clean Theory ... HOLY COW! Amazing! Ron showed up to my home at 9am on the dot! And he got to scrubbing and cleaning all my tile and OMG! Very very impressive job! I obviously knew my floors needed cleaning but as Ron was doing his thing I couldn't help and peek and the dirt and grime that was coming off the floor was shocking! My home is located south of the airport so I had this theory that the soot from the airplanes were the major culprit in all this mess but now I'm at certain that is a huge factor, AZ dirt is not that black! Clean Theory overall provided a great service. Ron was fast but took the appropriate time to give the floors the attention and elbow grease they needed. The pricing and value are stupendous! I had never had my floors cleaned professionally and now that I had this wonderful experience with Clean Theory I will be planning to have Ron out here for a service at least once a year. Don't question whether or not you want to call Clean Theory and book an appointment. Just do it! You'll be the happiest most satisfied customer with nice and shiny CLEAN floors!

I have been having them clean my carpet since they started in business. They do a great job!!! I have tried a couple of other companies ('cause ya know, you get bored after a while.) Trying other companies was a BIG mistake!!! Either the other companies left stains, or charged soooo much: $450 in one case!!! AND that other company left a big spot: I told the other company I wouldn't pay them until they got the spot out/the other company said they wouldn't come get the spot out until I paid them. Guess it was a stalemate: I sold the house & the other company never came out! LOL!
I went back to 5 Star & won't call anyone else!!! They are great!!! If I have a concern about my carpet cleaning, I call them, voice my concern, they come right out & make it right.
I'm a repeat customer for years. They are that good.

Edward and his crew are great!  When I called he came out right away, and we walked the entire property to inspect the damage we had from the recent storms.  He explained what he would do in each case, listened to my concerns, and provided what we felt was a reasonable quote.  When he came back with the crew they were polite, professional and did all that was discussed.  Edward stayed the entire time and we walked the property again before they left to make sure all was good.  They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.  Thanks Edward!

An absolutely amazing company! I Called and talked with Alicia last week with some questions regarding mold. She answered all of them as well as educated me on signs of molding. Some of the best customer service I've seen in awhile. I will be reccomending this company to all of my family and friends.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

I see Jim Kowalski has posted another negative about my review.  It is easy to blame someone else, but the truth is always the best.  I stand by what I said and I never once changed the scope.  It was Aaron Mullins who was inept at his job.  
I also see Jim K has many of his employees leaving reviews to boost the star rating.
