Awesome service. He was prompt, courteous, and did the job quickly. Chris was extremely polite before, during and after the service, and that means a lot. The price was fair and the results were great. If my dumb dog ever tears up my carpet again, I know who I'm calling.

I'm leaving this review for Rocky Mountain Restoration, but also for Logan in particular.  I just want to commend him for his spectacular work and customer service. Rarely do you find someone this professional, and reliable... I felt that it was worth a review.  

My dad was out of town, in a different country actually, and while I staying over at his place, a pipe busted and the water coming from that pipe was being absorbed by the walls of his bathroom.  It was bad enough that the plumber told me that the walls were about to expand at any moment.  I found this out at night, and contacted Rocky Mountain Restoration, and they made every effort (around my schedule) to get in, and fix it for me.  

Logan was accommodating, professional, friendly, and punctual.  I texted his cell phone multiple times during the process of getting my dad's walls dried, and he NEVER sounded annoyed with me.  Honestly, I can be annoying and demanding.  I'm the type of person who keeps following up if I'm given a timeline and it isn't met.  

Logan was always polite and calm, just trying to get the work done before the water damage got worse.  I felt like he was genuinely trying to help me, and was as concerned about the walls as I was.  There were times I would tell him that a certain appointment time would be ok, only to find out that I can no longer have him come at that time, and I had to reschedule.  Even then, he tried his best to help me and fit my needs.  Again, he was really patient with me.  He would tell me that he would get an estimate or invoice to me in X amount of time, and sure enough, it would be done.  He would give me a window of time that he'd be at our place, and he was NEVER late.  He explained and walked through the process of everything with me.  I would have a ton of questions, and he would answer every single one of them.  

I was given Rocky Mountain Restoration's contact info by my plumber, and he assured me that Rocky Mountain is a reliable company, and he was right.  I highly recommend Logan and Rocky Mountain Restoration to anyone who needs a trustworthy company for their restoration needs!! Had a recent plumbing leak.  After being told by another company they would have to cut open walls and do all sorts of reconstruction, I called Daryl for for a second opinion.

Daryl was very patient in understanding my situation, explaining what to look for, how to actively dry out the wet area, and prevent any potential mold issues.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

Shane is very professional and always on time. He came and fixed our patio door glass. I highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing. I'm super happy with his service and will always call him for any future issues.

We returned from a out of town trip over Thanksgiving to discover our pool level had dropped 3-4 feet without sign of an obvious leak. We were very concerned as we are prepping the home for sale. After researching several leak detection/repair firms, I contacted Leak Science. Ryan promptly returned my call and scheduled service within a couple of days. Bobby conducted the tests and discovered the source of the problem. What could've been a several thousand dollar repair of  recently resurfaced pool was fixed with a $20 plug plus the cost of the tests. (Lower than quoted). Ryan (owner) visited the site, reviewed his employees work himself and counseled us on how to carefully refill the pool to check for any other potential problems. After this, we discovered another filter issue unrelated to the leak. Ryan worked another site visit into his busy schedule and identified the problem without additional charge. He is currently arranging for another firm to fix this issue as his schedule couldn't accommodate us in the very near term. Bottom line; Leak Science is trustworthy, customer service oriented, priced fairly, is professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate for a nanosecond to recommend them!

We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. Servpro came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. My husband and I were very impressed by Servpro PV and will definitely be using them again for any water damages or mold issues and are spreading the word. Thank you Servpro!

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Ed and his team were great! We were trying to find someone locally who knew how to trim our trees. (We had trees that hadn't been trimmed in over 11 years.) Ed was here a few days after I called AZ Desert Tree Care, gave us a quote, and was back in a few days to do the work. Our property looks so good now! His crew did a great job at cleaning everything up. We would highly recommend AZ Desert Tree Care!

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

I had MOD out for water damage caused by my leaking water heater they were quick to contain the water damage and worked with my insurance company to clean up the water damage restoring the garage and room behind the water heater  better than it was before the water damage occurred

Great company.  The owner, Jason is a great guy and takes his job very seriously and takes great care of his clients.  Always quick to respond and class A service.

I see Jim Kowalski has posted another negative about my review.  It is easy to blame someone else, but the truth is always the best.  I stand by what I said and I never once changed the scope.  It was Aaron Mullins who was inept at his job.  
I also see Jim K has many of his employees leaving reviews to boost the star rating.
