Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

My house flooded and it was a straight up nightmare. Sam was helpful and walked my husband and I through every aspect of every stage. The quality of work was wonderful. Our floors are immaculate. I would definitely consider using them for any future jobs.

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. Servpro was so helpful! They showed up in the middle of the night and helped take out all the water. They kept me updated on the progress through out. They were all very respectful and worked to get my house back to normal as soon as possible. I could not have asked for a better company to help me with through this! I recommend them to all!

Arrived home to a flood and so blessed to have Van Smith with Disaster Service clean up from our flood. They removed all wet insulation, flooring, sheet rock, and wood. Cleaned the house.  Got large number of dehumidifiers and fans going and my home dried quickly. Van was professional, knowledgable, and caring. He was there every day and answered his phone 24/7. Handled all the paperwork. I highly highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else!

Ugggh...hot water heater burst flooding several rooms.  I figured no worries, will get the water heater replaced, dry vac the water and pick up some fans at Home Depot to dry everything.  WRONG!!!!

A friend convinced me to contact this company to at least check it out so I called and am soooo grateful I did.  The nicest most helpful man named Nasur came out same day. He used equipment that could see and detect water/ mold behind the walls (would never have believed it unless I saw it myself) to make sure all was dry and prevent the dreadful MOLD from forming.

The health and safety of my pets and family are #1 and I'm thankful I realized water cleanup needs to be done professionally. THANK YOU RestoreMaster!!!

Resolution Fire and Flood is an amazing company!  We needed immediate help after discovering black mold growing in our refrigerator after being in storage for 2 months.  Chris at Resolution promptly assessed my needs and sent a technician out the same day! Alberto, the technician, thoroughly cleaned the entire refrigerator, seals,etc...leaving no signs of black mold at all!  Even the foul odor was gone!  I was truly amazed, as I thought the refrigerator was not salvageable!  I highly recommend this company and was 100% satisfied with their service!  They truly went above and beyond for me today!

Great company! With all of the recent rain, my house flooded and we were devastated. Enviro Clean came out right away and worked in a quick and efficient manner. They even took care of dealing with my insurance adjuster to make sure the bill was paid in a timely manner. Will definitely be referring my friends!

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

Travis did a great job cleaning, deodorizing and sealing my mom's furniture and rugs. There are no pet odors now, which is a big deal for a household with 4 male dogs who sometimes like to lift their legs.  Travis was able to get the rugs cleaned, deodorized and sealed at the Dr. ChemDry facility and return them in just 1 week (their usual turnaround is 2-3 weeks).  Nice, professional and diligent young man.

I was in need of a restoration firm to repair damage done to the outside and inside wall of my garage.  Summit was recommended by the insurance adjuster as a firm to use.  We advised Summit that we had an event in 4 weeks and people would be coming to our house.  The administrative portion of getting the job started was exceedingly long ( 4 weeks)  but once they finally started, they worked like the dickens to meet our event date.  I worked closely with Nhan Tran in coordinating building inspections, workers coming to do their work and eventually with the final inspection by the city. Nhan was a pleasure to work with and made sure that when various parts of the job were completed that they would pass review by the city inspectors.  They did meet the event date!

We have worked for go to services. We did a job 3 weeks ago and still haven't been paid for the work we did. They dont pay when job is completed there excuse is we  are a big company and it has to be processed. We have drove all the way from Queen Creek when we were told the check would be there and all 3 times it wasn't there. I paid my employees out of my pocket. So the job we did I paid for it. I hope this review is read before anyone decides to hire this company.

I just read the review from Barbara F and must say their business practices haven't changed. I recently had an underground pipe leak that caused major flooring damage. At the recommendation of my plumber, I was contacted by Restoration 1. They were quick to assure me they would take care of everything. WATCH THEM! They were about to tear out a closet door and its track. I stopped them before they could damage it, but their response was Don't worry about it, the insurance company will buy you a new one. Additionally they tested an area of the floor that was approximately 30 feet away from the damaged area and found it too was damaged by water recommending removal. There was at least 15 feet of dry floor between this new area and the damaged area and there were no water lines within 25 feet of this new area. The new area was all tile and would have meant a significant amount of money for them had I let them remove it. The water leak was from the hot water supply line to the kitchen (potable water). Their bill was littered with charges for PPE and special handling charges due to removal of potentially contaminated materials. In the state of Arizona dust control at construction sites is maintained by spraying the ground with potable water. If PPE and special handling of removed material was required, why was the area not posted with these requirements and why was I not informed of the potential risk of being in the area while they worked? Restoration1 says they bill based on guidance of the same standard my insurance company uses. However their interpretation of this standard allows them to charge more. I have no idea how much my plumber was paid for referring them to me, but I believe it was significant. Another item of note is that I thought I was dealing with a local company, however their adjusters, auditors and billing departments are all in Oregon. Having gone through this, my biggest learning was after the immediate hazard has been controlled/ contained (ie leak stopped) start with your insurance company and do not use Restoration1.

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
