Chris was great to work with, and I will hire him again for any of our carpet needs. He was prompt and gave a 1-hour notice prior to arrival. We needed to stretch the carpet in our new home. Chris was familiar with the older and unique build of home, so he explained why this happens, as well as how to fix. The whole process took less than an hour, and during the whole time, he was courteous to wear a mask. Just to speak to his character, he also gave us some referrals and recommendations on other technicians for our new home needs. I highly recommend Chris!

We had a pipe break in the kitchen wall....plumber stopped working as there was water on the floor under dishwasher and walls were wet. He knew we had to get a restoration company in and called Rocky Mountain. Logan was our project manager; he set up the demolition...we were very pleased with the workers that did the restoration. The cleaned up and made things livable, as much as you can do without a kitchen. We would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Restoration for any of your needs.

I called Daryl on a Saturday afternoon worried about potential mold in my home. He gave me a mountain of incredibly helpful advice and offered multiple home remedies for me to try before I had to spend any money for him to come out. I'm so grateful for the peace of mind and help he provided and if the issue does not resolve with the home remedies - he will be my first call.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

After living in our house six years and not being able to open our bathroom windows, I snapped and called Shane. He answered and offered to come by that day and give me an estimate. He kept in contact with me letting me know when the parts would come in and when he would be buy to install, he showed up when he said he would and went above and beyond. I really appreciate his honesty. He probably could have told me I needed to replace the windows but instead he tracked down parts and made my windows functional again. Don't be like me and wait six years to get your windows fixed  call Shane!

When no one else would even look at our pool, these guys had no issue coming out and assessing our plumping issues. It seems that most pool companies will not deal with any kind of plumbing problems or things going on under ground, so if you're dealing with leaks of any kind, you'll need a specialist like Leak Science.

They pressure tested to figure out what was going on and were able to fix our underground pipes quickly and under budget. (That's right, they ended up charging less than they quoted when it was less work than they expected. Super honest.)

Throughout the whole process they were very responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with, from Ryan to Bo to Melinda at the main office. Just great folks. I would recommend them to anyone having pool leak issues.

We recently had to help a friend clean up some issues in her home. Fortunately this fantastic group was able to clean the floors and remove the soiled carpet in a remarkable amount of time. The professional demeanor of the crew reflects the companies core beliefs. I will recommend them to anyone near me if and when the need arises.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Ron was so professional! He arrived on time, patiently maneuvered his way through my apartment as I had another person there working. He was quick and fast with cleaning my couch and rug, and all at a great price. Highly recommend!

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

We have used Arizona desert tree care numerous times to trim, remove and fertilize trees. They are absolutely the best! Today Sonny and crew removed a monsoon damaged mesquite tree. They did a fabulous job!

I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. If you want a good water remediation company look no further than 1-800 Water Damage.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

My State Farm agent who is a friend I trust referred me to Slate Restoration after we had a pipe burst in a wall. Chris Callaway came out and assessed the situation. He was very honest and advised us on how we could do a lot of the cleanup and drying out ourselves to save money and a potential insurance claim. This was part of his free estimate, and indicated that we could call him back with any questions.

We got a quote from another restoration company that was thousands of dollars just to remove wet drywall, place air blowers and dehumidifiers. With Chris' advice, I was able to get started on the drying out process and ease my stress level over the water issue and a potentially large chunk of money.
