He arrived on time.  He performed an excellent job and was very fast.  Very friendly and professional.  Highly recommended

The water restoration crew was great. Felt very comfortable with them.

However, hired the restoration and construction for the remodel. Not nearly what I had hoped for. Not the worst but definetly not my best experience.

Seems like the construction phase was more afraid about getting their money upfront and in their pocket than eArning a good relationship with me.

On a positive note the guy whom did the work,Daniel,was great. Neat, clean respectful and was just all around nice to have in my home.  

To recap, I would say I didn't feel like a Priority during this project. Also felt like even tho I paid for every little out of pocket expense and did so immediately that things could have and should have been completed  in a more timely manner.

One last comment. I found the billing  confusing... they could be. Bit more explanatory or the entire process from beginning to end.

We recently moved in to a new home and there is a really odd smell in one cabinet.
Could it be mold?
I called Moldex and at the appointment we ruled out mold due to the smell. I didn't purchase additional treatment but was advised of various cleaning methods.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. I rehab houses for a living and I'm always looking for honest dependable people. This company is great to deal with. I checked pricing with other companies and the price was very competitive. Communication was great, I never had to track Shane down to find out when he was go to be there. That is rare in my business. This project was a house filled with beautiful older windows that all needed new glides and adjustments along with three large sliding door. Each door and window work greats. When I am in need of having windows repaired again I will definitely give Shane a call.

The details: 1700 square-foot house flooded. Estimated duration of water pipe burst: 12 to 24 hours.

When I received the call as a homeowner that my house was flooded I was in a state of shock. My friend recommended Servpro of Paradise Valley and I immediately called them to see if they could help. It was a Friday evening and they were prompt to answer and work the problem. I was two hours away from the house and asked that Servpro initiate the water mitigation team as I drive drove back to meet them at my house. With the help of a friend they were able to start the water cleanup process without me being there and by the time I got there 80% of the water had already been removed.

Throughout the whole water mitigation process the Servpro team was professional, kind, patient, and respectful. I enjoyed working with all parts of the organization including management, administration, and field agents.

If any of my friends were to ask me if I have a water mitigation team I will always recommend Servpro of Paradise Valley.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Great work, Aaron is a very reliable gentleman. His work is very efficient and he gets things done in a timely manner.

Ron was on time, professional and did a very good job. All the naughty things my two dogs did have disappeared! As well as all the fur due to summer shedding. I would definitely try to get his service again and recommend to others.

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

With all the rains in AZ lately we had a leak in my daughter's bedroom.  I contacted 1800 Water Damage and they handled everything.  Technician Nolan gave us world class personal service.  They were fast, efficient, friendly and minimized the damage. I would highly recommend them.  The Allens.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

It's been well over a year ago since we used this service.  They, after many calls and arranging times for them to finish what they started, have not followed through. The last guy who came did a sloppy job. He said he'd fix it, but hasn't answered my calls! They were paid for the job!!! Don't use or trust them.

I did so much research before hiring a company to restore my kitchen after insurance denied the claim for a burst pipe that had been leaking in my wall. I landed on this company because of all the positive reviews. There were red flags from day 2. They use people that they admit, aren't the best... This job should have been completed in 3 days. I was forgotten about for a month and ignored when I reached out multiple times... the response I got was, yeah I have definitely been putting this off... it's unreal to me. Asked for the project manager's boss to call me and never heard back. I expected my kitchen to be restored to Pre- leak or better condition. This was not the case and I had to fight for the results I got.

Had a morning appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. I called the guy who scheduled the appointment, he expressed surprise that the tech hadn't called. Nobody ever called, nobody ever showed up. What a waste of time. Evidently they don't need my business, so I suppose they don't need yours either.

Omg...if I had an employee that responded to a customer complaint the way that Aaron Mullins did just 24 days ago (read reviews below) I would fire his ass immediately. Apparently his mother, and now his boss, have failed at teaching him manners. Additionally, Mr K of Kowalski Construction responded to my negative post and I would like to address three of his mistakes: I signed off on the project completion, but never once told anyone I was 'happy' with the work and I've never communicated with Mr K; and as I stated in my original post the flooring was purchased at Home Depot and was IN STOCK...Mr K, there was no special ordering of flooring: and there were no delays due to insurance. I had the payment in full from the insurance company approx two months before you finally finished the job! In fact, I was sitting here with the money and finally had to call your office and REQUEST a final invoice! You should just sit in your little office and stop responding to issues you are not fully informed about. It might help if you had better employees.
