I found Chavez LawnCare via Yelp when I moved here - and I am so thankful!!  Omar and his crew (family owned and operated) are amazing!  Not only are they professional, but very patient.  I had to have my backyard completely designed and called in Omar and some other companies - and Omar came in at the best design and price.  The work is phenomenal - he is very knowledgeable on irrigation and plants and trees.  The work was done quickly and they are very clean and neat.  I can not say enough.

I have never had a need for rug or carpet cleaning since I have been in Goodyear for over 5 years.
I looked on Yelp for reviews and Rainbow International Renovation had excellent feedback so I called them and set up an appointment. They came today to clean two rugs and they look brand new! Mike and Mario or Marco (sorry! I can't remember which one) were very professional and knowledgeable.
Their price was literally half of other cleaner's prices.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

They left business card on our door. Decided to give a try. Trimmed 8 bushes and two trees, priced reasonable. I was impressed with their work and was quick. Will call back again.

Jake graded a big dirt hill in our backyard, removing most of the dirt and hauling it away while leaving the rocks on top for us. He did a great job! He's friendly and reliable, and he did the work at a fair price. I'd highly recommend calling him when needed.

My wife and I have been in the process of closing on a new house. Just prior to the closing, the house had a water pipe break in the master bathroom such that the master bathroom and adjacent closet as well as part of the master bedroom experience water damage. Upon initial inspection of the home, it was apparent that the company the seller hired to dry out the area was not sufficiently addressing the issue. I called ASAP Restoration and spoke with Josh, who I presume is the owner. Josh asked me a series of questions and was able to get someone out to the property the same day I made the call. This is remarkable in itself, as Phoenix just experienced a MAJOR monsoon storm in the last 24-36 hours, and Josh's company was already inundated with requests.

The advisor, Dan, who reviewed the property was extremely thorough. He spelled out what needed to be done very clearly and concisely. After he inspected the property, both Josh and Dan were quite responsive via email so that I could compose a list of repairs that needed to be complete to send to the sellers. This forced the sellers to switch renovation companies, which REALLY needed to be done.  

While ASAP was very busy with other companies, they fielded calls both from the sellers and myself. They spent time drafting quotes/estimates and truly gave me, the buyer, a clear picture of what needed to be accomplished to ensure the home would be repaired correctly.

What is most unfortunate, is that the seller did not choose ASAP but yet another company. The reasons for this are by no means the fault of ASAP, but merely due to the sellers lack of understanding of what needed to be accomplished. However, the information ASAP provided allowed us to ensure the sellers are proceeding with ALL the repairs ASAP indicated and then some.  If we ever need restoration services int the future - by all means, I will be calling ASAP Restoration first.  They truly know what they are doing and are willing to go the extra mile.

Don't hire this company!  They did a really crappy job on my house in North Phoenix!  They never showed up on time, and always had excuses for why things weren't done!   Save yourself and use another company like Envy Restoration out of Mesa.  They are way better!!!

After hiring good time restoration to rescue us from a huge flood in our condo, we realized what an outstanding company this was to deal with! We were so pleased with the service that they provided and the level of professionalism that they demonstrated throughout the entire process, that we would use them in the future if the need ever arise.. I also managed several properties and have referred them to three other clients that have been extremely satisfied with the outstanding job that they did! I cannot say enough good about this company! They took a very unpleasant situation and made it tolerable because of the way they handled things. With them things went so easy, they dealt with the insurance company and they handled any problems that arose without any hardship on me. They are fantastic!

I definitely recommend Mike and Lindsey! Knowledgeable, trustworthy and great communication!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would.  I called and left a voice mail and received a call back immediately.  Taylor was professional and showed up when he said he would.  The process from start to finish was very smooth.  We would recommend 24 Hour Flood Pros to anyone!!

Our A/C draining unit leaked upstairs and flowed down into the dining room; which we were unaware of for who knows how long.  This caused damage in both areas; which required mold remover, carpet removal, dry wall replacement, ceiling damage, etc.....  Out of 4 estimates, we selected Doan and so very happy we did.  Doan was more detailed, on-time, professional, personable, respectful of my home and extremely honest.  Ricardo and Ryan worked quickly and efficiently and within two days their part was completed.  After reviewing some pictures Ricardo took, he asked if he could come back and look at  something he wasn't happy with...who does that these days - Ricardo!!  There were no surprises -  if you choose them, you too will be happy you did.  Additionally, both Ricardo and Ryan (especially Ryan) were very nice to my Yorkie.  If there is ever a restoration need, be assured we will be calling them back.   Your in good hands with Doan!

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

I would recommend Mike's Drywall to anyone, they were awesome. We are renovating our house that we just bought and we ripped out a wall in the kitchen. We needed a lot of drywall repair in the kitchen, as well as drywall repair in the bathroom where the ceiling was water damaged. Mike's team came out and did an incredible job replacing the bathroom ceiling, as well as most of the kitchen. There was a small portion of the kitchen ceiling that I wasn't totally satisfied with and when I called Mike about it he was extremely quick to say, no problem, I'll have someone come take of it tomorrow. He ended up coming out to the house himself to make sure it was up to par. It was amazing! That kind of customer service is rare, and I was extremely thankful Mike made it right. I'll be calling Mike every time I need anything drywall related.

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

I had met Jesus last year at the home and Garden show came out and give us a quote I hired them last month very professional work.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

This review is on behalf of Adams Restoration. In the spring of 2020 I had an underground leak that hit many areas of my house. I had terrible insurance that after 14 months of fighting with them, paid me a third of what I should have received. Adams Restoration spent many hours talking and meeting with my insurance representatives to get me a more justifiable settlement. However my insurance company remained stubborn and would not offer a dime more. Even after several months of investigation by the Dept. of Insurance, they would not budge on the payout. In the Adams restored my home for the amount that the insurance company paid me and no additional costs out of pocket. Using the limited funds that the insurance paid out, Adams fixed my home, including the installation of beautiful flooring to replace the damaged carpeting and tile, and they did it in one week. They made my home beautiful and new and the crews they sent were unbelievable talented, hardworking and pleasant. Adams Restoration restored me and my home and helped make me whole again. I can't say enough about them. My home is even more beautiful than it was before the horrendous leak.

You can see from these pictures that Adams Restoration put my needs and my well being ahead of their profit. I can't say enough about this company. So by this post I can only say Thank You!

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
