We needed a new tub valve installed for the trim set I selected as part of our bathroom remodel. I was on a tight schedule and our typical go to plumber was weeks out and required an initial consultation home visit to create an estimate and get us on the calendar. P&L was able to discuss my scenario Over the phone, make suggestions, and get me scheduled the week I called, which fit our schedule. They even offered to purchase the fixtures for us, if I wanted to check inventory at the local plumbing supply store. I ended opting not to since I was particular regarding the make/model. Super friendly and good communication overall.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I am a customer with very high expectations.  The crew at CLW has, without exception, exceeded those expectations each of the three times we've used them.

Aside from the work, which has been flawless, and the price, which has been competitive, there's something else about these using these guys that puts my mind at ease and, for lack of more eloquent way to put it, makes me like them!

I noticed it from the first time I used them.  The plumber was extraordinarily friendly.  He worked surprisingly quickly, but it was clear that his efficiency was a result of his skill in his trade, not haste.  The repair has been fine and we're 2-3 years out.

The second call, some time later, further reinforced my sentiment about CLW.  Mark came out because I had a mysterious leak which occurred only at night, somewhere in my kitchen wall and dripped out from an overhanging corner onto my counter, leaving a puddle for me each morning.  Great, an intermittent problem.  This should be fun.

When Mark arrived, we chatted momentarily then he explained very clearly how the job would be charged.  If I remember correctly, there was a leak-finding charge and then a charge to repair the leak.  I agreed, and Mark went to work.  Still shooting the breeze with me, Mark cut through the drywall once, determined where the leak was almost instantly, cut another hole to provide access to the temporary compression fitting which had obviously been installed as a permanent solution by our remodel contractor a year or two ago, then fixed the problem.  Done.  The whole thing was fast.  The charge was absurdly reasonable.  I was super-relieved.  

The third time I called CLW, it all became clear.  Jim, whom I learned was the owner of the business, came to the house.  I found Jim to be the nicest, most genuine guy you could ever hope to meet.  As we talked, I learned that his business is small - 7 people in total if I remember correctly.  Some of those people are related to him, including Mark.  It was obvious Jim takes pride in his work and in his company.  In Jim, I saw a guy who doesn't *write* a mission statement for his company to follow, he *lives* his mission statement and his example defines the culture of the company.  It's from him that the insistence on flawless work stems.  It's from him that this friendly, individual treatment originates.  And obviously it's him that is responsible for the reasonable pricing structure.  

The end result is a great company that I foresee using for all of my plumbing needs for as long as I live in Phoenix.  If you're in need of a plumber, I'd definitely recommend you try them and I hope and expect your experiences will be equally as great as mine!

Note:  While I realize this review is ridiculously complimentary, it's soley because of the powerful impression my interactions with CLW left on me. I do not know Jim or anyone else from CLW outside of  my business dealings with the company.

I was in desperate need of a quick repair to some leaking pipes in my kitchen, Pink Plumbing was there for me the next day! Prompt and knowledgeable service, the technician Lou was great! Offered a few different options and was in and out quick! Great work! I will provide word of mouth recommendations for these guys!

Service was fast and our service provider, Patrick D., was amazing. On time, incredibly friendly, very very good at making me feel comfortable and happy with the money I was spending. I had multiple items to have hung on super high walls and not only did he do it with a smile, but perfectly centered and level every time. Will be requesting him again when needed.

I can't thank Alex enough for taking the time out of his day to discuss with me what I thought might be a pool leak.  He was very knowledgeable about pools and gave me his opinion of what may really be happening.  As such, I cancelled an appointment with another company who was going to charge me over $300 and not be responsible for any damages.  I feel very confident that if the pool builder doesn't remedy the problem, that Alex will!  Thank you Alex!

The 2 man crew showed up on time, and went right to work. Both wore masks respecting the COVID safety measures.

The price was fair and the men were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their services for us   They installed a new Faucet outside and cleaned out a slow drain in a master bath. They deserve 5 stars !!

Our water stopped flowing in the entire house. Bradley Plumbing diagnosed it over the phone and helped me bypass the water softener. Problem was immediately relieved -- and we scheduled the softener to be replaced. They just completed the installation -- efficient, top quality, professional and great to work with!

I would highly recommend this company! I called because our toilets were loose and we were concerned about the seals being broken.  They were able to work around my hectic schedule, arrived on time and fixed the problems that we had. As a bonus, my husband needed help with our gas patio heater and Don was so great about jumping right in and fixed the gas line for us! Don was also wonderful with our two not so small dogs! I had used this plumber in the past and was happy. This visit, however consisted of several items. I should have gotten a quote prior to the repairs, but since he had been fair in the past I wasn't concerned. I was charged 480.00 for a small amount of work. This company charges a trip charge for each individual piece of work.  I won't be using them again.

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I've used Desert Water for a couple of plumbing issues  this past year and I will say their level of service is amazing. Brad (on both cases) took the time to explain the issue and was very professional. Will call them again for any plumbing issue!

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
