I called numerous times and within a couple of weeks no one ever got back to me.  Terrible customer service.  Don't bother.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

Forrest was really friendly and nice. I had a concern that the new toilet might not fit into my small bathroom and he came out to measure it the very next day before going to Lowe's and finding one that fit perfectly. He made this entire process of exchanging a toilet into a very easy experience. He and his team did great work and I 100% recommend to any of my friends and family.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I can not in good faith recommend this company nor will I ever use them! I had requested a new water fountain faucet on our kitchen sink be installed. This company was listed so I called them. I was given a price and it was reasonable. I had asked for a discount and I later learned that it had been given to me. The plumber showed up on time and looked at the plumbing that needed to be done. He started and I thought it was going well. However at the end of the day he had not completed the task. So he came back the next day and had his supervisor came to assist. At the end of the 2nd day I still had problems. The next day I called and texted the plumber and told him it was still leaking. I called several times also. The plumber responded saying he would let me know when he would come by. Well I waited the whole day and no phone call, text, or message. That was a wasted day. The next day I called and texted and he finally come back saying his boss would call me. Well no phone call, text or message. I decided that I needed to contact another plumbing company. They came and in less than an hour fixed everything. I had to pay 2 different plumbing companies to install this faucet.

I just had some work done today and was extremely satisfied with a job well done. Prompt service, reasonable price, was able to do the job in one day, and did an amazing clean up afterward. I would absolutely recommend CLW to anyone and would use them again if I have any other plumbing issues. Thank you for a fantastic job!!

We called Alex, our swimming pool was loosing about 3 of water a day. We talked it out and he instructed us to drain the pool. Alex came the day after the pool was drain and did some very comprehensive testing of all the plumbing. The test results showed that three of the pop up heads were cracked in the pool floor. We contracted CDC Pools to make the repairs. We refilled the pool with water and no more leaks. Alex went over the top to identify the problem and he even followed up with us during the repairs to make sure every thing was going correctly. Thank you Alex for all your expertises.

We had several items on our list since downsizing to a condo. Fix leaky toilet, replace ceiling fan, weather stripping for door, install new cellular shades, repair sliding screen, hanging art work. Mark took care of it all efficiently, didn't charge extra for my husband helping, and gave us a senior discount. We're happy to give him a good recommendation.

The 2 man crew showed up on time, and went right to work. Both wore masks respecting the COVID safety measures.

The price was fair and the men were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in their services for us   They installed a new Faucet outside and cleaned out a slow drain in a master bath. They deserve 5 stars !!

We recently moved to Phoenix from the mid-west and bought an older home in central Phoenix that needed, what I thought was minimal plumbing work; new kitchen faucet, disposal (there wasn't one) and a gas line so that we could replace the electric range with gas.  I found Don on Yelp and called him.  Don returned my call the same day and did the kitchen work within a day leaving everything clean.  He even cleaned the hard water stains from the counter-top where the old faucet had been.  
Some days later, while we were installing our washer and dryer (with much difficulty) the water turn-on valve snapped off and resulted in dripping water in the laundry room.  I called Don, on a Saturday, he came over within 30 minutes, and had the leak stopped...he later reworked the plumbing in the laundry room and installed sinks in both the laundry room and garage.  Don is great to work with, knowledgeable and professional.  I'm so pleased to have found a great plumber and will definitely call him again.

I had a pipe bust that was connected to my house and had to shut off the water.  I couldn't get a hold of anyone to come out the same day.  I found Jason's information on Yelp and on Nextdoor with excellent reviews so I contacted Jason, told him what happened and he came out and fixed it right away.  He patched up the wall and painted it the same color as the house.  As he was leaving a board fell off my fence and broke.  Jason came out on Christmas and fixed that also.  Not only did he make himself available to help me out he was completely affordable.  Jason is now my go to plumber going forward!

I can't say enough good things about Desert Water. When my shower wouldn't shut off they came very quickly and replaced an almost 40 year old valve and canister. They were responsive, communicative, on time, efficient, competent, professional, and even personable. I highly recommend their services.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!
