Our 8 month old A/C, which was installed by a company that rhymes with Chas Roberts, quit working and we were told it would be a week before they could look at it.  All it took was one call to Kooline and it was fixed 3 hours later.  Farzana returned my call very quickly, called her tech to confirm an opening, and texted me confirmation immediately.   Joshua was very professional and prompt, he traced my problem quickly and had the A/C running in no time.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

Needed a lot of work done due to a failed water softener.  T&S Plumbing was responsive and immediately set us up for their nearest appointment.  
They were honest and forthright about the work that needed to be done.  And performed with a high degree of professionalism.  They are my go-to plumbers.

My water heater died and I requested a quote through Yelp from a different company and (reluctantly) checked the box that allows Yelp to broadcast the request to every plumbing contractor in the system.  I'm glad I did.  Tom from Wildcat Waterworks contacted me.  He was able get me a very good price, the brand water heater I wanted AND install it on the same day!  If that doesn't deserve 5 stars, what does?

Lorenzo was great. He diagnosed both my problems with the bathtub and toilet. The last plumber that checked out our toilet said it need to be replaced but Lorenzo figured out the problem. He was super cool. We sat and chatted after the job is done. It's really hard to find a good plumber, especially one that is reasonable price and he's definitely both of them. I will save his number in my phone.

My Brand New AC from Precision Failed after 1 Year, They Charged Me $1,700 to Fix It

I purchased a brand new AC unit (3 ton, 14 SEER) from Precision in July 2018 for approx. $7,000. In June of 2019, 11 months later, it stopped cooling and only blew warm air. Between June and October of 2019, I had to call Precision out THREE different times when the AC stopped working, about every 6 weeks, and each time they replaced the same valve caps in the system, noting that there appeared to be a leak but the new caps seemed to have fixed it.

In November of 2019, the AC stopped working a fourth time. This time, the technician came out and said there was a small leak in a pressure gauge that had caused all the refrigerant to leak out, and it needed to be replaced (which meant tearing apart the whole unit). Even though the cost of the actual gauges were covered under the 10-year manufacturer's warranty, the total cost of labor, the leak search, and new refrigerant was an additional $1,700! Just 16 months after buying the brand new unit from Precision, they charged me $1,700 to repair it! And this is after I had purchased and then extended the extra maintenance agreement from Precision, or else the cost would have been much higher.

In hindsight, I wish I would not have purchased an AC unit from Precision, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I understand that things happen sometimes, but I cannot trust or recommend a company that charges me $1700 to repair a part on a brand new unit they sold me a year ago, after months of band-aid fixes. I suggest doing your research and finding an AC company that will stand by the units they sell, and a company that you can trust to make things right if there is a catastrophic and expensive part failure a few months after they sell you a brand new AC unit.

To be fair and transparent, I will say that most of the 5+ technicians/installers I have had at my house were all professional, efficient, and communicative about what they did. Precision did cover the cost of replacing the valve caps the first three times the unit failed, as they had been defective.

When you own a home and have to make a purchase as large as an AC unit, you have to trust that the company isn't going to take advantage of you if there's some kind of catastrophic failure or issue after install. Precision AC is not a company that I would trust to do that.

My review is not necessarily due to workmanship, as we were happy with the final outcome.  My negative review is due to the fact that the company is very quick to call you when you need service, but will not return a phone call when you are unhappy with the original work.  
We had risers added to our existing septic  system last year and the work was done by Walker Plumbing. Last month during a major rain storm the ground around both risers washed away and created a sink hole that caused a landscape rock to slide in to the hole, knock the riser off and fill the  septic full of water and mud.  Walker plumbing came back out to repair, but charged the full amount of the repair without assuming any responsibility for not compacting the dirt enough last year.  
All I really expected them to do was call me back, but after two weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received a phone call. Companies need to acknowledge that custom service goes beyond the completion of a job.

