I had him fix the front of my house and he did a decent job. Then I gave the assignment to do my entire backyard. To my utter disappointment it's 80% clover. He gave an absolute assurance that this will not happen. Don't waste your money get a real professional company.

Michael was communicative throughout the entire process beginning with my request for a quote, up to final payment. He worked with my schedule to book an appointment. During the completion of the services, Michael was extremely professional but approachable. I will be a returning customer.

I got a immediate response call from Asap Restoration after submitting my consultation request and they were up front and honest about the small patch work my ceiling needed. They were even courtesy enough to give me some step by step DIY instructions on how I could repair it on my own saving me tons of money. Even though they weren't able to service my home they were nice enough to point me in the right direction. I was truly impressed with their customer service and honesty.

After noticing a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling from our upstairs tub, I messaged Zona on the Yelp app. Aaron, the owner, had messaged me and called within minutes.  He got the basic information and had his technician, Shelby, contact me.  Shelby was here (on a Saturday) in less than 1 hour.  He was able to assess the problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly.  We put a plan in place to get the area dried out and fixed.  Once he done and had left, Aaron called back to just to make sure that we were satisfied with our service - which we were.  I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Zona Restoration to anyone.  Timely, thorough and cost effective.

After hiring good time restoration to rescue us from a huge flood in our condo, we realized what an outstanding company this was to deal with! We were so pleased with the service that they provided and the level of professionalism that they demonstrated throughout the entire process, that we would use them in the future if the need ever arise.. I also managed several properties and have referred them to three other clients that have been extremely satisfied with the outstanding job that they did! I cannot say enough good about this company! My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. Had our roof give out on us a couple weeks ago. Doan Restoration was out to our house right away. They stayed on top of communicating with us and while having a newborn, they made sure to take every cleaning precaution necessary. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a restoration company! Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

We first used Mike for some drywall repair and replacement about 15 years ago and never forgot the quality of his work, so when our house flooded in May, the only person we contacted for the drywall repair was Mike. Once again the quality of workmanship was professional and the walls turned out beautifully and the texture matches the existing texture flawlessly. You cannot tell any work was ever done. It's that good. In spite of schedule conflicts, other contractors coming and going, and shifting requirements, the work was completed on time and it looks amazing. Thanks Mike!

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

Absolutely recommend this company! We had some water damage to our kitchen ceiling and needed new drywall, insulation, paint and fixtures put back up. A crew of two were available to come out a couple days after our request was made and they finished in a day and a half! Great communication all the way through and everything was covered and protected. After dealing with a handful of different companies doing work since owning our home, this was one of the best experiences we've had! We will definitely use them in the future for any other projects we have.

If a plumber (Big G in my case) calls them out, RUN! They scam thru plumbers and the plumber will make 500-1000 on the other side of their sudden repairs. They don't wait on insurance, don't give estimates, they just run in and start work so you don't have time to process anything except their bill on the other side. RUN... RUN.. RUN to another licensed, bonded, and insured company.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
