Austin is the best service/repair guy I have ever encountered in all the years I have rented and owned a home. Very professional and patient. He answered my questions about the repairs and explained things thoroughly. He was even considerate enough to vacuum the area he worked in which is a sign of someone who truly cares about personal service. And, to top it all off, because my daughter was asleep on the couch, Austin was respectful and tiptoed around as he passed by.

Matthew was running late, but kept us apprised of his timeline, which I really appreciated.  He did a great job and I apparently don't need a new dryer. Yay!

Pete is incredible!  We have used him twice and he is honest, reliable and does a fantastic job.  His rates are fair and he is definitely worth calling.  Thanks, Pete, for getting us out of a bind!

I HIGHLY recommend Just Plumbing! They are very reasonably priced and I was able to schedule a visit right away. The technician, Levi, was very polite and knowledgeable. It only took him a few minutes to fix my corroded pipe but he spent several minutes afterwards answering all of my questions! I truly appreciate it and I know I'm going to choose them when it comes time to replace my water heater.

FREDDY is the best!  We had a plumbing emergency!  He came the same day and was beyond polite and professional!  Freddy is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem prior to coming to make sure he had all the parts!  He truly goes above and beyond!  We  will be using Freddy again and again!  We highly recommend him!  Thank you again Freddy!

Rocco was super helpful in getting my hot water heater replaced. After my home warranty denied my claim, i called Rocco and he was very helpful in figuring out what I needed to buy since I elected to purchase the water heater, pan, and expansion tank at Home Depot with my own discounts. After letting him know I'd like to have him install my water heater on a Monday afternoon, he was able to schedule me in for Wednesday morning. His charge for installing the drip pan with a line outside, the water heater, and expansion tank was very reasonable and I likely saved over $500 vs having one of the other companies who quoted me for the same job. Highly recommend!

I would have written this review sooner, but we've been too busy enjoying our new bathrooms!

My wife and I bought a home back in Feb.'17 and wanted a remodel to both bathrooms that included an expansion to the main bathroom by moving some walls and plumbing in an oversized laundry room.

It was our first remodel, and all we knew of remodels was that there are a million shows on television about them, and there's always a problem.  With that in mind, we were very open to the following:

1) things will probably cost more as the project goes on

2) it may not be done on time

3) our living situation will not be ideal for a few weeks

And those things happened. All of them. All we could do was manage our expectations. DJ, who was our point of contact for the remodel, managed everything else.

He was great at communicating our options. He returned a call within hours of us leaving a message. Every time. When we had an issue with something, he reacted.

That last paragraph is important.

Almost as important as the finished product.

I kid you not, I was taking 2 showers a day in that first month, just because I loved being in that bathroom.

Should we ever need another remodel to our home, I've got DJ's number in my phone.

There's nothing fun or satisfy​ing about the sudden need to find​​  a plumber to replace a failed water heater... Nevertheless, when that sort of emergency develops it's great to know that a top-flight​ professional plumber can be counted upon to get the job done, quickly, thoroughly​ and at a reasonable​ price... Such was the case for me with​ Babcock Plumbing​ on 5/28/19, when I phoned several local contractors and settled on Babcock, in large part because of the enthusiastic, cheerful, and courteous tone of the telephone​ conversation​ with Jacquie Babcock.  Within an hour, her husband, Sheldon was on site and proceeded to get the job done in about 90 minutes...  He was professional, pleasant, thorough and clearly​ knew​ what he was​​ doing...The price​ was very​​ reasonable and we are totally pleased to highly recommend Babcock Plumbing!

It was time for my annual residential fire sprinkler inspection. I had used their services before to replace a stuck sprinkler control valve so I decided to give them a call to see how long it would take them to come out and do an inspection. WOW! Even though it was a Friday late afternoon, they had a technician team in the area and sent him straight away. The team came out, checked everything out, showed me around the fire sprinkler since I wasn't too familiar with it, and then wrapped things up. Great service. And great pricing too! Thank you.

We had an unexpected plumbing emergency and ended up needing to have all of the old plumbing in our 2500 sq ft house (built in 1954) replaced, including a new sewer line. Ry and Jason where beyond wonderful to work with. They were the first people we called and they put all of the wheels in motion. This was quite an undertaking but not a problem for Ry, Jason and their fantastic crew. They had the problems identified quickly, communicated efficiently and respectfully with our insurance company, had the work completed in under ten days, and left us feeling confident that our home is in far better shape now than before. We will absolutely use Master Rooter for any future needs--which will hopefully be minimal:). We would recommend them for projects big and small.

James Hill (The Aussie Plumber) came out today and replaced two stop valves and installed a new dishwasher. He did a fantastic job!  Prompt, professional, and personable service from the first phone call throughout the entire service. I highly recommend this company. Give him a call, you will not be disappointed. Keep up the excellent work. We will definitely be calling The Aussie Plumber for any and all future needs.

This company is AWESOME!! I had an emergency a couple of weeks ago very early in the morning where my shower wouldn't turn off so i had no choice but to turn the water off and get to work. I called numerous plumbers when i got to work with nobody answering that early except for Al. He was the only plumber that picked up at 6am in the morning and was willing to get me on the schedule for a 3pm appointment to come out and fix the problem. I called him back after scheduling the appointment because i needed this fixed earlier than 3pm and without hesitation agreed to come out by 10:30am. He was there on time, fixed the problem at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE and on his way out noticed another potential problem that might need attention soon. It is very comforting to know i now have a reliable plumber that i can depend on and without a doubt he has a customer for life! Thanks again!  -Ken

We used Danny Boyd on a recommendation from another contractor. We were not disappointed! Boyco was prompt and incredibly knowledgable about what the best way to accomplish our needs for the least amount of money. They even worked us back into their schedule when my DIY project didn't work out!  I cannot recommend Danny and Rhonda highly enough!

We have recommended Boydco to two additional jobs and will continue to do so. We have found our plumber for life!

Called on 6/27, Sunday, to schedule service, they were very prompt and scheduled me for later that day. I received a call from the technician about 1 hour later who advised me he was booked solid and wouldn't be able to get to me until the following day. He stated someone would follow up to set a time with me for Monday. I never received a call so I reached out Monday only to find out I was not scheduled and the earliest they have is now Wednesday. I went with another company that came out the same day, and will be installing a new system for me on Thursday.

I'm beyond amazed with how responsive and easy this whole experience was for my parents. From the very beginning they helped us with getting exactly what we needed at a great price and a reasonable completion time that saved us from months of headaches. Best in the business and I plan on recommending them to anyone who needs them in the future!

I'm a property manager and small-time real estate investor looking to purchase another property here in Arizona. Darryl came out yesterday morning 10/23/17 to inspect the water pressure on a home I may purchase.  He was prompt, informative and thorough with his assessment of the possible problems and expenses I may incur.  Darryl's many years of experience helped ease my concerns.  Darryl's price is reasonable, and the bonus is, Darryl is a friendly, all-around great guy.  Having dealt with dozens of plumbers in the past on multiple properties I've managed from California to Arizona, I can honestly say Darryl is a wonderful, easy-going plumber with quality skills to investigate a residence for potential plumbing problems and/or repairs.  If I need a plumber in the future, I will again call Darryl.
