Eddie answered my first call and was able to come out that afternoon (despite my repairs not being urgent).  He was very professional and did excellent work.  His pricing was lower than a few other quotes that I received and he was able to complete the work that same day.  He even charged less than originally quoted because one of the items ended up being an easier fix than he anticipated.  In a time that is hard to find quality, responsive, honest, reliable trades, Eddie was all of that and at a great price.  I will not hesitate to use him again.  Highly recommended.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

Aea plumbing showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. Keep in mind it was almost 6pm. My water was shutoff and that's not ideal for anyone but especially for us having a baby. They we're quick, efficient and kind. Definitely will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

The first time I used CLW Plumbing was for a leak from the gas shut off to my fireplace. The gas company found a leak and shut off the gas to the condo (and the building) until someone could come out to fix it. Talk about panic!  I contacted CLW and Jim Wheat, the owner, came out. He assessed the problem, for my fireplace and the others in the building. He repaired the problem in short order at a very reasonable cost to the owners. The gas company came back out, tested the fireplaces and gave all of us clearance to turn the gas back on to the building. What a great job he did for all of us!!
About 6 months later, my water heater went out. I spoke with Jim. He sent out an employee to replace it. Adrian could not have been better. Professional, timely and affable. Did a terrific job and did it quickly. Way better than the last company I used. I have used enough contractors over time to know this is one company you want in your contact list. Thank you CLW !!!

A great example of the hype living up to the experience.  I read the great reviews Pink Plumbing and Sewer has received and was convinced to give them a shot at fixing a clogged shower drain.  First time hiring them and was very impressed start to finish.  Left a msg, got a return call back within minutes to schedule my appt.  Their technician, Lou Hernandez, arrived right on time, was very pleasant, quickly assessed and resolved our problem.  And the price was right.  Definitely will be using them again.

Initially scheduled with a different leak company to come out. After researching further and seeing all the good reviews, I cancelled and scheduled with Leak Hunters. I am so glad I made that decision. Alex, the owner and technician, is amazing. Very Professional, Honest, and Responsive. His customer service is above and beyond what is expected. He worked hard to find a difficult leak in swimming pool and was determined to find the problem. There was no nickel and diming  through the process. He wouldn't accept payment until he was sure of the issue. He even came out a month after he had finished the job he was hired for, to help me replace a part I was having difficulty with. He came to help without the expectation of payment, he's just a great guy. Would not use anyone else. And will recommend to others. The customer service, knowledge and integrity of this company is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you Alex!!

I had an issue with my plumbing leaking due do a faulty product from when the house was built.  Plumbers of Maricopa was prompt to come out and assess the damage.  I was quickly provided a reasonable quote.  The respectful crew came out and repiped my entire house.  No more issues for me.  I highly recommend Plumbers of Maricopa.

I was referred to Bradley plumbing by my brother who knows how skeptical I am about trying know businesses for home repair.  I'm glad I trusted my brother on this one! Bradley plumbing returned my call right away and came out on a weekend to address my first world emergency.  He gave me a quote on a new hose bib installation and new garage dispose-all, I mean insinkerator (sorry Bradley).  I asked myself,  why my hose would need a bib?? Anyway I approved the estimate and he got right to work and was done in no-time!! He swiftly sent me and invoice and even let me pay with VENMO!! Love it!! Being in automotive / powersports for 23 years, I learned a LONG TIME AGO that some things you don't take the cheap route on! Quality parts and quality labor, and EXPERIENCE!!! I probably could have saved a couple of bucks buy getting cheap made in China parts of of Amazon and hiring some young turd with little experience  but I don't want to have to do this again in a few months when the the part fails and the young turd is no longer in business!  I typically am not willing to pay full rip for much of anything! I will however pay top dollar for a fine 45 day aged tomahawk steak , quality craft beer and my plumber!! Bradley, THANK YOU,  SIR!! You have restored my faith in American made customer service and a quality job that you obviously take pride in!!

Don and his coworker were excellent to work with. He answered the phone right away, which I understand is not always possible when running a smaller business and having to wear many hats, and scheduled our appointment in a timely manner. I appreciated that they both had the courtesy to wear masks. We had trouble with a leak (unknown source) and our kitchen sink was not draining properly. When learning that our garbage disposal was shot, Don offered three options from which to choose, all being a much better quality than my existing, and had them available to install the same day. This was great because, in anticipation of this possibility, I had tried to purchase one the previous day but would have had to order and wait a week for it to be delivered. Our situation was a little trickier than others because our sink is located in an island but Don and his coworker were able to complete the drain cleaning with their expertise. He also found some funky builder install issues that he both worked around and improved so that we can minimize future drain issues. It turned out there were multiple areas where water was leaking and they did not leave until ALL areas were repaired, even though I'm sure it was taking much longer than they had anticipated. I really appreciate that Don and his coworker went above and beyond so that everything now works perfectly!

Requested for a quote and received instant response with quote for work. Which was great! Planned a date for service... but then no show. Never heard back... Totally different experience since my last requested service... Even referred this company to a friend and got the same experience. Would not recommend...

Jason and his staff where extremely helpful. When i called i spoke with Maria and Anthony and they answered my questions. I spoke with Jason 2 times over the phone. I explained to him my pluming situation (water heater not working)I told him i would provide the water heater and that he quoted me a price that included replacing the unit and the parts. It was vet reasonable and affordable. They asked me if my situation was an emergency, i told them i would like it done as soon as possible but was flexible. Jason told me to call him once i pick up my 50 gallon water heater. Once i picked it up i gave him a call and he said he would call me the next day with an ETA. The next day he called me at 130pm ish and arrived at my house Around 2pm. He explained to me what he was going to do and why. He answered all of my questions and before he started he went over my options again. Within 2 hours maybe less i had hot water again! I was planning on disposing my old water heater myself but Jason had it loaded on his work truck all ready and would haul it himself!!! Other plumbers charge for the haul of the old unit. I really hope i don't have any other plumbing issues - however i now have someone i can count on and trust. I highly recommend Jason the Plumber. He is a master of his craft!! Thank you.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I called Desert Water to fix some plumbing issues today.    Nick responded to my request for an estimate quickly and knew exactly what needed to be fixed.  I recommend this company and I feel they provided a fair estimate and they fixed the issues with my plumbing!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
