Honestly, can't say enough about this company and the owner Mike. I had a bas water leak from my master bathroom that went into my kitchen. Mike came in and made me feel calm and confident from the beginning. Really alleviated any worries. His team got the mess cleaned up quick. Helped me coordinate with insurance company as he had more experience taking work off my hands and then got the work done quickly while making sure everything that went in was quality. The insurance adjuster was surprised how quick we were able to get the cabinets and other items in, impressed with the knowledge of Mike's work. I always felt very taken care of and could not ask for better experience! Even miss Mike's happy and joking face at the house! Can't thank you recommend Temp Only Water Restoration enough!!!

Taylor and Gurr were amazing to work with for our unexpected flood renovation. The carpentry work that they did on our custom piece was amazing! Better than the original! Thank you!!

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. Servpro was so helpful! They showed up in the middle of the night and helped take out all the water. They kept me updated on the progress through out. They were all very respectful and worked to get my house back to normal as soon as possible. I could not have asked for a better company to help me with through this! I recommend them to all!

I am a store manager of Steak and Stone of gilbert and I was helping Johnny one of the guys from disaster when he pointed out a leak in my bathroom. He asked if he could check it out and before I knew it i had John in my restaurant diagnosing the problem. These 2 are an amazing asset to this company and provided stellar customer service in every way. After talking with them I definitely want to use this company for any restoration issues I may have. Subsequent to a plumbing problem causing a leak in our home l called restore Master (a full service restoration contractor) to do the restoration and repair work. I spoke with Nasur, one of the partners of Restore Master,and within an hour he was at my home, accessed the water damage and shortly thereafter, all the blowers and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed. After the dry out period, the necessary repair work was identified and materials ordered.
Restore Master coordinated with my insurance company and worked  on the final settlement. The repair work was completed on time by very experienced craftsman who used quality material. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Their attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship was very obvious. This is a very honest and dependable firm to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Resolution Fire and Flood is an amazing company!  We needed immediate help after discovering black mold growing in our refrigerator after being in storage for 2 months.  Chris at Resolution promptly assessed my needs and sent a technician out the same day! Alberto, the technician, thoroughly cleaned the entire refrigerator, seals,etc...leaving no signs of black mold at all!  Even the foul odor was gone!  I was truly amazed, as I thought the refrigerator was not salvageable!  I highly recommend this company and was 100% satisfied with their service!  They truly went above and beyond for me today!

Very poor experience working with them - their prices are sky high and always will lie to the customer on the estimated charge | they will over charge your insurance which will adversely impact you down the road - would never recommend them

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

Dr. Chem-Dry took on the hard job of cleaning my very old carpet & they wound up making it look brand new, something I thought was impossible. Actually, the entire interior looks much better -- a very dramatic before and after. Penny, Justin and Cody clearly explained all my options, then got to it. They also did my tile cleaning, i.e., refreshing the grout. i don't know how they could have done any better. Dr. Chem-Dry came on short notice, too. This particular Chem-Dry has been around for four decades, so they really know what they're doing. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and courteous -- punctual, too.

We had a middle of the night nightmare in March of 2020 and I'm so thankful we used Summit to help us rebuild after a flood. Steve Kerns was so wonderful to work with and responsive. All the work was completed in a timely manner and using the ever evolving guidance at the time. I happen to be chronically ill and they always took great precautions to keep us safe. Their team was realistic about the time frame it would take to remodel from the water damage that took out both bathrooms and two of our bedrooms. I was so happy with the finished product. It was our house but better after Summit was done. They were very helpful in a terrible situation and saved us money in comparison to other quotes. I'm so glad we were able to get Steve and Summit on the job.

We had a sudden flood in our 2 story home today that caused leakage in the ceiling over the kitchen. In a unusual situation, we were able to contact Go To Services, referring to us by our builder's plumbing company. Their technician, Logan was outstanding! Not only was he knowledgeable and understood the situation, he allowed my wife and I to see the thermal imaging of the leakage and what the interior of our structure looks like. What a guy! Thank you Logan, Josh, and the entire staff at Go To Services!

I just read the review from Barbara F and must say their business practices haven't changed. I recently had an underground pipe leak that caused major flooring damage. At the recommendation of my plumber, I was contacted by Restoration 1. They were quick to assure me they would take care of everything. WATCH THEM! They were about to tear out a closet door and its track. I stopped them before they could damage it, but their response was Don't worry about it, the insurance company will buy you a new one. Additionally they tested an area of the floor that was approximately 30 feet away from the damaged area and found it too was damaged by water recommending removal. There was at least 15 feet of dry floor between this new area and the damaged area and there were no water lines within 25 feet of this new area. The new area was all tile and would have meant a significant amount of money for them had I let them remove it. The water leak was from the hot water supply line to the kitchen (potable water). Their bill was littered with charges for PPE and special handling charges due to removal of potentially contaminated materials. In the state of Arizona dust control at construction sites is maintained by spraying the ground with potable water. If PPE and special handling of removed material was required, why was the area not posted with these requirements and why was I not informed of the potential risk of being in the area while they worked? Restoration1 says they bill based on guidance of the same standard my insurance company uses. However their interpretation of this standard allows them to charge more. I have no idea how much my plumber was paid for referring them to me, but I believe it was significant. Another item of note is that I thought I was dealing with a local company, however their adjusters, auditors and billing departments are all in Oregon. Having gone through this, my biggest learning was after the immediate hazard has been controlled/ contained (ie leak stopped) start with your insurance company and do not use Restoration1.

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
