Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

Needed complete restoration/remodel of entire first floor after burst pipe flooded everything.  Had tile flooring, cabinetry and drywall done, as well as redoing a leaky roof.  Every person who came to work on my house polite, professional and did absolutely beautiful work.  They exceeded my expectations.

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. I would highly recommend them. Very efficient, clean up was neat and just so reliable. Stress free for a stressful situation.

Servpro Phoenix saved us a few weeks ago. We had a busted pipe in the kitchen, and it flooded all throughout the kitchen and living room. Servpro was there promptly, set up fans, tore up the carpet, and took very good care of us. I highly recommend them.

Arrived home to a flood and so blessed to have Van Smith with Disaster Service clean up from our flood. They removed all wet insulation, flooring, sheet rock, and wood. Cleaned the house.  Got large number of dehumidifiers and fans going and my home dried quickly. Van was professional, knowledgable, and caring. He was there every day and answered his phone 24/7. Handled all the paperwork. I highly highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else!

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite.

Great company! With all of the recent rain, my house flooded and we were devastated. Enviro Clean came out right away and worked in a quick and efficient manner. They even took care of dealing with my insurance adjuster to make sure the bill was paid in a timely manner. Will definitely be referring my friends!

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

Needed carpets cleaned in a jiffy. They were flexible and had an opening same day. Arrived on time, provided options and quote for service. Advisor/tech took pride in his work and tried his best to remove some stubborn spots. I already moved furniture, so not sure if it's something that they typically help with. Carpet is cleaner and I couldn't be happier. I've used this company a few years ago and will recommend.

Summit was one of a couple restoration companies referred to me by my insurance agent. After an initial snafu, I was given a new Foreman. John was wonderful with keeping everything on track with the repairs, kept me apprised of changes and 'issues.' The work was done very well and the sub contractors were professional and timely, which was much appreciated.
Office staff is wonderful as well. Heather in billing was communicative, friendly, and understanding. All in all, I would highly recommend Summit for any and all home repairs or restorations. Go To Services is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We have a busy toddler & needed a pool fence installed ASAP. They came out & installed one fast and helped me find solutions to other safety concerns I had with my pool area to ensure it was safe for my child. We are extremely pleased with the work!

This company is about overcharging and taking advantage of insurance companies. No wonder our rates are so high! They said to me, Don't worry about the prices, you aren't paying for it, the water damage is being paid for by your insurance company. I had a contractor look at my problem and said I didn't need restoration help. So guess what, I got a huge invoice for a couple of fans and they sprayed some antibacterial stuff on it. $1400 later. What a scam ! If they don't scam your insurance company, they will scam you!

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
