The two men that helped me also took the time to show and explain the issues they found. They were able to fix the issue on the spot and were very efficient.

Tuan and his team are experts in drain clearing. I put this company in my contact list as my go-to plumber.  He was friendly, easy to reach, arrived on time, and did a great job.

Scheduling was easy and done on Yelp entirely. The gentlemen arrived early and changed the toilet wax ring efficiently. They were also very friendly.

What a waste of my time...DON'T book an appt with this guy...Apparently he has too much business to be professional and properly book appts so he can actually be professional to keep them.

I send out the request for a plumber and was directed through Yelp messaging to contact the plumber to make an appointment.  All the requested details are in the Yelp request.  On Tuesday, 7/21, I called the number as directed to set up an appointment.  I gave Tuan both my zip and address including a description of the Job.  He advised that he wouldn't be able to get out until Friday and set the appointment for 10.

I asked about free estimates and he advised that due to the pandemic he doesn't provide free estimates...That it will cost $60 to come out and he would assess the work, provide an estimate, and if I want to proceed, it would be done the same day.  Cool...

I called at 9:45am on Friday, 7/24 for Tuan to only relay then that he forgot and that he didn't have my address/information which I had provided to him.  Then he tried to act like we never talked...See pics...My accounting is all there.  Wasted time is never appreciated doesn't matter if you are a customer or an owner of a business.  I will take my business and patronize businesses who are professional and do what they say they will do and not waste customers time.

Have had issues with a leaking drain in kitchen sink. Got a few estimates- one went up after initial in person estimate... These guys came out- were 5 minutes away. Gave an estimate $40-$70 lower than everyone else, including parts. The leak is fixed. I recommend highly.

I called on a Saturday with a backed up sewer that was causing flooding. Tuan came out immediately. He did a great job and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

They came out this past summer to place a gas line for our dryer. There price was reasonable and they were so accommodating, I texted them and they came 1-2 days later. They quickly placed the line (less than an hour) and went as far as giving us sound advice on the type of dryer we have. I'll definitely be reaching out in the near future for another has line, this time for our gas stove

Kit was great. I would highly recommend this company. I had one other company come out and give me an estimate and they stated to get everything to code and solve my problem, I was looking at $2k-4k. Kit was honest with me and stated that there was no way that I needed all that work and that the problem could be resolved with a simpler approach. Businesses like this make me have faith in humanity. I will only be using Drains R Us going forward.

Tuan is a LIFESAVER. He went above and beyond to help us with our plumbing issues that we've been experiencing for about 2-3 weeks now. He made everything so easy by patiently explaining what the current situation was and what may need to be done in the future if another problem comes up- he made sure to charge us the least amount possible at this time rather than trying to take our money.

We had a few technicians from another company come out before we got Tuans number from a family member and those previous technicians seemed like they were just trying to scam us because the job kept getting more and more expensive with them. We were at our wit's end with our plumbing issues and finally called someone who was recommended to us- Tuan.

Lets start off saying that I basically gutted a 2200 sq ft home with 2 full baths and one half. We wanted to add another full and another half to the house. I honestly didn't know what kind of quality to expect when I hired these guys to take on my plumbing project but Tuan and Kit came in and walked me through their process.

We were basically the GCs of this project and pretty much watched them through the entire ordeal.  Craw spaces you cannot even sit in, tricky walls that they had to plan their plumbing around, attic that you have to either craw or crouch to work ....... did I mention insulation ?....... yeah ... lots of insulation in the attic. These guys worked long and hard with all the obstacles we had for them.

Their work was done clean and I can tell it was done with precision as well. We had tricky bends and adding the two bathrooms was not a job for the faint of heart.   We all came up with solutions to have everything flowing well.  

I would reccomend these guys for any plumbing project, big or small.  They truly stand up to their name...... Drains-R-Us

Incredible service, super fast work on an old leaky bathroom faucet, great care was taken, I appreciated how skilled the team was, wonderful company! Highly recommend them for all plumbing needs. They even arrived early!

