Michael was communicative throughout the entire process beginning with my request for a quote, up to final payment. He worked with my schedule to book an appointment. During the completion of the services, Michael was extremely professional but approachable. I will be a returning customer.

Have used these guys a handful of times now and they've always done a great job at a fair price.  They're quick, get the job done professionally, and clean up after themselves so aside from the trimmed trees you wouldn't even know they'd been there.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends/family and will definitely call them next time we need anything done around our place.

I had jake come remove a block wall in my yard and spread gravel, it looks amazing and he did a great job! He showed up on time and had great prices.

OMG, I don't know were to start with ASAP, because I am that pleased with them!  I spoke with the owner Josh and I loved how I was not pressured to use his company, he gave me so much information and insight about what I should expect, watch out for with other companies and alternative options..... he was very transparent and up front no BS about this guy :-)  The guys Mike, Raphael and Julian that came to my home to do the work were very pleasant, thorough and got the work done fast.......very funny down to earth guys.  They were even available to me during the evening ours. They even clean my garage for me!!! :-)  I would recommend them to anyone that has issues with any leakage problems in their home because they are that good!

Ripped out our master bath (shower) 5 months ago and never finished the job.

Despite having the best insurance company to work with, these guys were incapable of basic customer communication to restore our bathroom. They were quick to tear apart our entire master shower, and then pass our project along to 4-5 different managers, all of whom visited our house in various states of disorganization. One was outright rude, one misquoted the project to our insurance and later quit, and the last one (Jeff) was pleasant but clearly very overworked and not able to communicate effectively.

The demolition portion of the project was quick and efficient and those guys were great.....the rest was a complete disaster. This company is NOT suited of managing renovation style projects where you may want to upgrade or change anything.

The best and most reliable home restoration company in Phoenix. They offer extremely generous customer service and are fair on their pricing. AZ Total Home Restoration responded fast and were extremely efficient in their process. I would recommend them to anyone and am happy to give them 5 stars!

We had a water heater that decided it didn't want to hold all the water it could on the inside anymore. After having that part exchanged we were stuck with, how much damage is done, who can mitigate that damage and who can make it look like new again once it was mitigated. We reached out to 3 different companies for quotes, not only was Good Times very reasonably priced but they also had the reconstruction under the same room. Apparently it's not common for a single company to both tear down and rebuild? Who knew?

When looking at the other companies they all were all very highly rated (Google, Yelp, independent reviews) however the issue came when we had to look into the rebuild part of the job. ONLY Good Times maintained a positive review after factoring in the rebuilds. The other companies partnered with other companies who were mediocre at best for the rebuilds. This was the deciding factor for us and it worked out great. Not only that but it was a one-stop shop for getting the job done.

Jared and Hunter were very professional the entire time, showed up on time, completed the work on time, wore masks and didn't try to pressure sell any additional services or products.

Mike & Lindsay are amazing!! Honest, reliable,  and communication was great! We are very happy!!

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

When it comes to quality and great customer service Doan Restoration always delivers! The wonderful staff make it easy to work with them! Definitely will refer anyone who needs help with restoring their home or business!

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

Attempting a home renovation with no experience and no contractor is not something I would recommend without adequate research and possibly a bucket of street-grade narcotics.
Luckily, my realtor recommended Mike and his crew to take my 1974 eyesore into the 21st century while maintaining its intended charm.
The amount of patching, texturing, installation of doors, trim and general mishigas was daunting, but Mike worked with my novice self to do incredible work with a genuine passion for work ethic and quality.

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

Worker's were not on time and didn't even speak English! They looked at me like I was in a foreign country!

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!!!  5 months of aggravation.  I'm not happy with the outcome, but I would rather fix their mistakes than continue with their chaos. Project manager was constantly confused about our job. Sending dry Waller's over when there wasn't any to be done. People to install cabinets that weren't there. Every time we talked to him he had no recollection of previous conversations. When we would call the office to get some help he would get mad and be nonexistent. Go somewhere else. This went on for 5 months.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
