Rocky Mountain Restoration did an excellent job during a horrible situation. We had just moved into our new house when we had a sewage backup flood in portions of our main floor. Rocky Mountain Restoration was recommended by the plumbing company working on the issue. They showed up within in an hour of the call. Dylan Miller was very professional, understanding and thorough. He immediately explained all that needed to be done. Dylan personally came back everyday until the bacteria and moisture were at acceptable levels. He walked me through all the next steps that would need to be taken. He was the one shining light in this bad situation.

Also, Rocky Mountain Restoration works directly with the insurance company taking that burden off your shoulders. 5-stars for Rocky Mountain and Dylan!

Daryl with Moldex did a fantastic job.  Our under-sink R/O system leaked for quite some time without us noticing.  By the time we did, water had damaged all the cabinets under the sink and nearby, and mold had started to grow behind our dishwasher.  Daryl was able to save much of the structure other contractors wanted to tear out.  He remediated the mold, saved the cabinet faces, and rebuilt the cabinets better than new.  Daryl is super friendly and trustworthy.

Restoration HQ did a fantastic job. Alexcis was great, she worked with me to schedule and re-schedule several times and made sure they could come at a time that was convenient for us. Ricardo showed up early, was super nice, and did fantastic quality work. I would recomend Restoration HQ to anyone in need of drywall repair or damage restoration of any kind.

I had a broken window and a couple that had condensation after all the rain.  Shane arrived on time for the estimate and was very polite and personable. His estimate was fair and the windows installed on time and the worksite left clean.  I could not be happier with the work performed and highly recommend Shane and Valiant.

Ryan came out and met with us to advise on the work that needed done on our pool.  The pebble tec that was rolled on the sides of the pool as well as the steps had cracked.  There were also cracks on the bottom of pool.  Ryan was very honest with us and to what needed to be done-unlike previous quotes we received telling us we needed to resurface the whole pool.  Chris came out to do the work-they are very professional and personable.  They did an excellent job on the pool, steps and and re-cool decking around the pool as well as fixing the chips on the decking.  I highly recommend Leak Science.  They were also very reliable and timely.  Thank you Leak Science for all you have done.

We had extensive water damage in our 2 story condo, from a drain clogged with hail. It was 2 wks before we returned to the condo to discover all the drywall and flooring damage. State Farm referred us to ServPro of Paradise Valley. Nathan, Josh and their crew knew just what to do, how to help and were timely and professional.  As ServoPro went into action with the careful pack out of our belongings and started the removal of damaged drywall and carpet, we felt a sense of relief. In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. Excellent service! Ron was professional, prompt, answered emails and texts in a timely manner, and was VERY thorough! He took his time cleaning a couch that was previously owned by a pet(s) owner. I am not a pet owner so I do believe I might have been having an allergic reaction to the couch..even though I had it covered. He probably saved my life! Ha! Not to mention the couch probably hadn't been cleaned...ever. Gross, yeah, I know! I would highly recommend Clean Theory and will have Ron back to clean my kitchen tile as soon as home improvements are complete.

Still great service, clean after clean. I just had them come out and clean my office and was impressed with the size of carpet cleaning machine. This thing is huge and it's in a giant truck. Carpet dried as always very fast.

I had them put some scotch guard in this time so hopefully it will stay cleaner as they cleaned my high traffic areas.

We have used Arizona desert tree care numerous times to trim, remove and fertilize trees. They are absolutely the best! Today Sonny and crew removed a monsoon damaged mesquite tree. They did a fabulous job!

Tom's assessment of the remedial work necessary for my situation was direct and thorough.  Tom explained all options, even explaining how I could do some of the work myself in order to save money.  I ultimately hired Tom and his company to do the entire job and I was so glad I did.  Could not ask for a more professional, helpful contractor.  Perhaps most of all, I appreciated his reassurances during a stressful time.
Tom and his company are indeed a blessing.

I cannot recommend Aftermath Services enough.  Save yourself some time and heartache and hire them!  

My mother passed away in her home and wasn't found for several days.  It was unexpected and quite tragic and when I got the news, I didn't know what to do.  
Aftermath was called in after I had hired another company who didn't do the whole job and I was stuck trying to figure out what to do.

I had actually tried to do the job myself.  I knew I had to get rid of all porous materials so I had a dumpster delivered.  After spending only 15 minutes in the house wearing a paper suit, N95 mask and booties to cover my shoes, I knew I couldn't do this alone.  I called Aftermath and they came out the very next day to evaluate the situation and started work the next day.  They removed a large portion of biohazard material that the other company had completely missed, brought in a huge ozone machine to run the entire time that they worked in the home and helped empty the home of all porous materials.  At one time they had 4 people working and at the end I was provided all documentation, lists of things that were thrown away, shown where the biohazard material was removed, and even shown time cards to see who was in the home and how long everyone worked.  I'm a little less stressed now, there is still work to be done, but their job is finished and I couldn't be happier with the results.
A sudden death of a family member is an incredibly tragic experience and Aftermath Services helped me so much.  Additionally, they worked with my mom's homeowner insurance company so none of this cost me out of pocket (except for the dumpster which I didn't know that they would have provided).

Last week I had Doug out to my home to fix a leak coming from a faucet in my spare bathroom. He was able to fix it that day and did what two other plumbers hadn't been able to do! Finally I don't have to listen to or pay for running what I'm not using because of him.

On  another note, he had amazing advise regarding a guest house build I am looking to do on my property. However the issue I am having is no one is answering in the store and I have called three times now. I can't even leave a message because their answering machine is full.

They were quick and efficient. It's sometimes hard to trust your home to strangers, especially when something is wrong. These guys did a great job and I would use them again if I needed their services.

Justin and Paul were amazing.  They showed up so fast, professional and helpful.  I would recommend to anyone!

I called Kowalski construction to come out and do some drywall work at my house. Lonnie arrived and was very nice and professional. He did very clean work and made it look like nothing ever happened. I would recommend this company to anyone   They are very professional and did really good work.