Update: Kit's partner, Tuan, came by and was just as honest and professional. I've had a lot of home repairs the last couple years -- no thanks to V2 Properties for building a shabby house -- and I've learned to cling on to those who are honest and know what they're doing as they seem to be few and far between in the area.

It's easy to find a plumber in the big city... not! When hit with an emergency (frozen pipes) I thought I could find at least a handful of knowledgeable plumbers who responded promptly. Kit responded immediately via Yelp and then continued to be of amazingly thorough assistance over the phone... before an appointment was even scheduled! Other top plumbers on yelp were surprisingly dismissive and were vague in their virtual diagnoses yet were ready to charge obscure fees. Don't get me wrong I was willing to pay for someone to come out but not $450 for a visit that was also not guaranteed to fix anything... looking at you JB Plumbing. Anyway, stumbled upon these fine folks or at least Kit, and I am bookmarking them for future needs.

Our water heater died on a Sunday. I was able to call Kit that morning and he talked me through how to properly shut everything off to the heater. The next day Tuan came and was able to replace our 50 gallon heater in less than 2 hours. In about 24 hours from first call to fully installed heater. Excellent customer service.

My sewer drain was blocked.  Requested a quote on Yelp, got a call from Tuan.  He was here in 40 minutes and had the whole issue resolved in about another 20 minutes.  Polite, prompt and reasonable!  Very satisfied and would definitely call them again.

Our toilet clogged and overflowed first thing on a Monday morning...disaster. Tuan and Drains R Us were the only company that could come that morning and they showed up just around 9 am, about half an hour after we called. Tuan was great and very calm (a relief). He explained everything very thoroughly and was very transparent with pricing. He fixed the clog no problem and even adjusted something inside the toilet tank to prevent it from overflowing again. He and his partner were very professional. I would hire them again anytime!

The best! Don't look any further. Called on a Monday came there very next day. Really professional not to mention polite and dog tolerate. Fixed my garbage disposal in about 25 min, actually replaced it. The speed of his work was exceptional. Took a look at another problem in my upstairs shower. Their number is stored in phone for good. The price was great too l, he was upfront on the phone about pricing which was really great. Can't say enough about how awesome this service was.

Kit & Joey spent 5 hrs. at my house today unclogging some old pipes with tough to remove clogs. Kit was very honest before he began the work by telling me that snaking the drains may put a hole in the home's old pipes. He said he'd give it a gentle try and if the drains didn't clear, he'd have to remove old pipe, replace it with new, and in the instance of the kitchen sink, reroute the pipe. Fortunately, Kip & Joey were very skilled in manipulating the blockages, and very patient,all blockages were cleared. They also replaced piping and faucets in my kitchen & bath. It was a lot of work, but they never complained. All estimates Kip quoted up front remained in place & were very fair. I'm hiring them agaIn mid-September to replace my water heater & sump pump. Thank you Kip & Joey!

Fast forward to that water heater & sump pump installation. Joey & Tuan spent and hour and a half doing the installations & they switched out a pipe in my basement tub sink. Cleaned up afterwards & did it all for a fair & reasonable price. Kit, Joey & Tuan are my plumbers for life!

Kit & Joey recently spent 3.5 hrs. at my money pit unclogging the main sewer line, installing a powder room sink faucet & new shower head as well as repairing a leaky kitchen supply line! These guys are rockstars! They never give up on the tough jobs & everything they've repaired or installed for me has been high quality work fir a fair price. Thx again Kit & Joey!

I contacted Kit on Yelp to look at a leaky valve in basement. He was out the next day, no problem, and arrived in the set timeframe. Communication via text was easy and prompt.

Kit quoted me on the valve, then looked at a trouble spot in my shower that I asked about. He diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it, for free, on the spot.

I consider the customer service provided to be five-star level, and wish others in industry would follow his lead.

