Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

From a customer service viewpoint, the company does what it needs to. They did answer my call after a flood on my first floor. I was appreciative of that as it had been after 5PM when I needed help. They arrived with their crew and dried my floors within 2 hours of the occurrence. Again, I'm appreciative that they arrived promptly. They placed fans throughout in order to dry out the drywall. 24-48 hours later, fans remained regardless of the 93% humidity readings from the walls. While not my area of expertise, clearly the reading being not too far from 100% moisture contained within the walls, their assessment was to continue with the 8-9 snail fans and humidity extractor machine until Monday. The flood occurred on Thursday. Once they left I decided that while their way of doing business was to merely utilize fans for five days to dry out as much as possible that I needed something more aggressive as the walls were still 93% humidity two days after the flood. Their personnel had been polite and courteous both times they were at my home and it was reciprocated when the younger gentlemen arrived to inspect things and cut his hand in the process and was bleeding all over the kitchen floor. He was offered a large bandage as it had been a big gash. Once he left, I called another company who stated they would remove all drywall immediately to begin the drying process of the frame based on the elevated humidity reading.

Servpro of Phoenix was contacted and advised that while their business practices were respected and personnel polite, I needed an alternative way of drying out my place as I would be the one dealing with any potential mold that may begin to grow due to the longer drying time. I asked them what time that day they'd be picking up their equipment. It had been the same woman who initially dispatched the water restoration crew and attempted to have me stay with their company. I advised that I would not be doing that and personnel was there within the hour to pick up their equipment from my home.

Two letters arrived to my home postmarked 19 days after my initial flood titled: TWENTY DAY PRELIMINARY NOTICE. Why a pre-lien notice when the company NEVER reached out to ANYONE for payment? Not ONCE did Servpro of Phoenix reach out to me via phone or mail regarding payment NOR did they contact my home insurance adjustor even after they were provided they day of incident with my claim number AND adjustor's name and number. While I'm aware that as a business owner you may resort to certain measures in order to protect your business, a business owner who has been provided with:

*A claim number
*Home insurance adjuster's contact information
*Home owner's contact information

NOT ONCE attempted to contact the home owner, adjustor OR insurance company regarding payment is a company that should not be in business because they are disgruntled that a customer asked them to retrieve their equipment rather than complete services they disagreed with.

I'm sorry I ever reached out to your company, Servpro of Phoenix. Should I ever be in the unfortunate situation of a home flood again, if no other company answers my phone call after hours, I will dry the place on my hands and knees myself until the following morning before I even consider contacting your company.

I highly recommend Disaster Services and their owner Van Smith.  From our first meeting I was impressed with his prompt and professional service.  But as we delved into our Black Mold issue, my wife and I were beyond grateful that Van was there for us!  Van's knowledge is extremely evident when he talks and works.  Going the extra mile when he really didn't have to, made us feel like he was not just a contractor but a friend as well.  Our house was back to normal in a very short time frame after Van got involved.  Again, My wife and I completely recommend Van Smith and Disaster Services.  So if you want security that it will be done right in a timely and professional manner, call Disaster Services  now and Van will get a smile back in your life :).  -

Subsequent to a plumbing problem causing a leak in our home l called restore Master (a full service restoration contractor) to do the restoration and repair work. I spoke with Nasur, one of the partners of Restore Master,and within an hour he was at my home, accessed the water damage and shortly thereafter, all the blowers and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed. After the dry out period, the necessary repair work was identified and materials ordered.
Restore Master coordinated with my insurance company and worked  on the final settlement. The repair work was completed on time by very experienced craftsman who used quality material. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Their attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship was very obvious. This is a very honest and dependable firm to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Chris, Colleen, Jason, and Danny are some of the most honest people I've ever been privileged to come to know! They are always on top of things because of their attention to detail and followup. After hearing about how some restoration companies treat their customers, I'm happy to know the team at Resolution Fire + Flood are willing to go the extra mile(s) in order to help people when they are most vulnerable - during times of disaster.

