Great work, fair prices. Had a trailer repair done and shade install as well as a gate install Overall happy with everything

I had a very loose balcony fence railing.   They came out and completely fixed for me.   They made and welded custom pieces to make it secure.   I had paint so they even painted to match and look nice.   They stood by estimate even though it took longer than anticipated.
Other people never showed.   I highly recommend,   Robert was very nice.

Seems decent! Showed up on time and worked hard! Price was ok. Would recommend to other pool owners.

Our garage door was not going up all the way, so we called Loyal Doors.

They were able to come out the following morning to fix the problem. Prices were fair and technician was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs and repairs.

I just have a hard time giving fives, sorry. But I was very happy with DCS, once the work I needed done was complete.  My old sliding door needed rollers badly, I'd always replaced them myself, but this door has a ridge  too high to lift he door out, and I didn't want to take the door apart.
I called made an appointment, and joked that my wife and I looked like the lady in their add.
I hate calling trade's and contractors, first of all, I waited then called, then waited, and finally they showed. I figured here I go!  
I was told because of the type of door, they would need to come back with two people and it would be more.
The next scheduled visit, he showed up on time. Said he was lucky to have the correct part, it's an old heavy door, and I believe it. The second guy wasn't needed, he was able to get the door apart enough to replace the rollers, and get it adjusted.
I paid a fair price, the work has held up. The tech who arrived was personable.
Enough to give him the number of the person who just installed my landscape.

For this kind of work I would call them again.

Unreliable. He did not show up to our appointment and did not call to let me know he was not going to make it. He seems unorganized. I'm glad I did not hire him.
I understand that accidents happen but a courtesy call to say you are not coming would make a big difference, even more since I took some time off work to meet you and I had to call to find out you were not coming after 2 hours of waiting.

Matt is professional, honest and courteous.  He did an amazing job on my gate. I referred him to relatives and he made a beautiful custom gate for them. He also did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and what materials he was going to use.

Alex and the crew from Leon Mesh installed a quality pool fence.  Only negative was response was not as prompt as i wouldve expected.

I bought an incredibly expensive ($7,000.00) garage door from this company.  I received no paper work regarding our transaction either in person or by email. I waited 6 months for the door to arrive and then had to call them to find out that it had arrived.  It took another week to hear from someone to schedule install.  Another two weeks for installation and then another week because the technician said he didn't have room to work and he had too tight of a schedule to wait while i rolled a few things out of his way. They finally sent someone to install who didn't usually do installs and who clearly didn't want to be here. Though I received no instruction from the tech on the use of our new door, he did say that I could open and close it with my phone when I asked because I saw something about that on the wall mounted control. I downloaded the app and connected my phone with the device through our wifi. When I tried to use the app to close the garage door, I got an error saying that I had to install something else with a link to purchase.  I followed the link, but the Liftmaster website said that the part was obsolete and not longer available. You would think that for the kind of money we spent, the tech might have helped us connect with everything and show us how it works.  Also, we only got one remote for that outlandish price. To top it all off, we have a screen business and the owner bought screens from us.  He asked for extra work which we provided and he has yet to pay for. I'm really sorry that i chose to do business with this company and with the owner of this company.

I would give this complany zero stars.  
They installed a iron barrier fence and electric gate at my work facility.  
They showed up each work day with only and hour before we closed therefore dragging out the installation time and leaving the work site looking awful and in pieces every day.
No shows or hours late without notice or courtesy call.
Workers left weeks worth of cigarette butts at the site (exactly where they were working).
They left metal shavings, cuttings, and pieces each day AND after the job was finished.
Inferior welds and parts that have failed within one year of completion.  Constant problems with the electric gate
After a second opinion for the repairs, it has been determined that the parts, features, and installation is far below the type, standards, and quality it should've been for the equipment installed.

Looked at our problem, which was a broken gate lock, guaranteed to fix it quickly, took our check for $280 and even after 4.5 months of phone calls, never fixed anything and still has our money.

I called this company to get an estimate, and left a voicemail. No response. Left a second message and again no response. I wonder how a place with this type of customer service can even stay in business?!?!
