I just had my 35 year old tile roof repaired by Pelican Power and they were fantastic. They were fast and responsive with a great price. They were able to finish 95% my of job in one day and came back on Sunday to wrap it up. Their crew worked hard and cleaned up everything really good. I would recommend them to anyone. We used Twin Home Experts to re-pipe our entire house.  They removed all the old crumbling garbage PVC pipes in our walls and replaced them with the newer more durable PEX material.  It was a 7 day grind but they got the job done.  Manny ran the show and orchestrated it from beginning to end.  His crew arrived promptly each day and worked very hard to get it done.  Though most of our house did not have water for several days as they worked their way around, Manny was always sure that we had water running to our master bedroom at the end of each day so we weren't completely stranded.  We were extremely nervous about seeing holes being cut in almost all the rooms in our house but they were able to patch everything up and leave the walls looking as though they were never there.  We chose the Twin Home Experts because of their online reviews and their years in business.  These guys know plumbing and are my goto pros.  Highly recommend them.

This CO is rated by me as WOOHOO   as good as it its! 4-22-15 I had a broken inside water pipe from the Bathroom  wall.  They were fast, did a excellent repair with water extraction and remediation. They had lots of repair wotk to do with  tear out ,drywall fix,carpet/pad cleaning ,dehumidifier and HEPA Vacuuming.
I would recommend this CO  for any of your  mold/water /damage  restoration.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I searched Yelp for a company to clean a fairly new expensive rug that my dog enjoys wiping his face on. I did not want a Chem Dry or Stanley Steamer type of company but rather someone who specializes in cleaning quality rugs.
I liked F & F's reviews and decided to call. Fred the owner is very prompt and professional.  He picked up my large area rug and returned it in perfect condition. I was so impressed that I gave him another rug to clean.

They have more reviews with good ratings on that site.  I only saw their limited yelp reviews before I hired them and talked to the estimator about it who came out to give me a quote for the rebuild.  He was professional and said they do rebuilds constantly and I had a good feeling so I hired them.

Brenner Construction did a great job.  I had a water leak in my hallway and they added new drywall to the ceiling and part of the wall and repainted the hallway as part of my insurance claim. They were on time and took extra time to communicate with me. If you want to do a color change regarding the paint they do require that you pay for the paint due to the increased labor of the color change.  Mike is the owner and was there for a few hours with Willy and Shawn when they started the rebuild and Willy and Shawn finished the painting. They were all very professional.

Contractor's response to my review that I twice shut the door on his crew is untrue. Contractor has yet to follow through on the return of my deposit after the cancelation of the contract.

I had a flood in my home due to a broken water heater. I called my insurance and they sent out Belfor Property Restoration. They arrived the same day and immediately took charge. Cat and her crew immediately got to work and did an amazing job all the while assuring me that they had everything under control. Paul, the project manager has been in constant contact with me and always makes sure that the replacement pieces are exactly what I want. All in all I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed in the way our situation was handled after a fire. Ted made promises to get the job and failed to follow through on them. There was excuse after excuse why it wasnt getting done in a timely matter. The most upsetting part of the whole experience was that he charged us for several things that he didnt even do. i was given several final bills that were all different prices. He charged different prices for the same work each time and blamed it on his program. With 115,000.00 in his pocket from our job he refused to take care of things that were not completed or not properly done by him. The ultimate slap in the face was that Ted did extras not covered by insurance without discussing it with us then sent us a large bill for unapproved items. Beware!!

A very frustrating company. My husband and I had a leak that lead into the roof of our garage. We called a plumber who then called copper state because of presence of mold. Copper state came out, tore out a huge portion of the garage ceiling and sent the claim to our insurance. We didn't want to go through insurance so we canceled the claim, and have been trying for the past month to get a bill from them for the work already completed so we could do the patch work ourselves. Every time we call, the receptionist always states the adjuster has to review the work and come up with the bill. She promises to call us back and NEVER DOES. We just got an email, not with our bill, but asking when we want to set up the day for them to come out to patch the hole when we already told them we would do it ourselves. Extremely frustrating. We just want to pay it and get it over with.
