I own a carpet cleaning company here in the valley and keep a number of Chris' cards on hand and pass them out to any and most of my customers as often as I can. Chris' knowledge is incredible and he is a good, honest, hard working, straight shooting individual who I am privileged to know and work with.
I refer Chris on carpet, tile and wood flooring sales and installation as well as repairs and stretching of carpet. He is really my go to guy in the carpet industry. If I have a question or need information on carpet, he is my first call.

Daryl was wonderful. i really had a nice experience. He tested for mold for a reasonable fee, sent it to the lab and i had an issue and then he resolved it. He's a detail oriented guy who will be concerned with doing a great job for you.  I have a lot of sensitivities to environmental issues and Daryl answered every question and worked with me. Now i have much cleaner air in the house. Wonderful experience.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I rehab houses for a living and I'm always looking for honest dependable people. This company is great to deal with. I checked pricing with other companies and the price was very competitive. Communication was great, I never had to track Shane down to find out when he was go to be there. That is rare in my business. This project was a house filled with beautiful older windows that all needed new glides and adjustments along with three large sliding door. Each door and window work greats. When I am in need of having windows repaired again I will definitely give Shane a call.

Be careful who you choose as a pool service provider.  That's all I can really say.  Still not happy about my pool!

We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. Servpro came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. My husband and I were very impressed by Servpro PV and will definitely be using them again for any water damages or mold issues and are spreading the word. Thank you Servpro!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. We would particularly like to thank Jeff and Anthony, and highly recommend ServPro of Sun City / Sun City West / Southeast Surprise.

Excellent service! Ron was professional, prompt, answered emails and texts in a timely manner, and was VERY thorough! He took his time cleaning a couch that was previously owned by a pet(s) owner. I am not a pet owner so I do believe I might have been having an allergic reaction to the couch..even though I had it covered. He probably saved my life! Ha! Not to mention the couch probably hadn't been cleaned...ever. Gross, yeah, I know! I would highly recommend Clean Theory and will have Ron back to clean my kitchen tile as soon as home improvements are complete.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with a huge amount of tree trimming that Ed and his crew Completed.
Ed is a man of great integrity it shows in his work and it shows with how his crew treats him. I can't begin to tell you how thorough and professional this job was done from the first branch cut to the last twig brushed off of my yard. I will  highly recommend to everybody that would need any type of tree  work done, He is absolutely the best and I no longer have to search for anyone to take care of my trees. Thank you,  thank you. You all saved my beautiful Mesquite and my other big  trees.

An absolutely amazing company! I Called and talked with Alicia last week with some questions regarding mold. She answered all of them as well as educated me on signs of molding. Some of the best customer service I've seen in awhile. I will be reccomending this company to all of my family and friends.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

It's been well over a year ago since we used this service.  They, after many calls and arranging times for them to finish what they started, have not followed through. The last guy who came did a sloppy job. He said he'd fix it, but hasn't answered my calls! They were paid for the job!!! Don't use or trust them.

Slate is fabulous in their communication. I work in insurance and frequently refer our customers to them for home claims and other home needs. Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.

I needed major repairs on my house after a busted pipe flooded my house. It was awful! New tile, carpet removal, dry wall tear outs, you name it, everything needed repair! After pulling my hair out on previous projects due to unreliable contractors, I knew how important it was to find the right one. I was grateful when Rosie from Rosie on the House recommended Kowalski Construction. I called Kowalski and was put in contact with their contractor, Brendon Kowalski. Within a few days, I met with Jeramy and he walked me through everything. He was extremely hands on throughout the whole process. He was efficient and responsive to all my questions, handled everything with care and professionalism, and effectively dealt with our insurance claims representatives and adjuster; which was a relief because the insurance representatives could be quite difficult to work with. After the work was done, and I got to walk into my repaired home, I felt like I was on HGTV! All the puzzle pieces were back in place for my family to move back into our home.
