Jesse was supposed to fix a leaking pipe in my attic. I had already located the leak (a pinhole) and cleared the space around it. Jesse came and did a shotty job to temporarily stop the leak. He told the home warranty company that he could not access the leak which is an obvious lie because he put a cut piece of rubber and a clamp on the pinhole; that fix didn't even work. If he could do that with no issue, how does he not have access!?!? He wants me to pay him $425 to move some insulation, an air duct, and put down a board for him to complete the pipe repair. I refused to pay this crook any additional money to fix a leak. I had to put the towel back under the leak. Look at the pics and you be the judge; is there access or not?

They were sent out by my home warranty company for two leaky sinks. They were courteous and friendly and got straight to work. Jesse explained everything. They came back 3 times (as we had to order parts 2x) and each time I was thoroughly pleased with everything. They were great.

Terrible customer service.  Before work was even completed I received a call demanding payment.  When I expressed concern about paying before work was done, I was told they have to collect to avoid getting stiffed
I was flabbergasted.
I will never use this company again.
My initial appointment was in late February, it took them until mid April to return.
Be warned.

Called my home warranty company with priority request at 2PM and by 11AM the next day; still no return call or contact by Sancho Services.
Guessing I wasn't a priority or they are to busy to contact me.
Move on to someone who at least has a better customer service...

They didn't show up when scheduled even though they insisted that they were only available at the time they scheduled. When I called they said they canceled but had forgot to call.

Lazy technicians that do not want to lift a finger. Went trough American home shield. My washer had a kink on the hose and they did not even bother to move the washer to see if there were any damage to the hoses. They stated that I was suppose to give them access. First of all, I am a woman and cannot move the washer on my own, otherwise I would have done so. The least the technician could have done is checked the back of the washer to see if there was anything wrong with the hoses. $75 service call for nothing, called another PLUMER to come see what the issue was and he fixed the issue in 10 minutes.

Customer service is horrible and unprofessional. Be prepared to talk with their unprofessional receptionist who will laugh at anything you say with an attitude! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

This company by way of their plumber, cut out two drywall holes, as it turns out was a total miss calculated assessment.  Other companies have verified Sancho Services, because their $524 fix, did not address the problem they charged me for.  DO NOT USE this company, they're NOT QUALIFIED - total Amateurs!  And rip-off artists.  Now I have the damage they created plus more damage from them not properly repairing the original problem.

Very happy with Sancho Services  they were a dispatch from my home warranty company. They responded quickly, showed up on time and took care of my issue. Very easy to work with!

Requested service through home warranty company.  The first day they arrived they broke a valve outside our home and said they would come back to fix it along with our initial problem (power went out because of the artic freeze).  Several calls and messages later we were rescheduled. They came late in the evening and left within 10 minutes after saying they couldn't do something that my husband was able to do in 5 minutes. They wanted to reschedule again for 4 days later.
At that point I was concerned, I didn't trust them.  They have since lied to the warranty company about breaking a valve as well as stating that they did a diagnostic on our home (that this is a lie as well).
The office manager is rude and unprofessional. She started yelling and cursing at me and then accused me of being a liar about the broken valve and rescheduling.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I wish I would have read the reviews because others have gone through the same thing.  Make sure you check reviews on any company before you allow them to come in your home. I know I will!

If you are using a American Home Shield and they set you up with this service, immediately request a new company.  Read the reviews on this company they are 100% true (kids in the background, no answer, no call backs, lying, etc)

Upon getting matched with Sancho Services, I received a call from the company saying they would like to schedule an appointment the following day. I asked what time and was told she would give me a call at 8 am tomorrow morning, since she gathers all of the service calls and then distributes for the day. I thought that was a bit weird but was ok with it.  I then received an email that my service was scheduled between 9-1pm. This too I thought was weird since we did not discuss a time. I assume they do it to have the appearance they are setting up appointments.

