They get all the weeds pulled not just sprayed, tree and bushes trimmed and pruned...  They check my irrigation system and make sure it's set up correctly for the weather. I requested to have my tile and grout cleaned on Friday and Mike was super responsive and came out the very next day. He was on time and very friendly. Honored the quote he gave me and it was super affordable. Our floors look great! We will definitely use this company again!

These guys usually leave cards in my front door but one day I was home and decided to get a quote from them to cut my very tall (24ft) Oleanders.  They gave me a good price and did it on the spot.  I was a little worried other company wanted to cut them shorter than what I wanted and  were going to use ladders that would mess up the surrounding plants hence the reason why I hadn't done it in a while.  These guys are professionals, he just got up on the block fence and gently lowered every branch he cut....didn't mess up anything else and hardly any mess went into the neighbor's yard.  Overall very happy with the job they did and will use them again.

I had jake come remove a block wall in my yard and spread gravel, it looks amazing and he did a great job! He showed up on time and had great prices.

I can't say enough great things about Josh, Dan, Odyssey and their crew at ASAP Restoration.  I discovered our water heater had started leaking around 10 am​ one morning and knew this was going to be bad with all the standing water in the garage and pantry area of our house.  

I reached out for assistance from a restoration company through an app I have and was answered quickly by Josh.  Fortunately, ​he just happened to be in the area was out at our house assessing the damage in less than two hours.  Two hours later his crew was there ripping out drywall, putting in fans, and installing dehumidifiers​ to contain the damage.  Less than 10 hours from the point I discovered the water, they had all the damage contained.

They were very thorough and accommodating​ of our crazy schedule (my wife just gave birth to twins who are in the NICU) and they did fantastic work.  We were back to normal in about a month and it would have been faster had we not had some minor insurance delays/backorder issues with materials we picked out.

I hope I never have to hire a restoration company ever again, but if I ever run into that unfortunate situation, I will be giving Josh a call without question.

Nathan and his crew were extremely fast and responsive. They treated and remediated mold for a hall closet. I originally requested an estimate from another company and they took forever to email me one. When I reached out to AZ Total Home Restoration, I requested a quote Friday night via yelp, he came Monday morning to take a look at the work needed, gave me the estimate same day AND they started working Tuesday morning and completed Wednesday. His team was great and everyone was polite. If you ever need a speedy job with quality results, look no further than this company!

Good Times Restoration helped us with a major roof leak which collapsed a ceiling and went into the master bedroom walls. They were at our home quickly to evaluate the extent of the water damage. They had the tear down done the same day and the drying process started.  I would highly recommend this company. They work with insurance companies and were quick and efficient

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

If you need any drywall work done l highly recommend Mike's Drywall Service. Our wall looks beautiful again thanks to Sean the tech who came to our home and he cleaned up after the work was done. Excellent work from a true professional drywaller. We will definitely use this wonderful company again and tell all our family and friends how pleased we are with them. Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

If we could give NEGATIVE STARS WE WOULD! Our water heater pipe busted inside our wall, causing damage to the walls and floors. They came in to dry out the water. The machine they brought that ran all night, pumped water INTO OUR HOME causing more damage to the walls and floors. They took no responsibility for the additional damages. Took 3 weeks for a supposed adjuster to come in and write the damage estimate for our insurance ($6k), then for over 2 months no one would call us back or show up. Then their accounting office calls after over 2.5 months and wants over $11,000 when they haven't even DONE ANYTHING but remove some drywall and flooring. The lady was RUDE and accused us of lying about funds received from the insurance. After speaking with our insurance, they had only submitted the additional amount the same day they called us wanting payment and the submission did not even include the pictures or test results showing that an abatement was even needed! Also found out they are trying to charge the insurance for two abatements that have not even been done. They still have not done one thing in our home. They are slow, unresponsive, overpriced, and complete frauds. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
