I've had terrific service in two services performed by Robins Plumbing staff.  This week I had a wet ceiling in my basement shower. I called and a super young man Cody arrived in only 3 hours. The pipe was fixed by dinner time.  He was very professional and friendly.  Happy to recommend this company wholeheartedly!!  And I love their bright green truck.

I was in need of a warranty exchange for a water heater. Taylor was very pleasant and informative of the process. She had technician Devin out to the rescue within an hour. He and his partner had the new water heater installed up in running in a couple hours. It was an overall great experience and I will definitely contact them on any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Trident for your plumbing needs as well.

I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

A pipe broke in my wall and I had no water.  I called Kevin. He was booked solid but felt bad and called me back.  He did an excellent job with a new spigot and back flow valve. He was very neat and did a spectacular job. I recommend him highly.  He came to Cave Creek and charged me half of what I was told by others.

I had a pipe break outside on a Sunday and they came out as soon as they were done at their last emergency call. Prompt work at a reasonable price for emergency services. Thanks.

Update: Just had them come out to do a repair on our pipes and valves.  I think what I like best about this place is that they have consistently been the only (or one of very few) place(s) that will actually give an idea of cost beforehand with enough information rather than insist on we have to see it first. A non in-person Quote isn't as accurate (it wasn't for me this time), but there's value in knowing how much I need to brace myself for before someone comes out. I don't have time to make an appointment Over and again to find out I'll need to  postpone a repair to come up with the funds.
My only regret is not taking advantage of the yelp deal that was going at the time....

We had a service tech visit the same day I reported a leak and had a new water heater installed the next day. Trevor, our tech, was courteous, friendly and evidently thorough since all is working well. He was patient enough to answer our very many questions and called us when he was on his way to our home. I would happily recommend. Also, whilst the standard hot water heater warranty period is 6 years, there is a 10 year option for another $100 which we opted for.

Taylor was very professional, easy to work with and a problem solver. He was willing to make the extra effort to get the right tubing to fit the faucet since the one we had did not connect to the new faucet we were replacing. He got the project done efficiently and on time. Great Job!

Mark did an excellent job replacing our 40 gallon  water heater. He came on time and completed the job in no time. Mark is very pleasant and I highly recommend his company

OMG, I was referred to Kevin's Classic Plumbing after several  REALLY BAD plumbing experiences with multiple plumbers my landlord called in for service. Finally fed up I reached out on my own. So glad I did.
Kevin and Brian are polite, courteous, clean, friendly and they know their stuff. Theyll work on it til right!

Prices are reasonable and they aren't cheats. Refreshing these days to find someone honest  who knows their work.

I had a new tenant in a rental property and the hot water heater started leaking the 2nd day he moved in.   Sunstate was able to fix the problem the next day.  All of the others had a 3-4 day wait.   The price was reasonable and the service was excellent.   Highly recommended.

DONT THINK TWICE CALL JOE!!   Best experience ever with a plumbing company (really any service company) !!! Joe was so kind and so helpful and honest!! Great service, price, and just overall experience! I will never use anyone else for any plumbing needs! I called with an emergency at 7 am and he was at my house before 930 and finished before 10 at a very reasonable honest price! I know if I went anywhere else the same thing would have cost me 2-3 HUNDRED dollars more!! I highly recommend Joe for any plumbing needs he's my go to guy now!! This review is based on Matthew Eager's skills and great work . This young man , worked very hard to find and correct the problems we had . Paul , who is the directing  manager I think is as helpful and on it as anyone we have worked with . Based on these two men , I suggest this company eSpecially with you warranty , as we all know oNe Guard is touch warranty company to work with , stellar has found a way to make it work for us the consumer .

Worst service EVER! My home warrenty company sent them out for a clogged bath tub drain. They sent a plumber out to my house with no drain equipment NOT EVEN A SNAKE! This plumber was scheduled through pruitts plumbing.. He complained that he didnt want to work on a Saturday and questioned my schedule as to why I wasn't available during the week? Really? So he tells me the other plumber who has the drain equipment on his truck will be back in an hour or two. I wait 2 hours. Call pruitts they have no clue why that man would tell me the other guy would come here. Because that guy also does not have the equipment on his truck. So ive been sitting here waiting for no reason. Ive been here waiting since 8am. Its currently 11:30. They now want me to be available this EVENING for the on call plumber. Sometime after THREE PM! And my drain is in pieces! So now I am waiting for  a different company because there is no way I ever want pruitts in my house ever again. I missed a funeral this afternoon because of all of this! A clogged drain? I Definitely DO NOT recommend this company at all. I work in customer service and Im not a fan of complaining about anyone but this was unacceptable!