The following day I received no call at 8 am, and I attempted to call 3-4 times between 8-9 am with no answer. The left a message on an automated VM at 9:18. I preceded to call back at 10:14 (no answer) and finally at 11:24 she answered. I asked what the status was and she said she would find out and call me back. Guess what, she didn't. I called again at 11:24 and she said she would send the plumber out after his next stop and she would call as soon as he is on his way. Guess what, she didn't. Finally, at 2:58pm I called her back asking where the plumber was, and she told me there was a family emergency and he never came in today..... ERRRRRRRGGG!! She lied the entire day and I wasted a vacation day sitting at home. I could have gone back to work.

I didn't choose them, but my home warranty company assigned them to me. I spoke to Roxanne on Monday to schedule an appointment. We agreed on Wednesday morning. She said it would be morning, but she couldn't give me an exact time until the day of. She would call me first thing Wednesday morning to let me know where I fell in the queue.

I received a call first thing yesterday morning (Tuesday). Roxanne told me I was second in line for the day. I reminded her that my appointment was for Wednesday morning. *I Knew this because I was sitting at my laptop and put the appointment in my calendar while we were on the phone.* She said she remembered and would call me the next day. No problem.

No call today. I called her and she sounded flustered and confused. She told me they didn't know when they were coming, likely the evening. I reminded her that my appointment was for the a.m. and she told me that she would never tell me that I had a morning appointment and that it was the plumber who decided where he would go at what time. I told her that I was certain she said morning as I would have scheduled a day when I was home the entire day versus half-day. She rudely said that she always tells customers that it could be any time of day. Not accurate.

I then looked at their Yelp reviews and decided to back out. I took their initial rudeness and confusion as a sign of things to come.

I've used them twice now through my home warranty place and I love them!! They show up in mask....which I know has to be sooooo uncomfortable and hot in this Texas summer heat. Jaime was awesome. He took everything out from under my sink for me....it was NASTY due to a leak.....and he informed me there were bugs under there now....I DO NOT DO BUGS. He killed some for me ...because at this point I already locked myself in my bedroom.  We also had our hot water heater replaced through them. Everyone is always super friendly and very nice. I throughly enjoy talking to their receptionist. She's the best!!! Such a nice sweet person and we tend to carry on probably longer than we should  I think they are a great company trying to make it in this crazy COVID-19 world....and I think they are doing great. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!!!

Technician was rude, made condescending comments and continued to upsell after being asked to stop trying to sell me on other services and what service was necessary at this very moment. Technician made another condescending comment and I asked him to leave my home. He initially hesitated as if he wanted to be confrontational and then left after being told a second time. I will NEVER use this company or their services again. Also, this is a horrible reflection of the company, as the technician is also the owner. Attempted to support a small business, but this one was a complete and utter failure!!!

I have had an issue with my spare bathroom since purchasing the house. I have had the contractor who remolded and another plumber come out and neither was able to fix the issue. While the water leaked into my living room from the tub I contacted my home warranty who sent out Sancho. The plumber they sent took the time to explain everything in detail and also fixed the issue. We can finally shower/bath in my spare bathroom with out creating a pool in my living room. I am so thankful for their kind, hard working and intelligent plumber Jamie.

This company is trash and they have a racist tech come out to my sister's house on a service call. The tech was racist and rude towards my sister while I was at work. I'm thankful that her son was there to provide protection for her. I will be going down to their office to confront them and their racist tech for their piss poor service and they better make this right or they can speak to my lawyer in court!!!

How fast can you run? Grab a Red Bull so you can double that speed and run as fast as you can away from this company. I wish I had read the other reviews before I let my home warranty company assign this company to me.

This is literally the most poorly run and managed company I have ever dealt with in my life. It is no wonder they need to use a home warranty to get customers. There is no way they could maintain them on their own.

