I had some roof damage due to a storm that hit in early August.  The damage caused internal garage damage, or so I thought.  JP from Rocky Mountain Restoration came out and inspected the area, determined that there was no true water damage so there was no need for repair.  The inspection was free and I really appreciate his professionalism and his honesty.  

I had used Rocky Mountain Restoration a couple years ago for water damage at another property and they did a great job, so I reached out to them for this situation and I am glad I did.  Highly recommend them!

LONG overdue review!
We bought a house back in December of 2019, which was vacant for about 2 years prior to us purchasing the home. After a few months, we noticed a bunch of little gnats/flies in the corner cabinet near the sink. I knew they were there because of moisture and there was a bit of a funky smell. We called Daryl and he came over to assess the situation. When it got into things, it was nasty... sludge under the corner cabinet. He took samples of the mold and sent them out to a lab. It was confirmed as mold and he provided us with a quote and solution to resolve the matter. Daryl was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Some of the cabinets were needing to be replaced and Daryl researched to find the manufacturer. Since Covid had just entered the scene, he was not able to connect with the manufacturer. Instead, Daryl rebuilt the cabinets from scratch and did a great job. He also helped me with some other little cosmetic things in the kitchen, which he didn't have to do (he didn't even charge me for it). I would absolutely recommend Daryl, especially if you have or think you have mold. Don't mess with that stuff. Leave it to the pro's, and Daryl is a pro!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Professional, fast, high quality work.

We had Ryan and the Leak Science crew come out and find the leak in our pool that was causing us to loose a ton of water.  We told Ryan that we suspected that the leak might be within the pop-up water supply lines.  They ran through their testing, and sure enough, found the leak in between two pop ups underneath the pool (of course).

Since a repair was needed, we contracted Leak Science to perform the work - we were scheduled in the same week.  They were able to cut out a hole in the pool directly above the leak, cut out the PVC T-joint that had cracked, repair the line, and patch the pool.  The patch is barely noticeable - we had an older pebble surface, so I knew getting a 100% match was going to be impossible, but it is very close. Oh, and they did use high quality PVC repair parts - all glued joints, none of the o-ring sealed joints that might leak down the road.  Since they needed to cut a hole in the pool, pinpointing the location is obviously key, and they absolutely nailed the spot.

Also wanted to point out that they had great communication, worked fast, made us feel like we were their most important customer, and had good pricing.  A solid 5 stars.

ServPro did a great job fixing our bathroom, bedroom and kitchen in our unit in Midtown Phoenix due to water damages resulting from a heater explosion from a neighbor's unit in the second floor.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Five Star Carpet Cleaning did a awesome job on cleaning my carpets and cleaning my tile. They got out stains that I did not think would come clean. They made my tile look brand new. They were very affordable and the guys that came to my house were very professional and hard workers. I will use Five Star again for sure :)

Eddie and his crew did an awesome job last year. I waited to review to see how the landscaping project panned it. Eddie was a knowledgeable arborists who took very good care of the issues we were having with drainage, trees, and plants.
It was exciting to see Ed at my neighbors house today. I had referred Ed after my neighbor asked, who did the awesome landscaping and tree trimming work?.
Thanks to AZ Desert Tree care crew my drainage condition improved and have less issues with standing water. Really happy with trees and landscaping 6 months later.

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Tim was at our house within 15 minutes.
He quickly and efficiently assessed the situtation and did quality work to complete the job.
He was friendly and had great work ethic.

Sadly, I came home from vacation to the sound of water running. A connection to the R/O system failed and a lot of water had covered my floors. I sucked up the water I could see with my shop vac and then I called Slate Restoration the next morning. Tim came to the rescue within two hours: set up fans & de-humidifiers, checked for water in the walls. And, after a couple of days, I was pretty well dried out. I really appreciate the prompt attention. Tim was friendly, professional and efficient. I hope I don't have to call anyone for water mitigation but if I need to, I will call Slate first.

Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

They were very cordial and supportive in a very overwhelming time of need. I'd call them again when/if I'd ever need repair or construction done to my place! They're the best and I truly appreciate all their help and hard work!! Thanks again!