These guys are the best! We were having low water pressure problems with a shower head, so I submitted an appointment request on Yelp. Kit got in touch right away and was able to come out and fix the problem a few days later. Tuan helped us out last year too when we had a drain blockage shortly after moving in. Fast ,good at there job . I had a clogged  drain  in the front  of my house, he took care of it and put in a in faucet  in my basement  that was old and leaking.
I am having  them come  back for a drain  issue  in the back of my house. Stay tune .

True savers to my whole first floor.

For some reason my kitchen sink was clogged so, water would come back up the sink and not go back down. Lucky for me, I went on Facebook to ask people if they could recommend any plumbing company and my friend told me to call Drains R Us and they got to my house within an hour... they came ASAP which was really what I needed as my day was bad already.

Moral of the story... two guys came and fixed my kitchen sink under one hour at a low cost near $200.

I highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone!

Efficient and at low cost is what everyone should be looking for. Don't get ripped off by those big companies everyone!

Can I just say these were the nicest plumbers I've ever met?! They came out quickly and didn't try push me into a more expensive fix. They patiently explained my problem so I understood, and offered fair pricing for their service.

I had water coming into my basement and they found a clog and a faulty down spout placement. They found the problem and fixed it in one day.
They even took their shoes off when they came inside.

I'll be using them from now on.

While Drains R Us was able to complete a big repair on short notice, Tuan's unprofessionalism and chauvinism is what really dragged my experience down to a 1-star review.

I hired Tuan to do a pretty major recent repair. Tuan and his crew were able to complete most of the job in a day, but took a 3-hour lunch break and left me waiting in my house for them. Not a huge deal compared to what happened next. The crew wasn't able to finish the entire job, and at the end of the day, Tuan promised to come back and finish the last part of the job later in the week.

This is when things got very, very weird: Through our text interactions (of which I have saved screenshots, in case anyone ever questions whether this did indeed happen), Tuan acted very unprofessionally and would bring up my physical attractiveness. As a young female homeowner, this made me very uncomfortable. After this, I felt unsafe having Tuan return to my home to complete the job, and had to hire and pay other contractors to complete what should have been included in the original contract with Tuan. I strongly recommend against hiring Drains R Us, even though they were able to complete what seems like a pretty complicated job. Making a client uncomfortable is never okay.

As a side-note, the plumbing repair Tuan and his crew completed wasn't even done well - not even a month later, I had to have another plumbing company come in and fix what they had messed up.

They saved me $2500. A customer for life. They were able to snake out a drain nobody could.

We had some water come into the basement after a storm and they arrived next day for a consultation. After looking at the issue he suggested we do some outdoor weather proofing and didn't charge me for the consultation. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely be calling them back for any future plumbing issues.

When it comes to a plumber, I appreciate a family owned business that guarantees their work.  Great work Drains R Us, keep it up!

On February 13, our tub was clogged, so I called Drains R Us. Tuan came out the next day at 5 PM. While he was here, I asked about six other plumbing jobs we needed done, but it was Valentine Day and late, so he cleared the drain for us, and after we accepted his prices, he promised to get back to us about the other jobs.

Two phone calls and an email later, I gave up asking.

On Sunday, July 29th, my foot sloshed on the basement carpet. There was a leak on our water main. It was dripping at a bucket every six hours. We're both disabled, but I'm better with stairs, so I had to empty the bucket until it was fixed.

Lots of promises to come in the next two days, but I had to get angry before Tuan fixed on Wednesday. He didn't want to use my debit card, but said he'd tack it on if I paid in cash when he came out a week later to fix the other plumbing problems too. Also asked me to call on Tuesday to remind him.

Many doctor appointments on Tuesday, but I made that call and asked if he'd be coming in the morning or afternoon. Morning.

The business opens at 8 AM, so hubby and I got up extra early to be prepared. 5 PM and he hasn't called or come. We're now in extra pain because we got ready and waited.

Unreliable!

(BTW, I live in Philly. No idea why Yelp thinks I live in San Francisco.)

