I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

Initially, she just answered questions that I had and when I ended up needing some last minute work done on a bathroom, she managed to get somebody out on time to handle it. Probably the best experience I have had with any service company ever.  I submitted a warranty claim for a clogged drain and the first company they sent had no idea what they were doing.  So I requested a second company and they sent Joe Streckfuss Plumbing.  The experience was unbelievable.  The plumber was a Army vet, was on time, had a terrific personality, had outstanding manners and it was clear he loved his job.  The first time he wasn't able to get it cleared with the equipment he had, but rather than give up like the first company, he said he'd come back the next day and try again.  And indeed he did.  Before he started he even explained how he thought he would fix it - essentially he spent time the night before coming up with ideas of how he would fix my drain issue and it worked.  He fixed the problem quickly!  I even had another plumbing job I needed done unrelated to this so I asked his opinion on it and he was very clear on how he would fix that issue when I decide to hire someone for that project.  If you are looking for a plumber this is who you should call.

Typically the only time I write reviews is when a company has done a great job! However, the service I received from EA Restoration deserves to be noted. The workers were conscientious and got the work done in a timely manner. When the sales rep came to my home he explained the process in detail from remediation to repair and working with the insurance company. He committed to me that when the remediation was complete I would not be left without a sink.   Well, it was a Friday afternoon and  I found myself without a working sink, looking for a plumber to put my kitchen back in some working order after the company owner, Cavin told me they do not do plumbing. Try and find a plumber on a Friday afternoon. This was not the only problem with EA Restoration. Everyone in management from the top-down seems to have forgotten that without the customer they do not have a business. Needless to say, they won't be doing the repair work on my kitchen.  Check out the dates on their reviews.  The current reviews seem to show that something has changed at EA Restoration.  I suggest that you look for another company to do your work.

Service Master is the epitome of unprofessionalism.  If you want your job delayed, endlessly, for weeks on end, go ahead with this company.

They started a packing job  professionally and efficiently. They took down walls quickly and professionally. One month later and repeated requests for a timeline to finish the job (i.e., restoration) have gone unanswered.  This job should have taken at most 2 weeks - instead, my family has now been displaced for 5 weeks (and counting) because Service Master Restoration simply cannot follow through.
