So thankful for Rocky Mountain! We had a leak in the wall and Rocky Mountain was out within an hour of our plumber calling them and got to work. Patrick was our project manager and he was so thorough in explaining everything and is very knowledge. I can be really irritating with constant calls and messages and wanting updates and Patrick was so patient and reassuring that we had nothing to worry about. Going through these situations is never fun but Patrick and his team made a horrible situation much better, thank you!

We just moved into an older home that had some pretty extensive mold damage. We called Moldex to come out and remove the mold and repair damage.  They did an amazing job. They were completely professional and their drywall work was perfect. I can't even tell that there was ever a problem. Great Job!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

We had a transom window with a crack and the insulation was coming out.  Shane from Valiant contacted me right away and gave me choices when he would be in the neighborhood.  He came out in 3 days.  His bid was less than the competitors.  We agreed on a date and time for changing out the window.  There was no I'll be there between 10:00 and 3:00.  He needed a week to manufacture the window.

Shane arrived exactly on time - WOW and YAY!  He was a kind young man.  He went right to work and installed the new window.  He cleaned up after the work was done, including dustbusting the floors inside and out.

I completely recommend Valiant Window Repair and Shane.  We will definitely hire him again if ever we need a window repaired.  Susan

I hate giving 5 starts when they didn't find a leak but I'm confident they know more about leaks than I do.  Solid customer service, response time was prompt and the cost was below the other quotes I received. Will definitely recommend and use them again.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. We would particularly like to thank Jeff and Anthony, and highly recommend ServPro of Sun City / Sun City West / Southeast Surprise.

We bought a townhouse and after our cleaning crew left, we thought we had a problem with a few spots (looked like mold) on the grout in our master shower.  

Ron came by within a day, took a look, and gave us some recommendations on specific products that would help vs having to spend more on his services.

I have been having them clean my carpet since they started in business. They do a great job!!! I have tried a couple of other companies ('cause ya know, you get bored after a while.) Trying other companies was a BIG mistake!!! Either the other companies left stains, or charged soooo much: $450 in one case!!! AND that other company left a big spot: I told the other company I wouldn't pay them until they got the spot out/the other company said they wouldn't come get the spot out until I paid them. Guess it was a stalemate: I sold the house & the other company never came out! LOL!
I went back to 5 Star & won't call anyone else!!! They are great!!! If I have a concern about my carpet cleaning, I call them, voice my concern, they come right out & make it right.
I'm a repeat customer for years. They are that good.

AZ Desert Tree Care is the only tree service company I will use from now on!  Ed was at my house to give me a quote only 1 day after I called to request service. The next day all of my trees were trimmed, pruned, and fertilized. They look great!  Clean up was meticulous also. The crew was top notch and they work so well as a team. The customer service is the best I have experienced and I could not recommend more highly this company and it's employees!  They take care of their customers well! I'm so thankful I found them.

Wow !!! Tom came out the first day to check moisture because we noticed water damage. Then the next day him and his team member came and removed the old material and mold and contained the area, he was honest and great. I love that about this company no hidden fees and the walls were cut perfectly only around damage . Thank you guys !!!!

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Last week I had Doug out to my home to fix a leak coming from a faucet in my spare bathroom. He was able to fix it that day and did what two other plumbers hadn't been able to do! Finally I don't have to listen to or pay for running what I'm not using because of him.

On  another note, he had amazing advise regarding a guest house build I am looking to do on my property. However the issue I am having is no one is answering in the store and I have called three times now. I can't even leave a message because their answering machine is full.

Slate Restoration is hands down the best restoration company in Arizona! I had a water pipe break and they were at my office cleaning the mess and getting fans on the carpet within 20 minutes! The owner and his employees are efficient, honest, and above all care about their customers. That is hard to find in that industry. I would recommend Slate to ANYONE needing restoration services. I needed major repairs on my house after a busted pipe flooded my house. It was awful! New tile, carpet removal, dry wall tear outs, you name it, everything needed repair! After pulling my hair out on previous projects due to unreliable contractors, I knew how important it was to find the right one. I was grateful when Rosie from Rosie on the House recommended Kowalski Construction. I called Kowalski and was put in contact with their contractor, Brendon Kowalski. Within a few days, I met with Jeramy and he walked me through everything. He was extremely hands on throughout the whole process. He was efficient and responsive to all my questions, handled everything with care and professionalism, and effectively dealt with our insurance claims representatives and adjuster; which was a relief because the insurance representatives could be quite difficult to work with. After the work was done, and I got to walk into my repaired home, I felt like I was on HGTV! All the puzzle pieces were back in place for my family to move back into our home.