Quoted me a price when he arrived at my home &, looked at the job. Once the job was finished the plumber added $40 the bill for supplies and my faucet was not put on tightly everytime I use the faucet it moves. Beware of deceptive pricing practices and shoddy work.

Arrived on time to give me an estimate and then perform the work 2 days later.  These guys are great!  They work as a team of 3 and were able to install 3 new traps, fix a diverter and inspect a sewage ejector in no time at all.  They are polite, good communications and leave the job cleaner than they found it.  Pricing is fair and reasonable.   Happy to have found them ---will use again.

I have a condo in Fairmount and these guys are the third plumber we've tried out in the past few years. Hands down they are the friendliest and do not try to push you into more expensive repairs!

Had some leaks from the relief valve in our hot water heater and the condensation line from our HVAC unit. Tuan came out and looked at it, and gave me my options - the cheaper fix would be to re-glue everything, and the more expensive fix would be to replace the piping. He didn't try to push me either way and let me make the decision. Decided to re-pipe everything, and he was great! Highly recommend and will most definitely use again!

I had a clog that flooded my basement. Oddly, it disappeared before Kit arrived.  He made some observations and we test ran the water.  All seem'd fine again.  He told me to call him the next time it backs up.  He didn't charge me for his time out here which as a pleasant surprise.  Most Plumbers would still charge for coming out.  This shows me that they have principles when they do business.  If I get a clog again, I'll be sure to call / text them.

I am pleased in all areas with this visit. Kit is very personable and professional. I didn't get the second man's name but he was great also. Wonderful job installing a garbage disposal. They will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

For years we experienced a plethora of plumbing issues at our residence. These problems were exasperated during the holidays when multiple family and friends would join us for joyful festivities. We also struggled mightily to find a reputable company who serviced our area. Thankfully, Drains R Us Plumbing rose to the challenge! We needed a very complicated excavation and pipe replacements to be completed prior to a large gathering. In the face of freezing temperatures and a sporadic snowstorm, the fellas of Drains R Us Plumbing worked diligently and with great urgency to finish a major job in 2 days.
On day one, they started ~10 am and through great determination and minimal coffee breaks, they did not leave until ~12 am! This was a welcomed stay as they had to cut the water off all day and turned it back on after excavating two 40ft + cast iron pipes and replacing each on day one.
Due to an unfortunate pitch situation, which was one of the main factors of our plumbing issues, there were multiple complications on day two. Through multiple pow-wows and obvious years of experience, their team was able to complete some major rerouting of pipes inside of the house to connect to the new external sewer line pipes.

The Drains R Us Plumbing team is incredible. They were able to come out on short notice and were extremely communicative throughout the entire scheduling process. They were very thorough in their cleaning of three drains, and couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommend!

Great company and owner. Our garbage disposal had a metal shot glass jammed in it and our sink was draining so slowly for days. The shot glass would not budge at all and another plumber told us it was beyond repair and we had to pay $500 for a new disposal. So glad I called Drains R Us, they were able to fix the problem within minutes for a fraction of the price. Amazing customer service and  flexible schedule. Out of all the options in Philly, these guys are the best!

Very happy with Drains R Us' service- of more than 10 plumbers that I called, Tuan was one of only a handful to actually respond to my phone call. He was also fantastic about keep me appraised of when he was actually coming to my place and gave me a reasonable estimate of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He came when he said he would and took care of two clogged sinks in less than an hour, and charged far less than I would have paid another plumber. He seems like a total straight shooter and was very professional. I've got him on speed dial for the next time something goes wrong!

They replaced my main drain pipe. The subcontractor used for the exterior work was not the most professional and did not do the best work. However, Kit came back and completed the work to the specs we discusses. Kit is professional and was good to work with. I would hire Kit again (but would not want to use a different subcontractor for concrete and pipe removal on exterior of the house.)

