Called Chris about repairing the carpet in our master closet where it connects to a tiled bathroom floor.  Explained the problem and he gave me two quotes depending on what needed to be done.  Showed up on time the following day and within 45 minutes the work was complete (at the lower quote).  The area now looks great and is something that will most definitely hold up under traffic.

Great feeling to have a job well done, by a nice person, and at a very reasonable price!  Would highly recommend Chris for amy type of carpet repair work you may need.

We noticed mold in our garage. Called Darryl, who was prompt at responding by phone or text. He explained that the mold was because our roof was leaking, which further inspection from a roofing company proved him correct. He also explained that our house was custom made and required special materials. We got the lab results and an estimate in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when we contacted the insurance company, they sent out a different mold company for the repairs, so this comment is not evaluating his repair work. However, the company we got from the insurance has proven to be very lacking in communication from the start and borderline incompetent, not even realizing the special circumstances around our custom made house until they started tearing things apart, even though Darryl noticed within ten minutes of getting here. So comparing two mold companies back to back, I can say Moldex is way superior, and wish the insurance company had chosen him.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

5 stars and more. Shane, the military veteran owner shows up, on July 4th for an estimate!! That's 5 stars on its own. Showed up on time, laid out what was going to happen and got to work. We returned from a out of town trip over Thanksgiving to discover our pool level had dropped 3-4 feet without sign of an obvious leak. We were very concerned as we are prepping the home for sale. After researching several leak detection/repair firms, I contacted Leak Science. Ryan promptly returned my call and scheduled service within a couple of days. Bobby conducted the tests and discovered the source of the problem. What could've been a several thousand dollar repair of  recently resurfaced pool was fixed with a $20 plug plus the cost of the tests. (Lower than quoted). Ryan (owner) visited the site, reviewed his employees work himself and counseled us on how to carefully refill the pool to check for any other potential problems. After this, we discovered another filter issue unrelated to the leak. Ryan worked another site visit into his busy schedule and identified the problem without additional charge. He is currently arranging for another firm to fix this issue as his schedule couldn't accommodate us in the very near term. Bottom line; Leak Science is trustworthy, customer service oriented, priced fairly, is professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate for a nanosecond to recommend them!

We had extensive water damage in our 2 story condo, from a drain clogged with hail. It was 2 wks before we returned to the condo to discover all the drywall and flooring damage. State Farm referred us to ServPro of Paradise Valley. Nathan, Josh and their crew knew just what to do, how to help and were timely and professional.  As ServoPro went into action with the careful pack out of our belongings and started the removal of damaged drywall and carpet, we felt a sense of relief. This business is the real deal; professional,  conscientious and efficient! Thank you Nathan!

I highly recommend this company.  Jeff the owner and his team were amazing.  Customer service, honesty, and his team were great.  Jeff was awesome at explaining how everything worked and the possibilities.  I wouldn't go with anyone else as during these circumstances people could be over charged!  Jeff and his company gave us an amazing price and great workmanship!

Five Star Carpet Cleaning was AWESOME!!  First and foremost, they did a really great job.  They cleaned my tile, my carpeted stairs, and two couches.  My tile looks like the day it was put in...and that was years and years ago.  I did not think they would be able to do it.  The first day they were supposed to come, they had an issue and had to cancel.  They called me 10 minutes before they were supposed to be there to tell me.  I really appreciate them not leaving me waiting for hours before I found out.  They were so apologetic!  They rescheduled for a time that worked for me and gave me some extras, for my inconvenience, that made it more than worth my while.  Issues come up, it's how you handle them that make all the difference.  I will recommend this company to everyone!

I initially called the tree service that had done our trees in years past, but their prices had gone up over 150%!! so I called AZ Desert Tree and I am so happy I did. They did a far better job than our old tree service and also offered to deep fertilize as well. Edward was very knowledgeable and Juan and Sonny were part of the crew who came out to trim. They were quick, honest, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. And they cleaned up all the mess so it looked like they were never there. I will be calling them for the next tree trimming.

Alicia and 1-800 Water Damage really goes above and beyond with not only there work but there ethics. I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. If you want a good water remediation company look no further than 1-800 Water Damage.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Had a water leak behind the cabinet in the main bathroom.   I had initially tried to contact Christian Brothers plumbing who couldn't fix the problem but they did recommend Master of Disaster.  Doug was the best.  Organized the job,  coordinated everything.   One of his guys didn't finish something in the bath and he actually finished it.   Then got a couple guys to put down this super looking vinyl laminate flooring.   I'm not sure the job would have went as smoothly.  Highly recommend!!!

This is a fantastic company!  Their service is top notch.  Everyone is very helpful and professional.  They took the time to explain everything they were going to do, they very flexible, and thorough in cleaning up when they're done.  The person I had the pleasure to work with was Andrew but their entire team is great.

Excellent service.  I was very impressed with AM/PM from the diagnosis of the issue (water damage), remediation of mold and removal of mold/water damaged cabinets, drywall, and baseboards, and a very quick repair of all the affected areas once the mold was gone.  A job I expected to take 2-3 weeks, based on prior experience with general contractors, was finished in only 4 days and looks as good as new.  Highly recommend!
