I had Chavez's maintenance service for a few years and they have always done a top-notch job. Omar does a good job on answering questions and explaining all the things he does. It felt like I'm getting a personalized service from them since they do remember you and the work they've done for you in the past. They were prompt in repairing all the damages caused by the freaky Arizona weather and I've also got them to landscape my backyard since they offered a competitive price. The best part about their service is the pictures they take and send to you after the job is done. This is especially helpful when I'm away from the property as it lets me visualize what was done.

Michael was communicative throughout the entire process beginning with my request for a quote, up to final payment. He worked with my schedule to book an appointment. During the completion of the services, Michael was extremely professional but approachable. I will be a returning customer.

Have used these guys a handful of times now and they've always done a great job at a fair price.  They're quick, get the job done professionally, and clean up after themselves so aside from the trimmed trees you wouldn't even know they'd been there.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends/family and will definitely call them next time we need anything done around our place.

Jake graded a big dirt hill in our backyard, removing most of the dirt and hauling it away while leaving the rocks on top for us. He did a great job! He's friendly and reliable, and he did the work at a fair price. I'd highly recommend calling him when needed.

Messaged to inquiring about a mold test for a rental property. I immediately received a response from not only the member on shift currently, but a direct call from the owner Josh himself.  I received a quote, timeline for inspection from start to completion and additional information regarding mold testing for rental properties.

Shane with Zona Restoration was great to work with, and his customer service was amazing. I called about a water leak/damage issue and they were able to get someone out the very next day to take a look. Two technicians came (arrived on time) to evaluate the situation and determined that there was little to no water damage in the area that had the leak, and that no work needed to be done. It was a good feeling knowing that this company not only had great service, but were trustworthy and reliable as well. I will definitely be calling them for any future restoration needs in my home!

ATH was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Right from scoping, negotiating with insurance and completing the repair work. We had a water heater leak which spread to three walls and inside the house and garage. They did the whole work seamlessly in 2 days without much inconvenience and completed the work with such quality. Will surely recommend them in future and will use them if needed in future.

When my home flooded late last year, Good Times Restoration came because they were working with my insurance company.  I found out later that the company who bought my mortgage cancelled my insurance without notifying me and added a different insurance company to my account.  Good Times Restoration didn't miss a beat and went above and beyond the entire time to get everything done, and even worked to get me the maximum amount of money for my insurance claim.  Not to mention they did a fantastic job with the clean-up and mitigation. They are still working with us today because it will be another month before our stuff is ready to be removed from storage.  I so appreciate their willingness to work with people and put the customer first.  I hope that no one ever goes through a tragedy, but life happens.  However, in the midst of hard circumstances, Good Times Restoration was one of the best things that could have happened to my family.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.  Thank you Good Times!

Our primary shower started leaking water into our bedroom and damaged the floors. Taylor came out immediately to assess the damage and help me through the process of getting the bathrooms back to working order.
In less than a week, the necessary parts of the bathroom were removed and equipment put in place to dry out and clean the space. I am so grateful for this service.

Javier and crew did a thorough job on walking me through the steps they were taking and what the process looked like.  Thankfully no mold was found so turned into more preventative measures than deep treatment but glad that was the case.

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

We had a flood from the washer hose breaking in the middle of the night. We contacted AZ Water Damage Experts and the team came out in less than 30 minutes. Alex was very helpful to answer all of our questions and we knew we would be in good hands.

The team did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, experienced and hard working. Cleaned up nicely and efficiently. It was so overwhelming and scary to see what had happened to our home, but as soon as they started the work, it was under control and I felt a relief for the first time that night.

Alex followed up the next few days to check on the progress and he kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated high level of customer service and attention to details. Later he dealt directly with my insurance making this whole flood situation less stressful. Highly recommend them to anyone in need!

Mike did a great job for us with a very reasonable price.  We had several ceiling leaks and Mike made everything good as new.  Excellent communication and the guys worked hard and fast.  Would definitely use them again.

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

We have an appointment for today (08-10-21) but never show up and no call either.  Don't waste your time with this company.  It's all talk but no action.

Unreliable and unprofessional. Everado delivers false promise after false promise and cannot be trusted. Avoid this company.

This company is a fraud!!! Worst company ever. They are disrespectful. I did not request their service, the plumber called them.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