Tuan and crew from Drains R Us were great! They did a snake job on our drain, but while they were there they also checked out a few other little problems we had in the house and gave us recommendations on how to take care of them. That advice came for free when they easily could have charged us to do a minor job that we could handle ourselves.

Additionally, a few hours later we discovered our water heater was having trouble and they came right back and took care of things. Will definitely be calling them if we have problems in the future.

Had a backup and we couldn't use any water without flooding the basement. Happened late at night and was worried we'd be hard pressed to find someone to come out the next day. Our water was back in action by 9am the next morning. Tuan came out, fixed the problem quickly and for a great price. He was very friendly and was playful with our kids too. Will be calling them again if we have any plumbing needs.

I will ONLY go to this company for my plumbing needs. A few years ago, I got several estimates from different area plumbers for some extensive work underneath my kitchen sink and the estimates were outrageous. I went with Drains R Us primarily because their estimate was quite reasonable. I ended up having a great experience, specifically with Tuan. He came right on time, tackled the job that the other plumbers said was a nightmare, and made sure I was satisfied. Fast forward a few years and my upstairs bathroom was leaking into the ceiling of the floor below. Once again, they came in, quickly did the job, and completely stopped the leak. They don't try to play games with me, it's so easy to work with them and their work is always excellent. That's why I will only go these guys for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Kit & Tuan are literally the ultimate plumbers in crime. Kit responded to my quote request 20 minutes after I submitted it (at 940pm last night) and was very accommodating to my schedule. I'm a first time homeowner and was overwhelmed when our basement flooded earlier this summer. We called Drains R Us thinking the drain in our backyard needed to be snaked. Rather than just going for that drain like I requested, Tuan assessed the problem like a pro and found the root cause in another location. He was able to fix the problem and our drainage has been great since then.

A recent rain storm meant the most water I have had in my basement since moving in. I had been putting off snaking the storm drain (this wasn't the first instance of water in the basement either) but when I saw the water in my basement that morning, I knew my little fixes weren't enough. I sent Kit a message, he called back in less than 30 minutes, and was at my house to access the pipe from the sidewalk. One rubber mallet head blocking my pipe later, he called and gave me an update. We will see how my basement fairs the next rain storm, but I am so appreciative of Kit coming out as soon as he did!

My wife and I were thrust into an unplanned kitchen renovation due to former homeowner neglect. The short version is we needed plumbing rerouted and new drains and supply lines installed. We hired Drains R Us because the price was right and both Kit and Tuan were very knowledgeable during the initial quote. We would have never been able to come in under budget without Drains R Us. No work was done but we had a miscommunication (never received quote). Owner was polite and showed integrity by reaching out returning my visit fee and gave apology, this to me speaks to his character. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family just based on how they handled a small mix up. I believe there is a reason why they have such great reviews on Yelp and if I need work in the future I would give them another shot.

Sent Drains R Us a request the day after Christmas at around 8:30 pm to clear a partial clog in my main drain line. Kit responded quickly (much faster than the 40 min avg response time) with a very reasonable quoted price, and I scheduled the appointment for the next evening. Tuan and his partner called 4 hours before the initial expected time to let me know they could come early, and within a few minutes they were here! Extremely friendly, professional, and competent, and within 20 minutes my drain was clean and flowing freely. Water heater rusted and started leaking... I messaged these guys and Kit responded within a few minutes on Yelp. Then Tuan, the other owner, came the next day. Their price quote was 20% better than another top rated plumber on Yelp, so we went ahead with it. Installation was a breeze and hot water was back up in a couple hours. We also had them install an outdoor faucet to our row home while they were here. Finally can easily water our flowers.

Nobody likes to call up plumbers to fix things, but Kit and Tuan turned a crappy situation around quickly and at competitive prices. I'm very happy to have found this team. Very very pleased.

