Aron at Rocky Mountain has done a fabulous job of helping us after we found a leak in our new home we just bought and moved into a few weeks ago. This has been very hard on us because we haven't even lived in the house 3 weeks and our kitchen which had new cabinets installed had to be ripped out. He is very professional, clean and courteous. He could see that my husband and myself are distraught about this whole ordeal and he has done everything he can to help us.

I called Moldex to inquire about an estimate to check our attic. Great customer service! They explained to me my situation and told me I have nothing to worry about. Its refreshing to have a company be so honest saving me time and worry :) I will definitely call them back if I need mold experts in the future.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Five Star Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME!!  First and foremost, they did a really great job.  They cleaned my tile, my carpeted stairs, and two couches.  My tile looks like the day it was put in...and that was years and years ago.  I did not think they would be able to do it.  The first day they were supposed to come, they had an issue and had to cancel.  They called me 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there to tell me.  I really appreciate them not leaving me waiting for hours before I found out.  They were so apologetic!  They rescheduled for a time that worked for me and gave me some extras, for my inconvenience, that made it more than worth my while.  Issues come up, it's how you handle them that make all the difference.  I will recommend this company to everyone!

A late season monsoon storm delivered heavy rain and an unpleasant puddle in my living room. Tom came by to do the initial assessment and was helpful throughout the whole experience, even referring us to a roofer, pigeon remediator (because, weirdly enough, pigeons had been the cause of our leak) and a drywall repair expert. Eric was the tech who came by, hacked a hole in the ceiling, and set up numerous fans and a dehumidifier to run for a long (very loud) weekend to make sure our attic dried out. Both gentlemen came right when they said they would and did excellent work. I was especially grateful for how thoroughly Eric cleaned after his visits--our ceiling is high, and drywall dust went absolutely everywhere!

This company truly took good care of us amid a stressful time. I'd definitely call on them again if needed.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Reliable and great service. Had a couple of the other companies make me wait most of the day and then postponed to another day because they were busy the rest of the day. But Douglas Weeks came out when they said and did an amazing job. Fixed my electric issues in no time. Was polite and professional even educated me through out the whole process. I recommend his quality services and will continue to use this company.
