The ceiling had started to bubble and it looked bad. The techs that showed up knew just how to handle the issue. Identifying when the issue was and how to solve the problem. I called out Adams in the middle of the night and they were great. I was pretty shocked by how fast they went to work to get everything fixed. They seem pretty friendly and knowledgeable. They didnt try to stick ot to me on the price. I guess thats all you can ask for when you call a contractor.

We hired Peak One for a major remodel for our kitchen, dining, and living room. The original estimated time for completion was about 3 months, but due to poor project management (in our opinion), the actual time was significantly longer than that. Initial demolition took one week which was fine. However, the next week, not a single worker showed up. Over the next several months, there were many weeks when workers showed up for only a few hours per week. The quality of some of the subcontractors was poor and frequently workers would show up having to ask us what they were supposed to be doing that day. The painters were sloppy and planned on leaving prior to final touch ups, although we got them to satisfactorily complete their work. The cutout in the granite for the cooktop was off center. The tile setters had to come back twice because the wall had not been prepared properly and the appliance installers had to return to put in the range hood as that space was also not prepared properly. We believe that the majority of problems was due to lack of foresight and inexperience on the part of Peak One's project manager. In addition, we expected the project manager to return onsite at the end of each day to oversee progress, but there were many times he didn't show up. Other problems included unfair charges that we thought we had an agreement with Mike that we were going to be reimbursed, but in the end he seemed to remember things differently, so that didn't happen. I would not hire Peak One again.

This firm provided service above and beyond!!! They took on a complicated job on short notice and did an OUTSTANDING job. They were reasonably priced and very accommodating to a difficult schedule. They were friendly and sincere and more than competent... What more could you ask for?

I have lived in an older house for 5 years. It has always smelled funny or musty. I was embarrassed to have guests in the house because of the smell. Worse yet is I got used to the smell.
I researched lots of options but the air purification system sounded like the best long term solution. I contacted Michael and he was very responsive. I had a duct cleaning and shock then the purification system involved. IT IS AMAZING!!!! For the first time in 5 years the entire house smells amazing!!! Clean like fresh laundry. It's unmistakable and really smells clean and fresh. I highly recommend Michael!!!!!
As advertised....the real thing....on time ....all work completed quickly. It's worth the price!!!!!

Had a little home warranty work to replace garbage disposal and replace a toilet flush valve. Their technician was 2 hours past the 3 hour window they provided.  When he finally arrived his hands were filthy.  I understand he's a plumber but if your hands are dirty please do not touch my walls and light switches, which I had to clean.  When working on the garbage disposal, he asked me to help him which I found odd but no real big deal.  He didn't have the part in his truck for the toilet and said someone would be out tomorrow.  I waited the whole day and nobody ever showed so I had to call the office the next day where they thought the work was 100% complete.  Their technicians knew what they were doing but borderline unprofessional and clearly the office is not organized.

I was referred to EA Restoration because of a leak in my roof above my garage via Facebook from a wife of one of the owners. I called and left a message. A few minutes later the owner called me back and set up an appointment for him to come out  today to give me a quote. That's a plus in my book. I'd rather someone come out asap since if it rains again we'll just have more damage.
I'll update my review after he comes this afternoon.

Service Master is the epitome of unprofessionalism.  If you want your job delayed, endlessly, for weeks on end, go ahead with this company.

They started a packing job  professionally and efficiently. They took down walls quickly and professionally. One month later and repeated requests for a timeline to finish the job (i.e., restoration) have gone unanswered.  This job should have taken at most 2 weeks - instead, my family has now been displaced for 5 weeks (and counting) because Service Master Restoration simply cannot follow through.
