He advised me of the process involved and had a wealth of knowledge about mold. He got the work completed within a few days. I called Zona when I found mold behind my kitchen cabinets during a remodel. I had Yelped this place because it's down the street from my house and had great reviews. Because of the remodel we didn't have that much spare cash laying around and were trying to determine if we needed to have professional come out to take care of it. I can't remember the name of the young woman that answered the phone, but she was very understanding and walked me through the step by step process of what their professionals would do. She also thoroughly advised me on how to take care of the mold ourselves because of our circumstances. I would defend definitely use their services in the future!

These guys were life savers. Nathan was professional and courteous and Jason was very helpful and great at communicating through the  process and walking me through a very stressful water leak issue. We had a plumbing leak/mold issue in our kitchen and closet of a bedroom. We had a few different restoration companies come out and were so glad we went with good times. They were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job start to finish. We even had them do another project at our house simply because they were so easy to work with and did quality work. Would definitely recommend them.

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. Our A/C draining unit leaked upstairs and flowed down into the dining room; which we were unaware of for who knows how long.  This caused damage in both areas; which required mold remover, carpet removal, dry wall replacement, ceiling damage, etc.....  Out of 4 estimates, we selected Doan and so very happy we did.  Doan was more detailed, on-time, professional, personable, respectful of my home and extremely honest.  Ricardo and Ryan worked quickly and efficiently and within two days their part was completed.  After reviewing some pictures Ricardo took, he asked if he could come back and look at  something he wasn't happy with...who does that these days - Ricardo!!  There were no surprises -  if you choose them, you too will be happy you did.  Additionally, both Ricardo and Ryan (especially Ryan) were very nice to my Yorkie.  If there is ever a restoration need, be assured we will be calling them back.   Your in good hands with Doan!

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

We had Mike and his guys come out and do some drywall repair work and painting after having some plumbing issues. They gave us a fair quote for the work that needed to be done. They performed quality work and it's hard to even tell where the holes in the wall were. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and I'd hire them again if we ever need any more work like this done in the future.

We used Jose to sandblast the front and side of our of 1960's block home.  His quote was in right in line with another company that came out.  The whole project took less than 2 and half days, including prep and and a final cleanup.  We are very happy with results and would highly recommend using Unique Surface Prep for sandblasting.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

If you have any fire issues this is the place to go. My home was partly burned, I didn't know what to do next. I contacted Adams who went step by step on my options. They were quick to check with asbestos and helped me understand my insurance. They explained everything better than my agent. They were never pushy or try to sugarcoat anything. They were straight forward and returned my calls quickly. I appreciate they're honesty.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
