Chavez LawnCare were fantastic! I was a little worried that me not being home was going to be a problem, but they were able to just go get the job done and email me the invoice. My backyard was OUT OF CONTROL and they were able to man handle it back to were I can manage it again. I will definitely call them again when I need them! Their customer service was great as well.

Michael was communicative throughout the entire process beginning with my request for a quote, up to final payment. He worked with my schedule to book an appointment. During the completion of the services, Michael was extremely professional but approachable. I will be a returning customer.

They left business card on our door. Decided to give a try. Trimmed 8 bushes and two trees, priced reasonable. I was impressed with their work and was quick. Will call back again.

Jake graded a big dirt hill in our backyard, removing most of the dirt and hauling it away while leaving the rocks on top for us. He did a great job! He's friendly and reliable, and he did the work at a fair price. I'd highly recommend calling him when needed.

Josh Rudin and his team at ASAP RESTORATION completely restored our home after it was flooded. We are so happy we ended up hiring them. They knew how to work with our insurance company and were always delivering a great quality job on time. Jason was our Project Manager and I know we couldn't have gotten through all of this without his help as well.

Everything from sheetrock to drywall and painting to door trims was well done. We got to know the staff well, and they were such nice people with good work ethic. ASAP also has great sub-contractors. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops. They recommended great quality products and have the right professionals for installation.

I'm in the design business myself and had never been through an experience like this with flood damage. I can't say enough about the professionalism and follow through from ASAP.
I would and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Also important to note, if they have a point of view on something that would look better, listen to them, they know their business. We went back and forth on a few finish options and whenever I took their advice, I was happy with the end result! I may be a designer, but I believe you can always learn something new if you stay open!

Here's the reality check. You as the customer have to do your homework too. Don't expect them to bring you lots of floor samples and counter top samples and cabinet samples. That is time consuming and not part of their job.  But do feel free to ask them for advice on where to go to check out materials, they have great sources!!

My opinion is, when you go through something like this, you have to take the time to understand what your insurance company is willing to pay for. Talk to your adjustor if you have questions. And once you know, for example, what your budget is for kitchen countertops, go check out material pricing at Lowe's. Then you can have a reasonable conversation with your contractor.  If you don't do your own homework and just leave it in your contractor's hands, you will be fine - just don't complain if it isn't exactly what you imagined. Hiring a contractor is a 2 way relationship. If you don't do your part, you shouldn't complain unless something is actually installed wrong.

These guys are one of the worst restoration companies ever their project manager Kenny is totally dishonest he hire a second and third-party contractors he uses laborers that he picks up from Home Depot to do most of the work while he supervises if he's not out running errands like the counterman that he hired to do the job at my home which turned out to be completely disastrous. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy they seriously suck plus the cabinet guys that Kenny hired were a husband-and-wife team that came in in the evening to do our cabinets with no level steaks no shams no wedges everything was unbalanced just giving everybody out there a heads up do not use these guys

We had a water leak in our home and we called this company to come out and inspect our home.  We had excessive water travel from our laundry room into our living room and our kitchen.  My wife sucked up the water as quickly as she could after a friend brought a carpet cleaner over to our house on the day of the flood.

My wife spoke with Nathan and he scheduled Tony to come to our home and inspect our walls, tile and carpet in our home.  He had a device that could locate mold and moisture damage.  In his professional assessment, we did not have any mold damage from the flood other than the baseboards popping off the wall.

Tony's recommendation was that we should hire a painter to firmly adhere the baseboards back onto the walls, caulk and paint them.  

It's comforting to know that we were not upsold on non existent mold issues that could have cost us thousands of dollars.  We found this company to be very professional and they arrived on time.

The company we had called prior to Arizona Total Home Restoration never showed up for the scheduled appointment time.  We highly recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. They were professional from beginning to end and honest, a quality hard to find among many companies these days.  

We would use this company again in the future if we have a similar issue.

These guys are all pretty young but don't let their age or looks fool you! Our home had a leaking dishwasher which ruined the floors so we hired Good Times for their Remediation and Restoration services. The whole experience from dealing with insurance and the actual restoration process itself went incredibly smooth and the quality of the reconstruction was top notch. They were also very thoughtful and accommodating to our needs since we were remote in Seattle for majority of the project.  

Would definitely recommend these guys no matter the size of the project. They are very efficient and thorough with what they do.

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

Javier and crew did a thorough job on walking me through the steps they were taking and what the process looked like.  Thankfully no mold was found so turned into more preventative measures than deep treatment but glad that was the case.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

We had Mike and his guys come out and do some drywall repair work and painting after having some plumbing issues. They gave us a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. They performed quality work and it's hard to even tell where the holes in the wall were. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and I'd hire them again if we ever need any more work like this done in the future.

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!!!  5 months of aggravation.  I'm not happy with the outcome, but I would rather fix their mistakes than continue with their chaos. Project manager was constantly confused about our job. Sending dry Waller's over when there wasn't any to be done. People to install cabinets that weren't there. Every time we talked to him he had no recollection of previous conversations. When we would call the office to get some help he would get mad and be nonexistent. Go somewhere else. This went on for 5 months.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
