This young man, Eddie Castillo, owner and operator of Authentic Plumbing, is a consummate professional, he was so hard working, his workmanship is absolutely the best. Eddie put in a soft water system for us. We couldn't ask for more. He cleaned up after each day of work and believe me, it wasn't the easiest job to do. But I would recommend him and his company with no qualms whatsoever. He is very even keeled and takes things as they come at him and maintains completely. By the way, we just met him when he did the work for us.

We had Kevin and Kyle come to our house and finish fixing our bathroom. They said it'd take 3 to 5 days to complete the job however it was done in 2 days! That was impressive! As always, they were very good at communicating with us about any weird thing they found along the way.
Thanks again Kevin and Kyle for everything! Hopefully we won't need to call you again but if we need help with our plumbing, we'll definitely call you!

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

I had Forest and his team replace a garbage disposer, secure a loose toilet, and check tub drains.  He was quick and professional, and did a good job.  I definitely recommend him.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I was referred to CLW be a friend after receiving some unusually high quotes and negative attitudes from 2 different large Phoenix plumbing operations. I was quoted by one of the large plumbers $700 to snake my main drain line and given multiple scenarios where I would be on the hook for much more if anything went wrong with the my old pipes while snaking the drain.  I reached out to CLW, they came the following morning, assessed my situation, snaked the drain in question for $200 and completed my job within an hour.  The CLW staff are friendly, professional and have earned my trust.  I will use CLW for all of my future plumbing needs and will refer them to any friends or family that need a good, honest plumber. Have not yet used, but highly impressed with the phone consult I just received.  We are going to try out a few suggestions and then give them a call if we can't figure it out.  Glad to know companies like this still exist!

Mark is the ideal guy for any job you might have. I had a whole list of tasks I needed help with as a put finishing touches on my rental before I started to rent. Mark helped me: attach cabinet pulls to all my cabinets (in the kitchen/master bathroom/guest bathroom), reattach the cabinet doors and drawer faces to the actual cabinets, caulk the edges of the new floor we installed, helped finish up some of the flooring install, installed a blind, checked a few outlets since they weren't working and a few other things!
He was pleasant, hard working, and very polite.

I highly recommend Mark for any job you might need help with!!

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Great response and very knowledgeable. They came and fixed our outdoor spigot when it broke over the holiday weekend. He obliged me as I peppered him with questions while he worked away to get things fixed. Great company!

We selected Jason the Plumber based on the positive review information from previous customers. I called Jason the Plumber around 2p yesterday, her was at our home within 1.5 hours and finished replacing the hot water heater within two hours. Very knowledgable, and he provided information on maintainence caring for the new water heater. We were very impressed with the service received. I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. I've used Desert Water for a couple of plumbing issues  this past year and I will say their level of service is amazing. Brad (on both cases) took the time to explain the issue and was very professional. Will call them again for any plumbing issue!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
