I recently had some water damage from a leaking tub. This company was amazing. Patrick was here within hours and set everything up professionally and cleanly. All staff wore face masks and booties in the house. He was available for any questions I had, left his number and always got back to me promptly when I left a message. They worked seamlessly with my homeowners insurance and I would definitely recommend them.

Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane did a great job of sealing up some old windows that were showing signs of gaps in the sealing and becoming drafty. His work ethic was great and he was more than happy to explain the process of the project. Respected my home and surroundings, and provided very fair pricing. Would highly recommend for any window repair projects you may need.

Ryan fixed my insidious leak without any hidden surprises.

I had a leak in my pool that went beyond the capabilities of my local pool cleaning service.  I needed a professional.  Before visiting, Ryan explained the diagnosis process, and some common scenarios for the cost and effort for each, depending on if the leak is easy or harder to find.

Ryan was able to find a disconnected pipe connecting the chlorine tablet reservoir with the pool.  Since I had recently converted to salt-water, I had the pipe stopped, which was more economical as Ryan suggested.  He also walked me through the repairs that needed to be done on the deck as a result of the excavation needed, which was super helpful when talking to deck repair companies.

Thank-you Ryan for helping us out on a frustrating problem and I now know who to call if I have any more issues.

We had extensive water damage in our 2 story condo, from a drain clogged with hail. It was 2 wks before we returned to the condo to discover all the drywall and flooring damage. State Farm referred us to ServPro of Paradise Valley. Nathan, Josh and their crew knew just what to do, how to help and were timely and professional.  As ServoPro went into action with the careful pack out of our belongings and started the removal of damaged drywall and carpet, we felt a sense of relief. In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Ron did a great job - he came when he said, did the work quickly and well and even took some of our rugs with him because they needed more attention. He did all of this at an extremely reasonable price.

We have used Arizona desert tree care numerous times to trim, remove and fertilize trees. They are absolutely the best! Today Sonny and crew removed a monsoon damaged mesquite tree. They did a fabulous job!

Tom's assessment of the remedial work necessary for my situation was direct and thorough.  Tom explained all options, even explaining how I could do some of the work myself in order to save money.  I ultimately hired Tom and his company to do the entire job and I was so glad I did.  Could not ask for a more professional, helpful contractor.  Perhaps most of all, I appreciated his reassurances during a stressful time.

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Tim with Master of Disaster was excellent to work with. I had him remodel our master bathroom and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I felt comfortable from start to finish with his knowledge and ability. He even gave us an idea to move the entrance to the closet so that we could extend our shower. I am so thankful!

Slate Restoration is only restoration company I will ever use here in Arizona. The entire staff is fantastic! They were professional from beginning to end of the process. What I felt was one of the most stressful times, due to water damage in my home, Alex (the best water technician) made seem not so bad due to his calmness, professionalism and great communication. I would defiantly recommend his company because of him and use them in the future.

I mistakingly rated this company instead of the correct one. They were very nice to me and i truly felt bad about the error.  Just in their attitude i would definitely recommend them

Kowalksi was recommended to us by a trusted friend and we were not disappointed. They worked with our insurer directly which helped alleviate a lot of stress on my part.
