Omar always looks out for my yard. Fixes my irrigation when needed. When I bought my house there were two areas that were supposed to be grass, Omar fixed all that and now I have great grassy areas. I've requested him to add additional landscaping and he has done it at a reasonable price.  I have been using him for over 5 years so he's definitely here to stay!

With all the positive ratings and remarks, I can only describe personally what happened in my home with cleaning my tile floors.
 Make sure you hire a professional tile cleaner as R.R. continued to clean my floors without first testing a tile (or just one room) let alone the whole house leaving it with a film, their footprints, and an inadequate unfinished  job.
The upside is they did NOT charge me, but left the entire tiled home with a mess as described.  
The worker having  known the streaks it left still  continued with the whole home even after I brought the streaks to his attention in the entrance to my wash room.  After he was done with the entire home floors it was discussed that I had a wax coating that left streak marks from their machine.  And I would need a chemical peel/removal of wax buildup?  
 This business I consider as professionals?  Not after the mess that was left.   They also discussed that the condition of my tile (due to age) needed a whole home regrouting.  I asked for an estimate and I have yet to hear back after 2 weeks?  I am NOT unreasonable but hard to believe that RAINBOW RESTORATION has LEFT me with a mess!

These guys usually leave cards in my front door but one day I was home and decided to get a quote from them to cut my very tall (24ft) Oleanders.  They gave me a good price and did it on the spot.  I was a little worried other company wanted to cut them shorter than what I wanted and  were going to use ladders that would mess up the surrounding plants hence the reason why I hadn't done it in a while.  These guys are professionals, he just got up on the block fence and gently lowered every branch he cut....didn't mess up anything else and hardly any mess went into the neighbor's yard.  Overall very happy with the job they did and will use them again.

Jake was very professional, prompt and did good work. Would highly recommend for any landscape needs.

ASAP Restoration came highly recommended so I called them up and Annette said a tech would get back to me on arrival time. Jeff called on the way from an appointment and he and Rick arrived earlier than promised. We had initially contacted another company earlier in the week.

Being the point of contact for a business in an emergency situation can be draining. I wish we had the recommendation sooner. Jeff & Rick (happy birthday Rick) got right to the inspection after talking with my boss and came back with the results and was able to begin the 5-day dry out process immediately upon approval.

I was so relieved. They installed the fans and dehumidifiers in every area that was impacted. They returned today to take readings. They also gave recommendations to help the process along. I am very pleased and am ending my work week better than it started. Our church is happy with their work and pricing for water mitigation services.

Zona was on-site almost immediately even on a holiday. They left a de-humidifier and came back to take moisture measurements. I'm relieved at how thorough they remedied our water damage.

The best and most reliable home restoration company in Phoenix. They offer extremely generous customer service and are fair on their pricing. AZ Total Home Restoration responded fast and were extremely efficient in their process. I would recommend them to anyone and am happy to give them 5 stars!

Jared and his team were beyond incredible. I've had a lot of experience with different contractors and home service providers over the years and there are a very few I would give 5 stars to.

Communication was amazing. They always showed up on time (with a text when on their way), and they were very thorough in their estimate and describing the scope of services.

Our scope of work started with mold, but when asbestos was found, unfortunately they weren't able to service our home. I was actually disappointed that I wouldn't be able to use them! Good Times will for sure be my first call if we ever experience an issue with our home in the future!

What an honest company! Taylor and his team came on short notice for a mold inspection.  He was knowledgeable at dealing with insurance and he was able to immediately inspect the area and determined there was no mold!  Compared to 4 other companies that I met with the past two days, no other company was this efficient and honest.  Others wanted to charge me $1,000 or more just to do the inspection. I came home at night to a huge flood stemming from my toilet line bursting. Several rooms were saturated with water. I had no idea how to clean up something like this so I googled the first water restoration company I could find and boy am I so thankful that Doans was the first company to pop up on my feed. They sent a crew out immediately which was after hours over the holiday weekend. Javier and Allen were the tech team that came out and they were courteous , professional,  fast and answered all my questions (and I had many). They sucked up the water out the rooms and placed fans and dehumidifiers strategically where the water damage is. There's still lots of work to do once everything dries, but I'm beyond thankful and impressed so far with this company and crew!

Scott, Derek, Rick, and Scotts helper (forgot his name) were incredibly helpful throughout the demolition of a shared bathroom wall and our kitchen cabinets. Rick gave us a great overview of the work that needed to be done, and gave us great advice on dealing with our insurance. Derek was always very quick to respond in our communications (and I like alot of updates) and made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. He was also very helpful answering any questions I had since this was the first time I had a major water damage repair in the house. Scott and his helper communicated frequently with us about what stage we were at in the work, gave us great advice in the early stages of the repair, and were always kind and courteous throughout the work in our home. I was even told by several contractors that they would not be able to save our granite countertops and would have to replace them, but Alldry assured me they could save them. They were successful in doing so. Would highly recommend these guys!

Alex and his crew are top notch.  Extremely knowledgeable about water damage and mold cleanup.  This was our first experience dealing with mold and they helped us through it quickly and smoothly.  We spoke to a few other companies, but it was their expertise, and professionalism that really stood out.  I would definitely use their services again in the future.  Thank you!!

Jose sandblasted off a thick layer of stucco and paint on an interior wall of my house. We love the results and they did an amazing job. Reasonable pricing, awesome service, and totally will have him back for future work.

Very dishonest company. Per them they could not find tile and would have to charge an outrageous amount. I went to the store looking for tile. Guess What, they had the tile.

It seems as if they dont care about being prompt, and give BS answers on why they were late. At the start is was ok but I was still a bit cautious. They put the dryers and blowers where the work was taking place then left. I was instructed to contact them via phone and let them know when my insurance adjuster was scheduled to view the damage. I called and was placed on hold, I called back and same thing without the lady asking me anything. I called back and same disrespectful response, and put on hold. This raises a red flag with me. All I wanted to do was leave a message for the person I was asked to. If I cant get a hold of someone now, what can I expect when or if an issue comes up? I called back and told the lady to cancel my service and come pick up your equipment. Can you believe she changed her voice as if I wouldn't recognize it and then started to ask if she could help... Too late! Stop playing games with me. Now Ill be using another company.

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
