I had him fix the front of my house and he did a decent job. Then I gave the assignment to do my entire backyard. To my utter disappointment it's 80% clover. He gave an absolute assurance that this will not happen. Don't waste your money get a real professional company.

I have never had a need for rug or carpet cleaning since I have been in Goodyear for over 5 years.
I looked on Yelp for reviews and Rainbow International Renovation had excellent feedback so I called them and set up an appointment. They came today to clean two rugs and they look brand new! Mike and Mario or Marco (sorry! I can't remember which one) were very professional and knowledgeable.
Their price was literally half of other cleaner's prices.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

These guys usually leave cards in my front door but one day I was home and decided to get a quote from them to cut my very tall (24ft) Oleanders.  They gave me a good price and did it on the spot.  I was a little worried other company wanted to cut them shorter than what I wanted and  were going to use ladders that would mess up the surrounding plants hence the reason why I hadn't done it in a while.  These guys are professionals, he just got up on the block fence and gently lowered every branch he cut....didn't mess up anything else and hardly any mess went into the neighbor's yard.  Overall very happy with the job they did and will use them again.

Jake was very professional, prompt and did good work. Would highly recommend for any landscape needs.

This review is long over do...sorry about that! I just wanted to say thank you for all of your assistance! In May we had some closet damage due to a pipe getting moved from having our roof redone and it caused water damage in the master bedroom closet. We contacted our insurance company and they recommend a restoration company that handled the water damage and then repair (IT WAS NOT ASAP) after more than a month the company just abandoned the job. So after reading some yelp reviews I contacted ASAP and they said they would try to fit me in their schedule and since this job was started by another company I am sure they didn't want the headaches that came with that mess. Well....all I can say is ask for Nick (sorry Nick) LOL but he kept me calm through the whole process. He encouraged me when he needed to at when I should be pushing back on the insurance company for making sure that things were done properly and really he and his team for the most part were really great to work with. The other company ended up putting a hole through the wall that went to the outside (maybe that's why they bailed the job)?? Nick caught that, they didn't do the mold testing properly so that had to be redone.....everything was by the book, and yes it took a lot longer than I had anticipated but due to Covid and changing companies I am just glad we ended with ASAP and wished that we would have started with them. So thanks you and I wish you a wonderful year full of lots of business!!

All of the workers that came to my house were all very polite  Where very professional acting Where very professional They all wore Masks. Whenever they would do a job they would clean it up they put plastic down put blankets outdoors to wipe their feet any one they send are very very good company Will ,Glen Hasso and Eli were great to work with!!!!!! I've worked with Nate at ATH on numerous projects over the years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. They always go above and beyond to make sure the client is taken care of. I really enjoy working with good times restoration team! they are professional and reacted quickly to my water damage case. the damage were so bad , nearly half of the house need to be rebuilt. Trenton and his team were able to dry out the house within a week and I can tell they are very experienced working with insurance company. They took good care of my furniture and help me boxed everything.  highly recommand ! and i will continue working with them for house reconstruction~

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Used Mike and his team to remove a window seat and do drywall repair. Very responsive and came out the next day to start on the project. Mario was great! He's very professional, on time, and diligent. Matched the texture perfectly. Would definitely use again and will refer to others.

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

My project consists of tearing out an old deck in the back yard, removing a large tree and 16 much smaller trees, forming and backfilling a new raised deck area with fill, and paving over it with travertine, and installing pavers on the east side of the house in addition to trimming some large trees.

My project is not a 6-figure job but for damn sure, it's a decent 5-figure job for a contractor with enough integrity and business sense to follow through.
Having kept a Custom Outlooks advertisement and business card from a prior home & garden show, I set up an appointment with Jesus to come to my home on June 3.  

Jesus arrived and I explained the project to him when he arrived. He was professional, although on the downside of friendly. But, I wasn't looking for personality; I was looking for skills and value so I wasn't too concerned. We chatted about the project and he promised me a quote the following week. It's now been six weeks since I met with Jesus and have never heard diddly squat from him or anyone else at Custom Outlooks. Needless to say, I've gotten other estimates and permanently crossed Custom Outlooks off my list. They've wasted their time and mine. And now, they'll have the benefit of showing how unreliable they are to any customers foolish enough to ignore this review.  

One other note--which I'm putting in the category of Just Plain Weird: After Jesus and I talked in my back yard about my project, I left him alone to finalize measurements, photos etc. (I'm not totally sure what he was doing out there). I came inside and sat on the couch to wait for him after telling him to just come in the back door when he was finished and I'd let him out the front door. There is no other way out of my back yard except to come through the house. There is a double gate--which is locked at all times. So other than coming to the back door and walking back through my house, the only way out of the back yard is literally, to jump the fence.  Through the back windows, I saw Jesus walking around for a few minutes after I came inside...and then, I didn't. After about 10 minutes of not seeing any more movement in the back yard, I walked outside and found he'd vanished!. I checked in front of my house, and sure enough, his vehicle was gone. I'm not sure when he left or why he didn't simply come to the back door as I'd instructed. Maybe he knew he was going to ghost me and wanted to run off without any insincere pleasantries and without promising me--again--that he'd send me an estimate. Either way, it's just weird as hell that instead of coming back through the house, or at least knocking on the French doors that lead to our back yard, he chose to skulk off without a word by JUMPING THE FENCE. What a freakin' oddball!

Perhaps the current state of the AZ home building and remodeling industry makes companies like Custom Outlooks think they only have to take jobs from folks with a blank dirt lot and a blank checkbook so they can soak people on high-dollar, fancy-schmancy  jobs that include lots of design work and markup. But if that's the case, why not just tell me? I'd much rather have had Jesus tell me something like: based on the size of your job, we'd have a really hard time squeezing it in among our larger projects so you'll probably be better off contacting another company, vs. ghosting me after wasting my time and promising me an estimate that never came.
 
I get it: construction trades--including landscapers--are living the high life right now. Housing starts in the Phoenix area are up and the remodeling industry is booming. There's tons of work and prices are hugely inflated. Lots of contractors believe they can pick and choose what they think are the cream of the crop jobs and treat everyone else like crap without even so much as an explanation, much less an apology for not doing what they said they'd do. But if Custom Outlooks really wants to convince people they're reliable, they should be bright enough to know that boom times come and go and livin' the contractor high life won't last forever--unlike online reviews, which DO...

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

It is very, very frustrating working with Adams Disaster and Restoration (ADR) that doesn't listen to you, doesn't provide information on what's going on, has no organization, doesn't return calls/texts, and whose sole purpose is to collect as much money as they can from our insurance company and from us for work we never requested for.  Shane and the contracted worker were both very dishonest with me in listening to our needs. Our oral agreement was to  repair our roof and drywall, we did not want or need mitigation equipment. I called the office and a woman named Annette was very rude to me and kept me on hold for a long time  I called another time, and a man told me that if I don't pay the amount due they will put a lien on my home and will sue me many times more that what is owed.  The insurance paid them $1,900, and now they want another $1,100 from us.  This company is greedy, dishonest, and shouldn't be in business.

ADR is another reason why Home Owners Insurance companies are raising their rates each year, by committing fraudulent claims, knowingly the insurance will pay them.  Stay far away from ADR and Liberty Mutual for accepting their claim.  I told Liberty Mutual to cancel and they ended up paying ADR, at the end I loss money, my Home Owners Insurance rates went up and ADR gained everything.  The Home Owners Insurance and Mitigation industry is rigged and favors the Mitigation Company, not the home owner, whom is actually paying for the Home Owners Insurance to represent them.  I unfortunately loss in court.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
