Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

I did not have a positive experience at all with Gurr Brothers. I had a water damage issue in my home that involved two levels of needed repairs. They were recommended by a local restoration company that uses them for the rebuild.
Someone showed up promptly for a walkthrough and a quote was provided to me and my insurance company a few days later. The insurance company approved it shortly after. So far, so good. An appointment was set up to begin the rebuild. They were a no show. A second appointment was set up. They were a no show. Neither time did they give me a phone call or email to tell me about it. They had a down payment from me and I was told that they would reverse the charge when I called and said I was pulling the contract for their lack of response . That never happened. I had to call my credit card company to have the charge put on hold and then the credit card company's fraud department had to do all the leg work to get them to finally release the funds back. This wasn't a small job where in the past I have been passed over because the contractor found a better opportunity elsewhere. This was simply a poorly run organization. Fortunately, I found a responsive contractor and the repairs were made in a timely fashion without all the headache.

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

I am a store manager of Steak and Stone of gilbert and I was helping Johnny one of the guys from disaster when he pointed out a leak in my bathroom. He asked if he could check it out and before I knew it i had John in my restaurant diagnosing the problem. These 2 are an amazing asset to this company and provided stellar customer service in every way. After talking with them I definitely want to use this company for any restoration issues I may have. Subsequent to a plumbing problem causing a leak in our home l called restore Master (a full service restoration contractor) to do the restoration and repair work. I spoke with Nasur, one of the partners of Restore Master,and within an hour he was at my home, accessed the water damage and shortly thereafter, all the blowers and dehumidifiers were delivered and installed. After the dry out period, the necessary repair work was identified and materials ordered.
Restore Master coordinated with my insurance company and worked  on the final settlement. The repair work was completed on time by very experienced craftsman who used quality material. They were professional, courteous and went above and beyond to satisfy us. Their attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship was very obvious. This is a very honest and dependable firm to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Many of the customers who chose Resolution Fire and Flood had a pleasant experience with them. That's good; it shows they have potential and can provide top notch service to people who experience a loss due to fire or flood. My personal experience did not go as well. The condition my belongings were returned to me was disheartening and made the whole experience very stressful. There was much damage done to my property and some itemswent missing.

The  Resolution Fire and Flood's  way of remedying the matter was to say to me just name your price and I'll cut you a check. How cavalier of them! From a consumer's perspective, how tasteless to suggest my personalbelongings (some of them, of sentimental value were reduced to mere dollars, problem solved ! Chris, the owner of the business,e-mailed me a personal apology including an invitation to forge on with my  smear campaign (a reference to my telling him my plans to Yelp my experience with his company. I found that highly insulting! Until his employees receive further training my review of  Resolution Fire and Flood are as follows:

I do not recommend using them!
I did not appreciate how my belongings were handled  while in their care.
Do not tell a customer I'll cut you a check for damaged belongings as if they have no value to the owner.
Belongings NOT returned to the owner are STOLEN (even if items are not expensive).

Very poor experience working with them - their prices are sky high and always will lie to the customer on the estimated charge | they will over charge your insurance which will adversely impact you down the road - would never recommend them

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

I was able to get a next-day appointment which was awesome. From the first call to them all the way to the cleaning, it was a very good experience. I have not had my tile floors professionally cleaned before, but used my own Hoover in the past and thought it might be nice to have a deep cleaning. These guys were really great, they helped move things around, and they were careful. They were very thorough and my tile and grout are spotless! I will definitely ask for Justin and Ron again when I'm ready to do the carpet. Thank you, excellent work!

I was in need of a restoration firm to repair damage done to the outside and inside wall of my garage.  Summit was recommended by the insurance adjuster as a firm to use.  We advised Summit that we had an event in 4 weeks and people would be coming to our house.  The administrative portion of getting the job started was exceedingly long ( 4 weeks)  but once they finally started, they worked like the dickens to meet our event date.  I worked closely with Nhan Tran in coordinating building inspections, workers coming to do their work and eventually with the final inspection by the city. Nhan was a pleasure to work with and made sure that when various parts of the job were completed that they would pass review by the city inspectors.  They did meet the event date!

Go To Services killed it for us!! They completely rehabilitated our office suite after a serious flood. No job or ask was too small for them to do or too big for them to handle. We were back in our office and helping clients Live Richer Lives within a few days. Highly recommend!

This company is about overcharging and taking advantage of insurance companies. No wonder our rates are so high! They said to me, Don't worry about the prices, you aren't paying for it, the water damage is being paid for by your insurance company. I had a contractor look at my problem and said I didn't need restoration help. So guess what, I got a huge invoice for a couple of fans and they sprayed some antibacterial stuff on it. $1400 later. What a scam ! If they don't scam your insurance company, they will scam you!

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
