We discovered the gutter on one side of the house had fallen so we put out a request for quotes. Patrick at Pelican Power was in quick and regular contact with us through the quote and scheduling phase. Within 2 days of contact, it was fixed, and that was with losing a day for weather. The team was professional and courteous and the pricing fair. Pelican will be my first call for future projects.

The team that came out did  great job. They were very professional and and prompt. Thanks to them, my water main looks great and no longer leaks like a sieve.

Sorry for the delay of updated post. I had some issues with Marc in the past, with lack of communication.  After he explained about the family emergency.  We were able to discuss my concerns,  Marc addressed everyone of them and I  noticed some things that needed to be touched up and he was right on them. Yes we got off to a rough start and middle, lol but in the end I am very happy with Disater Link and Marc and his. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING HIM AGAIN WHEN I DECIDE TO DO MY KITCHEN.  Thanks Marc

Five Stars is not enough!  You will not believe this story.  In October of 2016, our Mesa, AZ home had a hose that burst.  We are snowbirds.  We live in Chicago and I had no idea about who to call.  I friend in Chicago, who is in the construction business, recommended that I call Ryan Polita at American Technologies, INC.. (ATI)  Within Two hours of my call to Ryan he was in my home.  After assessing the damage -30K- Ryan called me. The kitchen, dining room, laundry room and powder room were all severly damaged.  Ryan calmed me down, explained what he was going to do and assured me he would handle everything. Jose and his crew were at my home that day beginning the process of putting my home back together.  Jose and his crew were tireless workers who could not have been more professional.  The craftsmanship was second to none and he and Ryan constantly kept me updated on the progress of my home by phone until I could get to AZ.  The story does not end here.  On Christmas Eve morning our master bath toilet tank sprung a leak. It leaked into the master bath walkin closet.  Once again, I had no idea what to do so I called Ryan Polita at ATI.  Ryan was in my home by midmorning.  He took out the carpet and hung it outside, tore up the padding, tested all walls for water damage, explained to me how to save my drywall, all why he was supposed to be at home cooking the family traditional Christmas Eve dinner. To top it off, I tried to give him some money - he was soaking wet and dirty- and he refused!  The story continues.  Three days later my neighbor had a leak in his roof.  Who do we call?  Ryan Polita at ATI.  Once again ATI was spectacular.  If you don't believe this story call Ryan at ATI.  He will give you my phone number.  I will bore you with details and show you before and after pictures.  Cannot say enough about there service.

After a plumbing accident caused flooding in two rooms I contacted Arizona's Restoration Experts.  Within an hour after calling, they performed an assessment on the water damage and they began the water extraction/drying immediately.  Being my first water damage incident, I had many questions that were thoroughly answered by their knowledgeable staff. Will definitely use Arizona's Restoration Experts again in the event I need their services.

Very professional, reasonable prices, showed up on time.  Had suggestions to improve the project.  Would definitely use again.

SHORTER VERSION  Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job.  Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right.  They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want.  Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas.  Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare.  Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches.  You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why:  their business is nearly all word of mouth.  But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly.  Yes, perfectly.  If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

After being stood up for two different in person quotes I reached out to Affinity Bio Solutions through messenger in Yelp. Not only did they answer me back but they kept their appointment with me and made an on site inspection. The situation was dire and time was of the essence.  I was very please with the quote and there were no hidden fees. I actually paid less than the quote because they were able to fit everything into one dumpster not two.  To put it mildly the place was a hoarders dream and landlords nightmare.  Glen and his team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!!  The whole team was patient, understanding, and caring. A+++ service.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

We had a section of carpet repaired and then cleaned. Fred came to take a look ahead of time so he could quote more accurately. The technicians all wore masks and were professional. Our carpeting looks like new again and it smells fresh too. I highly recommend them.

There is a contractor adage: good, cheap, fast, pick two. Brenner manages to do none of the above... I could tell you a very long story about my experience with them, but it would not fit in this review. It involves a water heater leak, bad repair work, a poorly re-installed water softener, another water leak, more bad repair work and a robbery. Brenner's motto is probably eh, that's good enough.

What ever you do, do not hire Larry Hampton or ALM Services.  He did restoration work on our house with out the proper license.   He did not pull permits.  He agreed to do the total job for 19,000 and filed a pre lien that would have totaled 33,000.  His workers helped themselves to my refrigerator and drank my power aid.  They banged up our furniture and possessions.  They broke stuff and hid the broken stuff.  We have things missing and had to file a police report.   I have pictures of his team using our ladder.  I have a list of 45 things wrong when Larry Hampton was finished. Workmanship was TERRIBLE across the board. The only way we were able to get him back to try to settle or get  my stuff fixed was to file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. He lied to me and to the investigator.

I had a flood in my home due to a broken water heater. I called my insurance and they sent out Belfor Property Restoration. They arrived the same day and immediately took charge. Cat and her crew immediately got to work and did an amazing job all the while assuring me that they had everything under control. Paul, the project manager has been in constant contact with me and always makes sure that the replacement pieces are exactly what I want. All in all I highly recommend this company.

The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.

The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.

My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.

*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.

I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.

Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.

Very disappointed in the way our situation was handled after a fire. Ted made promises to get the job and failed to follow through on them. There was excuse after excuse why it wasnt getting done in a timely matter. The most upsetting part of the whole experience was that he charged us for several things that he didnt even do. i was given several final bills that were all different prices. He charged different prices for the same work each time and blamed it on his program. With 115,000.00 in his pocket from our job he refused to take care of things that were not completed or not properly done by him. The ultimate slap in the face was that Ted did extras not covered by insurance without discussing it with us then sent us a large bill for unapproved items. Beware!!

The condo above ours had a bunch of hidden leaks that caused a lot of damage and mold long before anyone knew there was a problem.  By the time we saw water and called a plumber, the plumber immediately knew a mitigation team was needed due to the presence of a ton of mold.  Copper State was there an hour later and had everything beginning to dry out within a few hours.  Over the course of the next few days, the leak was found, patched, and complete drying took place.  This was all quick and excellent mitigation work by Jeremy and his fellow crew members.  What I didn't know, was that Copper State would be doing work for me for the next 3 months.

For the next 3 months David Burbey, our project manager would help me fight tooth and nail with the HOA management company to get this bill paid.  The HOA management representative was completely useless, so Dave helped me inform every adjuster, board member, neighbor, etc. on exactly what was going on, so that the board could hold a vote to force the HOA management representative to get with the program and do her 10 minutes of work.  Dave spent 85 days working with me to get the bill paid, so that I wouldn't have to pay it out of my pocket because I had done nothing wrong.  I just happened to purchase a unit underneath someone who thought it wasn't a big deal to let their water heater leak for years.  Dave probably put in a solid 20 hours of work writing emails and talking to people on the phone just to get a bill paid that they had already done the work for.

My water heater decided to have her water break the night of my birthday. My garage was beginning to flood... So I called Parker and Sons and they came out determined it was necessary to get a new water heater in here and also set me up with dry force because my drywall and my sons drywall and baseboards were destroyed due to water damage Michael French came out and he gave me an estimate ran me through the process. He took pictures and videos from my insurance company and the claim which he handled from start to finish and he's maintained contact with the claim agent... Michael went ahead and took out my drywall. He set up fans, in both the garage and my son's room and gave me absolutely amazing. Customer service did the job with integrity, and did not take the situation for a ride with extra costs. He secured the safety of my homes structure and gave me hope lol
NOT TO MENTION talked me out of a anxiety attack.
