We feel fortunate to have Chavez LawnCare doing our yard's (front and back) maintenance.   They are always so willing to accommodate our maintenance schedule even if we occasionally need to have it changed.   Scheduling is a breeze and Omar's wife Grace makes it enjoyable.  They have helped with multiple questions about our plants and palms.  We have requested several times for them to assist us with purchasing new plants for the yard and then doing the planting.   Always appreciated.  Omar checks the drip lines around the yard and changes the schedule depending on the time of year.  Great service and always with a smile!

Had the pleasure of working with Mike from Rainbow International of Goodyear and it was nothing short of phenomenal. We had a water leak in our garage that leaked water in our garage and adjoining laundry room. Mike came out quickly after my initial call and assessed the damage that was done along with coming up with a airtight gameplan to restore the damage area and get my house back to normal. He was honest about the work that needed to be done, extremely communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond and truly helped our family in a time of need. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing help.

Very pleased and happy with the service received in resolving our water leak and mold issues.  Josh, the business owner, is top-notch and very thorough, always putting the home owner's needs first.  Josh answered the call late at night and arrived early next day asap.  Dan and crew went to work and handled our water and mold issue in a very thorough and speedy asap manner.  Chris and Tony were especially great crew members in getting the job done and being responsive with answering questions even pointing out a needed plumbing repair.  Highly recommend ASAP!

ATH was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Right from scoping, negotiating with insurance and completing the repair work. We had a water heater leak which spread to three walls and inside the house and garage. They did the whole work seamlessly in 2 days without much inconvenience and completed the work with such quality. Will surely recommend them in future and will use them if needed in future.

This company was outstanding! They were very professional and called ahead of each visit to let us know they were on their way while the job was in process. They were fair and reliable, and their work was outstanding. We had received two other quotes that we now know were not fair, and engaged Good Times based on Yelp reviews only. I would recommend Good Times without hesitation to anyone, and go so far as to say not to even look further at other restoration companies.

Came out after one of my properties had a weird smell, they found a small section of mold and found a major leak behind my toilet they took care of the mildew smell and removed all drywall from the affected areas. Cleaned up all the nails and left no dust ready for my drywall guys to patch it up. Fast professional and honest straight to the point with no BS. Very happy With their services.

Had our roof give out on us a couple weeks ago. Doan Restoration was out to our house right away. They stayed on top of communicating with us and while having a newborn, they made sure to take every cleaning precaution necessary. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a restoration company! We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Mike and his team did some work for me in my Paradise Valley home after another crew had started a job and never returned to finish the work.
When I reached out Mike called me back promptly and scheduled an estimate for the very next day.
His rates were extremely reasonable and as soon as I agreed to the quote his team was on the job.

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

We have an appointment for today (08-10-21) but never show up and no call either.  Don't waste your time with this company.  It's all talk but no action.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

Adams was hired by AMPM Plumbing who flooded my master bath and closet. Adams did the demo and dried the space then abandoned the job after ripping out walls, door/frames and flooring. It's been 4 months and my bathroom and closet are still not restored. Adams abandoned the job staying they were to busy to complete it. Reported this company to their ROC. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Extremely rude front end people. I was told my Annette that I'm not their only customer. Morgan then promised me a few times they were working on my file to get a restore team in. They finally sent someone the next day then tried to intimidate me stating the only way they will fix my space is if I pull my report to the state. My bathroom/closet continue to not be fixed.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
