It's the first we used Kooline plumbing ...Nazeem came out and replaced our hot water tank within 2-3 hours ..very impressive work ..he even put the pan and installed water going out if anything ever happens ...definitely a company one can count on ...very professional work done ....definitely using Kooline Plumbing in future...

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

My water heater died and I requested a quote through Yelp from a different company and (reluctantly) checked the box that allows Yelp to broadcast the request to every plumbing contractor in the system.  I'm glad I did.  Tom from Wildcat Waterworks contacted me.  He was able get me a very good price, the brand water heater I wanted AND install it on the same day!  If that doesn't deserve 5 stars, what does?

I highly recommend Reni Rooter.  My garbage disposal was broken.  I contacted Lorenzo and he was out the next morning.  Quick, efficient, inexpensive and very pleasant to work with. My issues were resolved quickly.

Had some hiccups with a major plumbing repair project due to original pipes reaching their end of life, but Precision Air & Plumbing has since made good, or plan to make good, on resolving the issue.  
The contractors who performed the work were better than expected and respected my home during the duration of the repair.  I hope to not encounter plumbing issues for a LONG time.   My only recommendation would be to make sure there is good communication with the project plan from beginning to end.  

I use Precision Air & Plumbing for my A/C repairs/maintenance on my home and rental property as well.  They will still be a company I recommend to others.

Jody Grafft did a wonderful job finding the water leak in a wall that was shared by my laundry room and pantry. He also changed the valves that connected my washing machine to water, as the old valves were corroded and impossible to turn off. I really appreciate the great work of Jody Grafft.

Louis, our technician, was top notch. He took his time to ensure the quality of work was excellent vs. rush through the job. I am very happy with the work, as well as, the service. We had a leak in our slab, bad water heater, and failing PRV (pressure relief valve).  One of the big box plumbers (Parker and sons) quoted us around 5k to do the work.  I called Scott and he came over right away.  He gave me the same diagnosis and treatment plan for around 2k.  He handled the water heater warranty (which involved taking my water heater back to Home Depot) and exchanging for a new one ( Parker and sons wouldn't do that).  He rerouted my supply line with new copper piping.  He added the PRV and a few new valves.  He even provided us with a new shower head for our master bath.  They went above and beyond.  All the work was completed quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.  Before you get any work done with another plumber, I would suggest getting a quote from Scott!

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Had a tub/shower with a slow drain. Contacted several companies. Water Heroes was the first to respond. Water Heroes came out the next day and had the drain flowing freely in under 30 minutes! The final cost was less than most wanted to charge me just to come and 'look' at the drain!
Definitely recommend! Always want to support local small businesses!!!

Used through my home warranty company and had to come out a few times 1st guy told me to pour bleach and hot water down drain to unclog drain and smell. Had them come out again they recommend Hydro flush which cost me additional money but might have helped find but odor in drains still there. Then called said owner was booked and no call no showed front desk said someone must have adjusted scheduled after I had 4 hour waiting at home to no show. Then rescheduled son following week and said without coming after editing again needs some type of bombing that will cost $300 how do u know when u were not here? Yeah highly do not recommend with or without a crappy home warranty.

Do not go with this company. Sure, they fixed my toilets (though they had to come out two days afterward to re-fix) but they charged my at least seven times what I could have paid had I been more patient and shopped around. The owner will not reason with you and even threatened me with a lawsuit, so yeah, we won't be calling these people. Funny thing is, when I wanted to speak to him, I was lied to and told he was on vacation, but got him on the phone later the same day. Word to the wise, avoid this company or you will pay dearly.

Horrible attitude. Never been treated so poorly. Greg did work on my homes plumbing and when a home inspection was done for a sale several months later, a problem was found. Greg said he wouldn't have anything to do with home sales so I brought in another company to camera the line and then asked Greg to take a look at the video ( I wanted his opinion on what may be wrong). To say that I was not only surprised by Greg's reaction, but also felt threatened by him charging at me and cursing at me is an understatement. Later, when I thought he had some time to calm down I texted him again to see if he had viewed the video (he threw it when I tried to hand it to him).  He claimed that I had given him a google video, that he would prove there was no problem and  threatened legal action against me.  He then claimed to have offered to fix it because he said he would come take a look at it and therefore I couldn't contact the BBB or registrar of contractors. I ended up having the plumbing job redone by another company so I didn't have to deal with Greg again.  Most of this was in text messages which I still have.

I booked them thru home advisor and they came out installed a new kitchen faucet. Mark Dittrick was very polite and did a great job. Very pleased and will use them again.

A year ago Yavapai Plumbing and Heating came out and re-connected my main water line from my street service to my house (between my inside valve and the main).  I was please with their work.  Then one year later I saw a healthy leak right at the inside valve they had connected their pex piping to.  After digging it up they determined that they had connected the new pex piping to four inches of the old rubber connection and then into the existing valve.  That four inch piece of old rubber pipe had split between their pex connection and the valve...
They agreed that they should have replaced the inside valve (and connected it properly with the pex) when the first job was done, and after speaking with their other plumber, decided not to charge for this repair.  I appreciated that.  Thanks for being fair guys!
