Jerry was awesome! He assisted with a repair even though I was not in the city to be present. He was professional and responsive. He offered to come out on a holiday weekend even though it was not necessary. He is upfront about pricing and parts and serviced the repair quickly!

I have long had a leaky outdoor hose bibb which made watering our flowers an increasingly annoying task. Not having any idea of what was involved in remedying, I texted Jerry, asking him to please come evaluate and fix. He could have easily shown up and created a job for himself (and I'd never have been the wiser), but instead he talked me through the repair at zero cost. Such an honest guy!

We used Jerry Allgood to replace our water heater. He was fast and responsive. Tarps were laid down to protect our floors and the installation went off without any issues or delays. I recommend Allgood Plumbing.

Water was draining out the side of my house.  I called Jerry he came right over put a new valve on it and it was as good as new!  Thanks Jerry!!
