Dang! What a company!  They couldn't identify cause of my issue so did not charge me a thing!

Matthew was running late, but kept us apprised of his timeline, which I really appreciated.  He did a great job and I apparently don't need a new dryer. Yay!

Gino from Phend came out to our home and he installed an RO system, changed out a bad faucet and replaced our leaking irrigation back-flow valve.
He did an excellent job on all three. He was courteous and went the extra mile to make sure that the jobs were done correctly.
The RO and faucet installs were very clean and tidy. He even gently pushed the fridge back in place when he was done.
We are certainly very happy with Gino's work and take no pause in recommending Phend.

Justin was very personable and insightful in providing the information I needed to make a good decision in purchasing a new water heater. The scheduling was for a same-day installation of at a very reasonable price. Brandon was prompt and very efficient with the installation process and added helpful hints for future servicing and warranty coverage of the new unit. Overall, I am very pleased with the choice to select Just Plumbing and would certainly recommend them to those looking for similar services.

I wish I could give him 10 stars! Five does not suffice! Fredy was AMAZING!! He solved a problem that is years and years old. Our apartment washing machine drain line was backed up and after 2 visits from other plumbers with no success. Freddy spent the time and unclogged our drain! Incredible, incredible service from this company!! We don't need service from any other company. Freddy's is who we will always call!

Today I called Copper State Plumbing Services to resolve what the City of Avondale said was a sewer blockage somewhere between the house and the sewer line. A tech came to the house on Thurs. and said they would check the cleanout drain to see if that resolved the issue, but after helping find the cleanout drain, it had not been uncovered and once Rocco found it he was able to clear the obstruction.

Rocco was at the house for about an hour. He was very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable, and helpful. His rates were less than expected, but I was very grateful. To sum up today's trip, I would rate Copper State Plumbing Services LLC with 5 stars for the following reasons:
* wore a mask when he came to the door
*put on shoe/boot covers as not to track dirt in the house
* Familiar with my neighbor and lives close
*Returned my phone message and let me know what time he could be onsite
*Called before he came to my home earlier than expected
*Was very knowledgeable about his trade and what was the city's v.s the homeowners scope or areas of responsibility
*Charges were reasonably priced

Rocco was great to deal with, and I appreciated that he was willing to show me what and where the cleanout drain was. I would recommend this company to my friends and family and if/when the need arises, I will use him again. Thank you Rocco for a job well done.

Sad because I really wanted to use a vet-owned business but....never received a response after sending a message through Yelp AND leaving a voice message when no one answered the phone during the day I called.

Anytime I have needed anything from bathroom installations to troubles with leaks or garbage disposals, they've been prompt to respond and have gone above and beyond to make service personalized. Everyone who has come out has been nothing short of professional, reliable, and a pleasure to be around. I've had no problems recommending them and have heard nothing but positives from friends pleased with their work.

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

Well it started off fine, they had a plumber out to my house in 2 hours on a Saturday for a plugged drain. The plumber took a look and recommended to hydro jet the lines because the pipes are old and this is a reoccurring problem. $750 for the small jet and $1300 for the large. Being desperate to get the water flowing again, we went with the large jet. Another plumber showed up with the jet and was in and out in an hour. While we where waiting for the other plumber, plumber #1 somehow sold us a $5000 water filtration system. After some pricing and billing issues the owner reached out to me personally and assisted me with a swift resolution. We are really enjoying our new water filter and the pipes are flowing perfectly.

Arrived on time great service took care of the problem that I called for put on shoe covers as to not track dirt in-and-out of my house positive attitude seem very knowledgeable got me a for another job that I need very grateful

Had our hot water heater go out and Al's plumbing came right out, we're honest about the issue, and fixed it right away. We even got a text the next morning to make sure everything was sufficiently working. We will us Al's from now on for all of our plumbing needs.

This is a reliable, responsive and reasonably priced company. Always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Huge Shout out to BOYDCO PLUMBING!  Rhonda is the personality that answers the phone; ALWAYs!  It's such a joy to have a friendly, human voice to be able to set the time for my plumbing issue!  Danny is the actual plumber and he shows up to work at the time that Rhonda promises!  It's amazing that they can be so Danny-On-The-Spot!!!  My only comment is that Danny is too thin to have a Plumber's Crack; but he's skinny enough to get to those hard to reach places; under sinks and in attics!  I'm a Realtor, and I have to refer trades to clients all the time.  I actually have folks calling me after the work is done to say, Thanks for such a great referral!  I'm just glad to help, and so are my pals at BOYDCO.

