Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

We had quite extensive water damage in our house, the demolition company came and demolished a lot of things (as they should) and Gurr Brothers did a great job on the reconstruction. They've been very patient with all our requests and very professional in completing all the works. They made everything like it was before. Thanks Gurr Brothers!

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. I would highly recommend them. Very efficient, clean up was neat and just so reliable. Stress free for a stressful situation.

From a customer service viewpoint, the company does what it needs to. They did answer my call after a flood on my first floor. I was appreciative of that as it had been after 5PM when I needed help. They arrived with their crew and dried my floors within 2 hours of the occurrence. Again, I'm appreciative that they arrived promptly. They placed fans throughout in order to dry out the drywall. 24-48 hours later, fans remained regardless of the 93% humidity readings from the walls. While not my area of expertise, clearly the reading being not too far from 100% moisture contained within the walls, their assessment was to continue with the 8-9 snail fans and humidity extractor machine until Monday. The flood occurred on Thursday. Once they left I decided that while their way of doing business was to merely utilize fans for five days to dry out as much as possible that I needed something more aggressive as the walls were still 93% humidity two days after the flood. Their personnel had been polite and courteous both times they were at my home and it was reciprocated when the younger gentlemen arrived to inspect things and cut his hand in the process and was bleeding all over the kitchen floor. He was offered a large bandage as it had been a big gash. Once he left, I called another company who stated they would remove all drywall immediately to begin the drying process of the frame based on the elevated humidity reading.

Servpro of Phoenix was contacted and advised that while their business practices were respected and personnel polite, I needed an alternative way of drying out my place as I would be the one dealing with any potential mold that may begin to grow due to the longer drying time. I asked them what time that day they'd be picking up their equipment. It had been the same woman who initially dispatched the water restoration crew and attempted to have me stay with their company. I advised that I would not be doing that and personnel was there within the hour to pick up their equipment from my home.

Two letters arrived to my home postmarked 19 days after my initial flood titled: TWENTY DAY PRELIMINARY NOTICE. Why a pre-lien notice when the company NEVER reached out to ANYONE for payment? Not ONCE did Servpro of Phoenix reach out to me via phone or mail regarding payment NOR did they contact my home insurance adjustor even after they were provided they day of incident with my claim number AND adjustor's name and number. While I'm aware that as a business owner you may resort to certain measures in order to protect your business, a business owner who has been provided with:

*A claim number
*Home insurance adjuster's contact information
*Home owner's contact information

NOT ONCE attempted to contact the home owner, adjustor OR insurance company regarding payment is a company that should not be in business because they are disgruntled that a customer asked them to retrieve their equipment rather than complete services they disagreed with.

I'm sorry I ever reached out to your company, Servpro of Phoenix. Should I ever be in the unfortunate situation of a home flood again, if no other company answers my phone call after hours, I will dry the place on my hands and knees myself until the following morning before I even consider contacting your company.

They did a fantastic job and I'm grateful for their honesty and hard work on our home.

Ugggh...hot water heater burst flooding several rooms.  I figured no worries, will get the water heater replaced, dry vac the water and pick up some fans at Home Depot to dry everything.  WRONG!!!!

A friend convinced me to contact this company to at least check it out so I called and am soooo grateful I did.  The nicest most helpful man named Nasur came out same day. He used equipment that could see and detect water/ mold behind the walls (would never have believed it unless I saw it myself) to make sure all was dry and prevent the dreadful MOLD from forming.

The health and safety of my pets and family are #1 and I'm thankful I realized water cleanup needs to be done professionally. THANK YOU RestoreMaster!!!

I had a microwave fire and was referred to this company by my insurance company. I had a great experience. Chris explained the entire process and gave me excellent advice about my claim. From start to finish, Chris was my advocate. I really appreciated that Chris answered his phone,personally, whenever I had questions. His crew quickly and thoroughly cleaned and prepared my kitchen for the work that needed to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They were very quick to recommend insurance claim.
Also very quick to get in and get the job done.
Left a mess behind and had to hire some one else to do the put back.
they wanted their money and to get in and out. I feel they were very overpriced for the work they did. Although, insurance did cover it.

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

We were referred to this company by our insurance company. At first they seemed great. They came quickly, did nice work. However we have now been receiving non stop harassment calls bc they want us to complete a survey. I'd be happy to do so if like anyone else they sent an email. But no we are getting 5-6 calls a day and when we answer they don't say anything. We then called the office directly and asked them to stop with the calls and the person who answers the phone gave us attitude and was cutting us off as we are trying to speak. It's too bad bc I was planning on giving you great reviews but since you have proven you have the worst customer service you get the terrible review.

This is an update...after receiving a call it turns out that there is a third party that was calling regarding a survey. Something set up through my ins company. Summit didn't know about this. This does not excuse the way we were talked to when we were calling to figure out why we're getting the harassing phone calls. It's only safe to assume when we are asking to review a company that it's that company asking for a review. However that treatment we got when only trying to stop the calls is why I'm taking away one star.

We had a sudden flood in our 2 story home today that caused leakage in the ceiling over the kitchen. In a unusual situation, we were able to contact Go To Services, referring to us by our builder's plumbing company. Their technician, Logan was outstanding! Not only was he knowledgeable and understood the situation, he allowed my wife and I to see the thermal imaging of the leakage and what the interior of our structure looks like. What a guy! Thank you Logan, Josh, and the entire staff at Go To Services!

Our lower floor flooded, and we had a huge mess on our hands. One of my contractor friends recommended Darrin to help us with the flood. I am so glad we called him.

His team came right over started working. They removed all of the wet flooring and wet walls. They have special tools to check for moisture and only take out the stuff that has to be removed.  

The process did not take long, and they put in fans and other equipment to dry out the areas. Darrin and his team kept us in the loop as to what was happening next, and when it was happening.

Such a nightmare.  First off he was the most irresponsible, unreliable, hot head I have ever met.  He said he would be here on the job and was never here. Made appointments he didn't keep and if he did he would show up late. He never came to check on the job and because of that his crew left our roof open when merging our addition and didn't cover it knowing we were going to have horrible rain. This is XMas Eve and my sons entire ceiling collapsed.  He is trying to bully us to continue to use him.  He has made one bad decision after another.  You should pray you never have to work with someone like Jim Rana. Call me for all the other horrible things that happened.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
