Even though they were booked up, she spent the time on the phone troubleshooting with me, and ultimately provided a referral vendor.

Their drivers are idiots! Failed to yield, cut me off getting on the freeway and almost caused an accident! I know he's probably in a hurry to get up to his elbows in crap, but they need to be safe!!

Hole in One is not a good Plumbing company.
They did my house some plumbing works last Friday that including the water heater, but there still no hot water... When I asked they to repair it they just dodge...

After being assured that an exterior leak had been located and repaired, I was charged $680. Water continued to flow in the same area and pattern immediately after Hole in One's repair. After requesting that the ongoing leak simply be stopped/fixed, I am informed that it was repaired. Hole in One's position is there is simply a new leak. I am then told to use another company to find it and repair it as Hole in One's initial $680 repair was thorough and appropriate.

When I texted their employee, Clint, to resolve payment and the leak a few days later, I am texted the information on the photo above:

Oscar has informed me that there is nothing more he can say that I didn't already cover in our conversation.
Arguing with you about it any further isn't worth the $800. Enjoy your complimentary sewer repair, and please don't contact Hole In One for any more of your plumbing needs.

After forwarding his employee's response to the owner, Oscar, no response or explanation was offered.

There are way too many plumbers in the metro for anyone to have to tolerate this. Please find another company that stands behind their work and won't curse at you when they don't.

Wow! Incredible service and employees.  I thought I had a leak which would have cost thousands but Hole In One found out it wasn't the case.  We also thought my neighbor had a freshwater leak and turns out it was just a running toilet.  They saved both of us tons of money.  The guys took their shoes off in the house, kept everything clean and even fixed my front door as it would not stay closed properly.  I cannot recommend them enough!  Honest, fair prices, and quick service!

Be aware of this company. They were supposed to tunnel to make a repair not go through the tile. When confronted with the error, their employee lied and claimed he was told by the owner and myself to drill through the tile rather than tunnel. The experience got worse from there. I used them on my personal house and have referred them to clients in the past but the way they treated my client was completely unacceptable.  Make sure you get every detail in writing if you do decide to use them.

We had a great experience with Hole In One Plumbing fixing our water meter leak! From the beginning, they were accommodating with scheduling and were able to move us up when an opening became available. Joe, the plumber, was on time, friendly, and did an excellent job. The price was very fair for the work that was done. We will use them again for any plumbing needs and recommend them to our neighbors!

Needless to say, water is not your friend when it comes to a water leak. I came home from work and walked into my second bedroom to water on my Berber carpet on April 7, 2018. I had no idea where the water could be company from in my extra bedroom.

I call a plumbing company to diagnose where the water was coming from. After being there 30 minutes, this particular company said I had a slab leak, charged me over $300+ in fees to diagnose the leak, and left me a quote for over $6500 to repair!

I asked a friend for a referral to another plumbing company she gave me the name and number of Hole in One Plumbing! Oscar the owner came out the very next morning to  investigate my issue. Within 15 minutes he said it definitely was not a slab leak!
The leak was in the main copper wire that had worn out due to it being pressed down by the barrier where the house shut off valve was in.  Oscar scheduled he and his crew to come out on a cold, wet and rainy Saturday morning to repair. Not only did he repair it, test it, but made sure that my flowerbed was put back in place. He was very through and knowledgeable! He had a fair and honest price and did not try and take advance of a single mother! I could not have asked for a more honest man and his crew than Oscar!  Thank you again for being such an ethical and honest man!

Wonderful, family owned trustworthy professionals who are dedicated to excellent customer service.  No price gouging here- their quote came in at half of a respected competitor. They were recommended by our foundation company and continue to provide expert care of us. We just had more pipe repair. They even clean up perfectly.  We have used MANY plumbers over the years. Hole in One came out and did a job for us Friday and they did such an awesome job! They are honest and fairly priced! Family owned business. So glad to have found such a great plumbing company!! I highly recommend them!!

This is the second time I have had Hole in One Plumbing come out and take care of a plumbing issue for me.  Both times they were very professional, friendly and on time.   They identified my issues right away.  One time It was a serious issue but today was a minor issue.  They fixed it right away and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need.    The price was very reasonable too.

I can not thank Oscar and team enough for helping us replace our entire plumbing system!! We purchased our home a year ago and discovered within the first few weeks of living here that our entire plumbing system needed to be replaced asap. Talk about complete nightmare. Over the course of 9 months we received multiple quotes from different plumbing companies (all telling us different things) averaging over 40,000 dollars! They really helped my parents out of a bind recently.  Both toilets had issues and after contacting another local plumbing company that charged a service call , refused to repair the existing toilets instead trying to upsell 2 new toilets for approximately $1500.00; HIO came out within 30 minutes and gave a fair estimate.  The Sloan Flushmate replacement parts were ordered.  The toilets were repaired in less than an after Jeff arrived.  He was very quick and professional.  The job was done at the estimated price.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

Outstanding company! I had my foundation lifted and as a result my PVC plumbing waste line broke. The owner came out and put a camera down and showed me where it was broken. He said they'd have to tunnel a short ways under the house to make the repair. They did exactly that and im sure it was no fun as it was sleeting outside. They had to tunnel about six feet under the house.
Once the repair was made the lead guy was talking with me as his crew was back filling the dirt. He mentioned that the plumbing from the toilet was never plumbed correctly in the first place. He said he had to bust out concrete and then make a repair to the original plumbing because it was incorrectly plumbed by the original construction. I do remember hearing an air chisel for about an hour and he said yea thats what I had to do to chip away at the concrete around the plumbing. I know it took extra time to do that and I was sure he was walking me down the garden path to and because of that your bill is higher, but he didnt. Even with the extra work and time he didnt charge a penny more than the original quote. About $1200 for 12 hours work. A very reasonable price.

