I had a very loose balcony fence railing. They came out and completely fixed for me. They made and welded custom pieces to make it secure. I had paint so they even painted to match and look nice. They stood by estimate even though it took longer than anticipated.
Other people never showed. I highly recommend, Robert was very nice.

Paul has maintained my pool last year weekly and is one of the most conscientious, honest and reasonably price pool service I have found in the Surprise Arizona area.
This year while away for a few weeks the monsoon came in suddenly and I called Paul to check the pool as it had lots of leaves that clogged the pool drain and skimmer baskets. He came out the next day and removed the leaves and tested and treated the pool as because of the lack of water circulation was ready to have a algae bloom.
After treating he came back the next day to check again and swept the entire pool then added addition treatments for algae.
I know this because of my surveillance cameras recorded his actions and time he spent doing it.
Like I said earlier. Honest conscientious at a great price.
Thank you Paul if you read this.

Additional Comments from past service:
He also refreshed my pool in 2019 after 10 years of in-service by draining the pool, cleaning all the tile and then treating and balancing the water.
Crystal clear pool!

Our garage door was not going up all the way, so we called Loyal Doors.
They were able to come out the following morning to fix the problem. Prices were fair and technician was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs and repairs.

If you want sketchy workmanship you have found the company. This is not a company that I chose but they were the contractor. Date of install they told me nothing about what time they would arrive and the company that I was going through kept pushing the time back. When they finally did arrive I was in the process of driving home and they let themselves into my backyard without my permission. The first day of a one day job they only were able to get the posts installed. When I asked when they would be back, they said the following week. The guy I was going through was able to make sure that someone was back the next day. The completed job had so many issues. The welding had gaps, the brackets were bent, the pickets are thinner then I have seen anywhere else, the fence had no support and if you shock it a little it would continue to shake for 10 seconds, and the gate had such a big gap my kids could get their arm into it. The person I was going through came and looked at everything and set up a meeting with this company. A manager from this company came and looked at everything and assured us that the pickets are standard for all of the pools they do (I could have bought thicker at home Depot for less). They arranged to come back and fix the issues. And some of the issues are better but they left a mess and I know the bad welds exsist under caulking. So happy to never have to deal with this company again.

Unreliable. He did not show up to our appointment and did not call to let me know he was not going to make it. He seems unorganized. I'm glad I did not hire him.
I understand that accidents happen but a courtesy call to say you are not coming would make a big difference, even more since I took some time off work to meet you and I had to call to find out you were not coming after 2 hours of waiting.

Matt is professional, honest and courteous. He did an amazing job on my gate. I referred him to relatives and he made a beautiful custom gate for them. He also did a great job of explaining what he was going to do and what materials he was going to use.

Hands down the best company to come out and install our pool fence. We called a handful of companies and Leon Mesh Pool Fence was recommended to us. Called and spoke to Alex. He came out same day and gave us a quote. Very reasonable and affordable. The day of installation on time and they came to work! Took a few hours and the work was completed. It makes the area look so much better. Above and beyond my expectations!

I called Elite to assess a broken gate that was on my ranch property. Their technician came to the property yesterday and advised that one of the arms that was on the gate was broken beyond repair, that Door King no longer made that particular are (which I already knew and told them when I called them initially to arrange for their technician to visit the ranch and assess whether they could repair the arm), and that needed to replace the entire system at a total cost to me of $5,800. This morning one of my employees repaired the arm, at zero cost to me, in about two hours and now the gate is working perfectly fine. Consequently, I could never recommend this company to anyone. In my opinion, they falsely assessed the situation just to make another sale. Be careful.

Where to start with this fiasco.
My wife and I were buying a new house and were going to need fencing around the property. We had a visit from Gene who came out and supposedly listened to where and how we wanted the fencing installed. At this point they were aware that the house was in the process of being bought, and not owned by us.
The house sale took longer than expected and Capitol started calling over and over, asking if the house sale was complete yet. They were informed that several factor had delayed the sale and that they would be told when. We did however, ask for a rental chain link fence off the back patio for the dogs to run in as soon as we were able to move.
One day I get a phone call from Capitol and amid the confusing double talk, got the impression they were out at the house. I immediately drive over there and find that they had completely destroyed the existing fencing and started drilling holes for the new one.
Firstly, as they had been told multiple times WE DID NOT OWN THE HOUSE YET. They had torn down the current owner's fence (over 700 feet of it) and left it in pieces all over the property, with no permission, in fact with me specifically telling them to wait.
Secondly, they had drilled the holes for the new fence IN THE WRONG PLACE. Apparently listening to what a person actually wants to be built is not part of their business model.
Thirdly, they delivered the rental fence (which we did have permission to erect) but it woefully too small for the purpose.
I called the company and all I got was excuses and them saying well we won't put the old fence back up.
As a result, my wife and I decided to go with another company (who were amazing) and asked Capitol to remove the rental fence since it did not serve the purpose it was requested for.
It is now 2 months later, we now own the house. The rental fence is STILL sitting in a pile in front of our home, after multiple requests by my wife and myself to pick it up. Guess what? These clowns decided to try to bill us 600 dollars for a fence we did not want, and 200 dollars for a restocking fee on a job they botched so badly it almost cost us the home when the original owners found out their fencing was destroyed without permission.

Looked at our problem, which was a broken gate lock, guaranteed to fix it quickly, took our check for $280 and even after 4.5 months of phone calls, never fixed anything and still has our money.

I called this company to get an estimate, and left a voicemail. No response. Left a second message and again no response. I wonder how a place with this type of customer service can even stay in business?!?!
