We had known for awhile that the roof above our closet would need to be replaced but just kept putting it off due to time, money, you know, life. But during one of the last heavy rainfalls it finally gave way & started leaking into the house. My husband had 4 different companies come to look at it. Out of all of them, he liked Pelican Power the best. He said they seemed the most thorough. Their quote was in the middle of the others - not the cheapest but not the most expensive. They came out within a week & had it done within a few hours. A couple days later they came back to fix the drywall on the inside of the closet. They were responsive & pretty easy to communicate with. My husband is very happy with the end result & says he would recommend them. We were weary about some of their reviews but went with our gut & we're happy we did! Our experience was great!

Manny was wonderful! We had a problem with the tub faucet in the guest bath. It was very old and we were concerned that it couldn't be repaired. Manny to the rescue! He found the part and replaced it all in the same day. I would HIGHLY recommend Twin Home Experts for any home repair

Sorry for the delay of updated post. I had some issues with Marc in the past, with lack of communication. After he explained about the family emergency. We were able to discuss my concerns, Marc addressed everyone of them and I noticed some things that needed to be touched up and he was right on them. Yes we got off to a rough start and middle, lol but in the end I am very happy with Disater Link and Marc and his. I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING HIM AGAIN WHEN I DECIDE TO DO MY KITCHEN. Thanks Marc

In October of 2010 I was extremely busy with work and my home was hit by a hail storm. I had damaged windows, roof, and major exterior damage. Ron James was my super and John Gallegos was my project manager. I did not have to worry about a thing they set a lock box and when completed it looked better than before they storm. I did not have to miss any work.

SHORTER VERSION Aqua Dry came in after another company did a subpar job. Whereas the first guys rushed through the job, Aqua Dry took 3 x the time to do it right. They brought state of the art equipment, high wattage lights, cameras, changed filters frequently (no cutting corners). Their attention to detail was incredible; they even applied painter's tape to walls before putting up their containment area (saving your paint job) and respectfully protected my personal belonging from cross-contamination. These guys understand and know mold (they have 18 plus years experience and fully accredited) and work hard for us. Their management of cross-contamination is military-like, which you want. Unlike the other company, they also did not trick mold clearance testing by leaving plastic over areas. Aqua Dry's all around honesty and integrity is very rare. Alex is also an absolute genius at inspecting for mold - and found mold colonies the other guys had totally missed, in one place by inches. You won't find much about Aqua Dry online and I know why: their business is nearly all word of mouth. But I want others to know about them because mold remediation is serious health business and you need to know your mold remediator is doing the job perfectly. Yes, perfectly. If I could give them 10 stars here and everywhere, I would.

Brook and Glen were fair, reasonable and easy to work with. Most of all, they were kind and compassionate. I was dealing with a cat hoarding situation, which meant that we were working with the SPCA too. I was also out of state and having to drive back and forth during the process. These guys were great! Worked with our timeline, didn't try to penalize us when it needed to be changed, kept an eye out for items we thought were important, and were fair on the price. I highly recommend them.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish I'd taken a before and after. The carpeting was SO incredibly dirty and stained that I seriously doubted cleaning would work. I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. It looks totally new! Far cheaper than new flooring. Happy Dance!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
Dry Force referred me to them after minor water damage from a water heater leak. First off they couldn't get the address right on the paperwork and wouldn't have even shown up at the right house! They tried to go straight to insurance without providing me a copy of the estimate. When I requested a copy I had noticed they included many unnecessary repairs that went way beyond restoration and repair. They wanted to paint, texture, and install baseboard on a 6'x3' section of wall when the entire room had no existing paint, texture, or baseboard to match, (interior garage)... not sure what they would have matched it to! They wanted to rebuild an entire cabinetry unit that hadn't even been damaged and dry force confirmed this as well as the insurance adjuster that had been out for inspection 2 days prior. Many similar hidden entries were also discovered. Everything on the estimate was broken down into units and measurements and did not include any costs. When I asked them to please breakdown the cost of everything so that I may see where they came up with over $5,300.00 (for just a 6 foot section of drywall repair), they responded with the job isn't big enough for our concern anyway so you may want to just hire a handyman and did not justify why they charge so much! I just completed the job myself with LESS THAN $300.00 (fully restored to original state if not better) and 2 hours of my time! Its disgusting they initially wanted over $5,300.00 for such a small job which was estimated around 1,600.00 by the insurance adjuster as well as Dry Force! Ill be contacting Dry Force to recommend they no longer refer this company as there are many reviews that seem to match mine already! I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL GET ROBBED ON TOP OF PROBABLY HAVING TO REDO THEIR WORK DOWN THE ROAD!!!

