Update: Had him come over for some other carpet repair because we are selling our house. He did a GREAT job!!! We had some waves in the carpet and thought we had to replace it. Chris came over and fixed it all!!! I recommend him to everyone. Great work.

Called on a Saturday of a holiday weekend after finding a bit of mold after fixing a leak. They had someone out within 45 minutes for a free inspection. Within two hours Mike had remediated the mold, cleaned up after the plumber who had left a bit of a mess, and made sure I had no other evidence of mold where the drip was occurring. He wore booties, was friendly to my kids, and was a wonderfully pleasant person to work with for this minor project.

LONG overdue review!
We bought a house back in December of 2019, which was vacant for about 2 years prior to us purchasing the home. After a few months, we noticed a bunch of little gnats/flies in the corner cabinet near the sink. I knew they were there because of moisture and there was a bit of a funky smell. We called Daryl and he came over to assess the situation. When it got into things, it was nasty... sludge under the corner cabinet. He took samples of the mold and sent them out to a lab. It was confirmed as mold and he provided us with a quote and solution to resolve the matter. Daryl was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Some of the cabinets were needing to be replaced and Daryl researched to find the manufacturer. Since Covid had just entered the scene, he was not able to connect with the manufacturer. Instead, Daryl rebuilt the cabinets from scratch and did a great job. He also helped me with some other little cosmetic things in the kitchen, which he didn't have to do (he didn't even charge me for it). I would absolutely recommend Daryl, especially if you have or think you have mold. Don't mess with that stuff. Leave it to the pro's, and Daryl is a pro!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

You must be reading this because you want to find a leak detection company. Well I suggest you stop here and call Ryan with leak science. I have worked with multiple companies in the valley with multiple houses and none were as honest and knowledgeable as Leak Science. Ryan will not waste your time or money. He's prompt and quick. He is excellent with communication both in returning calls and responding to concerns in a way that makes sense and gives direction on options for you to take. I will only call Ryan for any such issues in the future.

ServPro of Paradise Valley is great to work with. They are professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and honest. Their pricing is very fair. After getting three quotes from various companies, I knew Josh and his ServPro team were the best choice. They did a thorough inspection and explained the complete process for cleaning up our water damage. It is worth noting that there are other ServPro companies in the area and they are independently owned and operated. ServPro of Paradise Valley is who I would recommend.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. I can't say enough good things about Ron and his company! We were duped by a tile guy that left our brand new house a complete mess! We couldn't get the tile cleaned and movers were coming. Ron not only fit us in his booked schedule but he made our tile look beautiful! I am so grateful we found Ron at such an overwhelming time when we thought our brand new flooring was ruined! Rarely do you see any time of service you've ordered showing up right on time.  We had an appointment and there was the truck exactly when it should be.

The individual cleaning our carpets was friendly and did a super job.  He spent time making sure all was as it should be.  We will definitely be calling this company again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

Our sweet acacia tree, half of it just broke off aNd needed soon wine to come remove the broken piece and assess the tree. I called and they came soon after. Very professional. Good price. They came promptly the next morning andter envied the tree and stump. They had all the equipment and crew. Cleaned up nicely. Excellent job.

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Terrible service and misleading. We had a huge plumbing issue. Plumber gave us their name to do cement work. They led us to believe they would work with insurance to get much of it paid for.  They did nothing on that. 2 day job took two weeks. Work was shoddy. Works did not show up until 10-12 every day. Management did not keep appointments. We h as d to have them tear 1/2 of it out and redo it. Had to make threats to get them to finish. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

I contacted Slate Restoration due to some water leaking from my dishwasher.  Slate had a tech out at my house with in an hour.  Came in moved out furniture got had tests done for Asbestos, made sure to inform me along each step and made my stress disappear! I'm so glad I contacted this company as they have made my house livable in such timely manor.  If you want the best you need to call Slate Restoration ASAP for type of water, fire or any other type of loss!  I promise you can't go wrong with the team of guys Jason Jarvis employe's! Thank you again Jason.

Had a morning appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. I called the guy who scheduled the appointment, he expressed surprise that the tech hadn't called. Nobody ever called, nobody ever showed up. What a waste of time. Evidently they don't need my business, so I suppose they don't need yours either.

Fraud. Over priced and don't do good work. Get them out of Phoenix! Do not use!!!!!!!!