We needed a shower head and faucet replaced. Non-emergency issues that I thought would be easy to get done. It has been a month since I first met the plumber here assigned to this issue. The first time he was scheduled was a Tuesday morning (between 8 and 12). He showed up at 1pm. I wrote that off as a one-time thing and didn't say anything about it. The next week, I scheduled for the same time. He wasn't even on his way by noon again, so I had to reschedule because of work. Since that time, I have tried to schedule with this company FIVE times. Three of those times, he couldn't even come. Once, he came at 3:30pm (even though I'd been waiting for 3 hours) and said he couldn't finish the job today. The next time, the exact same thing happened. He and I called their scheduler together this most recent time and rescheduled for this morning. He said he would personally be sure he came today first thing. Well, I just called him and he said he is sorry, but he scheduled someone else.

This place is an absolute disaster. To make things worse, the secretary/scheduler/whoever is completely incompetent and rude. Last week, she called me and told me they were on their way. A little later, one of the plumbers called me and we realized she mixed me up with another customer; she called me back and said So, you aren't at home again? I informed her she thought I was someone else, and she sort of apologized, confirmed my next apt....and then promptly they didn't come.

I'm putting in a formal complaint to my home warranty company. Looks like lots of people have complained about this terrible business. I won't let them assign me to them again.

I did not heed the warning posted on here when I called my home warranty company American Shield for a leak in my ceiling. They are very unprofessional, rude, and did not resolve the issue or clearly identify the issue. I just wanted them out of my house as soon as possible. They then proceeded to leave the installation on my front lawn and never notified me that it was there. If you can, do not let this company seevice your home for any reason.

Terrible services. Got them thru my home warranty. Wish I would've read reviews first. Make sure if you get plumbing to ask which company they are using. I had an appointment 10-2 didn't come till 5:30pm Because he said he rushed on another job and ended up fooding their home. So then I got a little worried about the company.  When Jaime, I think the name got there to look at my leak he said he needed more time in the day and that someone would schedule the next day said he needed wood to fix the leak and would charge me 70 to buy and wanted me to move my own insulation to do the job. Anyways, next day didn't hear back. Had to go thru home warranty and they left a message for them to schedule appointment the next day no one called for appointment. Called the next day got fed up and cancelled. Terrible first time experience. I would've done better off without using my home warranty and that company.

These guys have worked on our home twice. Installed a brand new kitchen faucet about 8 months ago. Recommended the correct faucet, were very professional and friendly. My husband contacted them for another job they showed up early as we requested, were friendly and very professional. Fixed our leak and did a bang up job. Whenever we need a plumber we will call them!

Absolutely horrendous customer service request from Sancho Service.

I called American Home Shield due to a broken and very leaky hot water heater on Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 and got assigned to Sancho. I got the phone number to Sancho Services around 2:00 pm on Easter and spoke to a lady that said it was Easter and they weren't coming out because of the holiday but I would be seen tomorrow so I said OK, I understand. The next morning, I call back at 7:00 am to make sure that I'm on the list for today, she assured me that I was on the list for Monday and they would definitely be out. So I waited until about 12:00 pm and called once again but I'm reassured that they are coming, hang tight. Well 3:20 pm rolls around and no call, no knock so I make a call to Sancho, the lady who I've been talking to since Easter tells me that I'm number two on the list and they will be there soon. Night falls and its now 7:20 pm and I politely call Sancho once again, the same woman answers and tells me that I'm now scheduled for tomorrow and that she never told me I would be seen Monday? WTF???? I said I have three phones calls to you from today asking if I would be seen and you told me yes. She tells me that she never said that and I was always scheduled for Tuesday? If I was scheduled to be seen on Tuesday, why in the hell would I continually call you on Monday? At this point she hangs up.

I'm not sure how this company is still in business but like the other reviewers, if you are assigned this company by a home warranty service, get another company.

