I've been using Russell Pest Control for about 10 years.  I have a house with irrigation and a lot of green, so lots of potential creepy crawlies.  Steve and his team have always kept it all under control, and when I've had wasp or bee issues, he always gets someone right over. The crew us always polite, professional and respectful of our space. Very happy to recommend these guys!

When my fiancé and I purchased our house I was horrified by the outrageous colony of spiders living in every crack and crevice of our home! After deciding that burning it down wasn't an option, I spent my first very uncomfortable afternoon in my spider infested nightmare calling pest control companies all over town. Alpha Pest made my dreams come true by scheduling an inspection and treatment immediately, and for a great price! We quickly came up with a plan of action and before I knew it, I only had to share my home with the creatures I intended to share it with! That was two and half years ago.

I am not the easiest client and Jeff graciously puts up with my frantic and all too often WHAT IS THIS? WILL IT KILL ME?! GROSS! text messages.

Anyway, I will continue to use and recommend Alpha Pest as long as I am in the Phoenix area.

I don't leave reviews often but I've felt a bit disappointed with how our Orkin experience has been. The first time they came out to spray was great. They showed up when they said they would and the reason I'm at least giving 3 stars is because they did help rid us of our pest problem, however their communication has been odd. They did the first initial spray and then said they'd do follow up sprays to maintain it. They called us a month later with no advanced warning that they were coming in an hour. Luckily my husband and I had the day off and scrambled to make sure the place was ready for him to spray, only to be called back thirty minutes later to say he was actually only supposed to call to check up on us and wouldn't be spraying. Kind of annoying but no big deal only for it to happen again a few weeks later. Then another surprise visit we were informed day of where they actually did spray but, it would be nice to know in advance when I'm gonna need to plan to drop $50. Then today we were charged another $50 and no one has talked to us or even come out to spray.. I was unaware we were signing up for a spray subscription whether or not anyone actually showed up. The whole experience has been incredibly odd and a bit frustrating and based on that I would not recommend Orkin

Attention Maricopa!  I have had the pleasure of using this company for several months now.  I'm so impressed with their service.  Dan is so quick to respond to any stupid question I have.  We moved here from the Midwest so we are so unfamiliar with the critters here in Arizona.  Thank you Loveall Pest Control for being so quick to respond, to any question I have.

I Definitely recommend 303 Pest Control!! Mike and another technician came out this morning to get rid of pesty ants in my kitchen and sprayed my house inside and out! They gave me great tips and tricks for the  while explaining what the sprayed all over my house. They were very friendly, super professional, and budget friendly!

I would definitely recommend great service and went out of his way to help me gonna continue having them spray my home!

Recently needing some pest control services for a rental property, I asked my neighbor to recommend her guy, since I didn't have my trusty Yelp app available at the time and frankly, I wasn't in the mood to start searching for someone in a sea of unknowns.

Sometimes in life, things happen for a reason.  She highly recommended this company and carried on about what a nice guy William is, how he has been servicing her home for the past year and what a great job he does each and every time he visits.  In fact, he was recommended to her by our community HOA president, who has been using his services for quite some time.

Since my neighbor has always provided me with solid referrals, I knew I'd be in good hands when I called.  Sure enough, William was everything that she promised.

We confirmed an appointment by phone, he showed up on time, charged me a fair price and because I liked his trustworthy demeanor, I hired him to service my other properties.  

In an industry where many service providers don't return calls, don't show up right away, or sometimes don't show up at all, don't know how to behave or don't provide honest work for honest pay, I'm happy to say that I now have a go to guy for my pest control services.

If you've got scorpions, ants, roaches, creepy crawly spiders or any other pest control issues, then call William.  You'll be glad you did!!!

Wow! What great service! I ended up with a years worth of service with Ambassador after a bidding on a silent action at a charitable event called the Festival of the Trees.  On time, friendly, attention to detail and a professional clean serviceman ... what more could a person ask for?  Thanks!

I moved into my Gilbert home April 2016.  That summer I killed 8 scorpions inside my home, 3 in the garage and 60 in my backyard!  I was ready to move out! I found Scorpion Specialist online Feb 2017 and they gave me a great price to seal my entire home, inside and out.  

The summer of 2017 I had NO scorpions in my home.  

Scorpion Specialists come out once year to inspect the seals and patch up any areas where the seal might be broken.  I also get the monthly spray service to the outside of my home April thru October and only saw 4 scorpions outside the entire summer of 2017! I am hoping for another problem free year! This is a great company and has truly solved my scorpion problem. Thank you Chris!

These guys are great.  Called them when a large old tree died in my front yard.  Cutting down to the stump showed evidence of termites.  Other companies wanted to sell me the whole treatment/prevention service, several hundreds of dollars.  These guys won't try and take your money.  Every house gets hit eventually; you just don't know when.  If you want to make sure, you can spend the money every five years but it's not necessary.  I'll be calling them for all my needs, great to deal with an honest professional.

Terrible business practices.  A sales agent by the name of Shea Hildebrandt came to my door February 21st 2023 while I was at work and we communicated via my Ring doorbell for roughly 10 minutes for a pest control service.  She's explained to me which I accepted the first service for $99 and offered a $150 discount.  When asked if there was a sort of contract he danced around the answer that we could try it once and from there can decide whether to continue.  I provided my card information via the DoorCam and he asked if he could on my behalf sign the agree which I gave permission to.
Fast forward a month later I noticed an invoice for a quarterly charge of $155.
I called there support number and spoke with an employee Erica who explained the sales agent are to not sign contracts on behalf of customers and I sent the video of the conversation to her via email.  I was called back stating because my doorbell camera cut off before providing the card information there was nothing she could do in order to stop the service without a $150 termination fee.
How I could sign an agreement when I explained to her I was at work is that not proof enough.  I asked for her to speak to the agent who signed on my behalf is he had done this and she called back later the day stating he no longer works with Moxie.
I will never recommend this company to anyone and put out this information to my local neighborhood group.  This is a terrible company and I advise anyone to stay away!

We signed up with Preventive a few months ago now.  So far our experience has been very lacking.  They have been unable to schedule on our requested day, when I called to correct it - again - they accidentally scheduled on the incorrect day a 2nd time and were unwilling to make it right when I called.  More the point, despite the four treatments they have done we killed 14 alive scorpions last night.  On previous nights looking we have consistently killed 10 plus.  When I tell the tech they tell me that their treatment is working but the neighbors must not spray.  Preventive let us know that we would see more bugs initially but this has not decreased as time has gone on.  Furthermore on the initial call before we signed the contract I was told that we could have notes in our file so the techs, no matter who came, would always know our expectations.  I was also told one of two techs would always treat our home.  In reality, the note section is too small and I have to follow them around the house and garden to give instructions, at which point i could have just sprayed myself and had better results at a time of my convenience.  We give them our credit card each time they come yet just got a bill in the mail for the last service.  Their customer service tactic has been to tell me that I am the only one who has ever had issues with them.    I deeply regret having given this company a 2nd chance and having signed a contract with them.

Amazing service and very polite. Amazing rates as well!!! I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs them. They came to help us out with a foul smell which we knew was a dead rodent under the house. They found the source under our home and got it for us.

Someone hired by Right Guy Pest Control just taped a solicitation to my door. With scotch tape, because I guess paint doesn't matter to pest control people?

Not professional, not a sign of someone I really want to work for me.

These people are beyond disrespectful! They have now come to our home multiple times after being told no!!! Rang the doorbell non stop and knocked on the door relentlessly until someone answered the door while small babies were sleeping. Would never do business with people like this. Respect people's homes and privacy.
