Highly recommend Tempe Only Waters! I had an emergency water leak from the upstairs restroom. He instructed how to stop the leak over the phone and came out to make the repairs and patched the drywall. Good as new! I will be recommending to family friends and clients

ServPro did a great job fixing  our bathroom, bedroom and kitchen in our condo due to water damages due to a water heater explosion from a neighbor's unit.

I won't bore you with details of storm water than entered my bottom level condo on two sides.  I needed help, and I needed it FAST!  Nasur and his crew are amazing!!!  They explained exactly what needed to be done and exactly how much it would cost.  Restoration work is not inexpensive; it never is.  Quality work and attention to detail in the restoration process, on the other hand, are dependent upon whom you hire.  I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the work that was completed by Restore Master at my condo.  They were at the condo within an hour of my call, and they got to work within minutes of arriving.  After having removed the soaking wet insulation from the walls, they returned multiple times over the next several days to check on the progress of the commercial drying fans and dehumidifier.  They were extremely professional during the entire process, and they spent a lot of time cleaning up after they finished.  Both the tenant and I were very impressed.  It is often the small companies that have the best attention to detail and a solid work ethic.  Restore Master definitely earned this five-star review.

Reading some of the reviews for RF + F and then comparing them to other similar companies, I can honestly say Resolution is the correct name for this company! Between the I'm on it attitude during emergencies, to the assistance from every team member, I'm confident that this company is extremely professional and knowledgeable in the areas of water, mold, Asbestos, and demolition practices. Every job is treated as though it's happening to one of them and therefore Resolution places the level of importance as a number one priority.

We've used Enviroclean for multiple rentals over the years, from a simple water heater flood to a full blown sewer backup.  Since the work was always done on my rentals, I depended on them to handle everything with insurance, scheduling and the property management firm.  Glad we called them!

First time we've used Dave and his team to clean our carpets.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism and results when the job was done.  They arrived on time, were both informative and friendly, and the work was top notch!!

We had them clean our oriental rug. The brushed it so hard, even though they said they wouldn't. That a lot of the fibers were pulled. Also the rug was all crusty afterwards.
We hired them to polish our granite counters. All they did is put some kind of a waxy substance on them to make them all shiny. Needless to say that has all been rubbed off by now and it was a smudgy mess in the meantime.... Never again....

I called them the night before Thanksgiving with a water leak in my garage.  They responded promptly and took immediate action to stop the leak.  So far, so good.  However, they then took over 6 weeks to repair the damage.  Because it took so long, I had another leak in the interim.  They wouldn't do anything regarding the 2nd leak until I paid in advance.  Their bills were very high and the overall service was very mediocre.

We have worked for go to services. We did a job 3 weeks ago and still haven't been paid for the work we did. They dont pay when job is completed there excuse is we  are a big company and it has to be processed. We have drove all the way from Queen Creek when we were told the check would be there and all 3 times it wasn't there. I paid my employees out of my pocket. So the job we did I paid for it. I hope this review is read before anyone decides to hire this company.

This company is about overcharging and taking advantage of insurance companies. No wonder our rates are so high! They said to me, Don't worry about the prices, you aren't paying for it, the water damage is being paid for by your insurance company. I had a contractor look at my problem and said I didn't need restoration help. So guess what, I got a huge invoice for a couple of fans and they sprayed some antibacterial stuff on it. $1400 later. What a scam ! If they don't scam your insurance company, they will scam you!

This is the best company by far!! They are super responsive and timely. I had damage to my house due to a storm that come through the valley and they were able to help me get it fixed in no time! Thanks to you guys! I highly recommend this company.

This company does not have a license. This company is not bonded. This company is not insured. This company is not a legal contractor. I hired him to do a job for my home he was so unreliable I wanted to scream. When they were on property to do work they were in their vehicle more than they were doing the job they were hired to do. I don't know if they were on drugs or what but I was extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, never on time, always taking breaks, needed to go get extra supplies on the regular and so many other issues. How does anybody even hire somebody like this? I know why I did because I didn't do my research and I wanted a good price. Next time I'm definitely gonna be looking for reviews to see what other people say before I hire a company. On top of all these other things if you go to their Facebook page which I did, you can see that they actually have another company on there, per the business owner himself, that shows the same phone number for this other company. It's not even close to this type of company. It's actually a solar company. So what is he doing, jack of all trades work? Solar they specified company that you have to know a lot about to do I would imagine. Is this his specialty instead of home repair work? I'm so confused. Very dissatisfied. I want all others to know NEVER, EVER go to this person for any work and do your research before hiring a company. I got screwed. BIG TIME. Let's not let that happen to you. I have also attached three photos. One is for this company. One is for his solar company. One shows that he just started a job on the 19th and then another Solar company he started working for on the 21st!?? How is that even possible????
