I had Chris stretch my carpet and he did a wonderful job.  He was able to come early, which was great, he was fast and efficient and is a very nice guy!  I'm so glad I found his business on Yelp and I would definitely recommend him to any one needing carpet work.

After ripping up carpet, we found evidence of a water leak.  We were concerned that this unnoticed, slow water leak had done its damage over time.  We called Rocky Mountain Restoration and Dylan showed up within the hour.  After thoroughly assessing the situation, Dylan shared the good news with us that, fortunately, there was no need for restoration services and mold was not a concern. Phew!  
I just can't say enough about Dylan's friendliness, level of professionalism and honesty.  I hope we never have the need for restoration services, but if we do, we will absolutely call Rocky Mountain Restoration.

I recently used Daryl to test a home where mold was suspected that my client's were considering purchasing.  Daryl's quick turn-around time, independent lab results and
his knowledge of mold and it's remediation helped them make an informed decision.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Our pool company identified a potential issue in our pool system and recommended Leak Science to diagnose it.  Scheduling was super easy and Ryan was great to work with.  He identified an undetected issue and worked with our regular pool company to help them troubleshoot it. Fantastic service that I would eagerly recommend to anyone- super-competent, friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. Servpro came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. My husband and I were very impressed by Servpro PV and will definitely be using them again for any water damages or mold issues and are spreading the word. Thank you Servpro!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Outstanding work. We were contemplating changing our carpets because even after deep cleaning by other outfits, they still looked tired. However, the service provided by Clean Theory LLC (Ron) was so effective that the carpeting now looks like new. We concluded there was no need to replace them. Highly recommended.

Second Time I have needed my carpets cleaned in Casa grade and let me tell you it's no walk in the park being able to find a decent company. I won't mention names but lets just say the last company that came out had no horsepower. So I decided to try someone else. Five star was the first place I had called hoping they would be decent. Right from the start when the man who answered the phone with a friendly greeting I knew they were already off to a good start. Needless to say I was pleased with everything. From the initial phone call to the end. The two guys who came out to perform the service were extremely polite and caring. They understood what I wanted done and didn't do anything other than what I had asked. If I ever need to use carpet cleaning services again I'm definitely using five star!!

Wow! Finally I found a tree trimming company that can do it all.  I had such a great experience working with Az Desert Tree Care.  They were responsive, professional and most  importantly experts at tree trimming. They provided advice on how to trim my mature trees and then came in with a large professional crew and got the job done.
They even made modifications mid stream to make sure we were happy with the results.   Our trees look amazing now and I feel like we got a lot of value out the work they did.  Highly recommend them!

This company is exceptionally professional, diligent in operate with the highest level of integrity. They stand behind everything they say including price and performance. A true must use company.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

We came home to find a huge leak in the ceilings of our two story home. I was extremely stressed out and called my plumber who then refered me to Master of Disaster Restoration. The gentleman came out right away and walked me through my options. I chose to file an insurance claim because the damage was so extensive. Master of Disaster Restoration helped walk me through the claims process. They were very thorough and explained all the moisture readings and equipment they were using and I am very thankful to them for turning a bad situation into a positive experience.

Slate Restoration is the best restoration company you're going to find. They are fast, friendly, ethical, and honestly care about getting you taken care of. They are attentive to your needs and make sure you're happy throughout the whole process. I will never work with a different restoration company after working with them. Thank you Slate for truly caring! That is hard to find these days.

Had a morning appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. I called the guy who scheduled the appointment, he expressed surprise that the tech hadn't called. Nobody ever called, nobody ever showed up. What a waste of time. Evidently they don't need my business, so I suppose they don't need yours either.

* HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! * My house burning down was the worst situation I have ever experienced, and this company made it beyond unbearable. I was unfortunate enough to have a house fire and got convinced to use this company for the rebuild. Immediately after signing the contract with them, I found out how big of a mistake I had made. The company does not care about the customer at all. They were rarely at the site to check the progress. All management that was in charge of the project were only at the house once every 1-2 months to check on what had been completed. I was forced to switch the type of tile flooring, fridge, and cabinets I had already chosen since they would not order the materials until three months after I gave them my selections, which resulted in them being five months back-ordered. The site should have easily been completed in 6 months, and this company turned it into one year and ten months long... When the construction was near completion, Kowalski told me the house was safe to move back into. Then the same night I moved most of my belongings back into the house, the county came by to inspect, and I was told I could not sleep in the house due to major unfinished electrical work and inspections. I was forced to leave all my belongings in the house for another week and move into a hotel. Kowalski made this stressful and sad situation one hundred times more miserable. Then, after almost two years of dealing with Kowalski and their horrid customer service, they changed the amount I owed to them for the rebuild. I had to fight them over this extra charge that was obviously incorrect. I got told by managers that they had made a mistake and added almost $5000 to the invoice, and it was indeed a mistake. Then after I paid all the remaining invoices, Kowalski decided that it was no longer an error and forced me to pay the amount they previously took off and threatened to send my account to collections and void my warranty if I did not pay the remaining balance immediately. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this company and not use Kowalski for any reason whatsoever, in my opinion. Turning one of the worst moments of my family's life into an even worse situation. I hope this review can save other families from going through such a horrible situation.