Did I just win the lottery or what?  Well, maybe not winning  in the traditional sense, but my experience with these three companies was close enough:  Knockout Plumbing, Preferred Choice Restoration and Elite Roofing and Remodeling.  

My journey with these companies started when a galvanized water pipe burst in the crawl space of my 1935 home in one of Phoenix' historic neighborhoods.  

Initially I contacted Knockout Plumbing.  Since the water damage to the bathroom was extensive, they referred me to Preferred Choice Restoration.   Sarah immediately eased my concerns and within two hours sent Cameron out to access the damage and assist with the next steps.  I was immediately impressed with his understanding, professionalism and knowledge.  His crew came out quickly to set up fans and start the demo work to avoid any health issues.  I was equally impressed with Dan, who handled the water mitigation with my insurance company, and with Mark, who processed the restoration estimates.  Mark also subcontracted the reconstruction of my bathroom and hardwood floors with Justin at Elite Roofing and Remodeling.

The plumbing work was completed by Knockout Plumbing - thanks to Joey and Cody!  Because the floor was already opened up, I decided to have the entire house replumbed.  Dan scheduled everything and Josh completed the work!  I also spoke with Diana a few times and she was awesome!

When it comes to Elite Roofing and Remodeling, I cannot thank Justin enough for the outstanding work he and his team did.  They were exceptional to work with and the end result is better than I could have ever imagined.

These companies worked in perfect harmony with each other and with me as well.  Each process was thoroughly explained and delivered on time.  Although they are three different companies, they share some common goals and expectations which their employees embodied and made them dream teams to work with:  produce quality work, strive for excellence and provide exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend that you at least consider contacting any one of these companies for plumbing, water mitigation and/or restoration.  In the end, I'm confident that you will feel as though you've won the lottery when your project is completed, too.

Summary:  My air conditioner would stop working from time to time for short periods of time.   In July, a Hobaica tech came to my house and did an inspection and regular maintenance and said the unit was fine.   Three days later, the AC isn't working properly.   I was forced to fix it myself because it was the weekend.   Hobaica did NOT address or fix the issue but in five minutes of research, I did.   POOR SERVICE.  

Details:   On July 24, 2019, I had a Hobaica service technician come out to my house for a AC tuneup.   The tech arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way.  When the Hobaica tech arrived, I told the tech my AC would sometimes stop blowing cold air and only blow warm air.   The tech later inspects my AC unit and says everything looks and tested good.  

Three days later on a Saturday, my AC is blowing hot air and the house heats up to over a 100F.   My family and I plus our pets were forced to leave and went to a family member's house.  

Long story short:  I watched one Youtube video and learned it was likely a bad capacitor.  The next day (Sunday), I went on the roof and visually inspected all four capacitors in my AC unit to find one of the capacitors had a noticeably bulge on the top and on the bottom.   I used a multi meter and tested the capacitor and verified it was bad.  Mind you, it took about five minutes to do this.  

I don't understand how a trained Hobaica technician missed this on July 24.  I have no HVAC experience and after one YouTube video and five minutes of inspection, I was able to figure out the problem.   I was pretty upset because I had to uproot my family and spend time and money to fix something that a Hobaica technician failed to address or resolve.  

I do NOT recommend Hobaica.   I expected top notch, knowledgeable Hobaica HVAC service and technicians but they fell short.   I understand you can't catch all issues with a AC.  But in this case, I pointed it out and they failed to address it.   At the end of the day, it was a quick, basic fix which I fixed because they failed to do so.

I was a little hesitant to use this company due to the low number of yelp reviews but they were great!  Their pricing was also significantly less than other quotes I received. I was worried that maybe they were lacking in technology and experience.  I was wrong.  They were knowledgeable and experienced and did an amazing job at a much lower rate.  I would definitely recommend them!

Family visiting and the first one that arrives has to take a cold shower!  Darryl and Paul came over the next AM, they did a great job, cleaned up, and we were back in action right away.  I try to avoid the mega-chains when possible, because they tend to flip you the middle finger if you have a problem.  Local small business owners tend to actually care about satisfaction, especially in this era of social media rating of everything.  I hope not to see them for a long time, but if I need a plumber, I know who I am calling, especially when I mainly live out of state, and need someone that I can trust without me looking over their shoulder.