This is not the most professional company you will find. I put them on my no-call list. A person at that company called  at 0945 to verify my appointment for the day but could not give me a time range. They finally came at 5:30. The service person looked at the pipes under the sink an said that he was going to have to replace all the pipes because of a sealant spray used to attempt to stop the leak. He said it would be impossible to unscrew the pipes. However when I asked him to show me, the pipe unscrewed easily. I asked him were the leak came from and he said  'Everywhere.' It was obvious that the leak came from a seal break around the drain. I told him that I would get a second opinion. I called American Home Shield to notify them that I never want to use that company again. I will cancel my service with AHS If I have to pay that company a service fee.

I agree with all the other reviews on here. They responded to an Old Republic Home warranty request.  An urgent one, as the sewage main was blocked, one toilet had already overflowed and sewage gas was bubbling out of multiple shower and sink drains.  But when does this 24/7 business want to send a tech out?  2 days later.  So we wait the 2 days and by noon I haven't even received confirmation of the service appointment.  When I call them, apparently it's because the ONLY tech with a snake called in sick.  Well maybe they should have f*cking notified everyone with appointments for unclogging drains.  3 days after the initial call, the appointment is set, and confirmed between 8am and 3pm.  Are you serious?  3 hour windows are frustrating enough, but this appointment might as well say we will be there sometime this week.  3 pm rolls around and there is no call from the tech or update from the dispatch.  I call again. The response it, well I don't know where our tech is, but your appointment was the 2nd to last one of the day, so he could be there before 5pm.  Wow Sherlock! And somehow you thought the appointment might happen at 8am being the last one of the day?  This place is completely incompetent.  Save your money.  And tell you home warranty company that you don't want to use them either.

had a really rough time dealing with these guys. they were nice on phone but I was really disappointed when it came to actually dealing with them in person.  My home warranty called them, they came, ripped out the sheetrock, found the problem and did a very temporarily fix  and left it with the ceiling exposed... I had to pay the $75 trade call fee of course with no work done... and waited and waited... called them several times for another appointment to get someone back out... 3 days passed, they finally came back out, said leak wasn't covered under home warranty and that they can fix it for at least $1400+ and they can't do it til next week, and it'll take 3 days to repair it because it's a huge job.... and left. Thank god I found another company that showed up on time and did the job same day and for $420.

Good golly, NEVER hire these guys! Check this out: They come to my house to fix one of two water heaters - the other one has been functioning fine for over 3 years, as the house was new 3 years ago - SO...they go into my attic, tinker around for an hour, then come down and tell me that now the OTHER water heater is broken. What a coincidence!
Then they proceeded to call my home warranty company and tell them that the water heaters are fully covered under the manufacturer's warranty (They are not, parts only), and so my home warranty company refuses to pay, and these guys proceed to tell me that it will cost upwards of $6-800 to fix BOTH water heaters (Yep, including the one they broke).
I said I needed to talk to the warranty company, and asked if they could come back the same day - Friday. They said sure, they could, just call them.
I call my home warranty company (AHS, different review later), and they say that in fact if the warranty is for parts only, they'll cover the labor. I call Sancho back, they say they will NOT come back out, they are too busy. So here I am, a Friday in the middle of winter, my wife and 5 kids and me with NO hot water. I proceed to go slowly ballistic, as you may understand. I call the warranty company back, make waves, they call the contractor, the contractor calls me and says they'll come back today, but they want DOUBLE the service fee. No choice, I'm paying.
Am I being unreasonable, or are these guys absolute arsehats?

I was told they could handle our repair. Waited half a day. They were late and then told me they don't have bandwidth to handle after collecting my warranty check and leaving without notifying me. Now I have to find another company and take another day off and find a hotel since they weren't upfront from the beginning even though I told them the issue.

