We had Omar back to add more drip lines - as before he showed up on time, reviewed the job site and jumped right in on the work. They were completed in about an hour. He and his crew are very polite, quick and efficient. He left the site clean and organized. As previously, he removes any trash and makes sure the yard is spotless before he leaves. Omar is very reliable and we will definitely continue to use him.

I requested to have my tile and grout cleaned on Friday and Mike was super responsive and came out the very next day. He was on time and very friendly. Honored the quote he gave me and it was super affordable. Our floors look great! We will definitely use this company again!

Have used these guys a handful of times now and they've always done a great job at a fair price.  They're quick, get the job done professionally, and clean up after themselves so aside from the trimmed trees you wouldn't even know they'd been there.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends/family and will definitely call them next time we need anything done around our place.

I had jake come remove a block wall in my yard and spread gravel, it looks amazing and he did a great job! He showed up on time and had great prices.

This review is long over do...sorry about that! I just wanted to say thank you for all of your assistance! In May we had some closet damage due to a pipe getting moved from having our roof redone and it caused water damage in the master bedroom closet. We contacted our insurance company and they recommend a restoration company that handled the water damage and then repair (IT WAS NOT ASAP) after more than a month the company just abandoned the job. So after reading some yelp reviews I contacted ASAP and they said they would try to fit me in their schedule and since this job was started by another company I am sure they didn't want the headaches that came with that mess. Well....all I can say is ask for Nick (sorry Nick) LOL but he kept me calm through the whole process. He encouraged me when he needed to at when I should be pushing back on the insurance company for making sure that things were done properly and really he and his team for the most part were really great to work with. The other company ended up putting a hole through the wall that went to the outside (maybe that's why they bailed the job)?? Nick caught that, they didn't do the mold testing properly so that had to be redone.....everything was by the book, and yes it took a lot longer than I had anticipated but due to Covid and changing companies I am just glad we ended with ASAP and wished that we would have started with them. So thanks you and I wish you a wonderful year full of lots of business!!

This is one of the best companies I have hired.  The quoting process was very professional and their quote was almost exactly what our insurance estimator quoted us.  Their demo crew came out on time, and was very efficient. No mess, and everything was clean.  When the restoration crew came out, they were also very fast and professional.  They went above and beyond and even painted my entire garage when only one wall really needed to be painted.  If we ever need this kind of work done on our house we will be calling them again.  I am also recommending them to everyone I know.

Absolutely horrific company to work with. Every there needed to be managed by myself while working at the house for quality and completion, which took a ton of my time trying to chase after them to do the work. I suggest looking at other companies before having to deal with ATH Restoration.

& never wavered to increase price. I had mold & water damage from a slow leaking Attic water pipe. I was unaware of the Leak, dripping behind the Guest Room Closet wall. My home is only 7 yrs. old. What a shock. Who runs around checking Closets for water spots or mold in the corner of base boards in a Guest Closet?
They worked with me bcz (Insurance refused to pay) claiming, I should have seen a tiny leak in the corner of my Guest Closet. There was no smell. So when I saw 1 small spot of mold, I was shocked.
& when wall was opened, the Wood & Drywall was covered with mold. Advice, watch for even smallest water spots,
in closets, under sinks, ceiling spots. Water may be slowly dripping inside a wall/walls & mold grows fairly quickly.
Good Times gave me the option to find my own Plumber, Carpet Co. etc., or use their Contractors.

What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

WOW... The customer service, promptness, cleanliness, and quality of work from this company was outstanding. My elderly parents live in a home I own. I live out of state. There was problem with an air conditioner drain. It flooded the ceiling. The insurance company sent a clean up crew to  remove the wet drywall and used dehumidifiers to dry it up but left
a gigantic hole. They could not get the inside of the home cooled off below 95 degrees. I called Mike, first of all...he answered, his schedule was so tight but after looking at the situation, his great concern was how warm it was inside. He showed up the next morning at 6 am. Not a speck of dust was left behind. I have never seen drywall not make a huge mess. I am beyond thankful. I would refer him over and over again. Thank you Mike and your entire team!!!!!

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

Do not use this company for your landscaping needs! Unfortunately we did and we seriously regret it. They were contracted to put a putting green in our backyard. Joseph Benites came out to give us an estimate and stated that he would make sure that we were happy with the work when it was completed. First thing I questioned was the fact that they had the fill dropped off in the street and we weren't even told of a date that they would be here to do the work. It was more than a week before they came and of course we had rain in between so it was washing away down the street. When they finally arrived to do the work they didn't bother to go over the design shape with me, they were just going to match the rectangle area that was currently in place when we actually discussed with Joseph that we wanted curves in certain areas. The workers actually tried to tell me I couldn't have that because they weren't told about curves.  I told them to call Joseph and if there was a problem he could call me but I am getting the design that we agreed to pay for.  So they managed to get the shape somewhat correct and they had the fill in the backyard and said they would be back to finish the next day.  Well that evening we had that torrential down pour of rain and everything was just drenched so I figured there was no way they would be able to finish with the fill and put the green in place.  Well obviously they don't know the correct standards when putting in a green.  You don't do it when the soil is wet!!!!!  They showed up at 6:30 the next morning and finished installing.  I thought ok they will come back to roll out the lumps when everything dries out. For 5 weeks I have tried to get them out here to roll it and every time I am told they will be here they do not show up or they have an excuse as to why they didn't show up.  I have a very lumpy putting green in my backyard now and they don't care.  I am filing a complaint with the ROC compliance department.
Please, if you really want to have something nice for the money you pay for landscaping DON'T USE CUSTOM OUTLOOKS!!!!!!

Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.

Adam's Disaster and Restoration did beyond a phenomenal job restoring our flood damage to our home. Everything down to the sub floor and insulation had to be ripped out and replaced. My wife and I took this opportunity to update our hardwood and tiled floors and we couldn't be happier. Would recommend 10/10. Great job guys!

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