They arrived promptly and assessed the situation and provided options on repair. They came with all equipment and supplies and completed the job very quickly on the spot. I had some plumbing work performed several months ago.  I was pleased The work was done promptly as Tuan was leaving for a Vacation. They replaced a drain line in the basement which went up as far as a connection about 4 ft up from the floor above.  They cut a hole in my 1st floor wall put in the PVC left me with a giant hole.  I was not so pleased that I had to get on yelp, Angie's List and Homeadvisor to locate a Handiman who could come out that same Sat. But I understood he did not Do Carpentry WorkTo close the gaping opening so nothing would come through into my apartment.  I called them within weeks after the Contractor came back from vacation to have him Check a leak that was coming down the pipe he had installed. He made several apps which he did not show up for.  I had another plumber look at it after a couple of mo This who told me I needed to call the Original Plumber to fix the leak because he could see it was around the connection where the new pipe was.  I texted Tuan again and conveyed the information.  He asked me to send him pics which I promptly supplied. He told me he needed to get money from me for parts before he even came out.  When he finally did come out, after I called Kit to complain, for which he reprimanded me about calling up on him, he told me it would cost several thousand to replace the remaining pipe which was PVC from the floor to the upper floor.  I asked him if that price included the total pipe to the roof.  He replied it did not. I was very unhappy but asked him to fix the problem anyway because I hoped that would be the end of my plumbing issues.  He told me that nothing he did would be satisfying for me, so I should get someone else to fix it.  Well I did.  It cost just over one hundred dollars to replace a cracked boot connecting the pvc that he installed to the preexisting pvc.  I was totally disgusted with Tuan's lack of Professionalism, lack of Empathy in leaving a Senior Women with a gaping hole in the wall, and Unreliability.  The cracked Boot could easily have been diagnosed had he taken the time to do so but he tried to take advantage of the situation.  I took time to write this review to advise people to Beware as I would not recommend him to anyone unless they knew exactly what needed to be done to supervise his work along the way.

Kit & Tuan were fantastic! I emailed on a Sunday night and received a response within an hour. I had a small nail caught in the kitchen sink that I could not get out & didn't trust myself to open up the disposal - After 5 minutes Tuan got it out. I mentioned my bathroom sink draining extremely slow & he unclogged that with his sink plunger within minutes. Very quick to respond & came to our house the following day to handle, also very reasonably priced. If anything arises in the future Tuan & Kit are my guys!

Tuan was right on time and very efficient in fixing our issue! Extremely professional, easy to deal with, and had everything done within 2 hours of my initial call to him. The pricing was great and we are happy with the work.

Excellent communication and promptness. They were very flexible with accommodating my schedule and was able to relight my water heater in under ten minutes. I'm looking forward to doing more extensive work with them and will follow-up with another review after that work is done.

Tuan came out to fix an exterior storm water drain and while he was here he offered to install my new reverse osmosis water filtration system for half of what other plumbers were charging. There were unavoidable  surprises with both jobs and Tuan was able to figure out solutions quickly for the water filter install and work with me to figure out options for the outside drain. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with, reasonably priced, efficient and neat. Great plumber and honest too!

Kit replaced our garbage disposal in half an hour! He is a rockstar! They were on time, and responded to me right away at 5 o'clock on a Saturday. They arrived Sunday morning.

The only contractor/repair company I've found so far that I would 110% recommend. On time, responsive, friendly and affordable. Wish they did more than plumbing!

I needed a plumber right away and Drains R Us Plumbing and Drain Cleaning was able to come to my home within an hour and a half of my phone call. They were not only prompt, but very professional, thorough, and friendly. Most importantly, they solved my plumbing issue. I am very grateful for their service and would recommend them, especially if your plumbing issue is somewhat urgent.

