Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

Thank you so much for helping my grandmother out with her hot water heater leaking into her house. She was so worried and called me in tears when this happened. Her house was a mess and had water damage in the garage and in other parts of the house. I called this company, Frank and Van were so helpful. My grandmother did not have the money to pay for her insurance deductible. So they paid her deductible for her and handled everything to start the insurance claim. In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite.

Stay safe.

We used Resolution Fire and Flood following a small kitchen fire.  After they completed work which included a complete cleaning and interior painting of our home, they had to redo the painting portion due to the poor quality of their work.  This kept us out of our home for an additional two weeks.  After two weeks, Resolution Fire and Flood considered the job complete.  We are left with poorly painted and unfinished cabinets, uneven ceiling lines, paint on our backsplash, tile flooring, shower, bathroom vanity, inside our fireplace, on wood floors, on custom light fixtures, on ceiling fans, on door frames and every other surface possible.  They didn't even clean all the items they charged the insurance for.  Resolution Fire and Flood over promises and under delivers.

I had a pipe break inside of the wall.  My Home Warranty sent out Enviro-Clean to stop the leak and grant access (i.e., open the wall) for the plumbers, as well as set up some dryers.

Although no one is happy when something like this happens, I was very happy with how Enviro-Clean handled things.  The staff they sent was professional and efficient, doing as little damage as possible while opening up everything they needed to.  They also worked very well with my Homeowner's Insurance, which I appreciate.

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

Travis did a great job cleaning, deodorizing and sealing my mom's furniture and rugs. There are no pet odors now, which is a big deal for a household with 4 male dogs who sometimes like to lift their legs.  Travis was able to get the rugs cleaned, deodorized and sealed at the Dr. ChemDry facility and return them in just 1 week (their usual turnaround is 2-3 weeks).  Nice, professional and diligent young man.

New to the area and didn't know who to call. At my wits end until Summit and Nahn got involved. Their estimate was spot on. They did what they said they would and was on time.
Courteous, professional, personable, responsible, intelligent, detailed, accommodating people.
Nahn took over and it was a great relief for me.
Absolutely satisfied!

I would avoid GoToServices like the plague.  They will take advantage of you in a crisis.  They refused to work with my insurance company to get paid for services.  And what they won't tell you before you sign on the doted line is that you will receive a substantial bill for services NOT covered by your insurance company.  And I'm not talking about the deductible.  I'm talking about services above and beyond.  AVOID them.  Find someone more honest to do business with that won't prey on you when you're having a water disaster.

This company was referred by a roofing company. We had a major flood and roof leak that caused extensive damage. They came out with their fans to dry out, and later did a tear out of the damaged areas. They implied they were done- however, my entire house now smelled like mold! After complaining, they finally came back and did an air test, and there was indeed a mold issue. They came back and did another mitigation. New air tests done, and mold and smells were gone. I was happy until I realized what a mess they left our home in!  They removed all the blades from all our ceiling fans and bagged the lights. They left one of the units on and my husband came home to the smell of burning plastic! Thank goodness he had come back!
They came to get their equipment but had no plans of putting our home back together. They left all the fixtures in pieces, left everything bagged and taped, left a giant window without glass, and left a piece of plywood with a giant hole in its place, damaged our master bath shower panel with their tape, damaged several fans with the tape and bagging, broke our front gate, moved our fridge freezer and did not plug it back in and ruined everything inside, and then STOPPED RETURNING CALLS AND EMAILS!
I only heard from another representative from their company when they realized that they had not been paid yet from my insurance company, and had the nerve to ask for my help in receiving payment!
How about finishing your job and resolving damage issues first!

Such a nightmare.  First off he was the most irresponsible, unreliable, hot head I have ever met.  He said he would be here on the job and was never here. Made appointments he didn't keep and if he did he would show up late. He never came to check on the job and because of that his crew left our roof open when merging our addition and didn't cover it knowing we were going to have horrible rain. This is XMas Eve and my sons entire ceiling collapsed.  He is trying to bully us to continue to use him.  He has made one bad decision after another.  You should pray you never have to work with someone like Jim Rana. Call me for all the other horrible things that happened.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
