Did an excellent job, on time and efficiently. Very personable as well. The price was very reasonable.

I have never had a need for rug or carpet cleaning since I have been in Goodyear for over 5 years.
I looked on Yelp for reviews and Rainbow International Renovation had excellent feedback so I called them and set up an appointment. They came today to clean two rugs and they look brand new! Mike and Mario or Marco (sorry! I can't remember which one) were very professional and knowledgeable.
Their price was literally half of other cleaner's prices.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

These guys usually leave cards in my front door but one day I was home and decided to get a quote from them to cut my very tall (24ft) Oleanders.  They gave me a good price and did it on the spot.  I was a little worried other company wanted to cut them shorter than what I wanted and  were going to use ladders that would mess up the surrounding plants hence the reason why I hadn't done it in a while.  These guys are professionals, he just got up on the block fence and gently lowered every branch he cut....didn't mess up anything else and hardly any mess went into the neighbor's yard.  Overall very happy with the job they did and will use them again.

Jake graded a big dirt hill in our backyard, removing most of the dirt and hauling it away while leaving the rocks on top for us. He did a great job! He's friendly and reliable, and he did the work at a fair price. I'd highly recommend calling him when needed.

I called Zona Restoration because of online reviews.  The response time was less than 5 minutes. What I needed done was NOT a service they did, but they were helpful in recommending and referring me to some who did.

Amazing!  After hiring the wrong company, I called ATH Restoration.  Nathan is most knowledgeable with outstanding customer service.  It's a very stressful situation when you have to call a restoration company.  Nathan keeps you calm and walks you through the process explaining every step he will take to make you whole again.  He is trustworthy, efficient, professional and honest.  Don't make the same mistake I did in calling the wrong company first.  Save yourself, just call Arizona Total Home Restoration, they will NOT let you down!

After hiring good time restoration to rescue us from a huge flood in our condo, we realized what an outstanding company this was to deal with! We were so pleased with the service that they provided and the level of professionalism that they demonstrated throughout the entire process, that we would use them in the future if the need ever arise.. Came out after one of my properties had a weird smell, they found a small section of mold and found a major leak behind my toilet they took care of the mildew smell and removed all drywall from the affected areas. Cleaned up all the nails and left no dust ready for my drywall guys to patch it up. Fast professional and honest straight to the point with no BS. Very happy With their services.

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

Mike and his team were fantastic. They were professional, prompt, efficient. I really liked that they were available to do the work quickly and within 48 hours of estimate, the job was done.

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

Jesus and his team came out and did quick, expedient, quality work. Everyone on his team was polite and did an excellent job. Very fair pricing and easy to work with and talk to. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their yard/landscaping done.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

Although the work done was good, the communication is terrible! Phone calls not returned, crews not showing up  with no explanation, emails ignored, billing is a mess. I went to the office to pay what I thought was our final bill of 14K. Got a call the next morning saying we owed 11K. Talked to the office and was told sorry you only owe for the pack out which has not been billed yet! This was never mentioned when I was there. When I left their office, and after a good conversation going over all accounts, I thought we were paid in full. Now we will be hit with another bill.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
