We had a small section of our carpet that was pulled out. I honestly didn't think it was fixable, but figured I'd have Chris look and give it a shot. Chris stopped by, had the job completed quickly, and you can't even tell where the damage used to be. Highly recommend Chris and we will definitely use him again if we (hopefully never) need to again!

Awful service! We provided our insurance estimate to them on 7/18 and spoke with a very delightful Kristen (receptionist I think). We were advised someone would be calling later in the day to schedule a walk through for the rebuild. 7/24 we called to advise no one has called us our scheduled anything. Kristen urgently advised for someone to contact us and cc'd us on the email. Unfortunately, still nothing. We are using a different company that within 48 hours did the walk through, provided an estimate, and started the work.

Moldex came in to fix damage from a water leak at my house. They were very knowledgeable and I appreciated their expertise. It's hard to find trustworthy people in this industry-- I highly recommend them!

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane did a great job of sealing up some old windows that were showing signs of gaps in the sealing and becoming drafty. His work ethic was great and he was more than happy to explain the process of the project. Respected my home and surroundings, and provided very fair pricing. Would highly recommend for any window repair projects you may need.

ServPro of Paradise Valley is great to work with. They are professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and honest. Their pricing is very fair. After getting three quotes from various companies, I knew Josh and his ServPro team were the best choice. They did a thorough inspection and explained the complete process for cleaning up our water damage. It is worth noting that there are other ServPro companies in the area and they are independently owned and operated. ServPro of Paradise Valley is who I would recommend.

I was able to get an appointment same day and was very pleased with the outcome of my tile and carpet cleaning. Ron is very personable, professional and makes sure you are satisfied with his work. We will be referring many friends and will continue to use his company in the future for our floor cleaning services!

Friendly and efficient but way too much water left behind not only on carpet but floors as well. 90 degrees and breezy here today and after 5 hours carpet is still wet in spots.  $75 minimum charge.

Tom & Alicia run a terrific restoration business. We had water damage from a broken water heater in the garage with water coming through the wall back into a downstairs bedroom and closet. I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Tim with Master of Disaster is the most helpful person you will meet BEFORE the work begins.  After the work begins, if there are any issues or problems, Tim essentially becomes a ghost.  Hired him to install a water filtration system...there were a number of issues.  

After installation, the water in the house was blue.  Called Tim on multiple occasions to inquire if this was normal, no response.  I finally decided to call to manufacturer of the water filtration system directly.  They inquired, what is the water pressure regulator set at?  I told them there was no  water pressure regulator installed.  The manufacturer told me that because Tim did not install the water pressure regulator, it voided the warranty on my new $1,600 system.  

The manufacturer also informed me they could have installed the entire system for $1,100 (including the water pressure regulator) so Tim deliberately overcharged me.  I spent 4-5 days trying to get a hold of Tim.  Finally...he felt I was worthy enough to receive a return phone call.  Tim came to my house, looked in me in the eye, and told me he would have his guys come out later that afternoon and install the water pressure regulator.  Told me not worry...he would take care of it.  His guys never showed, and that is the last time I heard from Tim.  By the way...I had to spend additional money getting a water pressure regulator installed myself.

Besides the water filtration system, Tim was also suppose to install a new sink.  He did install the sink, but his guys were sloppy during installation and I now have a 4 inch gash in the counter.  Tim tried to tell me the gash was there the entire time...yeah...right Tim.  I must have overlooked the gash as I only lived in the house 11 years prior to your guys being hired.

Lastly...be very careful if you are receiving water restoration services.  Tim preps you for phone call to the insurance company.  After invoices were submitted to the insurance company for work performed, I received a phone call from the insurance company regarding how much they were charged. The individual wanted to know specifically what work was actually performed.  Think about that for second..and ask yourself if you want to do business with these guys?

Slate Restoration is professional and timely.  Everything got fixed perfectly and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Had a morning appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. I called the guy who scheduled the appointment, he expressed surprise that the tech hadn't called. Nobody ever called, nobody ever showed up. What a waste of time. Evidently they don't need my business, so I suppose they don't need yours either.

John A. did a small contracted job for my senior living community last week. From receiving a quote, setting an appointment, and completeing the job, we were done in less than a week. All people involved were courteous and efficient. John showed up on time, was friendly, and did a timely job that turned out just as we wanted.
