Best glass company in the valley! I have used this company for windshields and over 20 shower doors. Great company to have work in your home. All employees have been respectful and clean.

We needed the glass replaced in one of our large windows.
So I called Mirage and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and give me a quote.
The guys that came out were very nice, but they had to come out on two separate occasions to measure, were never on time, and the girl in the office (Kara) was extremely rude.
She told me she'd email me a quote to sign and fax back, and as soon as she got it she'd call me for a deposit, and that once she got my deposit she could then order the glass. So I waited for the email but it never came.
The next day it finally arrived so I printed it, signed it, and faxed it back. But Kara never called me to get my deposit. Finally I called her and asked if she'd received the signed quote, and she said yes, but she hadn't had time to call me.
I asked if she wanted me to call her later and she said no, she was out in the warehouse with the guys and would call me later when she got back in the office.
But she never called me.
A few days later we called and someone else answered, so we left a request for the owner to call us, but he never did. In fact, no one ever called us back.
We assumed they didn't want our business, so we hired another company.
A few days later we get an email from Kara saying she ordered the glass but would need our deposit before they installed it.
I emailed her back and told her to cancel the order because no one ever returned our calls so we decided to use a different company.

Latch did an amazing job on my backyard project recently! They extended my porch, added pavers and also added a significant amount of artificial turf grass to the yard. My kids are so happy to have the space! They got the job done quickly and Paul the Project Manager was awesome to work with. I highly recommend using them for any of your home improvement needs!

I worked with Bird Glass some time ago on my historic home. For each job that I need to hire a professional for, I usually end up speaking to 100-250 companies because 80% of the time my calls go straight to voicemail and no one returns my calls.

This is how important it is to work with Bird Glass--you'll be hard pressed to find a better business. What they provide is found in less than 1% of similar businesses in the Phoenix metro area.

I purchased a refrigerator and waited all day for delivery (which I took a day off from work) and nothing.  No phone call, text, email.  

Then to find out that the incompetent salesperson, Miss Emily failed to order the panels.

Ok, people make mistakes.

But then, she FAILS again to remove the charge from my credit card. Not only that she FAILS again to reorder my appliance...which I desparately needed.

I called and then the idiot tells me that the refrigerator will not cost me another  $1000!!!!  So, of course I refused to buy.

I went online tonight to see that it went on sale ONE day later at 20% off.
Can you imagine???  I ordered it again, but now I lost my coupon for 24 month financing.  

This stupid girl along with her imcompetant manager should be fired!

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.

Don't order anything that requires a fork lift .  Super slow  to get a bag of sand dropped into my pick up. . Then 5 guys come out after 40 minutes and not one has a key for the fork lift . Slow beyond belief.

Extremely unprofessional service and has no courtesy whatsoever for customers time. We scheduled a time and day for them to come over since they said they are mobile and when that day and time came they never showed up or bothered to let me know they were running over an hour late. They were supposed to arrive at 3 pm and I waited until 3:05 pm to text them and ask if they were still coming with no response until 3:15 pm with them saying they were somewhere else and can maybe stop by in an hour. He wouldn't even give me a quote for my glass and after an hour passed still didn't show up so I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. This place is a joke and it's no wonder it has no reviews or customers.

I decided to buy a shed that Home Depot was showing in their garden area.  Went to customer service to order it on Apr 24.  Yes, it was available.  So I ordered the materials needed to build a floor and shingles for the roof.  I, then went to a shipping service and paid them to pick up the shed.  They were to wait for my call to tell them when it would be ready.  I'd been promised that it would be that afternoon.  I paid the service.  Then, that same day I get a call that the shed was not available.  That I could pick up everything but the shed.  I asked when the shed would be available and the man told me the 26th or 27th.  The next day I call and I was told that the order was cancelled.  How could it be cancelled?  So I advised the customer service person that it wasn't cancelled by me.  She tells me that the shed is in stock and that they will pull it.  OK.  I receive no call.  The next day I go to track the order and there's nothing there.  So I call again.  These calls I make take at least 30 minutes of holding time each.  When I speak to the lady, she knows nothing about it, but tells me it wasn't cancelled.  And like the others, it will be available.  I ask her if she can guarantee that and she transfers me to Angel at the store.  I get hung up on, but Angel calls me back.  She tells me that the one available showing on the computer is the model and that the actual shed is not available.  She continues to inform me that because it hadn't sold well, they probably wouldn't get any more in stock.  I am incensed now.  I paid the delivery service in advance and will probably not get my money back.  And I will receive no shed which I need desperately.  So, I cancelled everything.  She assures me that my credit card will have no charge on it.  We'll see.  I can guarantee her one thing.  I WILL NEVER SHOP HOME DEPOT AGAIN.  Lowes, here I come.
