Eddie answered my first call and was able to come out that afternoon (despite my repairs not being urgent).  He was very professional and did excellent work.  His pricing was lower than a few other quotes that I received and he was able to complete the work that same day.  He even charged less than originally quoted because one of the items ended up being an easier fix than he anticipated.  In a time that is hard to find quality, responsive, honest, reliable trades, Eddie was all of that and at a great price.  I will not hesitate to use him again.  Highly recommended.

Kevin has located our clean outs, located our water supply, installed a pressure valve and yesterday, responded within a couple hours to repair a leak on a toilet that was flooding the house. He's done plumbing repairs and maintenance for us for a good number of years and always timely and super friendly, cordial and extremely fair on his prices. Every thing is fixed the first time, cleaned up after repair and never one call back. Awesome service, you will not go wrong here.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

Easiest experience I've had to date with a company.

I reached out through Yelp for an estimate. Photos were provided, sent a link to what kind of shower I was trying to install. The owner gave me an estimate which came in lower then competitors with a better warranty on their work.

The guys who did my plumbing were friendly and knowledgeable. They did the work faster than I expected. Would definitely recommend.

What a nice experience! Truly, nothing but enjoyable from the call for an appt to Jim crawling in my attic on this hot June a.m.  He just couldn't have been nicer and helped with a few other small things which is totally worth it as I get older, lol. It's not very often that things that are concerning, turn out ending this well and the customer feeling it was worth it.  Very reasonable.

Chris did a fabulous job at my dad's duplex. Very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail. Had a back up at both units and we need to change some piping out. He was able to respond and get everything going in a very quickly. Will definitely use him again. I would highly recommend him.

Mark took care of it all efficiently, didn't charge extra for my husband helping, and gave us a senior discount. We're happy to give him a good recommendation.

I contacted Plumbers of Maricopa in a panic. The water main on my property burst. The owner responded quickly to my inquiry. He was at the property within 10 minutes of my message. He took pictures and sent them to me. I live out of state. He sent me an estimate by email. The owner followed up by phone call. He gave a great price. I couldn't be happier with the work performed. The sink in my master bath was wildly leaking and even damaged my cabinets. Brad was quick and thorough with repairs and even referred us to someone who could fix the cabinets! On another occasion he installed a proper gas line for my partner's outdoor bbq. If I wouldn't have moved he would still be the #1 person for any and all plumbing related things I need.

Brad & crew happily wore masks and followed other safety precautions at my request as well!

Just had these guys out to fix our clogged kitchen sink! It had been clogged for several days as my fiance tried unsuccessfully to fix it himself. They were a class act! Friendly, honest, fast and clean. What more could you want from a plumber?

I called Jason the Plumber around 2p yesterday, her was at our home within 1.5 hours and finished replacing the hot water heater within two hours. Very knowledgable, and he provided information on maintainence caring for the new water heater. We were very impressed with the service received. I will use this company for any future plumbing needs.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I have had sump pump issues nearly every six months for the last 7 years. Every time I would be without water for days and had to move out of my house to stay with relatives or use the gas station bathrooms sometimes in the middle of the night. This most recent time that the pumps failed they failed entirely.

I contacted several plumbers but desert water responded like they always do, immediately!  They were able to come out and diagnose the issue and rebuild the entire system with quality products it needed for less than other competitors I contacted. They were faster too.

They know what they are doing. They always use top quality parts.

I've used them for several smaller jobs before and they have replaced parts just because they weren't done right up front, for free!  just to make everything works as it should.

I've recommended them to everyone I know and everyone who uses them is very happy with their service.

It's rare to find a company that you can say without any reservations that you trust them implicitly but this is absolutely one of those companies for me.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!
