We purchased a whole house filtration system and needed a licensed plumber to install it.  My husband wanted the pipes run out of the way and the filter in a particular place that would be was a little farther from the loop to connect to our house plumbing. Victor was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He did a beautiful job. We would recommend Singletary Plumbing.

I needed my garbage disposal from a double sink hooked up to a single sink literally the same day and Ramon came to rescue . He was very informative and was able to get it done within an hour . Thanks again, Ramon, for everything.  We are relieved and happy with your service.

Big J's helped us out a lot.  Came home to a leaking hot water tank.  He responded immediately over the phone, asked all the right questions to do the job and gave me a reasonable quote.  He was there and had us set up with a new tank in no time, very happy with the quality and service.

What a wonderful company.  After two other companies were sent out by American Home Shield to repair my parent's backing up sewer and it was unsuccessfully fixed (both times) we called Cypress Street Plumbing and they got the job done and done RIGHT!  The first plumber messed up the job and the second plumber refused to work on it after the first plumber messed it up, but Cypress Street Plumbing was eager to help.  They were fast and reasonably priced.  They explained to my parents what the problem was and how they were going to take care of the problem and gave them tips on how to avoid future problems with the sewer line backing up.  We should have called them the first time!!  GREAT JOB CYPRESS STREET PLUMBING we will definitely be calling them for all our plumbing needs.

I have had several great interactions with this company. They go out of their way to assist, are always extremely prompt, and have even directed me elsewhere when it would save me money because they value my business as a long-term client.

I needed some outlets added to my bathroom and my EV charging outlet replaced and he was very responsive and gave me an initial quote. Very good at communicating and explained what he needed to do and what needed to be done while he was here. He was quite and left no mess. I would recommend and would use again if needed.

Excellent company, great customer communication, great service and prices. This is what the big companies should strive for in there service.

I had a leaking faucet outside and called about 5 plumbers before I was referred to Tom The Plumber.  All of the other companies charge a $50-$75 service trip fee just to come diagnose the problem.  Tom does not charge a service trip fee.

He was very friendly on the phone and said that he would be over in the next hour or two. I did not have to be home at the time of his arrival because the faucet was outside and by the time I was home from work that day the faucet was fixed and the bill was slipped under the door.  I was surprised at how reasonable and inexpensive he was.

So, when my wife started to raise hell in the bathroom and I KNEW I left the seat down I knew something was really wrong. The water leaking from the base did not bode well and after some quick internet investigation I had it pegged to a wax seal gone south. With it being on the second floor and directly over the family room my wife insisted we call an actual plumber. As usual, she was right (sigh). I turned to our neighborhood forum for a plumber and found 2 Sons Plumbing. That was probably the best decision I could have made. As it turns out the flange for our upstairs toilet had corroded away to nothing and the bolts holding the toilet in place were rusted to a wisp of their former selves. In other words, a complete mess. Jason showed up and quickly figured out what needed to get done and explained the best case and worst-case scenario. He procured the part, got to work and once again I have a working commode, thus sparing me the horror of having to use my teenage daughters bathroom. If you need any plumbing done I highly recommend giving Jason a call. His prices are competitive, the work is well done, and you keep the doors open on a locally owned and operated business. Now when people mention that they need some plumbing done around the house I can say Hey, I have a guy...

My boyfriend and I needed a pipe replaced ASAP. We all know having water turned off during the summers in AZ, even for 10mins is a nightmare. We were at the 5 hour mark, trying to fix the issue ourselves.

After a valiant effort from my boyfriend and his bad back, we decided to throw in the towel and get professional help.

When we called we were told Chris was out on another service call but would be at our house in a few hours. CVP was the only company that could get out same day, even when we said it was an emergency.

Long story short, Chris called, arrived and got the work done in just about an hour. My boyfriend enjoyed talking with him and exchanging ideas. Chris got the right parts and made sure we wouldn't have this problem again for 5-10 years at least. He even filled the hole we had dug, back up. Afterwards, he explained the pricing and statement we would get in our email. Overall a great experience from front to back! The quick response, thorough work and customer service even when covered in dirt and sweat, is what made the whole annoying ordeal better! Chris is outstanding and we truly appreciate him coming out so fast and doing a great job!

Long story short: My parents bought a house 6 months ago and bought a home warranty plan along with it. The water heater went out on a Friday. Dad called the warranty company and they sent out a horrible plumber on Monday (3 days without hot water!) that said that the unit needs to be replaced. The replacement and labor are covered under the warranty but the modifications that need to be done ($400) are not covered. I found out the water heater was 4 years old and contacted the manufacturer to see if it was still covered under their warranty. The manufacturer got me in touch with a local dealer that in turn recommended Liberty to do the replacement under warranty. Boy were we lucky!!!! I spoke with Jennifer close to 4pm and she managed to secure the delivery of the new heater the NEXT MORNING. She also said her tech Eli will be there by 12 or sooner after the delivery to install it. She was also very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Tuesday morning the tank was delivered and Eli called and showed up by 9AM! AND Jennifer called my mom to make sure everything was going fine!! Talk about above and BEYOND customer service! And my mom was thrilled with how professional Eli and Jennifer were. People and companies like these restore my faith that there are still good people out there that really do care and aren't just trying to scam extra money wherever they can. I'm glad to know that my whole family now has a trusted plumber to call anytime.

We had a handyman out to our home to hang some patio lights. In the process, something happened where we could not get any electricity. I called Hope, and they came out the very same day. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem easily. They worked very neatly and efficiently. I will be using Hope from here on out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Tim owner of Maverick Plumbing is a nice guy. He did my 1100sq guest house. But if you have any thing wrong with what he did Forget it ! Good Luck with him getting back to you after the job is done! I call a number of times left text talk to some at his office promise me he would call . I guess he has a out of sight warranty! Once he is out of sight the warranty is void.
