Our faucet broke and got mold underneath our kitchen sink and dishwasher..  Daryl Did a great job!  was prompt, best quote (we tried 4 companies), looks better than even before the faucet damage.  Please note he is very busy-  so we had to wait about a week for him to be able to do the repairs (he did come day after we called for a quote and to take samples).  He tested air quality inside the house so we felt comforted knowing mold hadn't gotten into our air.  Will use him again (although fingers crossed we wont have another issue) and recommend.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

So I am absolutely terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane.  I utilized his services earlier this year for some new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door, and I could not have been more pleased.  I've done a lot of renos to my place, so I've dealt with a fair share of people, and he absolutely stood out to me.  When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him.  He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door (which I thought I was going to have to go with yet another company for)!  I gave him all of my concerns, and he had an answer for every single one.  He even said to me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't.  You don't need new unless you really want them.'  That floored me; you rarely ever get that kind of honesty!  I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him.  And I could not be happier with the work he did.  He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.  

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged.  And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

A follow up, Leak Science also repaired a crack in the pool deck, the repair didn't last 6 months and the crack is apparently back. I will need to repair the crack....waste of money paying for the repair this repair!!!!

Had a slow leak hiding in the back of our kitchen cabinet that caused some nasty mold across the kitchen and bathrooms.
Josh replied to my weekend yelp message with helpful info and eased the initial scare of hurry up n get out of the house.
We had other companies come out. The other we considered came in lower but a. I didn't get such a great vibe & b. They wanted to rip out parts of my bathrooms that were nowhere near the mold! I chose Josh, insurance didn't cover, he had his crew work small areas at a time to try to minimize and damage and save me money.
His crew was nice respectful, careful and meticulous!
I hope I never need his services again and kinda hope no one does, but if it should happen that water damage comes up he's got my referral no questions!

I am so grateful to John from Surv pro.  I woke at 4 am to a flood in my laundry room, garage, breakfast room and part of my dinning room.  I called at 4 am and John was at my house by 5;15 AM vacuuming up the water from a burst hot water heater. John was professional and quick. he returned    to check on the drying fans  for 2 days after.  I would recommend 'JOHN  for any water, restoration problems in the west Valley.  Excellent customer service.

Fantastic tree service! I had to locate a new tree service as my last one went out of business. Ed and his team did an incredible job trimming all the trees in my yard at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

Wow !!! Tom came out the first day to check moisture because we noticed water damage. Then the next day him and his team member came and removed the old material and mold and contained the area, he was honest and great. I love that about this company no hidden fees and the walls were cut perfectly only around damage . Thank you guys !!!!

If I could give these folks ten stars, I would do it in a New York Minute. They were nothing short of amazing - from the first moment I had a conversation with them (Angela's about as caring an individual as you will ever find), to the last walk-through after they were finished. Efficient, thorough, comprehensive. Can't say enough good things about them.

Tim with Master of Disaster is the most helpful person you will meet BEFORE the work begins.  After the work begins, if there are any issues or problems, Tim essentially becomes a ghost.  Hired him to install a water filtration system...there were a number of issues.  

After installation, the water in the house was blue.  Called Tim on multiple occasions to inquire if this was normal, no response.  I finally decided to call to manufacturer of the water filtration system directly.  They inquired, what is the water pressure regulator set at?  I told them there was no  water pressure regulator installed.  The manufacturer told me that because Tim did not install the water pressure regulator, it voided the warranty on my new $1,600 system.  

The manufacturer also informed me they could have installed the entire system for $1,100 (including the water pressure regulator) so Tim deliberately overcharged me.  I spent 4-5 days trying to get a hold of Tim.  Finally...he felt I was worthy enough to receive a return phone call.  Tim came to my house, looked in me in the eye, and told me he would have his guys come out later that afternoon and install the water pressure regulator.  Told me not worry...he would take care of it.  His guys never showed, and that is the last time I heard from Tim.  By the way...I had to spend additional money getting a water pressure regulator installed myself.

Besides the water filtration system, Tim was also suppose to install a new sink.  He did install the sink, but his guys were sloppy during installation and I now have a 4 inch gash in the counter.  Tim tried to tell me the gash was there the entire time...yeah...right Tim.  I must have overlooked the gash as I only lived in the house 11 years prior to your guys being hired.

Lastly...be very careful if you are receiving water restoration services.  Tim preps you for phone call to the insurance company.  After invoices were submitted to the insurance company for work performed, I received a phone call from the insurance company regarding how much they were charged. The individual wanted to know specifically what work was actually performed.  Think about that for second..and ask yourself if you want to do business with these guys?

Slate Restoration is definitely a top notch restoration company. Jason is a responsible business owner who still finds time to have personable interactions with everyone he comes across, and people like Noelle definitely represent the company in a respectable and professional manner. 5 stars, I definitely would recommend Slate Restoration for any job, big or small.

Responded very fast, removed all the water and used huge dryers to remove moisture from the room.  Event helped finding contractors to repair the walls, cabinets, etc.

After a fire in our home last Saturday night, kowalski construction has been nothing short of perfect in dealing with our tragedy. They have showed up every single day for every appointment and even to restore the plumbing to keep our landscaping from damage. They have met with every person, even people they didn't need to be there for. The care, courtesy and respect they have shown our family and home is beyond awesome. Thank you so much!
