It took 3 calls and 2 voicemails to finally get an appointment set up.  The day of my appointment, they cancelled and needed to reschedule for the following week.  They don't seem to be reliable.

I requested to have my tile and grout cleaned on Friday and Mike was super responsive and came out the very next day. He was on time and very friendly. Honored the quote he gave me and it was super affordable. Our floors look great! We will definitely use this company again!

Have used these guys a handful of times now and they've always done a great job at a fair price.  They're quick, get the job done professionally, and clean up after themselves so aside from the trimmed trees you wouldn't even know they'd been there.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends/family and will definitely call them next time we need anything done around our place.

Jake graded a big dirt hill in our backyard, removing most of the dirt and hauling it away while leaving the rocks on top for us. He did a great job! He's friendly and reliable, and he did the work at a fair price. I'd highly recommend calling him when needed.

Zona Restoration was very easy to work with! Brian did a fabulous job and even went above and beyond making sure where ever he worked was cleaned up afterwards! (Vacuumed and/or wipes down) Everyone was even very respectful and quiet during my kids nap times. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs!

We stumbled on these guys after relying on another company that fell through and couldn't be happier.  Since so much of our kitchen had been damaged, we opted to change it in rebuilding. Good Times was very flexible in working with us, especially since COVID19 hit right when we were going to start work. They are very customer oriented and excellent at respecting our need to postpone, and then go forward with masks for everyone who came in. The work was good, the people were pleasant, the price was right. What else can you ask for?

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

We came home to a flooded home after a weekend vacation. We called AZ Floodmasters on a Sunday night and they got to our house within 30 mins. They helped us dry out our kitchen and family room with fans and dehumidifiers. They also came back numerous times to do a very professional taping to protect our home during a very messy remodel. We have worked with a ton of contractors and AZ Floodmasters is by far the most professional that we have worked with. Wes is the owner and the one that we worked with directly.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

I wish there were more Mikes in the world! He was a consummate professional. Reliable, punctual, and a true craftsman. I had a difficult drywall repair needed in my master bathroom. He and his team did an amazing, bringing my bathroom back to looking new. As a self proclaimed perfectionist, I'm not easy to please. If you're like me, and need drywall work done, hire Mike. You won't be disappointed.

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

Do not use this company for your landscaping needs! Unfortunately we did and we seriously regret it. They were contracted to put a putting green in our backyard. Joseph Benites came out to give us an estimate and stated that he would make sure that we were happy with the work when it was completed. First thing I questioned was the fact that they had the fill dropped off in the street and we weren't even told of a date that they would be here to do the work. It was more than a week before they came and of course we had rain in between so it was washing away down the street. When they finally arrived to do the work they didn't bother to go over the design shape with me, they were just going to match the rectangle area that was currently in place when we actually discussed with Joseph that we wanted curves in certain areas. The workers actually tried to tell me I couldn't have that because they weren't told about curves.  I told them to call Joseph and if there was a problem he could call me but I am getting the design that we agreed to pay for.  So they managed to get the shape somewhat correct and they had the fill in the backyard and said they would be back to finish the next day.  Well that evening we had that torrential down pour of rain and everything was just drenched so I figured there was no way they would be able to finish with the fill and put the green in place.  Well obviously they don't know the correct standards when putting in a green.  You don't do it when the soil is wet!!!!!  They showed up at 6:30 the next morning and finished installing.  I thought ok they will come back to roll out the lumps when everything dries out. For 5 weeks I have tried to get them out here to roll it and every time I am told they will be here they do not show up or they have an excuse as to why they didn't show up.  I have a very lumpy putting green in my backyard now and they don't care.  I am filing a complaint with the ROC compliance department.
Please, if you really want to have something nice for the money you pay for landscaping DON'T USE CUSTOM OUTLOOKS!!!!!!

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

WARNING  This is not an exaggeration, I sincerely do not want anyone to go through what we did!  If it was an option to leave ZERO stars and warn all consumers about this shady company, I would! AVOID Adams restoration at all costs, they are the shadiest worst company I've ever come across and made our lives a living hell.  The unprofessionalism, lies, being screamed at in my own home by their project manager on camera, recorded drunk dials from another project manager being extremely inappropriate, you cannot make this up!  Their revolving door of unqualified idiots was infuriating especially with how much of our time they waisted and damage they did to our home .  Literally nobody on their team knew/knows what they were/are doing and after 6 months of insanity and my place laying vacant without work being done for months after paying them, we got to a point where the ROC inspector got involved and pointed out glaring issues. There would have been violations already recorded on their record, then they brought their A Team out to try and mitigate the negligence and major issues the previous clowns created at my home.  I am still dealing with all of the mistakes they made including my new flooring coming up.  We have to hire another company to fix their mistakes and it is probable that this will result in litigation!  They also turned our backyard into a job site and left screws, nails, and all kinds of other hazardous materials all over the place without cleaning up completely, and we have dogs!  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
