It frustrates me to leave this type of review due to the good start to the experience I had with this company and Omar. I left work to review my goals and expectations for the work being performed and future projects needed. We agreed that Chávez Lawncare would be able to address the concerns I had and would provide a quote. The first step was a clean up to get the yard back to a great aesthetic point and then more in depth projects could be addressed. I forked out $260 for general yard clean up with the removal of 1 bush and 1 extremely small palm. I had previously informed Omar that my top priority was cleaning up the rocks due to years of no one previously tending do this issue (we just moved in in april) he agreed that by raking and blowing this issue would look much better and have quite an improvement. I came home to the rocks not even touched and although the other basic clean up and haulaway had been addressed I was still left with the same untouched debris matted down into my rocks with absolutely no effort shown at all to improve the concern. I politely reached out and also included pictures of my concerns with the quality of workmanship and was met with a disrespectful and flat out rude remark in return. I hired a professional to help with my yard, forked out hundreds of dollars, and when something hadn't been addressed and I asked about it I was met with a lack of pride in workmanship and rude comments. The response I received was...I'm afraid you are expecting something too perfect. Don't want to be appear rude. But we went above and beyond to deliver the best results possible. The amount of the debris that was removed exceeded anything I expected. This is what I was referring to when we had our conversation. It's practically impossible to remove every last bit of debris. My apologies if I didn't explain it better. 1.The conversation we had only talked about how improvements could be made. 2. I can post pictures of any square foot you would like to see where absolutely no attempt was made to improve the quality of the rocks appearance. 3. I hired a professional to do a job and paid a premium to have it done. It sounds to me by this response that because the debris removed exceeded your expectation you decided ehh I'm done, that's all I'm going to do. Which sounds much more like laziness and poor work ethic...

All I want is for the work to be performed at a level that represents the value I invested my money in  if that cannot be attained then I suppose this will just stand as a review warning others of the possible issues you may encounter.

Had the pleasure of working with Mike from Rainbow International of Goodyear and it was nothing short of phenomenal. We had a water leak in our garage that leaked water in our garage and adjoining laundry room. Mike came out quickly after my initial call and assessed the damage that was done along with coming up with a airtight gameplan to restore the damage area and get my house back to normal. He was honest about the work that needed to be done, extremely communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond and truly helped our family in a time of need. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing help.

These guys usually leave cards in my front door but one day I was home and decided to get a quote from them to cut my very tall (24ft) Oleanders.  They gave me a good price and did it on the spot.  I was a little worried other company wanted to cut them shorter than what I wanted and  were going to use ladders that would mess up the surrounding plants hence the reason why I hadn't done it in a while.  These guys are professionals, he just got up on the block fence and gently lowered every branch he cut....didn't mess up anything else and hardly any mess went into the neighbor's yard.  Overall very happy with the job they did and will use them again.

I had jake come remove a block wall in my yard and spread gravel, it looks amazing and he did a great job! He showed up on time and had great prices.

I highly recommend ASAP Restoration. I had to contact Josh and Andrew @  ASAP to get assistance evaluating and figuring out how to remediate water/mold damage in the kitchen of a home that we were in the process of purchasing. To say that ASAP lent a hand is a big understatement. Josh helped us get ahold of an exceptional mold analytics firm to evaluate the extent of the problem. Andrew came onsite to survey the property and provide an estimate to remediate the problem. In the process of all of this, I learned that prior work was not done to the standard of care in the industry. Water must be removed by cutting through all walls where the water could go. This is essential and half jobs cause the mold to spread and make the job bigger. The other thing I learned is that the area where the work is proceeding must be sealed to contain and prevent the mold that is already present from spreading throughout the house. Again, in our case no containment area was present.  Net-net, if you need help with water/mold remediation, ASAP should be at the top of your list. A truly exceptional team.

Aaron & his team took care of my small water damage job and treated it like it was their one and only job! The impeccable customer service started the moment I called and continued through my two week house repair. Not just by Aaron (the owner) but by everyone on the crew. They treated my house with respect and gave me an detailed oriented finished result.

I highly recommend working with the Arizona Total Home Restoration team. My condo was flooded by my upstairs neighbor, and I was completely overwhelmed, because I had never dealt with this type of issue before. Nathan, President, and his team were so incredibly helpful. They were very patient in answering my countless questions.

My condo is older, so asbestos was found in the wall joint compound. Thankfully, given the ATH professional expertise, the asbestos abatement demolition was completed quickly and thoroughly. I could not have been happier with the outcome, given this trying, unexpected situation. I am so thankful for the ATH team and all their help!

I purchased a home and discovered some mold.  I asked Good Times Restoration about it.  They immediately come over and set up a decontamination barrier with a zipper.  They kept my family safe and I was able to get my home healthy.  I would totally recommend them.  They know what they are doing.  Besides quality work, they are gunuine people.

As a contractor of many years here in the valley I often time run into leaks, and water damage readily. Taylor and crew at 24Hour are the only guys I call. They are FAST, professional, detailed, and get the job done properly.

Javier and crew did a thorough job on walking me through the steps they were taking and what the process looked like.  Thankfully no mold was found so turned into more preventative measures than deep treatment but glad that was the case.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

I used Mike's Drywall to remove a nook on my second floor. The workers arrived on time and although it was a big dusty job, once they finished the wall looked perfect. Best of all the  team left  my house spotless. They actually vacuumed their way out of the house. I am looking forward to getting my next drywall project started.

Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

I had met Jesus last year at the home and Garden show came out and give us a quote I hired them last month very professional work.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

It is very, very frustrating working with Adams Disaster and Restoration (ADR) that doesn't listen to you, doesn't provide information on what's going on, has no organization, doesn't return calls/texts, and whose sole purpose is to collect as much money as they can from our insurance company and from us for work we never requested for.  Shane and the contracted worker were both very dishonest with me in listening to our needs. Our oral agreement was to  repair our roof and drywall, we did not want or need mitigation equipment. I called the office and a woman named Annette was very rude to me and kept me on hold for a long time  I called another time, and a man told me that if I don't pay the amount due they will put a lien on my home and will sue me many times more that what is owed.  The insurance paid them $1,900, and now they want another $1,100 from us.  This company is greedy, dishonest, and shouldn't be in business.

ADR is another reason why Home Owners Insurance companies are raising their rates each year, by committing fraudulent claims, knowingly the insurance will pay them.  Stay far away from ADR and Liberty Mutual for accepting their claim.  I told Liberty Mutual to cancel and they ended up paying ADR, at the end I loss money, my Home Owners Insurance rates went up and ADR gained everything.  The Home Owners Insurance and Mitigation industry is rigged and favors the Mitigation Company, not the home owner, whom is actually paying for the Home Owners Insurance to represent them.  I unfortunately loss in court.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
