Chris was great.  I needed my daughters carpet put back in place after having some slab work done.  He was out the same day I called and took care of it quickly and efficiently.

We hired Moldex to help with mold in a guest bedroom caused by a roof leak, and we are so happy with the results! The owner does the work himself and he is a real expert when it comes to mold and construction work. He knew A LOT about mold and was able to answer all our questions. I was worried that the drywall and paint that was repaired would look different from the rest of the room but it is seamless, you can't even tell where the repair work was done. I thought the price was very fair, I had received quotes from 1 other company and Moldex was cheaper in price. Owner was friendly and very responsive with questions and concerns. We are very happy with the work, thank you Daryl!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Leak Science did a fantastic job identifying and repairing two large leaks in my diving pool. I was losing 3 inches of water a day. This was not an easy job. Communication was great throughout the project and the attention to detail was most appreciated noted (the before and after met my expectations) and the price and labor was reasonable. Would refer Ryan and his team to my friends and family if they had a pool leak.

We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. Servpro came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. My husband and I were very impressed by Servpro PV and will definitely be using them again for any water damages or mold issues and are spreading the word. Thank you Servpro!

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Great service - Ron showed up on time and did a great job. He took his time and the carpets looked great. His truck mounted cleaning system looked brand new and was did an amazing job. He cleaned out my old condo per a move out requirement, but we are getting ready to call him to clean the carpets in our new house. A+

Five Star Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME!!  First and foremost, they did a really great job.  They cleaned my tile, my carpeted stairs, and two couches.  My tile looks like the day it was put in...and that was years and years ago.  I did not think they would be able to do it.  The first day they were supposed to come, they had an issue and had to cancel.  They called me 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there to tell me.  I really appreciate them not leaving me waiting for hours before I found out.  They were so apologetic!  They rescheduled for a time that worked for me and gave me some extras, for my inconvenience, that made it more than worth my while.  Issues come up, it's how you handle them that make all the difference.  I will recommend this company to everyone!

Eddie and his crew did an awesome job last year. I waited to review to see how the landscaping project panned it. Eddie was a knowledgeable arborists who took very good care of the issues we were having with drainage, trees, and plants.
It was exciting to see Ed at my neighbors house today. I had referred Ed after my neighbor asked, who did the awesome landscaping and tree trimming work?.
Thanks to AZ Desert Tree care crew my drainage condition improved and have less issues with standing water. Really happy with trees and landscaping 6 months later.

Tom & Alicia run a terrific restoration business. We had water damage from a broken water heater in the garage with water coming through the wall back into a downstairs bedroom and closet. If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Last week I had Doug out to my home to fix a leak coming from a faucet in my spare bathroom. He was able to fix it that day and did what two other plumbers hadn't been able to do! Finally I don't have to listen to or pay for running what I'm not using because of him.

On  another note, he had amazing advise regarding a guest house build I am looking to do on my property. However the issue I am having is no one is answering in the store and I have called three times now. I can't even leave a message because their answering machine is full.

I had some pretty serious water damage in my house a few months ago and was referred to Slate Restoration from a friend. Everyone person we came in contact with from Slate was very helpful and kind along the way. There was never a time where I felt we were being taken advantage of. What I thought was going to be a major repair was taken care of in about a week. I would recommend Slate Restoration to anyone who is looking for an honest company that does great work!

It's been a year and our home is still not completed. They made promises and said they would return it to what it had been before the crash. It is a two-bedroom repair. While the account executive was awesome, the project manager was inexperienced and he would take weeks to get back to us. He also fought us on what was/wasn't covered through our insurance and at the end of the day the one thing we wanted and he said no to, had been covered by the insurance the whole time. He also told us any money that wasn't used, would be a financial gain for the company. That's insurance fraud. I would NEVER recommend them. It was a long, stressful year trying to get them to finish the job. Their workers would say they would show up on one day and then they wouldn't. It was the worst experience and beyond frustrating. To this day the house is still not done. The fence wasn't installed correctly; the house isn't painted and we had to pay out of pocket for a/c repairs since the house was poorly boarded up in the summer and our a/c unit was overworking. The a/c contractor said it was because of the fact the windows were not properly boarded up during the peak summer heat. We also got termites. This had never been an issue but the termite contractor said the house had been exposed to the outdoor elements for a long period. They wanted to charge $10,000 for the house to get painted. It's a 1,200 sq ft home. That seemed absurd. So, we chose to just leave things unfinished and will pay someone out of our pockets to finish the job in a manner that doesn't take weeks to get scheduled and then have them confuse us with all these extra costs. I will add, I called our insurance carrier and they let me know more than once that we had great coverage and everything should be put back together as it was because it was covered 100%.
Also, we were told we would get credit for work that wasn't done and they played the confuse the consumer game, and what we thought would be a nice chunk, turned out to be a joke. I would've fought back legally, but they consumed a year of my life that I will never get back. We chose them because of the positive reviews but were sadly disappointed by the disregard shown to my family.
