Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

Gurr Brothers did a great job on our roof repairs. They were fast, effective and responsive. Their work is high quality! And they have a great warranty. I loved working with the roofing superintendent Sam. He is very personable and makes sure that you are kept in the loop. Rachael in the office was able to keep on top of any paperwork needed and was able to update me as well. I would definitely use them again! And recommend them to everyone I know!!

Dave and his crew were wonderful. Such a pleasure to work with and I have not one complaint. If I don't have a complaint then you know they were outstanding because I'm very picky. I would highly recommend them. Very efficient, clean up was neat and just so reliable. Stress free for a stressful situation.

Servpro Phoenix saved us a few weeks ago. We had a busted pipe in the kitchen, and it flooded all throughout the kitchen and living room. Servpro was there promptly, set up fans, tore up the carpet, and took very good care of us. I highly recommend them.

Arrived home to a flood and so blessed to have Van Smith with Disaster Service clean up from our flood. They removed all wet insulation, flooring, sheet rock, and wood. Cleaned the house.  Got large number of dehumidifiers and fans going and my home dried quickly. Van was professional, knowledgable, and caring. He was there every day and answered his phone 24/7. Handled all the paperwork. I highly highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else!

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite.

Sorry for anyone with a negative experience. My neighbor's condo above toilet split when they were away. I told them many times to shut the water off when traveling but they forget. I heard dripping for 6 weeks and they found nothing. Well a few weeks ago I awoke in the middle of the night heard like pouring rain and I am not on the top floor. I listened on the walls then ceiling. I had security call a lock company to drill out the lock, had the owners call CSAA (part of AAA) horrendous company do not use. Their calls are taken by Safelite Auto Glass call center. They called Lionsgate, a clearinghouse for water damage, by the time Resolution showed it was 7 hours later. Chris the owner apoligized profusely but explained he was just called 35 minutes before. He and his team of 4 men went to work sucking up water in the condo above, after I removed 52 shop vac tanks of water from their floors. He came to me the next day said the condo above me had very minimal insurance nd it ran out so I had to call mine. My company authorized him to pull out walls and ceilings and put drying fans and dehumidifiers in my condo. He also continued to dry above me which my insurance will bill the owner. My insurance will then subrogate the owner above for all my damages since his insurance hit its very low limit. The owner above already sent me my $500 deductible. I cannot recommend Chris and his crew higher as they did a great job, kept testing for the slightest spot of water, wrapped my expensive furniture and large bed in 2 layers of heavy plastic. Now for the construction repair job, the furniture has to be moved out in storage, I have not 1 space to put it in my condo. If you have a sudden water issue insist on your insurance to call them, you will not be sorry.

We've used Enviroclean for multiple rentals over the years, from a simple water heater flood to a full blown sewer backup.  Since the work was always done on my rentals, I depended on them to handle everything with insurance, scheduling and the property management firm.  Glad we called them!

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

I went to their website to see how much they charge for carpet cleaning.  Nowhere on the site do they have prices listed.  They had a chat feature, so I used that.  It took 15 minutes of my time to be asked all kinds of irrelevent questions.  I just wanted my carpet cleaned.  I told him how many rooms I had etc.  He said someone would have to call me with a price.  I asked him why, don't they have set prices? He said someone would have to call me because the price can be different.  I asked him why?  It's just carpet, I don't have any stains, it's just basic cleaning.  He wouldn't give me a price.  I don't know why they have a CHAT feature? Just to say that can't give you any information?  Also, why are the prices different?  Is it different based on how the person feels that day? How many bills they have to pay that day?  I felt like that was very shady! Plus I felt like they wasted a lot of my time!

My home had water damage June 5 and my insurance company sent Summit Restoration out to take care of us.  Over a week's time 5 cabinets were pulled out and several walls were cut up to 2 feet from the ground.  We are in October now and I just don't see an end.  They are trying to fit pieces of old cabinets onto the new and placing my old granite countertops back onto the rebuilt cabinets.  It's not fitting.  The repair of the walls have been done twice now.  Trim done twice also.  The materials used the first time were different and didn't fit but the company used it anyway.  On exterior walls they did not put insulation into the wall.  clean out was covered by drywall and cable boxes were covered also.  The cable box being covered was the only reason I was able to get them to open the wall back up to show them that what I suspected about no insulation being put into the walls was true.  I have so much more to say but don't want to waste anymore time.  However, I did look at the reviews when we decided to allow Summit Restoration to repair the damage and they were relatively good.  I want you to consider another business. Any other business has to be better.  I just have to believe that there can't be worse than Summit Restoration.

Go To Services is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We have a busy toddler & needed a pool fence installed ASAP. They came out & installed one fast and helped me find solutions to other safety concerns I had with my pool area to ensure it was safe for my child. We are extremely pleased with the work!

I just read the review from Barbara F and must say their business practices haven't changed. I recently had an underground pipe leak that caused major flooring damage. At the recommendation of my plumber, I was contacted by Restoration 1. They were quick to assure me they would take care of everything. WATCH THEM! They were about to tear out a closet door and its track. I stopped them before they could damage it, but their response was Don't worry about it, the insurance company will buy you a new one. Additionally they tested an area of the floor that was approximately 30 feet away from the damaged area and found it too was damaged by water recommending removal. There was at least 15 feet of dry floor between this new area and the damaged area and there were no water lines within 25 feet of this new area. The new area was all tile and would have meant a significant amount of money for them had I let them remove it. The water leak was from the hot water supply line to the kitchen (potable water). Their bill was littered with charges for PPE and special handling charges due to removal of potentially contaminated materials. In the state of Arizona dust control at construction sites is maintained by spraying the ground with potable water. If PPE and special handling of removed material was required, why was the area not posted with these requirements and why was I not informed of the potential risk of being in the area while they worked? Restoration1 says they bill based on guidance of the same standard my insurance company uses. However their interpretation of this standard allows them to charge more. I have no idea how much my plumber was paid for referring them to me, but I believe it was significant. Another item of note is that I thought I was dealing with a local company, however their adjusters, auditors and billing departments are all in Oregon. Having gone through this, my biggest learning was after the immediate hazard has been controlled/ contained (ie leak stopped) start with your insurance company and do not use Restoration1.

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
