I've been using Russell Pest Control for about 10 years.  I have a house with irrigation and a lot of green, so lots of potential creepy crawlies.  Steve and his team have always kept it all under control, and when I've had wasp or bee issues, he always gets someone right over. The crew us always polite, professional and respectful of our space. Very happy to recommend these guys!

I have used Snyder's Weed Control for many years. They were referred to us by some neighbors in our Community. When you call for an appointment, you actually don't get one right away - but they do call you the day before when they will be in your area...works for me.

The technician arrives on time and gets the job done. They coat my entire property with the pre-emerge and do not cut corners anywhere...again, they spray the entire property and spray it well. My job is to wait 48 hours and then water down the entire property for the solution to sink into the ground to keep new weeds from growing. You wait the 48 hours so that the weeds that are above the ground die off.

The reason for the 4 stars .... I skipped a year (2014) with Mr. Snyder as I had new weed growth within my 1 year warranty that I had paid about 160.00? for. The warranty is that they will come and spray where weeds have grown or re-grown within the year time. On the FRONT of my agreement it stated 1 year warranty ......in the civilized world, 1 year - as I recall - has always been 52 weeks. In the Snyder world - on the BACK of my guarantee...in very small print ...a 1 year warranty is only 49 weeks. When I called, I was told to read the back of my contract to which I countered that the FRONT says the words 1 year warranty. I was ONE week past my 49 weeks and they refused to come and re-spray. I insisted that it was pretty shady as well as false advertisement and it was only ONE WEEK - yes, 50 WEEKS!! The FRONT of the contract should state 49 week warranty alongside the other offer that they have printed on the front - the 6 month warranty . Mr Snyder and I did not see eye to eye on what the world has written in the books as what a year consists of and what he has decided what a year consists of. The FRONT of the warranty stated should state EXACTLY what the BACK of the warranty states! He had a chuckle in his voice, however I was not amused as I had been a customer for so many years. I contacted my HOA president as so many of our residents used Snyders.  I'm guessing he placed a call and Mr Snyder was a little more humble, but would not respray. To date, the contract STILL says one year warranty on the front of it and 49 week warranty on the back!!

I used a different weed control company in 2014 (see my review with photos on Burns Pest and Weed Elimination - they actually ruined my lawn....killed a fair amount of my grass and I still had weeds growing which they never took care of )......so much to my husbands insistence, we are back with Snyder's,  my weeds are dead, my lawn is alive and all is forgiven.

Again, just be mindful that 1 year = 49 weeks in the Snyder World .....if you're ok with that - they are definitely one to use for weed control.

Very professional - friendly staff... I have used Alpha Pest Solutions for over a year now and I am impressed with the results.  Previous pest control companies rarely met my expectations. I have both the interior and exterior of my home serviced so trust in the company and in the product they use is a major concern of mine. I am so glad I called Cabana to help me with my pigeon problem. The pigeons I had were relentless. I had feathers and bird poop everywhere and the pigeons even effected my neighbor's backyard since our house is so close together. Alfred and his team came and did a thorough job. They power washed the poop areas, added spikes, removed the nests and blocked off any corners so they couldn't renest. Very glad I left this to the professionals because it was a lot of work. I seen a disappointed pigeon try to come back the next day looking for somewhere to go but couldn't find his old spot so it flew off. Since then I haven't seen or heard any pigeons around. Im thankful for Cabana's work

We had a great experience with Mark Barber, Jr., owner of Vet Pest Control. He is a young Army and Air Force veteran. If anyone is looking for a great company for their pest-control needs, we would highly recommend Mark. Great guy, very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.

I had this company for service did ok for awhile but then just quit coming when I called said they didn't even have me in the system then finally they somehow magically found me. I went ahead and resumed services understanding that things happen well unfortunately several months went by and the same thing happened. They have done nothing to make it right neither have they given me a reason as to why I keep falling off the books. When I declined to continue services they now are sending me a bill from February which I am pretty sure I never even got service in Feb as I always pay with a check at the time of service. In my opinion this is a business  that really doesnt care about their customers.

I never thought I would need pest control but my neighbors niece moved into next door and the next thin I know I'm seeing baby roaches but only one or two. I tried bombs and sprays but I'd alway dee one or two still. I finally got fed up and called Orkin and the technicians they sent out to my property were respectful and professional and to my joy I've been bug free for over a month now. They are worth every penny. The technicians Kenneth Hill and William Zambrano are the best.

Technicians pay close attention to detail fumigating all areas needed and cleaning all webs placing pest traps by main entrance doors and garage doors, this company truly cares for our pest needs, they always answer my calls when ever I have pest concerns. FYI this company offers pre emergent weed control, My yards are always weed free. I been with this company for 5 years and they continue to be the very best to us. Thank you Loveall Pest Control!

I Definitely recommend 303 Pest Control!! Mike and another technician came out this morning to get rid of pesty ants in my kitchen and sprayed my house inside and out! They gave me great tips and tricks for the  while explaining what the sprayed all over my house. They were very friendly, super professional, and budget friendly!

