Huge thanks to Brian and Ryan and for their fast and fantastic repair of our exterior water pressure regulator. After an unexpected blow of the cheap builder installation, we had no water to the house and a huge flood in our front yard. Despite a full schedule, they were able to squeeze us in early morning so we didn't have to cancel our family vacation. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Will definitely use them in the future.

We had new countertops installed and noticed that the valves under our sink were mostly rusted away, making re-installation of our new sink and new kitchen faucet impossible. We called Phend after a friend recommended them. Glad we did! They were able to come out same-day if needed. We had to hold off a day to let the counter workers complete their job. The plumber who came in was really sweet, did great work, cleaned up and was very helpful. We had our brand new faucet installed, new pipes, new valves and he reinstalled our garbage disposal. We just moved to the Phoenix metro area and were worried about finding a new plumber - glad we found one!!!

This is the second time I have used Just Plumbing and in each instance they were very professional, on time and helpful providing a couple of options for repair and recommending the best that would save me money and have a quality repair.

Great service and fair price!!!! Was able to get my drain line opened when others charged the same price for snake and camera inspection only.

Today I called Copper State Plumbing Services to resolve what the City of Avondale said was a sewer blockage somewhere between the house and the sewer line. A tech came to the house on Thurs. and said they would check the cleanout drain to see if that resolved the issue, but after helping find the cleanout drain, it had not been uncovered and once Rocco found it he was able to clear the obstruction.

Rocco was at the house for about an hour. He was very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and helpful. His rates were less than expected, but I was very grateful. To sum up today's trip, I would rate Copper State Plumbing Services LLC with 5 stars for the following reasons:
* wore a mask when he came to the door
*put on shoe/boot covers as not to track dirt in the house
* Familiar with my neighbor and lives close
*Returned my phone message and let me know what time he could be onsite
*Called before he came to my home earlier than expected
*Was very knowledgeable about his trade and what was the city's v.s the homeowners scope or areas of responsibility
*Charges were reasonably priced

Rocco was great to deal with, and I appreciated that he was willing to show me what and where the cleanout drain was. I would recommend this company to my friends and family and if/when the need arises, I will use him again. Thank you Rocco for a job well done.

We recently hired Bob and his team to replace a guest bathroom tub and shower wall with a full tiled shower and sliding glass doors. We were very pleased with Bob's constant communication via text message and the friendliness of his crew, which was here for several days, making friends with our dogs. We were also pleasantly surprised when the total dollar amount of the job and the timeline were exactly what he estimated. They were also very flexible in accommodating our preferences for the design. The only negatives were lack of warning before coating the bathroom with dust and some pushback about hauling away the old tub. Overall the shower looks beautiful, Bob was very nice, and his crew did a great job!

Babcock Plumbing more than exceeded my expectations! He (Brett) arrived when he said he would, quickly troubleshot and repaired the water hammer issue (beautiful soldering!) and repaired a shower valve.  Not to mention cheerfully answering all my dumb home owner questions! I found the charges to be very reasonable. No need to call any other plumber.

Quick reply & fantastic service for a residential sprinkler head leak. Nick Hollander also flushed the system & replaced a valve because Scottsdale water will clog up everything.  He was informative, quick & cleaned up afterward.  Great to find a contractor that knows their trade. Thanks. JJ

I needed a new water valve/ box for behind my refrigerator. I contacted Master Rooter and the representative Daniel was a pleasure to work with. She was able to get me scheduled next day. Terry and Dylan arrived on time and got straight to work replacing the box and valve. I now am able to enjoy my fridge dispenser and ice maker. Pricing was very reasonable and the service was worth every dollar. I will definitely be calling them next time I need plumbing services.

James Hill (The Aussie Plumber) came out today and replaced two stop valves and installed a new dishwasher. He did a fantastic job!  Prompt, professional, and personable service from the first phone call throughout the entire service. I highly recommend this company. Give him a call, you will not be disappointed. Keep up the excellent work. We will definitely be calling The Aussie Plumber for any and all future needs.

After just under 6 years of life, our original Bradford White water heater gave out, leaking into the garage.  We called Al's Plumbing and they came out the same day, removed the old water heater and installed a new Reems water heater with a 10 year tank life.  Sam and Art did a great job, were courteous and clean.  We previously used Al's Plumbing to replace our original hose bibs that were leaking from the stems, and they did a great job then as well.  Highly recommend Al's Plumbing 623-329-5170.

Excellent and prompt service!  A reasonable $125 charge to install under-sink filtration, install new faucet, and flush water heater. They are now our go-to plumber.

Absolutely the Best ! I had a problem with gas lines from my fire pit and pool heater another company came in and tried to charge me several thousands of dollars and tell me how complicated my gas situation was

Dan arrived on time, provided a great overview of the water softener I purchased, and gave informative water softener information. He then gave a very competitive installation $ estimate.

After some discussion about my water softener, I then decided to order a carbon unit... Dan was flexible and did not increase the installation cost by much. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, honest, conscientious, and worked hard to install my water softener units perfectly.

Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon.  They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses.  I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone.  Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone.  Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name.  I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number.  That's pretty messed up.
