Jake is the best I have ever seen when it comes to assembling things. Very organized and methodical,fast and precise.  Installed 7 ceiling fans, 3 bathroom light sets and assembled 2 large cabinets and a wood dinette set. Great communications. Always responds. Courteous,very respectful of property and cleans up after the job. To top all of that off, Jake's prices are extremely reasonable and amazing for what he does. Now I can officially retire from doing home projects! If you need it assembled or installed give jake a try. He won't disappoint!

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we needed a replacement. Troy was very quick to respond to our online request and provided pricing and schedule availability in his initial reply. The guy on the phone didn't even service my area, and he spent time talking me through my issue and giving me general pricing guidelines so I don't get screwed over by the next guy. If I lived in chandler, I'd use these guys :)

Had Complete Water Systems out to install a water softener/ whole home filtration system as well as an RO system under my kitchen sink.

They were extremely professional setting up the appointment, answered all the questions I had and made thoughtful recommendations.

The install was great, the techs came out right on time and did a great job of installing the system neatly in my home.

Gary arrived earlier than expected, called first to make sure it was ok. He got to work immediately and worked efficiently and did a great job installing new horizontal blinds and wall mounted book shelves and minor drywall work. Will call him next time we need work done.

Alex was fast and fantastic. We had a serious blockage from tree roots clogging our sewer pipe. I had several plumbers com in and sent a camera through the line.  Turns out the pipe is out of round in one section 3 feet below the ground. We got several estimates and decided on Moon Valley Plumbing.  They dug a deep hole and removed the old pipe replace it with new pipe all in about 4 hours.  Amazing! And now the surface looks like nothing ever happened.

Five stars is not enough stars. Gabe is first of all a great human. Incredible electrician. He figured out an electrical system born in 1955 that has seen multiple electrical additions. He would have come the same day, ended up coming the next day when we asked him to reschedule. He figured out our electrical issue and fixed dangerous electrical issues that he discovered along the way. Professional, clean. I could go on, but you get the idea. You will be fortunate if Gabe does your electrical work.

I was very happy with Gabe at Copperline Plumbing. I called in the late afternoon on Monday and scheduled an apointment for a one hour window of 9 to 10  the next morning. Gabe called ahead of time just like he said he would and arrived right on time at 9am. Love having only a one hour window. He gave me his free estimate and did the work right away. His prices were very reasonable. I was very pleasantly surprised as my mother had paid much more for her plumbing work with a major company. He also reminded me that I could use their Yelp coupon which made it even better. He did good work and was very nice and professional. Thank you Gabe. I will reccomend you to friends and family.

Extremely quick and responsive! I would recommend Rooter and Plumbing Service to anyone!

Called to make an appointment. $95. Told them it was a gas Kenmore dryer showing an F01 code. Thought they would be prepared for that. Guess it was too much to ask for. Guy arrives and didn't know what house it was. Comes in my house and starts searching the internet. He said he wasn't sure what it needed - really? Gives me a quote to replace a small part which is about $65 plus $150 for 20 minutes labor (1 hour minimum)  plus the $95 diagnostics fee (internet search). If you're a senior on a fixed income stay clear. I know gas is high and prices are rising but this is just plain price gouging.

Fast efficient responsive. I had several quotes to have two toilets replaced. Dignity Plumbing was very competitive and I was able to book an appointment for the next day.(thanks to a cancellation). Jeremy arrived on time and was done in less than 2 hours. Very professional service and great work. I will definitely use them again.

The technicians were nice, but it started wrong from the beginning.  First, all I wanted were my pipes scoped on house I have an offer on.  They refused to give me a quote over the phone and said they needed to see it first.  When they got there, they said it would cost more because they had to go in through the roof, then pressured me into signing up for their subscription service model (which I did and now regret).  

One technician showed up and clean the lines, but said his manager would come and do the video.  We waited about an hour and he never showed.  We ended up having to reschedule.  He came later and took videos and said they all needed to be replaced, but the videos they took didn't show anything because of the glare of the sun.  He had recorded the videos with his iPhone so I couldn't actually see any of the issues.

End of the day, couldn't get a quote over the phone, showed up late, quoted me for an estimated $15 - 20 K job, but couldn't show me the proof because I couldn't see the videos and I had to ask multiple times just to get the useless videos.  

I called another company and they quoted me over the phone and also said they didn't charge extra to go on the roof.  I would definitely recommenced calling around  before going with Rooter Hero.
