They get all the weeds pulled not just sprayed, tree and bushes trimmed and pruned...  They check my irrigation system and make sure it's set up correctly for the weather. I have never had a need for rug or carpet cleaning since I have been in Goodyear for over 5 years.
I looked on Yelp for reviews and Rainbow International Renovation had excellent feedback so I called them and set up an appointment. They came today to clean two rugs and they look brand new! Mike and Mario or Marco (sorry! I can't remember which one) were very professional and knowledgeable.
Their price was literally half of other cleaner's prices.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Have used these guys a handful of times now and they've always done a great job at a fair price.  They're quick, get the job done professionally, and clean up after themselves so aside from the trimmed trees you wouldn't even know they'd been there.  Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends/family and will definitely call them next time we need anything done around our place.

I had jake come remove a block wall in my yard and spread gravel, it looks amazing and he did a great job! He showed up on time and had great prices.

They we're understanding that I had to work with Sedgwick and it might be a long process. When the work was

Zona Restoration company is top notch.  Whenever I called their office the ladies in the office seemed really happy to help & were very personable.  Zona gave us an excellent & fair price on air sampling undercutting the competition by 30%.  Doug arrived on time & explained the process. He was friendly & efficient & answered all our questions.  Our area was deemed clean & we were able to move forward with our remodel.  I would call them again if I ever need service.  These folks all seem to really love their jobs!  The process from beginning to end went smoothly.  It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Absolute pros! They responded immediately--I'm talking setting up fans within an hour. We had to leave town for a funeral but I felt completely comfortable having Nathan and his team work in our home. They were tidy, professional, and always easy to reach. On top of all that they're nice people. 100% recommend.

We chose this company to do the water mitigation and reconstruction due to a water line and drain leak. They were very responsive and communicated well through phone calls and text. They did a great job documenting each step of the process and working with insurance.  The work done was near perfect which I've never encountered since moving to AZ almost 20 years ago. The dry wall, texture and paint were done well and I can't tell where the holes in the wall were. Ruben, Jared, Hunter and everyone I worked with did great.

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

Had our roof give out on us a couple weeks ago. Doan Restoration was out to our house right away. They stayed on top of communicating with us and while having a newborn, they made sure to take every cleaning precaution necessary. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a restoration company! Don't be fooled by only the 5 other comments you see. There are even more at the very bottom where you can read about them as well!

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

This company is amazing. They came out late one night to help us with a water leak and mold issue. They were easy to work with, communicated with us through the entire process, and left us with a great result. We would gladly use them again and have recommended their services to others

I used Mike's Drywall to remove a nook on my second floor. The workers arrived on time and although it was a big dusty job, once they finished the wall looked perfect. Best of all the  team left  my house spotless. They actually vacuumed their way out of the house. I am looking forward to getting my next drywall project started.

Jose sandblasted the underside of my car to remove the rust deposits. He did a fantastic job and repainted all the bare metal to keep it from rusting in the future. Thanks for a job well done. I contacted his company on a Thursday and he came out on Saturday and completed the job in the morning. I would recommend his company now and in the future.

We have an appointment for today (08-10-21) but never show up and no call either.  Don't waste your time with this company.  It's all talk but no action.

These guys are great I highly recommend! I had water damage from a leaking roof and flooding. I needed half of my living room ceiling, 1 full wall and 2 quarter walls replaced. They were able to start in a couple days and worked really hard and got the job done in 4 days. Did a great job cleaning up and were in constant communication the whole time. 5 stars

WARNING!! Avoid this company at all cost!! I had this company recommended by Pink Plumbing and I first used them at a rental home. I was first told by the owner of Pink Plumbing that he has a special deal with owner and if for some reason insurance doesn't pay that they don't charge for initial cleanup. I had water damage that required part of a wall to be removed, 3 kitchen cabinets to be removed, cleaning up, spraying, fans for over a week. The insurance refused to pay (different issue) and they of course still charged me. I didn't make a fuss because it was a lot of work and they deserve to be paid. I was charged $1700. At the end of the time they were at my rental house I had minor damage at my own home. I called them and when they arrived I asked the price, THEY NEVER GIVE ME A PRICE. Every time I would ask how much something was I would be told Oh don't worry, the insurance covers it. If they don't they work with insurance and are able to get it and otherwise they work with you Well insurance didn't pay and for having fans on for a week, where they didn't show up 4 times when they said they would and my husband and I finally turned them off. Then they removed just one vanity. They are charging me $2000! I asked how that's possible and I would NEVER have called them of had them do that job. I continually asked for a price and wasn't given one. I then compared what was done to my rental house and what I was charged and compared to job done at my house and I estimated at MOST it would be $500! When I was told $2000 and asked to explain difference since it's the same company at the same time, I was told they wouldn't discuss that. Ann then said then went to speak to owner and came back saying it was $1500. I asked for an invoice which she wouldn't send for several weeks. When she finally did it was for $2000. I reminded her she had said $1500 and I needed a payment plan as I didn't have that amount of money up front and she just sent me to collections for $2000 again!

Thank GOD I didn't have them restore my kitchen at the rental! They just did the drying and demolition. I was given an estimate of $3700 to restore just my kitchen cabinets! Everyone else was closer to $1200!
I'm not sure how this isn't insurance fraud. I know they charge this amount of money to insurance. Avoid at all cost!! I wish I had looked at reviews before just taking recommendations from Pink Plumbing

I hired this company to perform a front and backyard cleanup, remove weeds.  I was very specific to not remove any shrubs or cacti and a price was agreed upon to remove weeds and clean up my property.  The conversation was in Spanish as he said it was easier for him to understand and I am fluent.  I got home from work to find him using a lawn mower to remove the weeds and he had plowed over all of my shrubs and small cacti, exactly the opposite of the instructions.  Not a weed wacker or rake in site and he was using a gas blower to try and remove all of the debris he had created.  When I approached him and reminded him that he was only suppose to remove the weeds, he proceeded to tell me it must have been a misunderstanding on his part.  Valencia-Torres actually admitted to having made a mistake.  He was just trying to get the work done as quickly as possible.  When I asked him about the backyard that, thank goodness, had not been touched he lied and stated it was not included in the price but that I could hire him for biweekly or monthly maintenance.  He would slowly finish the job but only if I hired him at 100 dollars a visit.  As if after he destroyed my front yard I would be stupid enough to hire him for any further work.  Needless to say I had to hire another landscaper who was shocked at the destroyed  yard that was filled with stumps and shredded greenery. The new landscaper actually used a weed wacker and raked like you are supposed to. Now I have to spend twice as much money to replace everything Valencia Torres mowed over.  Each young shrub is costing me 25 to 30 dollars and with about 3/4 of an acre he destroyed (I am on about an acre and a half), it will not be cheap.  Valencia Torres mowed over my entire front and side yard so it's estimated at 2000 dollars of damage not including the labor to put it in. When I phoned the business number that originally was used to call me, they said there was nothing they could do and even threatened to remove any bad reviews I would give them.  Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company.
