I had a very loose balcony fence railing. They came out and completely fixed for me. They made and welded custom pieces to make it secure. I had paint so they even painted to match and look nice. They stood by estimate even though it took longer than anticipated.
Other people never showed. I highly recommend, Robert was very nice.

Our garage door was not going up all the way, so we called Loyal Doors.
They were able to come out the following morning to fix the problem. Prices were fair and technician was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs and repairs.

Unreliable. He did not show up to our appointment and did not call to let me know he was not going to make it. He seems unorganized. I'm glad I did not hire him.
I understand that accidents happen but a courtesy call to say you are not coming would make a big difference, even more since I took some time off work to meet you and I had to call to find out you were not coming after 2 hours of waiting.

We just got finished with a pool & yard renovation in southeast Chandler - I called & emailed several of the pool fence companies in the valley, including the big name ones. I was shocked at the price quotes I was receiving! Luckily I found Alex on FB Marketplace - he responded quickly with an estimate on my 125 linear feet and a gate. His price beat the others by A LOT. They were able to install within a week and the QUALITY of the fence and installation workmanship can't be beat. I am so glad I hired them to do my job - I saved thousands $$.

I still can't believe how bad they ripped us off. Check out this invoice. Garage door came off the track. My wife contacted them and they came the next day and ripped her off. $5000 and we don't even have a new garage door. It started at $1300, next it was oh I noticed the springs need replacement, that's $1300 more and oh golly, the garage door opener is broken! That's another 1400. And so on. So did they call me back? No. My email responded to? No. My survey? No.
Scam artists. Stay away. I'll update this response next week.

Where to start with this fiasco.
My wife and I were buying a new house and were going to need fencing around the property. We had a visit from Gene who came out and supposedly listened to where and how we wanted the fencing installed. At this point they were aware that the house was in the process of being bought, and not owned by us.
The house sale took longer than expected and Capitol started calling over and over, asking if the house sale was complete yet. They were informed that several factor had delayed the sale and that they would be told when. We did however, ask for a rental chain link fence off the back patio for the dogs to run in as soon as we were able to move.
One day I get a phone call from Capitol and amid the confusing double talk, got the impression they were out at the house. I immediately drive over there and find that they had completely destroyed the existing fencing and started drilling holes for the new one.
Firstly, as they had been told multiple times WE DID NOT OWN THE HOUSE YET. They had torn down the current owner's fence (over 700 feet of it) and left it in pieces all over the property, with no permission, in fact with me specifically telling them to wait.
Secondly, they had drilled the holes for the new fence IN THE WRONG PLACE. Apparently listening to what a person actually wants to be built is not part of their business model.
Thirdly, they delivered the rental fence (which we did have permission to erect) but it woefully too small for the purpose.
I called the company and all I got was excuses and them saying well we won't put the old fence back up.
As a result, my wife and I decided to go with another company (who were amazing) and asked Capitol to remove the rental fence since it did not serve the purpose it was requested for.
It is now 2 months later, we now own the house. The rental fence is STILL sitting in a pile in front of our home, after multiple requests by my wife and myself to pick it up. Guess what? These clowns decided to try to bill us 600 dollars for a fence we did not want, and 200 dollars for a restocking fee on a job they botched so badly it almost cost us the home when the original owners found out their fencing was destroyed without permission.
Run, don't walk, away from these cowboys

Prompt, courteous, and thorough. Built a cage to go around our church AC unit to protect from copper thief's. Tyler really thought through how to ensure the best protection. Very competitive pricing. Extremely pleasant people. Highly recommend!

I called this company to get an estimate, and left a voicemail. No response. Left a second message and again no response. I wonder how a place with this type of customer service can even stay in business?!?!
