Chris came out to our condo in Scottsdale to pull carpet up and route our Cox cable to other side of living room. Chris is a really nice guy and did the job perfectly, taking before and after shots documenting that all looked just like before he started.  Even the Cox cable tech who was over coincidentally at the same time commented how Chris did the job the right way, trimming the pad alongside tack strip so there was no evidence of cable under carpet.  Great job!

Leak science came out and were unprofessional . Blew up our phone at 6:30am after we told not to because we work late. They fixed the leak and removed the pool light when doing so and never came out to put the light back in. Instead they told us to do it ourselves . We never received an invoice and then they threatened us with a Lein for $400. Reputable businesses provide an invoice for payment.

ServPro of Paradise Valley is great to work with. They are professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and honest. Their pricing is very fair. After getting three quotes from various companies, I knew Josh and his ServPro team were the best choice. They did a thorough inspection and explained the complete process for cleaning up our water damage. It is worth noting that there are other ServPro companies in the area and they are independently owned and operated. ServPro of Paradise Valley is who I would recommend.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. I needed my carpets cleaned but didn't know who to call with all the company's out there.five star carpet cleaning was the only company I called that answered and I'm glad I made the choice to go with them they were super friendly fast and efficient I will be using them again

Yesterday Edward and his crew came out to trim several large trees for us. They were so careful with everything in our yard. They moved everything out of the way, put it back, and left everything spotless! In the 22yrs we have lived in our home (in Desert Ridge) they have been the best. His price was very competitive. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service.  I was very impressed with AM/PM from the diagnosis of the issue (water damage), remediation of mold and removal of mold/water damaged cabinets, drywall, and baseboards, and a very quick repair of all the affected areas once the mold was gone.  A job I expected to take 2-3 weeks, based on prior experience with general contractors, was finished in only 4 days and looks as good as new.  Highly recommend!

Kowalksi was recommended to us by a trusted friend and we were not disappointed. They worked with our insurer directly which helped alleviate a lot of stress on my part.
