Pelican recently packed, stored and unpacked for me when I had a major flood. To say I was in a mental and emotional crisis would have been an understatement. Pelican took care of everything in a professional and personal way. They kept in touch with me, almost daily, seeing how things were progressing and if I needed any help navigating and understanding the insurance world (which I did). This was both reassuring and helpful because I was pretty overwhelmed. When it was time to go back home, they made sure that I was completely moved back in one day - which took about 10 hours with 7 people working. Everyone was so kind and helpful, even making the beds. Pelican made a horrible situation as good as it could have been.

I would give Twin Home Experts MORE than the five stars for the workmanship on our new shower install. They removed a garden tub and old shower in the master bath and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower. Chad and Chris were punctual, easy to work with, and kept the work area clean throughout the entire process.
In my opinion, the company's willingness to keep us updated and reach out to us when necessary would earn zero stars. The initial bid was done December 11. At that time we were told that we would receive an install date right after the holidays. That never happened so I called after several weeks. To make a very long story shorter, I had to call multiple times before construction finally began on Monday, January 31. I did not mind the delay at all, but we felt they should have kept us informed.
The job was 99% done, but couldn't be completed because of a missing piece of glass. Chad told us about it, and told me they would be in touch the following week. Again, no communication from Twin Home, so I had to do the calling. I was told they would be here one specific morning and they never showed and never called, so after waiting for more than three hours, once again, I had to call. In the company's defense, my calls were always returned, but it was truly frustrating that I had to initiate all the contacts.
The job is finally complete and looks wonderful, and you can bet they are willing to contact us NOW for final payment! Interesting. In summary, we are happy with the end result, but I suggest Twin Home works on communicating with customers. It just shouldn't be that difficult and would be the cherry on top of their excellent remodel and plumbing skills.

ATI has provided its services to my employer, Ronald McDonald House Charities, with amazing customer service and results. Their works was amazing on several projects that included restoration of a water damaged room, painting services and general services. These people are kind and generous with their time and talents. A total thumbs up!!

I hired Arizona Restoration Experts to remediate a mold problem in our kitchen that was caused by a leaking dishwasher. Adam, one of the owners, gave me a quote for the job and then started the work the next morning. Adam's fee was reasonable, and his work was outstanding. While he properly sealed off the affected area, he did it in such a way that still allowed my wife and I to access our refrigerator. I found Adam to be a person of high integrity, competent, knowledgeable, and intent on doing the job well. For example, when the air-quality had to be retested, Adam did some additional work and then paid for the retest himself (which passed). I learned from the Environmental Inspector that some mold remediation companies make the customer pay for all retests, but Adam felt that it was his responsibility to complete the job and ensure air-quality inspection results were good. In short, I was very satisfied with the work done by Arizona Restoration Experts, and I recommend them.

SHORTER VERSION Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job. Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right. They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want. Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas. Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare. Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches. You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why: their business is nearly all word of mouth. But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly. Yes, perfectly. If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Fred did a great job getting rid of pet stains and embedded dirt from my carpet. It looks and smells like new again.
The appointment process was easy, we agreed on a date and time. Fred was on time, he gave me a price quote, then proceeded with the job.
I highly recommend F & F Carpet Cleaning for your needs. This was the best carpet cleaning experience I've had.

Worst people I have ever dealt with. Need to continually get handyman to keep my bathroom shower stall functioning. Horrible ugly tile work. Shower head fell off when I first used it. Was Sick at the time and unable to fight them to do proper job or file complaint with the state. Only people that I have ever posted a negative review.

Being a transplant from NY, I have to say there is a lot of competition in any industry you try to penetrate. Larry Hampton is true NYer. Very direct, very upfront, very honest, very educated, very loyal. I own one of the largest restoration companies in Arizona (ASAP RESTORATION LLC) and finding a reliable asbestos abatement company to assist us was extremely difficult and challenging. Larry Hampton with ALM Services LLC has been a blessing.

Had an emergency that needed water extraction so my insurance had me call Belfor which was highly recommended. The response time was so quick! It was like they were waiting for me to call them. Cyrus and roel extracted and set up drying equipment that same night. The guys kept me updated and walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. There was minimal repairs to be done which was done by Belfor as well. The guys were clean when they did the repairs from the walls which helped a lot. I will be using them in the future.

Careful!
The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.
The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.
My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.
*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.
I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.
Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.
The crew was good
I wouldn't be tricked into thinking the response below is genuine- as we've been working with one another for 6months.
I stand by my review

I had a major water leak. I called Copper State Home Builders and spoke with Clint. He took the time, and answered all my questions regarding their service. They were at my place quickly within thirty minutes with their equipment, and started to cut the drywall. They setup the fans to evaporate the water and to prevent mold. The crew was extremely nice, and very helpful. They were working all around the clock on my job, and were always updating me with the latest progress. I received daily text messages and calls regarding the status of my projects. And lastly, the price was great, and they did all the paperwork from my insurance.

I was referred to Dry Force by the plumber that came out to repair my water heater leak. My garage was flooded and I had two rooms affected which included cabinetry. Dry Force came out for a free assessment and did not push me into doing anything that was not necessary. I ended up filing a claim with my homeowner's insurance and they were billed directly. My insurance adjuster had worked with Dry Force before which worked out perfect. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone as they completed the entire job from the dry out to the rebuild.