Cheriton A, is of low character in this case. She put a bad review out of spite. She almost side swiped Vernon Pest Control's truck and he or like 50 or more yeaadmits to flipping her off so to defend herself she posted this nasty untrue review. Vernon Pest Control is one of the best companies in Arizona and has been here in the Valley for over 50 years. People lie.

Recently needing some pest control services for a rental property, I asked my neighbor to recommend her guy, since I didn't have my trusty Yelp app available at the time and frankly, I wasn't in the mood to start searching for someone in a sea of unknowns.

Sometimes in life, things happen for a reason.  She highly recommended this company and carried on about what a nice guy William is, how he has been servicing her home for the past year and what a great job he does each and every time he visits.  In fact, he was recommended to her by our community HOA president, who has been using his services for quite some time.

Since my neighbor has always provided me with solid referrals, I knew I'd be in good hands when I called.  Sure enough, William was everything that she promised.

We confirmed an appointment by phone, he showed up on time, charged me a fair price and because I liked his trustworthy demeanor, I hired him to service my other properties.  

In an industry where many service providers don't return calls, don't show up right away, or sometimes don't show up at all, don't know how to behave or don't provide honest work for honest pay, I'm happy to say that I now have a go to guy for my pest control services.

If you've got scorpions, ants, roaches, creepy crawly spiders or any other pest control issues, then call William.  You'll be glad you did!!!

We have used Ambassador for weeds for years.  They are always professional, courteous, and on top of things.  We have also used them for routine maintenance regarding pests - also always professional, courteous and on top of things.  While we have always been beyond happy with their services, they absolutely amazed us this week with their amazing customer service, and stellar work.  We had some serious issues with tenants abandoning our rental property.  There were 2 refrigerators left full of food with no power on at the house.  Our haul away/cleaning company that we hired (who usually cleans refrigerators as part of their service) was unwilling to touch them after seeing and smelling them.  He was only willing to haul them away - but no clean out at all.  Ambassador was willing to take the necessary steps to safely, and efficiently clean these refrigerators.  They not only had to deal with a bug issue with them, but a mold issue as well, and had to deal with the nasty food left. They quickly sent technicians who manned up and got the job done.  The refrigerators looked, and smelled like new when they were done.  They were quick, and saved us a TON of money by not needing to replace them.  Our cleaning guy called us to tell us how floored he was, and ask us who did it.  He is now planning on potentially using them with any tough jobs he may encounter in the future.  Ambassador was also quick to assure us that as soon as the house was ready, they would be over to ensure any and all pest issues would be taken care of in order to have it rent ready for us.  Thank you Ambassador!!!  #customerforlife

We had our house sealed five months ago and we haven't seen a scorpion since! I highly recommend this company.

When I moved to AZ 15 years ago, I was warned about scorpions building condos in your shoes and other horror stories.  I can't remember how I found Performance Pest Control but glad I did. I still see scorpions but they are deceased or in dire need of emergency treatment.  We did notice evidence of termites after we bought our house but fortunately we had purchased a reasonably priced yearly contract.  Recently termites were found in a bedroom, Performance came out promptly and  treated it at no charge because of the contract.  It was well worth it as I understand that treatment is quite costly.
Ted or Cody come once a month, nicer guys you couldn't find. Pleasant, on time and thorough. Still have to se dead bugs-but that's kind of the point.

Had a service today from Frank K. He was friendly and polite. After asking if we had any particular issues,, he got straight to work servicing my home. He's got a great attitude and did an awesome job.

I moved into my home in 2003. Over the years I have been through at least 6 pest control companies. Most of them made big promises but never delivered. Our area had a serious scorpion problem and although I know they are tought to deal with, I expect a company to tell me the truth. In other words, if you say you can control them, I darn well expect you to do that.

Everyone wants you to sign a contract. When I was approached a few years ago by Preventive, I told them flat out - if you guys can do what you promise, we will have a happy relationship, if not, not only will I end our relationship, but that contract of yours will be as worthless as tissue.

These guys have NOT let me down. Since they have been taking care of my home, I have had almost no pests in my home at all. My technician Trey is awesome, friendly, responsive, informative and professional. They are a pleasure to do business with. Totally!

I have called and left messages 4 times over 4 days with no return calls.  I also went to their website and text 2 times with the response when sent that there was an error and to call.  I wonder if they are even in business.  A business that you are unable to communicate with is a nonbusiness!!!  Do not waste your time!

Someone hired by Right Guy Pest Control just taped a solicitation to my door. With scotch tape, because I guess paint doesn't matter to pest control people?

These people are beyond disrespectful! They have now come to our home multiple times after being told no!!! Rang the doorbell non stop and knocked on the door relentlessly until someone answered the door while small babies were sleeping. Would never do business with people like this. Respect people's homes and privacy.
