I thought I needed to replace the carpets in my investment property, but a friend told me about Chris.  I had Chris come over to look at my carpets and he quoted me within ten minutes, asked me if I wanted him to do the work then, and he did it.  It is amazing to see how much better the carpet looks!  He did a great job, and I would definitely call him in the future!

This company is amazing! They are extremely informative and thorough. We had to be out of town for part of the process and they were always communicating with us about when they were going to be there and when they left, always leaving us details about what they were able to do that day. Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

After living in our house six years and not being able to open our bathroom windows, I snapped and called Shane. He answered and offered to come by that day and give me an estimate. He kept in contact with me letting me know when the parts would come in and when he would be buy to install, he showed up when he said he would and went above and beyond. I really appreciate his honesty. He probably could have told me I needed to replace the windows but instead he tracked down parts and made my windows functional again. Don't be like me and wait six years to get your windows fixed  call Shane!

Oh how I wish I could leave more than 5 stars!!! I hired Leak Science to fix a leaking pool pipe. Chris was assigned to the job and he went above and beyond to get the job done!!

Chris made sure to communicate with me at every step and made sure I understood what was happening.

I highly recommend this company! I hope to never need them again (because leaks suck) but if anything ever goes wrong again I know exactly who to call!

We had a surprise hot water leak and needed an evaluation for dry wall damage. Servpro came out within 45 mins and gave me an honest opinion of the extent of our damage which ended up being fairly minor compared to the outrageous estimate another company was going to charge us. Tyler and Dexter also did a much more thorough job than the other company evaluating the damage. My husband and I were very impressed by Servpro PV and will definitely be using them again for any water damages or mold issues and are spreading the word. Thank you Servpro!

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. I am glad I contacted AZ Desert Tree Care. Edward was very knowledgable. Johnny ran the crew of 7 a few days later. They trimmed a very large & thorny Argentine Mesquite, as well as 6 other trees. Everything was chipped. They protected all landscape plants and cleaned things up, ready for our dinner party later that day. I highly recommend them

An absolutely amazing company! I Called and talked with Alicia last week with some questions regarding mold. She answered all of them as well as educated me on signs of molding. Some of the best customer service I've seen in awhile. I will be reccomending this company to all of my family and friends.

I highly recommend Slate Restoration. My roof leaked and caused major water damage to my drywall, carpeting and everything was soaked. I was afraid of black mold and wanted the water damage to be minimized quickly.
Nick was first to arrive and he put my mind at ease right away. He showed me where the water was pooling in my ceilings and explained the next plan of action. He set up his equipment and removed the soaked carpet padding. His team removed the water damaged drywall and insulation and set up plastic to protect my furniture and belongings.
Once completely dry the clean-up was 5 stars excellent. I was comforted knowing I was in such good hands and the professionalism was appreciated.

Had a roof leak after roofer fixed the roof.  The roofer was slow to send a water extraction crew (few days).  AM/PM was on-site in an hour, got everything wet removed, put dehumidifiers and fans in.  In few days, it was like it did not happened.

Amazing. My neighbor's home was broken into... the intruder broke a window, but this company came in & changed locks & boarded the window that was broken. Really wonderful people. They truly put their customers first. I highly recommend. THANK YOU KOWALSKI CONSTRUCTION for helping my neighbor.
