The Kooline team was quick to respond to my call and they scheduled a visit for the day. The plumber was prompt and work quickly to resolve the issue with my broken toilet flange. Left the bathroom area clean and everything was operational.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

5 Stars to Travis and Sons Plumbing! Last week our sewer line backed up late one evening and we were imaging all kinds of costly and invasive repairs. But that didn't happen! One early morning call to Travis and Sons and the problem was on its way to being solved. A plumber arrived in a few hours and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes! He was a great guy and definitely the hero of the day! Thanks Travis and Sons!!

Tom was right on time and thorough. He was done In 2 hours and gave me a very fair price for the parts and work. Tom explained that my older plumbing was galvanized and the main pipe had corrosion from within. I appreciate him explaining repairs that I'll need down the line without being pushy. I'll definitely be calling him for future jobs!

I'm a former General Contractor.  Retired.  I urge anyone reading Yelp reviews to LOOK ELSEWHERE for A/C service.  Bought 3 yr maintenance package 2 yrs ago when 2 units at home needed cleaning and general review.  Year 1 okay but tech suggested a few replacement parts - one being capacitor.  First concern - bids written on small generic notepad...nothing professional and nothing that can be traced back to company.  That's a huge red flag (if you ever have a contractor dispute, you really have no proof).  And parts were grossly marked up about 1000%.  Little notepad showed $35 retail capacitor installed for $385.  Its a 5 minute job.  Bought part and did it myself.  Year 2 - NO CALL to schedule appointment like I was told.  I called, got apology that they had been really busy.  Tech came out, looked it over and said I really needed new unit and that he was sending someone out to quote me for new units.  I asked for detail quote on Precision paper for what needed to be replaced.  Was told they don't do that, they just write it on blank paper.  Two years same answer.  (And any response from the company to contradict this -  I would submit to a polygraph test that both techs stated this to me when I asked for it written as a quote on something showing the Precision company affiliation.  Not surprising the quote was $12-14K for a 5 ton and 4 ton replacement by them (varying based on SEER rating).  Both units are older but second opinion from other AC firm - lets add some freon which was needed, check for leak as other company said they still had some good life.  Precision didn't offer this.  Year 3 (this year)...again no call from them.  Don't expect one.  They take advantage offering the 3 year service agreement, use it to try to sell you something you don't need, and leave it to you to call them even though sold as Precision will call you each year in Apr/May to schedule site visit.  Oh, and both units still performing admirably.

IF YOU BELIEVE THEY PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE, I JUST ENCOURAGE YOU TO GET A SECOND OPINION.  Even with the second service call, you'll likely save a bunch of $$ long term.

I'll be reaching out to the REGISTRAR OF CONTRACTORS to file a complaint relating to nonperformance on my overpriced, and basically worthless 3-year maintenance agreement (that doesn't really include any valuable review/maintenance..

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning to get measurements and a list of materials for the job. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30, even fixed a crack I had on my roof. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing needs.

Josh, after your diagnosis of the plumbing problem at my house, I was NOT advised of any costs associated with your calls or costs of parts. It NEVER occurred to me the bill would be $693.00. Perhaps you should give your clients estimates in writing.
My previous statement stands...I will never use this company again.  The costs are outrageous!

Have used Raymond for many jobs in several rentals properties that I own, and he is always responsive and does a good job.  Lisa is very nice to deal with as well.
I feel confident in the information that Raymond gives me, in that the job is necessary and priced accurately.  
No building a bigger job for this company in my estimation.  They have done small and large jobs, and I've never been disappointed in the work done.

I'd like to give a shout out to Frisco! He came out to our house the night we got home from vacation only to find the Inside temp was 90, and the blowing temp was 100. But He did something that night (whatever he did my air started working)and came out the following day to install new thermostats. He really saved us, we have 4 kids and they were not happy campers! And all the local hotels were booked!

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Had a tub/shower with a slow drain. Contacted several companies. Water Heroes was the first to respond. Water Heroes came out the next day and had the drain flowing freely in under 30 minutes! The final cost was less than most wanted to charge me just to come and 'look' at the drain!
Definitely recommend! Always want to support local small businesses!!!

