Chris managed to fix my cat-damaged carpet quickly and under my estimate by other contractors. The carpet looks like it was never damaged! I was so impressed with his skill and professionalism. I would recommend Chris to anyone who needs carpet repair.

We had to be out of town for part of the process and they were always communicating with us about when they were going to be there and when they left, always leaving us details about what they were able to do that day. Daryl is phenomenal! So helpful and knowledgeable! We found mold by our shower and he was patient with all of my questions. He really put our minds at ease. Hopefully we don't have mold anywhere else in the future but if we do, he'll be our first call!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane is FANTASTIC!  I called him on Friday morning and he fit me in on Monday afternoon.  One of my windows was off track and I couldn't open it.   He fixed it in minutes.  He is fair, honest, nice, efficient, and knowledgeable!  Great customer service, you could ask for nothing more!  Everyone else wants to sell you new windows and Shane will fix them.

Ryan came out and met with us to advise on the work that needed done on our pool.  The pebble tec that was rolled on the sides of the pool as well as the steps had cracked.  There were also cracks on the bottom of pool.  Ryan was very honest with us and to what needed to be done-unlike previous quotes we received telling us we needed to resurface the whole pool.  Chris came out to do the work-they are very professional and personable.  They did an excellent job on the pool, steps and and re-cool decking around the pool as well as fixing the chips on the decking.  I highly recommend Leak Science.  They were also very reliable and timely.  Thank you Leak Science for all you have done.

Yesterday was one of the worst days of my life.  I had a horrible migraine which caused me to vomit in the bathroom.  I cleaned as well as I could, but the walls were still dirty and I could tell that it was not clean.  This morning I called ServPro of Paradise Valley and they came out a couple of hours later.  They are professional and did the job for the estimate given by phone.  Importantly, they cleaned using an environmentally friendly product used in hospitals and it looks and smells clean.  They did a great job and were quite efficient.  I highly recommend this company without reservation and would use them again without giving it a second thought.

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

Wonderful tree service!  I will call them every year now.  They trimmed two mesquite trees in my yard.  The crew did an excellent job!  Angel was very professional and helpful.  Great experience.  Highly recommend them!

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Hugo and Juan came to our home due to a roof leak which resulted in water damage.  They were meticulous in setting up the isolated space for ripping apart the drywall to look for and remove the mold the rain water had caused.  They were very respectful of our property.  I found them both to be professional and communicative of the process.  Grateful to have such great guys come to help us with our project.