Shadrach Plumbing and Cooling is exceptional to work with. I've used other plumbing companies before, however, the level of service and professionalism is unrivaled with Shadrach. Louis, our technician, was top notch. He took his time to ensure the quality of work was excellent vs. rush through the job. I am very happy with the work, as well as, the service. I highly recommend this company. I will use this company for all my heating and cooling needs

Scott Sr. and Scott Jr. are wonderful. Fast and professional service every time. They are our go-to guys for anything at anytime of day. They offer great service and incredibly fair pricing.

Ray from Drain Squad is the best! He is so friendly and gets out really to the site really quick. I always recommend him to my clients!

Apes is the place to call for all your plumbing needs! They will make your life better when you're in a stressful situation. It can be difficult finding a quality plumbing company who does what they can to help.

Bob is an awesome plumber, has a fantastic attitude, is extremely well-priced, paid close attention to detail, and went above and beyond what was asked of him.  He came to my home this morning, joked with my children, did a fantastic job with the plumbing job, and even checked an additional leak in my upstairs bathroom.  I'm so happy I found him, I can't recommend him highly enough, and he will be my first choice in plumber moving forward!

Had a tub/shower with a slow drain. Contacted several companies. Water Heroes was the first to respond. Water Heroes came out the next day and had the drain flowing freely in under 30 minutes! The final cost was less than most wanted to charge me just to come and 'look' at the drain!
Definitely recommend! Always want to support local small businesses!!!

Les is wonderful and so helpful. He came right away (within 15 minutes of calling) to look at our water heater that was leaking. Let us know quickly what he thought was wrong and how to go about getting it fixed/replaced. He went above and beyond to help us work through this issue that he ultimately didn't even fix because of time issue. I will definitely call him again for plumbing help and certainly recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Complete rip off! They completely scammed my 75 year old mother. Came out and charged her almost $900 to repair her water heater. Could have gotten a new one installed for quite a bit less than that. The guy was out there for hours banging away wasting time running up his rate. This occurred several months ago. My mother tried to dispute the bill with her credit card company. These pirates got their money.

Avoid!!!

Greg the owner is great. We woke up to a leaky water softening system which was old and needed replacement. He called back was able to arrive to uninstall it and remedy the leak. He arrived in less than 30 min to do so. T Very professional. Prompt and fast. Pricing was reasonable for the fix.

Mark came in and looked at the repair of the faucet on the tub and gave me a quote for the repair. I was initially looking for someone to repair the drywall as well when he suggested using a plastic panel to cover the 2x2 hole so if we needed anything in the future we don't have to cut into the wall again. The access point was located in the closet and behind the door so the plastic panel was a great idea.

Mark returned on time for the appointment and completed the repair quickly and cleaned up the area as well.

Beware! Had yavapai come out to look at our heating/air unit that stopped working right after we moved into our house. They were prompt and polite and got the heat working again. They then told us we needed a new unit.  It was several thousand dollars. It was winter, it was cold so we signed the contract and had a new unit a couple days later.
They sold us an electrostatic filter which was supposed to cut down the dust and allergens (which instead turned out to restrict the air flow.) Everything worked fine except the flow into the master bedroom. A few months later I called them out to check for blockages. A tech came out and told us we needed all new ducts to the tune of $7k
We passed.
We used them again when we had our bathroom remodeled to rough in and install the plumbing fixtures we purchased separately.  The first tech was not familiar with The brand we purchased and had some problems. We called for another tech and he also had problems figuring it out but got it connected.
One day I am in the shower and the top of the pipe disconnected from the wall.  We had someone else come to fix it and he discovered that the Yavapai tech had only put two anchors in to hold the pipe when there were 4 that SHOULD have been used.
I called Yavapai and requested a refund of labor for the installation and was told no that I should have called them back to fix it. Why would I do that when they didn't know what they were doing in the first place?  I finally managed to get a portion back.
I hate leaving bad reviews but am disappointed at the ineptitude and, in my opinion, dishonesty.
I do not recommend this company.