Les has been my plumber for a number of years now.  He is an extremely hard worker, very conscientous & always dependable.  He does quality work & stands behind it.  For me, that is HUGE.  It's not easy to find someone who is trustworthy.  Les does all the work as it's his company.

Smiley Plumbing has taken care of the plumbing at my house for several years now.
For $7.95/month, I belong to their Diamond Club which includes an annual whole-house inspection, 10% off all repairs, and extended warranties.
They've repaired leaks, replaced under-sink supply lines, installed new heavy-duty clothes washer hoses, replaced anode rods in the water heater, installed a new garbage disposal, replaced the water control valve in a shower, changed several  outside hose bibs, and installed a toilet.
They are meticulous and take great pride in their work; the quality is exceptional.

Would not use again. Competent but VERY expensive and with the competition in Phoenix you don't need to pay 145.00 an hour to do uncomplicated plumbing.. Yes if you need to replace your entire plumbing system perhaps.. But if you got several bids Greg would be 2 times as high.. On top of this he is arrogant in a passive aggressive way.. Really bad experience...

LONG STORY SHORT - Hired plumber and paid plumber -yes! Ridiculous
upcharges-yes! NO SHOW-TWICE! (24/7 is a joke!)
Agreed upon services provided-no! Quality -no!
DETAILS - Had issues with kitchen sink draining. Purchased Angie's
List deal for kitchen sink drainage.  Plumber came and said the deal I
purchased does not include my particular kitchen sink thus an upcharge
of $179. Then, plumber said I needed to replace a part and it will
cost me an additional $120. I found the part at Home Depot for $15. I
called the plumber back when I noticed that even with the new part, it
was still not draining properly. The customer service started off
great but then it went south fast!
I spoke with Jan (customer service manager) on 12/24 around 10am and
he said he will see if he can find someone and get back to me. I went
to lunch at noon only to receive a call from Dan (another plumber)
saying that he's at my house. I told him that I wasn't expecting him
as Jan did not tell me a time but said he will call me back.  I asked
Dan if we could reschedule to 2pm when I'll get back home.  He said
he'll see me at 2pm. Then, Jan called me around 1pm to let me know
that Dan will not be available at 2pm and we rescheduled between
7am-8am on Mon, 12/28.  At 8:10am, no one showed up so I called Jan.
Mark jumped on the called and let me know that they'll have to call me
back. I said that I had class at 9:30, which I didn't make btw due to
this fiasco. At this point, I was livid, two NO SHOWS and sink still
not draining properly.  The irony is that the name of this plumbing
business is 24/7 Plumbing.  I wouldn't have had a problem with paying
the $179 if I actually got results!  Mark called me back and said they
don't have anyone available to send over this morning so I ask him for
a refund so that I can find someone else to get the job done. At that
point, he told me that I should find someone else and hung up on me!
I called back and Jan said the earliest they can do is the next day.
I told him that was unacceptable and for him to tell Mark that I would
like a refund if no one is available to come out this morning. Jan
said he will call me back.  I told him to let Mark (the owner) know
that I will be disputing the credit charge for non-delivery of
services paid and will be writing this review online.  Haven't heard
back.
ATTENTION WOMEN CUSTOMERS: You know how it feels when you walk into a
car dealership and they try to rip you off because they don't think
you know anything about cars.  I GET THE SAME FEELING FROM THESE
PEOPLE! BUYERS BEWARE!

Over the last couple of years my air conditioning unit, (BRYANT), installed by Yavapai Plumbing and Heating in 2013, has exhibited a reduction in cooling ability.  Previous service calls resulted in the addition of small amounts of refrigerant, with at least one case potentially attributed to loose fittings that allowed refrigerant to leak out.
A similar condition presented itself again last week and the technician. Jose', evaluated the condition and added 0.5 pounds of refrigerant.  BUT, he explained that the system was most likely being starved due to a fouled/failed thermal expansion valve (TXV) and liquid line drier problem Jose' is a courteous technician who took the time to explain the problem and today he replaced the drier and TXV.  It appears my cooling issue is resolved!  Jose' arrived when he said he would, was respectful of social distancing and cleaned up after himself. I typically do not give 5 star ratings, but Yavapai Plumbing and Heating is fortunate to have Jose' on their team.  Thanks Jose'!
