Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

Almost a year into a flood restoration project and still not completed. Take my advice and stay far away from this company! They tell you what you want to hear and then don't deliver. They never applied for a construction permit and when caught (because they kept leaving front door unlocked and it blew open) took at least six weeks to get a permit. Their latest stunt is their revised timeline is now two to three weeks late, after I booked a flight with their promise all would be ready for us to settle back in. Very unprofessional company!

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. I would highly recommend them. Very efficient, clean up was neat and just so reliable. Stress free for a stressful situation.

Servpro was great! They responded quickly after my house flooded and were always available if I had any questions. They helped me pack all my things and then helped me unpack everything when my house was repaired. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!

Van absolutely went above and beyond in his care for our water damaged areas.  We appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail in mitigating our problem areas. He is hard working, dedicated, efficient, and very reasonable with his prices. I highly recommend him if you are in need of these type services.

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite.

I had a microwave fire and was referred to this company by my insurance company. I had a great experience. Chris explained the entire process and gave me excellent advice about my claim. From start to finish, Chris was my advocate. I really appreciated that Chris answered his phone,personally, whenever I had questions. His crew quickly and thoroughly cleaned and prepared my kitchen for the work that needed to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Maddison was very quick and responsive.  The job fix looked great. Definitely recommend working with her for your job needs.

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

Needed carpets cleaned in a jiffy. They were flexible and had an opening same day. Arrived on time, provided options and quote for service. Advisor/tech took pride in his work and tried his best to remove some stubborn spots. I already moved furniture, so not sure if it's something that they typically help with. Carpet is cleaner and I couldn't be happier. I've used this company a few years ago and will recommend.

I was in need of a restoration firm to repair damage done to the outside and inside wall of my garage.  Summit was recommended by the insurance adjuster as a firm to use.  We advised Summit that we had an event in 4 weeks and people would be coming to our house.  The administrative portion of getting the job started was exceedingly long ( 4 weeks)  but once they finally started, they worked like the dickens to meet our event date.  I worked closely with Nhan Tran in coordinating building inspections, workers coming to do their work and eventually with the final inspection by the city. Nhan was a pleasure to work with and made sure that when various parts of the job were completed that they would pass review by the city inspectors.  They did meet the event date!

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!

We had a nasty pipe break in our home that did a tremendous amount of damage. Thankfully, Restoration 1 came and took care of the water, and removed all of the wet materials. They arrived within 30 minutes of the pipe break, and started working. I was amazed at how much damage the water caused in such a short amount of time. Their crew worked through the night and stabilized my home. I am extremely grateful for their help and would recommend them to anyone that has water damage.

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
