Started with request via Yelp for a bid on a small job in Sun City.

Got a reply that day and set up a time to come and look at what I needed done.

I was pleased that the appointment was kept and on time.

Price quoted was reasonable to me and the crew arrived when scheduled and the job finished on time and exactly for the amount in the quote.

Hard working and professional. When they left there wasn't a bit of refuse left in my drive and the job was exactly what I wanted.

I requested to have my tile and grout cleaned on Friday and Mike was super responsive and came out the very next day. He was on time and very friendly. Honored the quote he gave me and it was super affordable. Our floors look great! We will definitely use this company again!

Have used these guys a handful of times now and they've always done a great job at a fair price.  They're quick, get the job done professionally, and clean up after themselves so aside from the trimmed trees you wouldn't even know they'd been there.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends/family and will definitely call them next time we need anything done around our place.

We are out of state owners of a rental property in Scottsdale.  In October our renter called us worried about what she believed was a mold problem.  She said mold was growing out of the bathroom thru the cinder block construction onto the side of the house.  Our realtor referred us to ASAP Restoration.  After we called and left a message (on a holiday) Josh returned our call almost immediately, he then made an appointment with our renter to be at the home at 8:00 Tuesday morning.  Josh examined the growth and was able to reassure both the renter and myself that growth was fully on the exterior emanating from the soil and was not mold, but was a temporary fungus that had sprouted because of excessive rain.   Problem solved.  We appreciated Josh's rapid return of our call and resolution of the concern of our renter.  We will absolutely call on ASAP Restoration again should the need arise.

I had a real favorable experience with this business.  Goettl had to tear into my drywall to fix some wiring and subcontracted with Zona for the sheetrock work.  I was very pleased with the quality of the work.  Good communication from the start and they were right on time.  I worked with Max and he was great.

We had a leak that had caused water damage under our kitchen sink back in May. The plumber had recommended calling out a restoration person and had actually put in a referral. I was impatient and found ATH on yelp, and within a half hour they were at my house assessing the damages.

This was by far the best decision I made during the process. Nathan and his team were incredibly helpful and professional. They were wonderful at communicating with me about their entire process. They even came and met with the insurance adjuster and showed him pictures of the damages. I literally heard the adjuster say at one photo, Oh that's great, that will help me get them more back.

Hire them! You will not regret it!

Good Times Restoration helped us with a major roof leak which collapsed a ceiling and went into the master bedroom walls. They were at our home quickly to evaluate the extent of the water damage. They had the tear down done the same day and the drying process started.  I would highly recommend this company. They work with insurance companies and were quick and efficient

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

We were on vacation and got a call from our neighbor that water was running down our driveway. Our water softener had leaked in the garage and flooded not only our garage but half the house.

-I called AZ Floodmasters after finding them on Yelp and Wes and his team were at the house within the hour! Oh, and it was 8am on Memorial Day.

-By the time we caught the next flight home, the water was gone and drying fans were set up throughout the house.

-Wes had also called Integrity Contents who began packing up the house. They are the company who determines what items are salvageable after a catastrophe.  This company has been difficult to work with and please do your research and hire a different company. I will add a separate review once we are done working with this company.  

-Wes also had a restoration contractor reach out and he has been wonderful in restoring our home.

Fortunately Wes and his team got there fast enough that they could dry out the walls and we did not have drywall or mold damage.

Wes was always in contact and kept us in the loop throughout the process.  We appreciate his customer service and his Floodmasters team!

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

Let me start by saying I am not a review writer but needed to share my experience with Mike and his crew. We have remodeled 3 houses and have always had issues with drywall crews, sloppy work, people not keeping their word etc.. This project in particular was a large undertaking and we fired one crew and the second crew walked off the job. Mike was our saving grace, him and his guys not only came in and did an outstandingly meticulous job but fixed all the issues with the previous crew. He was in communication with my wife and I every step along the way and stands behind his work and crew. As an owner of small businesses I truly value professionalism and Mike is a consummate professional. If you need any drywall done of any kind, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. We will not only be referring Mike to all of our friends and family but will use him on every project going forward.

Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

We have an appointment for today (08-10-21) but never show up and no call either.  Don't waste your time with this company.  It's all talk but no action.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

Likely the worst experience I have had with a business. We had a water leak and Adams came to dry the floors after the leak was stopped. The company and our insurance company came to an agreement of the cost of services and Adams billed us for $700 more than what they should have. After numerous threatening and rude phone calls from Annette in their billing department to my wife, I had enough. I called and asked for the accurate invoice. Annette continued to call and harass me and my wife even threatening to put a lien on our home if we did not pay even though we were simply waiting for the accurate invoice to pay. I have never had such an awful and rude experience with a company. Stay very clear of these folks.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
