Chris is amazing!  He promptly returned my inquiry regarding staircase carpeting.  He arrived on time and did a beautiful job on my stairs.  I cannot recommend him enough.  Should you decide to use Chris for your carpet needs, you will not be disappointed.

My mom is home owner in Arizona and we used Rocky Mountain Restoration to fix minor mold in her guest bathroom. This simple fix took them one week to complete. They run up the bill more than necessary and use the insurance to help pay their overcharged bill. We've called them and their customer service was extremely rude and not understanding of our situation one bit.

They price gouge. Do no use them. They will nickel and dime you left and right. This is utterly ridiculous.

Very professional, transparent with zero confusion and will go above and beyond to make sure your home is restored better than its original condition before you had mold. There was water damage from a sewer line in my home and unfortunately it damaged the drywall behind cabinets in the kitchen. In less than a week Darryl was able to replace drywall, ensure water damage would not return, and reinstall brand new cabinets. He also went above and beyond to make sure the stove was leveled which had nothing to do with the project! I highly recommend his services and company. Mold is no joke to mess around with and the process was seamless from start to finish.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I called the owner Ryan and set up an appointment. His tech Chris came out right away and found the leak in my underground pool pipes. He did a great job keeping me informed about next steps and options. He repaired the pipe union with a superior product, and then stuck around to pressure test the entire system to ensure there were no other leaks. The job price was very fair given the amount of time, materials, and specialized knowledge required to fix the leak. I'll be recommending Leak Science in the future!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Outstanding work. We were contemplating changing our carpets because even after deep cleaning by other outfits, they still looked tired. However, the service provided by Clean Theory LLC (Ron) was so effective that the carpeting now looks like new. We concluded there was no need to replace them. Highly recommended.

First Class Service and Execution!  Ed (the Owner) and his Team were outstanding in trimming the 17 trees in my yard.  

Ed came to provide the quote and was personally onsite to direct his small army of people how to tackle details of our project.  Most other Arborists told me they would not be present and let their Team know what should be done.  

Scheduling was quick - same week; job completed in a 1/2 day; pricing was absolutely the best; the work was completed with absolute perfection and my yard was left cleaner than they found it.  He even fertilized ALL of my trees as a part of his service as an added bonus!  

Having talked to 5 other highly rated Yelp Tree Trimmers, I would without question say that AZ Desert Tree Care is the best for all things trees.

Tom & Alicia are the best!  We had a long time leak behind the wall in our master bedroom shower. When we finally discovered it 1-800 came out and got everything drying out and safe for our family in hours.  You can tell they really know their stuff and make sure all the remediation is done properly.  A true small business looking out for their customers.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

We came home to find a huge leak in the ceilings of our two story home. I was extremely stressed out and called my plumber who then refered me to Master of Disaster Restoration. The gentleman came out right away and walked me through my options. I chose to file an insurance claim because the damage was so extensive. Master of Disaster Restoration helped walk me through the claims process. They were very thorough and explained all the moisture readings and equipment they were using and I am very thankful to them for turning a bad situation into a positive experience.

Excellent service.  I was very impressed with AM/PM from the diagnosis of the issue (water damage), remediation of mold and removal of mold/water damaged cabinets, drywall, and baseboards, and a very quick repair of all the affected areas once the mold was gone.  A job I expected to take 2-3 weeks, based on prior experience with general contractors, was finished in only 4 days and looks as good as new.  Highly recommend!

We had a house fire/lightning strike 19 months ago and still not close to completion.  It has been one error after another, poor communication, and submitting sub par estimates.  What they will say and do are completely different.  They don't seem to care or speak knowledgeable about city codes and details of the job.  I don't recommend or have confidence in this company.  They seem overworked and not engaged in the project.  You know it's bad when after you sign the contract you are the one doing most of the follow up and feel like you work for the company.  They actually sent the wrong house estimate to our insurance company.  They aren't detailed oriented.  They will blame the insurance company for not providing funds for damage and things not covered.  They either have 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews.  That's not a good sign.  Don't do it!!!  We highly recommend a public adjuster as they are unable to effectively deal with insurance.  I am writing this to save you a nightmare.
