Fast, friendly service!  Rafael came out the same day I contacted him, we reviewed the repairs needed, and he was back the next morning to fix everything.  The workmanship was great, and the service was excellent, I would highly recommend CIB Plumbing.

Called Top Notch regarding a possible broken pipe in our laundry room wall. Mark returned our call within 5 minutes. Fit us in same day. Found the source of the leak quickly, and re-routed the plumbing. Very professional, and we had a lot of confidence in him. Completely trusted him. This is a great company to do business with.  Highly recommend.

We live in Fountain Hills, and our water softener was leaking.   We called Chris at Aqua Pro, and we were very happy with the repair he performed, as well as providing us with the name of someone he would recommend for irrigation system service.  Chris also does plumbing and reverse osmosis systems.

We highly recommend Chris and Aqua Pro, especially if you live in Fountain Hills...he has been a resident for over 30 years.

We installed an AC a few months ago. The entire process has been a good experience. I have not found a better price for the service that I have received. I would recommend this family owned business!

Our old garbage disposal decided to crap out on us, it was time as it was an old one and then we saw this business on Yelp when we asked for quotes they were one of the lowest  quotes we found but they replied fast and then he came out and replaced the garbage disposal unit and there were no issues. He had quoted a price of $250 flat and that's what we paid. I took off one star because they charged $9.75 to use a credit card so be wary of that but other than that it was a great job and we'll use them again for any other plumbing project and just remember not to pay with a card.

I agreed for him to come out to the house.  we discussed the job through messaging.  I sent him a lot of photos at his request.  He assured me he could do the job.  Saturday came and he sent me a text message that he would be done with his morning job in about an hour and a half and be heading my way, to my house.  He didn't show up and I heard nothing from him again.

Rick was awesome today...Yesterday our water heater died, pilot would not re-light...called 1 Buckeye Plumbing late afternoon and Rick was out this morning first thing and got us up and running...pleasant, professional and seemed pretty honest...I will call them again if we need a plumber.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

These guys were great! They showed up, listened to all my plumbing needs in my new home. I didn't know what work was needed, but Mike was really honest and advised me what's needed and what looks good. Additionally, I wanted to install a RO system for the sink and fridge, replace the faucet in the kitchen, and ensure the house water softener was functioning as designed. They got straight to work, even picked up my faucet while out getting parts. The end result was a perfectly installed system, tip-top water softener functionality, perfectly functioning sinks, toilets, drains, and dishwasher flow. The owner, Matthew, even stopped by to see how things were going and check up on things. All in all, super service, incredibly personable, and high-quality workmanship. I called OMW to fix a leak I had in a pipe. I was told on the phone when I called that there was a $89 charge to come to my house, and the price of the repair would be around $250.  See their web page front and center, and you will see this quote:

When they finished I was told the price was something like $379. Not only DIDN'T they apply the $89 charge to the repair, like it clearly says on their web page, but the price was even higher.  It took them about 20 min to actually make the repair, but they left for about 30 minutes in the middle to get more parts.  The repair was good, but for dishonest advertising, I would NEVER have them back in my house, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else.  I gave them three stars because the repair was good.  

They never gave me a receipt, but said they would email it, and I have never received it.

So far the water softener is doing great. Dave's services were well worth it. He was at my house from 8a-2p installing it. Thanks Dave!

Amazing service!  The technician (Ross) that came out to inspect a leak that we found in our bathroom and adjacent closet was awesome.  We had a plumber from our home warranty company (Sonoran Home Service) come out and couldn't figure out where the leak was originating, insisting there was a crack in the concrete slab and they couldn't fix it.  Ross arrived on time and after seeing the leak, immediately checked the water meter and saw no excessive use.  He then stated that it was probably just the wax ring for the toilet (which is what I had thought this whole time but was told by Sonoran that it wasn't).  Wax ring was repaired and even referred us to another great company (Dry Star Restoration) to remediate any damage done from the leak.  Will definitely use these guys again!

I recently started to install a whole house water filter. I cut through the main copper pipes and was having difficulty and wanted it done right, so I called Scottsdale plumbing. Roger came out earlier than expected and did a clean, thorough job of the water filter installation. I am pleased with the work and would hire them again if necessary.

Great and quick service on a Sunday. And they didn't overcharge me. Yes there was an emergency call fee which was reasonable.  The technician was polite and prompt. He went above and beyond. Will use PlumbSmart again!
