We haven't had them do any work yet, but I want to give a good review because Steve was nice enough to take time to talk over a plumbing situation with my husband. We have had work done by another company and we still have a leak, so they have to do a more extensive repair and we were not sure if the plan made sense. We will definitely use Robins Plumbing for our next job. Thank you, Steve!

Did not fix my sink drain issue. Pricing would not be given over the phone. After charging for a camera I was told my pipe had collapsed. Then he tried using a snake and pulled out roots. It was fixed for a day then backed up again. Over charged and still had an issue.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

I can't say enough good things about Kevin. I've been using Kevin for about 3 month for the different stages of our total home renovation. He did many things to help bring this house current. He installed a new water heater, water softener and RO system; shower & sink valves, shower trim and toilets for 2 bathrooms. He moved the drain and water lines and installed a valve for a new freestanding tub and faucet. Installed kitchen faucets, garbage disposal with a counter top air switch. New ball valve and outdoor faucet handle. There's nothing he can't do! I have hired a lot of contractors for our renovation and Kevin was the most pleasant and efficient of them all. His work is excellent and his prices are fair. I'm so pleased to have found him! Kevin will be doing all my plumbing work going forward as well as my annual RO and water heater maintenance. I really appreciated their quick and professional service. I'd been told by other companies they couldn't send out anyone for at least four days. Kyle from Desert Foothills Plumbing came out the same day, was early and even wore a mask due to COVID19 concerns.  The problem was handled quickly and efficiently.  I will definitely use this company for my plumbing needs.

Nick came out to assess our water heater situation that was happening and was extremely helpful and professional. I found them through the warranty on our water heater company and saw they had a great reviews on Yelp. He also noticed a safety hazard and charged us a reasonable amount to fix that issue. Will use them again in the future for plumbing needs!

The overall experience was phenomenal.  The plumber showed-up a couple of minutes early.  He was very efficient, addressing all four of my issues within an hour.  He did a wonderful job, explaining each issue and how he was going to resolve each item.  His pricing was about a third of the cost I was expecting to pay.  While everything I explained so far is enough to share, what resonated the most was the integrity aspect.  Rather than replacing an entire faucet, he spent time trying to fix the issue, which allowed me to return a brand new faucet (saving $85).  Additionally, we discussed the possibility of doing additional, non-urgent work.  Rather than taking the opportunity to start this work and make more money, his recommendation was to wait until I began a larger project and saved me a few hundred dollars in the long run.  

Matt is a great plumber and an even better person...!  I will definitely use this organization for years to come.

Scott is the consummate pro. He called me back within 5 minutes of my leaving a message. He was able to get the work done the same day and did a FANTASTIC job! I would highly recommend EZ Flow plumbing to anyone that is needing a high quality plumber and reasonable rates! Scott's service was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber.

Had an emergency situation with a water heater and a timeline for leaving the area. Water Heaters Only had a repairperson to my house in less than two hours, as promised. The repairperson, Don, diagnosed the problem, gave me options, and repaired the water heater in 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! Excellent wok!

Kevin is great! He was extremely efficient and very knowledgeable. He came to fix my clogged shower and while he was here he checked a toilet that has been running for some time. The parts had been degraded and he went to grab the parts we needed same day to replace it. No more running! While he was here our pest control guy spotted a leak and I asked Kevin if he could check it out. He turned off the water to the landscaping and the leak has since stopped. He showed me the water pressure level and how high it was. He is coming to put a water pressure regulator on it for us. I know there are plenty of plumbers out there but Kevin is your guy!

We had a water leak at our main water main. These guys were the first ones available to take a look. The following day Ron came out and did a great job fixing the issue.

I spoke with Joe last week about getting my hot water heater re-plumbed as a result of some corrosion that had appeared around most of the fittings. I sent him some pictures of the pipes/fittings and he got back to me right away with a quote which was considerably less then another one I had received. Joe set a date to do the work, had one of his crew show up right on time, and the work was done in about three hours and very cleanly. I would highly recommend Joe and his company to anyone looking for a reliable & high quality plumbing service. Thanks Joe for everything!!!

My grandmother called her owners warrenty (one guard)to check the garage disposal and water heater in her house ; they sent stellar. My grandmother said they were two clean cut young men who were vet pleasant and kind. They did not beat around the bush or try to push her into things that were unneeded. They fixed the water heater and replaced the garbage disposal.  They didn't futz around ans try to fix the dosposal like so many others might they were stair forward and got the job done quickly. My grandmother was impeded by their professionalism and wonderful customer service.

They were sent by my warranty company and they didn't solve the problem, plus what they said should be done to fix the problem they quoted me triple of what I paided from Parker Bros.