I recommended them to my father in law and he also had a great experience. They cleared his waste line of a blockage. Another company had come out and charged him twice the amount that Hole In One charged for a not so great job. He said they were incredibly helpful.

I hate plumbing issues, but love this company.

Oscar and Hole-in-one are a great team to have on your side.  They are very busy and sometimes scheduling them is a hassle but they usually end up having an opening that comes up and able to move your appointment up.  They are thorough, knowledgeable, and honest.  Can't ask for much more.  Can't go wrong with them!

Michael came to do a test for a possible leak after foundation repair.  We were impressed by his professionalism and the details he attended to during the preparation and the testing. Very thorough. He explained every step and why each part was necessary.  During the process he located a second cleanout missed by another company's technician. Even though we knew we probably had a leak, we are glad we got a second opinion from Hole in One. Looking forward to continued service from this company. Michael is an excellent representative.

My water heater was leaking so I called hole in one based on my friends recommendation. They were able to come to my house and install a new water heater that very same day. Jeffrey was prompt courteous and answered all my questions. I now refer hole in one to all my friends

Great service from great people. Two different appointments with them this week. They showed up on time, were professional, and were very tidy. Everyone involved very concerned with making sure I was completely satisfied.

This is by far the worst company i worked with. the receptionist is rude. they charged me without my authorization and I will take them to the licensing body in the state of Texas due to their unethical work

This company sounds like a scam to me. I called to request a gas shut off valve installation (for gas dryer) and fixing of a leaking faucet. A young lady answered the phone made me feel like I called wrong number because she doesn't understand what I was talking about. She put me on hold two times to check with someone. Then she said they got to go and look and do estimate. I told her it is the same shut off valve that any house using gas dryer will need, nothing tricky here. So, she threw out a price which I believe a high price ($185). Then I asked if it include the leaking faucet. She said no, they have to come and look at the faucet. So, I felt a bit weird and wanted to be sure I asked if they won't charge for coming and look, correct? To my surprise, she said it is $69 for coming and look. If after that, I don't use the service, I lose my money. Now, everything got so fishy here.
Does it mean after they come and look, they decided to charge me $500 or even a thousand dollars for the leaking faucet, I still had to pay them or I lose my $69? Either way, they get their scam money.
I haven't used their service yet, but I guess I'd better not. Because the whole thing doesn't make me feel comfortable at all. Their staff doesn't sound they know what they are doing, and they set potential customers up for some scams already before they even do any service for us.

Very impressed with customer service from initial phone call to receiving service within 2 hours of call to professionalism of Jeffrey who handled our leak for us. Will be our new plumber!

Great job on a Sunday evening by Oscar!  I appreciate their willingness to help me out in an emergency.  A second guy even stopped by with extra parts.

I've used Hole in One Plumbing three times at my home in Sachse and once at my new home in Lucas. They have always done a great job at a great price.  I will always call them first. I would give another star but the employee didn't hide his displeasure when I had to call him to let him know I was running 10 minutes late to meet him at home. My fault I know, but how many times have I waited in them... At least 4 times. Lol

These guys would have been great except they are absolutely unwilling to help after the work has been done.  I specifically asked them before and then again after the work was complete to break out labor from parts.  They are unwilling or just too lazy to do so.  The owner will not return any of my calls and keeps having his secretary handle his difficult customer(s).

I've used Hole In One Plumbing in the past and was happy with Oscar's work. This time they sent Johnny. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, offered some money saving solutions and did a very good jobb.

I'm impressed with their work and fair prices. Four guys showed up for one job. Could have easily over charged me but was honest.

If you're in need of a plumber, stop here!  Oscar is awesome!  After going through many, many plumbing problems at our home, we found Hole In One by neighbor's recommendation.  We've used him many times now (we have an old house with issues).  

As long Oscar is in business, we'll never use anyone else.  He's fair, competitively priced, always keeps our budget in mind, and does a great job.  On time every time.  Can't say enough about his service!!!

This company is by far the best I've ever dealt with. I had a complex leak that most others would have attempted to get to, quit, and charged a huge bill. NOT THEM. They were determined to help me on a personal level, solved a complicated issue and were more than fair on price. I can't say enough about them. Edward and crew are the best!!

Hole in One plumbing is the best. I have used them for several large plumbing jobs and they are great. I had all of my cast iron drain lines replaced on my previous house and I just had them patch the cast iron lines on my new house. Oscar is great. He is a smart, out of the box thinker and is great at finding an easier way to do the repair. I am not saying that he is cutting corners. I had two of the larger plumbing companies come to my previous house to estimate the cost of replacing the cast iron sewer lines. One was $17k and the other was $12k. Both were proposing a full tunnel under the slab. Oscar came out and found a better, less expensive way. He ran the washroom line around the outside of the house and said that they would not need a full tunnel for the rest. Just dig under the house to the two bathrooms and make a rat tunnel between them. A rat tunnel is a tunnel that is only large enough to put the pipe through. That was a great idea and they did the work for $9200. They cleaned up when they were done. The experience was great.

Awesome company to do the work.   I have had many issues with my plumbing that are never at a convenient time.  When I have called they have ALWAYS been willing to go above and beyond helping get the issue fixed ASAP.   Their prices can't be beat and are very fair.   Employees have always been respectful and helpful, can't say enough good things about this company.   Will continue to use them :)
