I just wanted to rave about the fabulous customer service that I received today from Stefan at ASAP Plumbing! I called to make an appointment late this morning (Saturday around 11am)... due to water leaking from a wall in my garage. I totally expected to be told that there was nothing available until Monday...or possibly to be told that there was an astronomical weekend surcharge... nothing of the sort! Not only was i provided same day service (yay!), there was no Saturday  surcharge! I couldnt be happier with the professional & courteous demeanor of my plumbing technician, Stefan! Very skilled & knowledgeable (& this is a young guy!)... He cut into the drywall (very neatly might i add :)), located the problem, physically showed me exactly where the issue was & what needed replacement. It ended up being a small hole in the hot water pipe, leading from my tankless water heater. Stefan made the repairs in a jiffy! When the job was complete, he physically showed me his repairs & answered all of my questions. I was even able to make my payment electronically with him right then & there! I must say that I felt comfortable with the cost as well. I was nervous about how much the damages would be... & was pleasantly surprised with the total bill!  Thanks again ASAP Plumbing, I will definitely refer friends & family in need of quality courteous service!

They failed to install a new water softener properly and it leaked flooding the room and requiring dry wall repair. This was our experience and therefore cannot recommend them.

They came when they said they were going to come and completed the job very quickly. The guy was super nice my wife said and they charged us a fair price. Would highly recommend.

These people came to our home and fraudulently told us our water softener wasn't working correctly.  They wanted to sell us one, and were pushing the sale.  We knew something wasn't quite right.  After they left, we had our softener tested by two other plumbing companies who said it was working perfectly! Wouldn't trust this company again.  They were overpriced and fraudulent in their work.  Never again!!!

They don't even deserve 1 star !

I haven't written a review on Yelp in many years but Doug and his team were so AMAZING that they left me with no choice but to make sure everyone else on here knew that if they were looking for a professional, hard working and friendly handyman then hes your guy! He went above and beyond my expectations and I will recommend him to anyone in the future! Thanks again!!

We had a clog in the main drain and it caused water to back up through our shower drain.  I initially reached out to Drain Tech based on solid Yelp reviews and reasonable pricing.  Spencer came out same-day and found no issue.  Didn't charge me for anything!  A few days later, we ran the washing machine and the water was gushing through the shower drain.  I texted Spencer and messaged him on Yelp and he was here within an hour - ON A SUNDAY.  He fixed everything, avoided a flood, and his rates were totally reasonable.  It goes a long way with me to get quality work done by a good guy, especially someone I can reach out to when it's urgent and I can depend on.  I'll be using Drain Tech for all plumbing needs going forward.

1st time user of this company and very happy with the results. Their technician Brett arrived early for the 8 am appointment. He quickly assed the problem with the two bathroom sinks and remediated the problems. The cost of the service was more than fair and he completed the job in less than an hour. They were prompt, courteous and communications was great. No hesitation in recommending them.

We recently added a new guest room to our home and decided after construction that we wanted to also add a new sink to the room.  The problem was that we needed the drain and water lines to be ran to the room.  We called Zest and our plumber, Paris, came to our home and did an outstanding job.  Paris is very knowledgeable and professional.  He was able to put a new drain at the location by connecting to the existing drain inside of the wall and he ran new water lines for the faucet.  Paris did a great job of explaining exactly what he will be doing before he got started and cleaned up his work area prior to leaving.  We are very pleased with the result and we now have a new sink in a room that previously did not have a sink.  We are impressed with Zest!

We had Jim from ZZYZX Plumbing come out to fix an issue in our bathroom.  He was quick to respond and did a great job.  I would definitely use this company again if any other plumbing issues were to arise.  Jim was very flexible on setting an appointment to come to our house around our busy work schedules.  Once the appointment was set, he showed up right on time and completed the job quickly and thoroughly.  On top of being reliable and trustworthy, his services were also very reasonably priced when compared with other plumbers we spoke to.  I would recommend ZZYZX for any plumbing needs you may have.

Excellent customer service! Super friendly and personable people. I've used Phend for several jobs now and they impress me every time. Most recently had them install a new water softener and couldn't be happier! I'd highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!!

These guys are amazing! Roof rats were eating my Pex piping, and the only way I could be sure they wouldn't keep causing leaks was to repipe my whole with copper. I got three quotes, and Repipe Specialists came in at about half of one of them. And a third under the other. They are professionals, show up when they say they will, and don't waste time staring and knocking out the job. knock out the job as quickly as possible. My 1200 square ft house cost less than $8000 to repipe with the highest quality copper. I am very pleased!!!!!!

One of my rental properties had a kitchen faucet that needed replacing.  The property management company charges an arm and leg for these simple things so I go outside their network and find someone on my own who can help for things like faucet replacement.

After calling around to several plumbers and handy man services, Dustin was the most reasonably priced, didn't add extra fee's like dispatch fees and gave a flat rate quote (some were quoting a low and high range)

I had ordered the faucet at a near by Lowe's and Dustin offered to pick it up, which saved me $ and time having to ship to my tenant. He scheduled the install directly with the tenant and texted me a pic when we was done

George was extremely helpful in trouble shooting on a problem that I was having. He was quick in getting the job completed and I have never had a plumber be as neat and clean on the job. He is fabulous. As I am new to the area, he also gave me referrals on other craftsman in the area. I HIGHLY recommend him. 5 stars for Blues Plumbing!  Excellent job.

I confess I have not actually used their services, but here is why:  I called on the phone, and Ray was extremely nice and patient.  He asked for the history of my problem and told me over the phone in plain and simple language what was wrong and how I could take care of it myself.  I really appreciated his kindness and the fact that I was more than willing to open up my wallet and have him come out but he was honest and helped me to find a FREE solution.  I will most definitely be calling him in the future if I need a plumber!

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.
