Best Locksmiths in Arizona
This company is amazing the I lost my key at a restaurant as they were closing. Needless to say it was never found. I applied on the site at 11:30 pm. I was answered promptly within 30 minutes. Stating they would be out first thing in the morning to meet me at car. The arrived exactly on time, wearing a mask. Got the job done in a prompt time frame. Technician was courteous friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable given the circumstance. Lifesaver! I will call this company anytime I need a locksmith! Their website is user friendly, easy to understand (if like me it's an after hour event) 5 stars!!!

Mohamed was great we locked ourselves out of the house and he came to my house and waited for me until I arrived since I was at work. He quickly got the door opened and saved the day. It only took him 2 minutes. He was so kind and professional. Very honest. If you are looking for a great locksmith he is your guy!

I called 5+ places, not only was he the most polite but the most knowledgeable. I needed my street bike rekeyed because someone had lost the last set I had. He was under five minutes and was a joy to be around. He complimented my art work, which is always awesome. He was great, fast, and very communicative. I really appreciated that, as sometimes, things happen and lack of communication makes the cir circumstance appear worse than it is- he was upfront and honest and made up for it right away! Thank yoU!

We've had to have locks changed a few times in different places over the years....John was by far the most responsive, polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the locksmiths we've used! He gave us pointers about security around our new home, and re-keyed our exterior locks for a very reasonable price (in fact, he offered a coupon I hadn't noticed when I found him on Angie's List - where he also has great reviews). He was right on time and generally just a great guy to work with. Definitely would recommend.

I needed a 2nd set of keys (and fob) for my truck after my wife's purse was stolen. I called my local Chevy dealer and they wanted $400 to replace the fob and program it. True value wanted $120 to replace and reprogram the fob. I got Paul's number (Paul Sunderman, owner of Firebird Lock and Key) from someone who had recommended him via the NextDoor app. I called Paul and he came out ( he provides mobile service) to my house in just a couple hours. He not only replaced and reprogrammed me a new fob for $85 , but he also cut me a new replacement key for my truck (a key with a chip in it) for $85!
OUTSTANDING service and everything works fine - all for less than half what the dealer was gonna charge me + he did it at the convenience of right at my house!

I was recommended Rocky by a good friend of mine, called him around 4 pm since my truck key got wet and I couldn't start my truck. Lucky I was at home, so not a huge rush. He showed up around 6:30, cut my key, programmed it. Price was fair and service was good! Will absolutely be using him again in the future! Thanks Señor Rocky!

We are new to town and had no idea where to start in our search for a locksmith, so we put out a quote request on Yelp, and Phillip was very quick to reach out and get us a quote.
We felt his prices were fair, and someone was able to come out same day. They replaced and/or rekeyed 6 door locks for us along with a gate and programming a key fob for our truck.
The rep wore a mask the entire time during service. He was prompt, professional, and respectful of our time and our home. We definitely recommend this company for any of your locksmith needs.

Called the office for a vehicle lockout. Was told a $25 trip charge, plus $38 - $99 fee to unlock the car. The tech comes out and says it will be the 1st 2 fees PLUS another $125 fee. No idea why the 3rd fee that wasn't disclosed. I had a but of a discussion about how they charge with the office so this was not just an accident. When I said forget it, the jerk tech called his office and got it reduced to $125 total. Quite a racket to make someone wait and then add an extra undisclosed fee AFTER you arrive and they've already waited because they know you're unlikely at that point to cancel the service. The tech told me that Dollar Locksmith is a lead agency and passes the clients to various locksmiths and that it is their fault. Never again. Next time I'll call a company with an actual local street address.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH SERVICE!!!!!! 10 P.M. my brother called for a service he left the keys inside the vehicle. He was under the impression he could use his vehicle insurance to pay for the service. When the locksmith showed up he informed him they dont deal with insurances and needed to pay them cash, card or credit. He cancelled the service because he had no money. At around 11P.M. Thursday night, I called for the service again. The representatives have no clue about locksmith services. Word of advice, TALK TO A REAL LOCKSMITH!!! I informed them the address and the business I was nearby. I asked for the price and they quote me with a $29 service fee. I immediately thought this wasn't the whole price so I asked for a total price. The representative informed me depending on what kind of services I needed they will add the total costs at the end. I went along thinking it wouldnt be any more than $100. I waited for the technician to called me back. About an hour later I called back for a follow up and the rep
said the tech will call you in 10 minutes. I hang up the phone. I got a call later with a rep asking me for the address again and asked who was going to pay for the service. I said i was. He mentioned a tech would call me back when he's near by and hung up. I waited for another hour and called back to see what was going on. Another rep answered and mentioned my SERVICE WAS CANCELLED and NO ONE was on the way because the tech cancelled the service from 10P.M., I Informed the rep that I called for a service for the same vehicle at 11P.M. and she did not have any information even though she provided me with the 3 phone numbers they can call me back when the technician was nearby. At this point it was ridiculous to even argue with the rep. I was getting ready to call another locksmith service when the technician called me and said he was outside. I met up with Jayke and mentioned what happened. He apologized about the misunderstandings and I shouldn't have waiting that long. He said he drove a longs way to come to me and that there was no one else me nearby. He gave me a discount from $183 to $125. I took the so called discount because I was ready to leave and get home. The tech was nice, too bad he also lacks the experience. People do your research!!! ALWAYS call for a full on price instead of getting a quote because people like this will only charge up their a***!! Talk to an actual Locksmith and ALWAYS call local services. This company is based on Piedmont, California and they provide services to the whole United States. The customer service extremely lacks and they're in business to just make money. You will deal with Incompetent and rude employees. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scam artist.
I got lock out of my house. They said it would be $15.00 trip charge, $35.00 service fee and could go up from there depending on complexity. They were suppose to be here in 15 minutes, it was over a half hour. They told me that they would help me reprogram my garage door, he was too busy after I paid him, he had to get to another job.
He was here a total of 10 minutes. The only thing he did was push a gap at the top of my garage door and hooked the cord and open the door. No locks were removed.
Of course they have you over a barrel you either have to pay them or you can't get into your house. He charged me $200.00. I called the office to speak to the owner to have him justify the cost to me. He said he'd check into it and call me the next day, never did. I tried calling the number I called before and kept getting a recording that I couldn't reach this number from my calling area. Strange since I had gotten through twice before. I had to call ATT and have them patch me through, they had my number blocked.
First time owner wasn't there. I left my name and number he never called back. I called again via ATT and got him. Every time I try to get an answer out of him he said just a minute and put me on hold. I asked what his mailing address was he said 7502 Main St. and put me on hold. I waited on hold for over a half hour he never came back. That address is not the same as the one their phone number is with 623-209-8934 that address is 17650 Elliot Rd Goodyear. This phone number also goes by the name of Goodyear Lock & Key, yet the name on my bill said A1 24 hour Locksmith.
These are awful people to work with, no customer service, and their charges are ridiculous.
So, beware never call 623-209-8934 if you are locked out. My only regret is I wished I had paid by credit card so I could have stopped the payment over the original $55.00 quote.
