I had a leakage on one of the pipes for the water heater. At night time I noticed my whole garage was flooded with water. Rafael responded to my Yelp request within 20 mins, and was able to schedule me an appointment the next morning. He came by and provided me a quote and was able to replace the pipe. GREAT SERVICE, RESPONSIVE, and RELIABLE. Will definitely contact him in the future if I have any other issues.

Amazing work! I had to take some time off work to meet Mark at my home for some drain repairs. Not only did he confirm our appointment the morning of, he also called me an hour before the appointment to tell me he was on the way. After all this, he was right on time. That helps a million because I work hourly and need all the hours I can get.

While here, he talked with me about the issues and let me explain my concerns and goals for the plumbing. He fixed the drains quickly and then pointed out another issue and gave me option to fix it.

Mark gave me all the pricing before he got working and even got a quote for me for a future tankless water heater! No surprises and a very kind person to have in your home while fixing the problems plumbing presents.

I can not sing Nafiz's praises enough!! Where do I start?! First off, my fiancé who is a maintenance technician, had been attempting to fix this leak all week. There was a leak in the wall in between my garage and our spare bedroom. The water had flooded the bedroom. We had to turn the water off and on all week to prevent any further damage. I attempted to get someone out through my home warranty company. However, due to living in Maricopa the first company was a no show and then rescheduled to come out a whole week later.  We absolutely could not wait any longer to have this leak repaired. Nafiz responded immediately on a Sunday at that! Then, he was able to come out the same day (on Sunday). He actually arrived approximately 30 minutes early. Then, he had the leak completely fixed less than an hour. I am thoroughly impressed with his work, professionalism and sense of urgency. He will be our good to guy for any additional plumbing needs!

Dave just walked me through steps to help figure out a problem we were having with our basement sewer ejector pump.  He also suggested ways to save us frustration and money in the future. This was the first time I called him, as the plumber we had used previously is pretty much incompetent. 1Buckeye is now our #1 for our #2 issues!!

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Highly recommend renew plumbing! My garbage disposal was leaking under my sink. Chris was able to be at my home within a few hours the same day and had it replaced with in 20 mins! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs!

I wish I could give these folks 100 stars! I'm a seasoned Realtor and have had experiences with many plumbing companies but I must say that GoGo Rooter and Plumbing ranks at the top of the scale! Service? Over the top amazing! Prices? Very competitive! If you want the best- call Matt or Mike!

I called OMW to fix a leak I had in a pipe. I was told on the phone when I called that there was a $89 charge to come to my house, and the price of the repair would be around $250.  See their web page front and center, and you will see this quote:

When they finished I was told the price was something like $379. Not only DIDN'T they apply the $89 charge to the repair, like it clearly says on their web page, but the price was even higher.  It took them about 20 min to actually make the repair, but they left for about 30 minutes in the middle to get more parts.  The repair was good, but for dishonest advertising, I would NEVER have them back in my house, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else.  I gave them three stars because the repair was good.  

They never gave me a receipt, but said they would email it, and I have never received it.

I had a leak coming from under my garage slab. A friend of mine recommended them to me. I called on a Thursday and spoke with Broc.    Mike came out after I got off work to look and we set up time for Monday. He talked with Broc and gave me a price range depending on what they would find once they got under the slab. During the whole job they explained everything that they were doing. Answered all my questions. When all was done my bill was exactly what was quoted. I checked around and the price was very reasonable and didn't take advantage of the fact that I'm a widow and am at the mercy of the people I hire. I will call them again when I need plumbing done. Hummell Plumbing was on time, professional and respectful. Thank you for taking care of my problem. I will recommend you to all I know.

We recently had a leak in the water line to our refrigerator, and called Scottsdale Plumbing Company (SPC) to help us, because it was a weekend and an emergency. I'm not sure how their weekend rate compares to other plumber weekend rates, but I thought it was rather high. Nevertheless, the plumber from SPC came within an hour of our call and helped us stop the leak. Rather than fix the water line and rack up the weekend rate hours, though, he suggested he leave the water line as it was (with the leak now stopped), and come back the following week when he would only have to charge their normal weekday rate. I really appreciated that suggestion, because it showed he recognized how high their weekend rate was, and that he wanted to help us save money, while getting the job done.

I'll have to check what their regular weekday rate is to see if I'll call them again, but overall, I'm glad SPC was there to help us in a pinch, and glad their plumbers are honest and considerate.

This was my 3rd time calling PlumbSmart. Every experience I have had has been wonderful.  The 1st time I contacted them, they were the only company who could come out in a reasonable time frame. We had to shut the water off to the home, so of course coming promptly was important to me.   With each experience, I have nothing bad to say. They are great with their communication; they show up within the time given.  They called me prior to coming, even call to follow up with me after the repair has been completed.  Adam was the last plumber to service my home and he was great. Friendly, repairs went well and made sure to show me how to test my own water pressure on the home.