Being a transplant from NY, I have to say there is a lot of competition in any industry you try to penetrate. Larry Hampton is true NYer. Very direct, very upfront, very honest, very educated, very loyal. I own one of the largest restoration companies in Arizona (ASAP RESTORATION LLC) and finding a reliable asbestos abatement company to assist us was extremely difficult and challenging. Larry Hampton with ALM Services LLC has been a blessing.

I had a flood in my home due to a broken water heater. I called my insurance and they sent out Belfor Property Restoration. They arrived the same day and immediately took charge. Cat and her crew immediately got to work and did an amazing job all the while assuring me that they had everything under control. Paul, the project manager has been in constant contact with me and always makes sure that the replacement pieces are exactly what I want. All in all I highly recommend this company.

Careful!
The employees are nice enough... I feel sorry for them because there is a serious disconnect and issue with leadership.
The owner, Phil...be very cautious with that one.
My repairs started with an a line leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs which unfortunately soaked through carpeting and dripped down into my chandelier over my dining room table downstairs.
*When I questioned the feedback on Phil's behalf to my insurance, he implied I was asking him to lie when in fact, I was asking him to clarify the transitions that would remain on my flooring since I was removing all carpet.
*I have a challenging schedule (night shift/ 14 hr shifts) so when I had the time to get work done on my sporadic days off, I would be given information by the crew doing the repairs but Phil would state otherwise...I'm not sure if he thought I didn't speak with the workers in my home directly...so get use to getting lied to. I cannot tell you how many days I called out because of the scheduling issues (I have the text messages to prove it). It took over 6 months to complete the work that was actually done in a matter of 2 weeks.
*Do your best to keep documentation on conversations and estimates.
*Don't be surprised if the estimate changes after the work is completed and you're given a 'new estimate'.
*Apparently, unannounced visits are acceptable for the owner.
*I was told what supplies would be needed for ME to finish the job that they started...yes, you read that right.
*The amount of drywall dust left in my home has been wiped down for OVER a month, and it's still all over the place.
*A portion of the work was not going to be completed because I wanted to be done with them so Phil decided to keep the monies originally allotted for wallpaper replacement and apply that balance to what was owed for labor. I couldn't contract out with someone else because he kept that money.
I voiced my concerns to my insurance company and they stated it was made out to sound like this is a conflict of personalities.
Definitely NOT someone I would do business again with.
The crew was good
I wouldn't be tricked into thinking the response below is genuine- as we've been working with one another for 6months.
I stand by my review
Thanks for taking the time to read

wow. i have never experienced anything like this. READ ALL REVIEWS. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS WORKING IN CONJUNCTION WITH PLUMBERS, RIPPING OFF PEOPLE & INSURANCE COMPANIES. they came & did a big sales pitch, saying they would take care of everything. placed drying equipment up. set a 9 am appointment for a friday. no show. no call. i reach out. they say running late. be there afternoon. at 430pm, still no call. no show. i reach out. they say sorry. at emergency. will be there 10am tomorrow.. saturday 10am. no call no show. i reach out at noon. sorry we are understaffed. you are the ONLY ONE ON OUR SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW between 1 - 2 pm.. Sunday 1 - 2 pm. no call. no show. monday & tuesday i call office to resolve issue. promised a call from project manager (2 days in a row). no return call from manager. WARNING: HORRIBLE COMPANY. AVOID. They came first day to do a little demo work, but never showed up after that. i think this is a cheesey money making gimmick. they make a mess, abandon the job, then charge you even though they didn't complete the job. i hope everyone who experiences this reports them to bbb & registrar of contractors. Update: they made an appointment to come pick up their equipment. they didn't show up for that either. their stuff is still sitting in my home. this is a truly pathetic group.
