I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

Initially, she just answered questions that I had and when I ended up needing some last minute work done on a bathroom, she managed to get somebody out on time to handle it. We called to set up installation of a gas line based on a quote we were told that price would vary only on permit.  Appointment was set for Friday 13 Dec and a worker arrived on the 9th of December to run a new quote due to their error which doubled the price from $800-1100 to a new price of $2200. Weren't even willing to negotiate on their error.

Shortly after my Review, late in 2020, EA Restoration 'conveniently' stopped paying their Bonding, and re-filed, under the same name, different Owner, albeit same Family Ownership. This will not stop, or prevent ongoing Complaints, new Complaints certain to be filed, or Actions pending against EA Restoration. Be careful, very careful, there are a lot of bad actors in the construction and service fields.

Service Master is the epitome of unprofessionalism.  If you want your job delayed, endlessly, for weeks on end, go ahead with this company.

They started a packing job  professionally and efficiently. They took down walls quickly and professionally. One month later and repeated requests for a timeline to finish the job (i.e., restoration) have gone unanswered.  This job should have taken at most 2 weeks - instead, my family has now been displaced for 5 weeks (and counting) because Service Master Restoration simply cannot follow through.
