Outstanding service. Very responsive and honest. Our tech Clayton Severson, quickly identified the problem and explained my options. He gave me a quote before starting any work which was very reasonable. He also explained some other issues I could be having in the future, and gave me quotes for those. Zero pressure and outstanding service. I have finally found an honest plumber that I will use for the rest of my life.

Can't say enough good things about Gino!! He was on time , savvy, a real professional and a absolute expert!! , Gino was able to diagnose the issue in no time and was able to complete all repairs in a timely manner! I was so happy we did not have to reschedule to get the repairs done and I was super impressed for his willingness to work with me to get all the repairs done TODAY! He understood I did not want to have a disabled toilet/ tub for several days.  I would recommend Gino without hesitation!

I HIGHLY recommend Just Plumbing! They are very reasonably priced and I was able to schedule a visit right away. The technician, Levi, was very polite and knowledgeable. It only took him a few minutes to fix my corroded pipe but he spent several minutes afterwards answering all of my questions! I truly appreciate it and I know I'm going to choose them when it comes time to replace my water heater.

The best experience I have ever had with a plumber. We have a rental property in AZ and live in CA, so taking care of plumbing issues is very challenging. Our tenants had contacted a different plumber originally. He said we had a leak in our water heater. He was going to replace the water heater only to discover that the real problem was a leak in the wall. Because of possible mold issues, he told us to contact someone else. We found Freddy on Yelp and he was beyond wonderful to work with. He went out quickly, assessed the problem, and fixed it. Keeping us informed along the way. He is the first person I will call with any plumbing needs.

Easy to work with and reliable, had two outside hose bibs replaced about 2 weeks ago and it was very easy to communicate and get Randee scheduled.

DJ and Bob are a real class act. I have never met a crew that goes out of third way to help you in your time if need.

We (pre-Vetsbuilt) made an innocent mistake of hiring a design builder whom we found out after they walked off the job that they were also not licensed  to be doing any of the work performed. Lesson learned.

Vetsbuilt stepped up, making everything a breeze from filing the correct permits to making sure all the existing work has been brought up to code and removing work that was just way to wrong to even correct. DJ and Bob are even making sure to keep the inspectors informed about regulations that have saved us a lot of money.

Another big advantage is they are willing join you in off site meetings with suppliers and this keeps you from having unanswered questions and surprises. No more of that oh I thought we talked about that kindest of B/S on the job site.

Vetsbuilt, always seems ready to tackle your junk and their subcontractors are on standby ready to tackle the job the next day! I am amazed about the speed at witch these guys work, they show up on site ready to work at 6 am and are busy all day. They aren't the kind that claim they been at Home DEPO all morning getting supply's and show at at 11 to unpack and take a lunch break.

These guys are straight forward, you get a real detailed contract that clearly states costs and when the payments are due. They are also a company that you can trust and this is hard to find. When you pay your invoice you know they will be there to fulfill it and not just take your money and run!

We are proud to be supporting this crew and I wouldn't be afraid to use this guys on any project big or small.

I called and talked to Jackie. She was able to schedule someone to unclog our shower within a couple days. Zach was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Will definitely be using this company again.

I lovvvvvvved how knowledgeable Scott was when he came to do a maintenance inspection of my home's fire sprinkler system. He taught me several things about my home that in my 12 years of owning the home, did not know. He also gave me very good piece of mind about the functionality of the system that needed only a new pressure valve. Options for a few dropped sprinkler heads also provided.

I had some really negative experiences with other local plumbers so it's really nice to find a go to professional like The Aussie Plumber! I really appreciate that they are good people and willing to take care of their customers. Truly they go above and beyond. Much appreciated.

After searching a few plumbing companies, I came across Al's Plumbing and I'm so glad I did! Not only did they respond quickly to my overnight water emergency, they were the most affordable as well. Alfred came out first thing in the morning, very professional and knowledgeable.  He was very friendly and eased my concerns due to my emergency being a broken main water pipe. I called them at 6:30 this morning since my water heater was leaking all over the garage,  the technician was over to  my house by 8, new water installed by 10 am!  Made it so I can fly out on my business trip as planned today, albeit a bit later than originally planned.

We used Danny Boyd on a recommendation from another contractor. We were not disappointed! Boyco was prompt and incredibly knowledgable about what the best way to accomplish our needs for the least amount of money. They even worked us back into their schedule when my DIY project didn't work out!  I cannot recommend Danny and Rhonda highly enough!

We have recommended Boydco to two additional jobs and will continue to do so. We have found our plumber for life!

I called Knockout Plumbing to schedule someone to take a look at our toilets when they were running. It wasn't consistently running but did hear it on and off. Dan was our tech who came out and inspected our toilets and nothing was wrong. He was upfront and honest about what could have happened with the noises we heard. He tested our toilets thoroughly and said we don't have any problems. So there was no upsell or scare tactics telling us something might happen if we don't take action now, which was nice! I recommend Knockout Plumbing for their knockout service :) Can't go wrong with honest work!

OUTSTANDING customer service.  I called my home warranty company on a Sunday when my air went out, they told me they dispatched the work order to a place I hadn't heard about.  I called the # provided, and learned they were closed on weekends -- I live in PHX -- it's summer -- I needed another option.  So, I called back, and they said I could find out and do an out of pocket approach.  So, I called Hobaica Services, and got a real person immediately -- Thomas.  He was VERY good.  He actually talked me through 3-4 things over the phone of what it could be, walked me through each step of the way, and ultimately said back to me, you know I could come out -- but, let's try xyz first, and if that solves it, we're good -- and if that doesn't work, we'll try 1 more thing.  Thomas was more interested in listening to what I had to say and making a POTENTIAL customer happy, than trying to get a quick buck.  There is no doubt I will use them again, first call every time.

Called Go Direct & Sewer after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.

Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.

Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.

Go Direct Plumbing & Sewer in Mesa is a small honest plumbing company, so take advantage of it while it's still small and honest, because we all know that as one gets bigger... LOL,

Family visiting and the first one that arrives has to take a cold shower!  Darryl and Paul came over the next AM, they did a great job, cleaned up, and we were back in action right away.  I try to avoid the mega-chains when possible, because they tend to flip you the middle finger if you have a problem.  Local small business owners tend to actually care about satisfaction, especially in this era of social media rating of everything.  I hope not to see them for a long time, but if I need a plumber, I know who I am calling, especially when I mainly live out of state, and need someone that I can trust without me looking over their shoulder.
