These guys usually leave cards in my front door but one day I was home and decided to get a quote from them to cut my very tall (24ft) Oleanders.  They gave me a good price and did it on the spot.  I was a little worried other company wanted to cut them shorter than what I wanted and  were going to use ladders that would mess up the surrounding plants hence the reason why I hadn't done it in a while.  These guys are professionals, he just got up on the block fence and gently lowered every branch he cut....didn't mess up anything else and hardly any mess went into the neighbor's yard.  Overall very happy with the job they did and will use them again.

Highly recommend ASAP Restoration!! Josh showed patience while I explained  roof/rain/possible mold damage issue. He asked if I had taken photos of damage and to text the photos so he could better assess the da mage. He explained in detail the additional issues that may result or need to be addressed before repair of damage could begin; asbestos or/lead due to age of the building. He immediately provided email resources to help educate and assist me.

I rent the unit that sustained the damage, property owners were not responding/ignoring my calls and emails requesting action to address repairs. I had no recourse but to take necessary measures a myself to protect my health and safety. The information to state/city agencies will assist in enabling me to eventually/hopefully recoup incurred expense.

Recently purchased a home and seller made some repairs to the house prior to closing. Seller contracted Zona Restoration to replace wood shakes roof with asphalt shingles. After work was performed, Zona restoration left a lot of debris in the attic resulting from the roof replacement.  There were some other items, the seemed like oversight such leaving disconnected exhaust pipes and lack of any kind of attic ventilation (which is causing the attic to have temperature of 140 degrees in a 100 degree day).

I called their customer service and was indicated to compose an email with zona restoration invoice and statement of work completed, so it would be send to production manager, Dave. I composed the email and send all the info. A day later, I got an email from customer service indicating that Dave was too busy to reach out, but the warranty wouldn't cover any of the work, since they were  not stipulated in the contract.

Now, I am uncertain if replacing a roof with ventilation and not connecting exhaust pipes as found ARE acceptable practices, but I cannot hold it against Zona Restoration, since the seller contracted and paid for their work and I am uncertain if the seller also tried to cut corners.
However, the attic debris and junk is part of the agreement (Excerpt: Haul away all job site related roof), but they decided to ignore and disregard my request to honor warranty. Customer service was nice and helpful, so I adding a second star; however, I wouldn't recommend or try to pursue the work warranty from Zona restoration; Instead, I am hiring a general contractor and now need to pay a couple thousand dollars to correct these issues on a brand new roof.

We chose this company to do the water mitigation and reconstruction due to a water line and drain leak. They were very responsive and communicated well through phone calls and text. They did a great job documenting each step of the process and working with insurance.  The work done was near perfect which I've never encountered since moving to AZ almost 20 years ago. The dry wall, texture and paint were done well and I can't tell where the holes in the wall were. Ruben, Jared, Hunter and everyone I worked with did great.

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

Had our roof give out on us a couple weeks ago. Doan Restoration was out to our house right away. They stayed on top of communicating with us and while having a newborn, they made sure to take every cleaning precaution necessary. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a restoration company! Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

I contacted Mike about a roof leak that resulted in drywall damage. Mike gave me a reasonable estimate, and his team got to work within two days of my initial inquiry. They did a fantastic job replacing my insulation, replacing my drywall, and painting. I hope I don't ever need drywall repairs again, but if I do, I would absolutely contact Mike!

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

I had met Jesus last year at the home and Garden show came out and give us a quote I hired them last month very professional work.

I had the pleasure of using Rhino Construction to help repair a 600sqft section of roofing. Due to builder flaws, this section has always been a problem. Through years of wear and tear from the sun and the rain we did get, we had tried repairing it ourselves to save money. It failed numerous times and that led us to needing a professional who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I found Rhino Construction via Yelp and was in contact with them in less than 24hrs. Everando came to walk and provide an estimate within a few days and the job was scheduled within the following week. Everando and his team meticulously repaired the roof while keeping us informed of any hidden damages that may have come up in the process that should be addressed. The job was done in 3 days and contact with Everando was consistent, timely, and professional. When doing a final walk through for the underside of the roof where drywall and painting was required, some touch ups were needed. Everando was on the phone with his team and they responded to complete the work same day.

Overall, I am happy with the work completed, the time it took to completely , and the value that was delivered. Thank you Everando to both you and your team for a job well done. We will gladly be using you in future projects where possible.

our bathroom upstairs got a water flood, the damage went from the bathroom to the kitchen in the first floor. Adam's came within 2 hours to start the restoration, step 1 drying bathroom, removing tile and removing ceiling in the kitchen. It took sometime to schedule the repair and that the only reason for 4 stars, the full process took 4 months. Staff is very attentive, responsive to calls and well organized on documentation and contacting the insurance. the final repair was well performed, reinstaling the drywall to the ceiling and tile in the bathroom. I recognize the good job by Paco on reinstaling and paiting the full ceiling in the kitchen and from Kevin and Eric (Projec Mgr) for the tile.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