I asked Drains R Us to install a dishwasher and also a valve for a refrigerator. They said the cost is going to be $250 for installing a dishwasher and $150 for installing a valve. Two hours later, a plumber arrived and started working on the dishwasher. He installed dishwasher after about 90 minutes. However, there was a junction box under the former dishwasher to connect the power lines. The plumber told me that dishwasher cannot slide in completely and it would stay about 4 inches outside due to the junction box. I asked him to mount it on the wall but he refused. Ultimately, I asked him to let me pull the wires under the floor of the kitchen (in the basement) and asked him to connect the wires in the basement instead of on the kitchen (to let dishwasher slide in completely). I pulled down the wires myself and he came to the basement and connected the power lines in the junction box in the basement, instead of the kitchen. Later he charged me $75 for extra work, which is coming to the basement! He had to connect the same wires in the kitchen but when I pulled the wires to the basement and asked him to connect them in the basement he charged me an extra $75!! Later, I figured out that there was an empty space under the new dishwasher, which was enough for that junction, which means there was not any need to move that junction box!
Then, the plumber had a hard time to find the old valve for the refrigerator. He was about to cut a cold water pipe in the kitchen to create a new connection but I got him before cutting that pipe and I explain why he was wrong as there were an old valve and pipe that he needs to replace. He did not accept it, so I explained and explained and showed him why he was wrong. Finally, he accepted my point and replaced the old valve instead of cutting another pipe to install a valve
In my experience with Drain R Us, the plumber was not knowledgeable and also their price was too high. They charged me $75 extra for connecting two wires in the basement instead of in the kitchen!

Early afternoon, Thanksgiving Day: amid the chaos and mayhem of a kitchen during Thanksgiving dinner prep, a certain someone put a hefty amount of food ick in the sink and turned on the disposal. Double sink became a turkey marinade hot tub. Nothing certain someone or his amazingly talented beautiful girlfriend tried made it better. Their interventions actually made things worse, eventually resulting in a turkey marinade water show / involuntary wet t-shirt contest. Many plumbers were called, few called back, and the ones that did weren't open, weren't available, or weren't willing to come without demanding an exorbitant holiday fee... until almighty Kit, the owner of Drains R Us! He called us back moments after we left a message, and when he didn't have a technician available to come over right away, he graciously came out himself. He arrived in record speed and was friendly, polite, professional, and thorough--especially given the mess and general mania of our kitchen and house. Best of all, it's been an hour and a half since we first called, our drain is fixed, cooking has commenced once again, and Kit is on his way home to his family. We cannot recommend Drains R Us highly enough, we will never call another plumber again. Thank you Drains R Us for saving our Thanksgiving!

Twan was the best! He fixed my toilet in less than ten minutes and was prompt to arrive for my emergency. I tried plunging, I tried hot water, I tried dish soap and nothing worked. Highly recommend Drains R Us and Twan!

Returned home from our honeymoon to frozen pipes. Called about 15 plumbers at 6:30 AM on Sunday. Kitt from Drains R Us called back and was at the house within an hour. He took a look around, gave a free consultation, and suggested we simply needed to heat the area with space heaters and central air. About four hours later the pipes had unfrozen and our water was back on. Kitt and Drains R Us were honest and saved us a ton of money. I appreciate their punctuality and honesty. Would use again.

My upstairs tub was leaking through the ceiling on the first floor and Drains R Us diagnosed the issue quickly.   They were extremely professional and clean.  They took their boots off when entering my home, covered the floor around the pathway to the work, and made sure to cover anything that could get dust on it.  They ran into an unforeseen issue and informed me about it immediately and came up with a solution without needing to increase the price.  Highly recommend.

I decided to use Drains R Us because of the great reviews and because they were open on Sunday. My pipes were clogged and we couldn't use any water at all (toilets, shower, sink, etc) without flooding in the basement. I called first thing Sunday and Kit got back to me very quickly. In an hour, Tuan was at my door, another hour later and the water is flowing! Tuan was nothing but professional the entire time, taking his shoes off when he came in (without me asking), explaining the issue and ways I can prevent it from happening in the future. Finding a service that you can trust can be nerve racking but I plan on calling them for any issues in the future and recommending them to friends in the area. I don't use a plumber often so I am not familiar with their pricing, but according to my brother who is also in the city, who had the same issue and used a well known plumbing service, Drains R Us gave are a fair price.
