Chris did an awesome job repairing our carpet. He was professional and detail oriented.

Great experience with Rocky Mountain Restoration.  Jaren came out and responded quickly when we discovered we would need their services.  He explained what was needed, in detail, each step of the entire process.  His team did a great job on the drywall.  You cannot tell where the drywall was patched and they made sure to use matching paint on the entire wall so you can not see patches or splotches.  They also took care to take extra time to make sure the cabinet work was completely dry.  He and his team were courteous and professional and did a great job overall!

Daryl was very knowledgeable about a musty smell we were having in our basement.  He checked all the places we had seen moisture and was very informative and honest!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I had two windows in the house that were not-so noticeably leaking water underneath the carpet of my new-ish build.

I reached out to Valiant Window Repair as soon as I noticed on Saturday night, had a response Sunday morning and an appointment on the schedule by Monday morning.

Shane was outstanding, was very thorough explaining the problem to me, showing me how to clean the tracks on my window as well as the cause of the leak (huge cracks between the exterior wall and the window frame caused by shoddy builder work).

He quickly sealed up all 9 windows (including the cracks that had branched off), popped the windows off the track to clean everything while being respectful of me in a meeting while working from home. Thanks Shane!

Ryan and Chris did an amazing job finding and repairing a leak that we must have had for years! I always felt there was an issue but could never find the source because it was not visible from the ground. We only discovered that there was an issue when we were digging in the yard and hit water.

Actually, If you are buying a home with a pool, the test is well worth the money!

Fast responsive and right to the point. While I hope I never have to call them again, I'm keeping this number handy!

ServPro did a great job fixing our bathroom, bedroom and kitchen in our unit in Midtown Phoenix due to water damages resulting from a heater explosion from a neighbor's unit in the second floor.
Josh and his team were very professional and completed the job as promised.  We were very pleased with the results!

Had a great experience with Clean Theory! The carpet on my stairs and in my bedroom desperately needed to be cleaned/de-haired/freshened up. Ron got back to my initial query within 24 hours, and was at my home the next day. Prompt, friendly, experienced, and very affordable!

Rarely do you see any time of service you've ordered showing up right on time.  We had an appointment and there was the truck exactly when it should be.

The individual cleaning our carpets was friendly and did a super job.  He spent time making sure all was as it should be.  We will definitely be calling this company again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

AZ Desert Tree Care team are very experienced,  professional and made our 4 trees look so beautiful!  Ed (arborist) looked at each tree and explained type of tree, how it needs to be trimmed and cared for.  The team came out and did their magic and wow, the trees are so beautiful! I highly recommend AZ Desert Tree Care.

Tom & Alicia are the best!  We had a long time leak behind the wall in our master bedroom shower. When we finally discovered it 1-800 came out and got everything drying out and safe for our family in hours.  You can tell they really know their stuff and make sure all the remediation is done properly.  A true small business looking out for their customers.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Had a water leak behind the cabinet in the main bathroom.   I had initially tried to contact Christian Brothers plumbing who couldn't fix the problem but they did recommend Master of Disaster.  Doug was the best.  Organized the job,  coordinated everything.   One of his guys didn't finish something in the bath and he actually finished it.   Then got a couple guys to put down this super looking vinyl laminate flooring.   I'm not sure the job would have went as smoothly.  Highly recommend!!!

I am an insurance agent and highly recommend Slate Restoration to my clients. Time and time again Slate, and owner Jason have provided excellent service to my clients in their most crucial time of need. You will not be disappointed.

Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

* HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! * My house burning down was the worst situation I have ever experienced, and this company made it beyond unbearable. I was unfortunate enough to have a house fire and got convinced to use this company for the rebuild. Immediately after signing the contract with them, I found out how big of a mistake I had made. The company does not care about the customer at all. They were rarely at the site to check the progress. All management that was in charge of the project were only at the house once every 1-2 months to check on what had been completed. I was forced to switch the type of tile flooring, fridge, and cabinets I had already chosen since they would not order the materials until three months after I gave them my selections, which resulted in them being five months back-ordered. The site should have easily been completed in 6 months, and this company turned it into one year and ten months long... When the construction was near completion, Kowalski told me the house was safe to move back into. Then the same night I moved most of my belongings back into the house, the county came by to inspect, and I was told I could not sleep in the house due to major unfinished electrical work and inspections. I was forced to leave all my belongings in the house for another week and move into a hotel. Kowalski made this stressful and sad situation one hundred times more miserable. Then, after almost two years of dealing with Kowalski and their horrid customer service, they changed the amount I owed to them for the rebuild. I had to fight them over this extra charge that was obviously incorrect. I got told by managers that they had made a mistake and added almost $5000 to the invoice, and it was indeed a mistake. Then after I paid all the remaining invoices, Kowalski decided that it was no longer an error and forced me to pay the amount they previously took off and threatened to send my account to collections and void my warranty if I did not pay the remaining balance immediately. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this company and not use Kowalski for any reason whatsoever, in my opinion. Turning one of the worst moments of my family's life into an even worse situation. I hope this review can save other families from going through such a horrible situation.