Reading some of the reviews for RF + F and then comparing them to other similar companies, I can honestly say Resolution is the correct name for this company! Between the I'm on it attitude during emergencies, to the assistance from every team member, I'm confident that this company is extremely professional and knowledgeable in the areas of water, mold, Asbestos, and demolition practices. Every job is treated as though it's happening to one of them and therefore Resolution places the level of importance as a number one priority.

Great company! With all of the recent rain, my house flooded and we were devastated. Enviro Clean came out right away and worked in a quick and efficient manner. They even took care of dealing with my insurance adjuster to make sure the bill was paid in a timely manner. Will definitely be referring my friends!

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

I went to their website to see how much they charge for carpet cleaning.  Nowhere on the site do they have prices listed.  They had a chat feature, so I used that.  It took 15 minutes of my time to be asked all kinds of irrelevent questions.  I just wanted my carpet cleaned.  I told him how many rooms I had etc.  He said someone would have to call me with a price.  I asked him why, don't they have set prices? He said someone would have to call me because the price can be different.  I asked him why?  It's just carpet, I don't have any stains, it's just basic cleaning.  He wouldn't give me a price.  I don't know why they have a CHAT feature? Just to say that can't give you any information?  Also, why are the prices different?  Is it different based on how the person feels that day? How many bills they have to pay that day?  I felt like that was very shady! Plus I felt like they wasted a lot of my time!

I'm a recent first-time home buyer and really appreciated our project manager (Brandon) walking us through the process from the estimate at the beginning to final walk through at the end.  He communicated back and forth with our insurance and made the process as smooth as possible.  We also appreciated the contractor who did a lot of the work, Waldo.  He treated our home with respect and seemed to be dedicated to getting the job done well.  We highly recommend Summit and will go back to them with any future restoration needs.

I would avoid GoToServices like the plague.  They will take advantage of you in a crisis.  They refused to work with my insurance company to get paid for services.  And what they won't tell you before you sign on the doted line is that you will receive a substantial bill for services NOT covered by your insurance company.  And I'm not talking about the deductible.  I'm talking about services above and beyond.  AVOID them.  Find someone more honest to do business with that won't prey on you when you're having a water disaster.

This company was referred by a roofing company. We had a major flood and roof leak that caused extensive damage. They came out with their fans to dry out, and later did a tear out of the damaged areas. They implied they were done- however, my entire house now smelled like mold! After complaining, they finally came back and did an air test, and there was indeed a mold issue. They came back and did another mitigation. New air tests done, and mold and smells were gone. I was happy until I realized what a mess they left our home in!  They removed all the blades from all our ceiling fans and bagged the lights. They left one of the units on and my husband came home to the smell of burning plastic! Thank goodness he had come back!
They came to get their equipment but had no plans of putting our home back together. They left all the fixtures in pieces, left everything bagged and taped, left a giant window without glass, and left a piece of plywood with a giant hole in its place, damaged our master bath shower panel with their tape, damaged several fans with the tape and bagging, broke our front gate, moved our fridge freezer and did not plug it back in and ruined everything inside, and then STOPPED RETURNING CALLS AND EMAILS!
I only heard from another representative from their company when they realized that they had not been paid yet from my insurance company, and had the nerve to ask for my help in receiving payment!
How about finishing your job and resolving damage issues first!

Such a nightmare.  First off he was the most irresponsible, unreliable, hot head I have ever met.  He said he would be here on the job and was never here. Made appointments he didn't keep and if he did he would show up late. He never came to check on the job and because of that his crew left our roof open when merging our addition and didn't cover it knowing we were going to have horrible rain. This is XMas Eve and my sons entire ceiling collapsed.  He is trying to bully us to continue to use him.  He has made one bad decision after another.  You should pray you never have to work with someone like Jim Rana. Call me for all the other horrible things that happened.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
