I contacted Low-E Windows and ordered several windows through them. David and Sam were so professional from the first call. They were  helpful when measuring, ordering and delivery. They went out of their way for delivery of my windows to accommodate my deadlines. It's refreshing to see people operate with integrity and exceptional customer service and represent a quality product. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future!

Beware of poorest customer service. Jeff installed new auto sliding doors at our place 4 months back and the wire snapped and the door stopped sliding automatically couple of months back. There is a 3 year warranty on the products since it was a new installation and so we have been trying to reach this guy for about 4 weeks now to just schedule an appointment to take a look at it but everytime he either doesn't attend the call or cuts it saying will call back and never does. The slide right company which supplies the products is willing to do a service since it's in the warranty period but since Jeff has the bill for purchase and we don't , we couldn't get them do it either.

Would NOT recommend. I found this company with Home Advisor. The sales team called me once to schedule an appointment and stated they would call me back that day and did not. Two days later they called again to schedule so I thought I would give them a shot. The sales rep came out on a Friday evening to quote 5 new closet doors and two exterior door repairs. He took measurements and said he would have the quote to me that night. No quote that night or weekend. I followed up the next week and left a voicemail from  my cellphone- no call back. I called from another business number a day later just to see if the sales representative would answer and he did. He stated he would send me the quote...still no quote. I felt like this would have been a big job for the company so I am not sure why they did not want my business? If they were not interested in the job the representative of the company should have the respect and professionalism to say so. I would NOT recommend this company.

Called up and ordered a 28 door. Rep on the phone said he would send an invoice but never did. I called back a few days later to get the invoice and again never sent. Went to pick up door 2 weeks later and they made a 32 door. The receptionist said to talk to the owner about a price adjustment. Owner tried to make it my fault that their rep ordered a 2'8 door instead of a 28 door. He straight up said well I am not just going to eat it on this door and would not give any adjustment. Poor customer service, poor response, and poor leadership.

They only get 1 star because the installers were good.  We got 2 new HVAC units, if you ever use them do not believe the payment options! We were told had to pay 100% upfront. We're not that dumb!  Got the line of credit with the understanding we would not use it, but pay with our credit card upon completion. Surprise! They charged the line of credit 15 days before install and 18 days before I even had an account number for the credit line.
If you use them, demand all paperwork hard copy, I could not access their online system to review the contract.
I learned a lesson, at least I'm cool.