I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not show up when they say they are going to. I was provided them through my home warranty. I spoke to someone on Friday, 10/7/16 and they said they could come out on Monday and they would call at 8am on Monday to give me the 2 hour window in which they were going to come. No one called me. I called at 11am, left a message, requested a call back and no one called. I called my home warranty at 2:30, they were able to reach them and they said they'd call shortly to let me know when they could come out. Sancho services called back at 3, tells me they no longer can make it out today and requested to come out the next day, Tuesday 10/11/16. I let them know that doesn't work for me and again requested they come out that day, as they scheduled. She said they couldn't because other jobs took too long that day. I let them know that no one could be available at my home until after 2 on Tuesday. She said that was fine. I asked if I was going to run in to the same issue as Monday since it was the end of the day and if they weren't going to make it out because the other jobs took too long. She said no, that if we were available after 2, someone would be out there after 2.  

Once again, the morning of Tuesday 10/11/16, no call at 8am to give me a 2 hour window. I have one missed call today at 10:27am with no voicemail, that I've now determined was them.

I called back at 455 to inquire why no one has come to my home. She tells me that they are done for the day and that she called me today when they were an hour out and if no one answered the phone then they weren't going to come out there.

1. I'm a widowed, single mom, that has to work full time to support my family. I can't sit around and answer my phone every second of every day. Surely I'm not the only person that misses a call every now and then. And surely I'm not the only person who doesn't save contractors phone numbers in my phone. So, if a voicemail is not left- how am I supposed to know who to call back?? There was no voicemail left for me today at 10:27am and I didn't recognize the number while I'm busy working.

2. They failed to make it to their scheduled appointment on Monday and I let them know I was only available after 2pm on Tuesday. Calling me when they're an hour out at 10:27am would have put them at my house at approximately 11:27 when I told them no one was available until after 2pm.

Clearly they don't want business and they don't want to work. Unless you want to sit around day after day and not get your issue fixed, I don't recommend them to anyone.

I was contacted by this company for a home warranty claim. They told me the issue I reported to my warranty provider is not their specialization. I asked them to inform the warranty company so they can send someone else but the lady argues I should be the one telling the warranty provider to send someone else. This is ridiculous, if they can't fix something they ought to discuss it with the warranty provider and not waste home owners' time.

Incompetent, non-professional, careless, NOT RECOMMENDED!

There is a pipe leak between the exterior brick wall and the garage wall of my house.    The water drips slowly to the concrete slab and seeps outside through the gaps on the brick walls.  The green mildew grows in two weeks of the leak which prompted me to shut off the main water and treated the mildew.  I called AHS to request service and the ticket was assigned to SANCHO Services.  On Dec 22, 2017, two guys from that company came to my house, and they said they did not see any evidence of pipe leak.  All they did was cut a little sheet rock onn the garage wall where the the main water line splits to the exterior faucet.  Despite my words to describe the symptoms of the leak and my emphasis that the leak occurs in the space between the brick wall and the garage wall (behind the studs and the sheathing of the garage wall and behind the brick wall).  The two guys then left and said if I found signs of leak, call them via the number in their business cards.  After they left, I put my fingers along the pipe where the main pipe in garage wall splits to the outside faucet, I see constant flow of water into my hand.  This is the leak which drips down to the concrete slap in the space behind the garage wall sheathing.  I then used my phone to record the leak where there is a small opening on the garage wall.  I called the guys within less than 30 minutes after they left and let them know I found the exact leak location, they said they would come back after XMAS although technically they can come back to get the work done.
After Xmas, I called SANCHO SERVICES again on Dec 28, I was told they would call me back.  They did not.  I called AHS who then called them, AHS got the same answer and AHS said to me that SANCHO Services would call me back on the next day. On the next day, Dec 29, a week after, i did not get any calls from Sancho services, i then called AHS again, and AHS then called them again, but not connected.  Due to this leak, I have to shut off water at the outside meter box to cut off water to the whole house.  If I go to restroom, I have to open the water at the meter in order to have water to flush the toilet, then I have to shut water off again.  It's because the leak occurs where the main water supply pipe splits to the outside faucet and to the rest of the house.  These guys are incompetent, non professional, and don't possess good customer service behavior, and they don't care about customers at all.
I do not recommend them to any one.

Avoid working with this company.
First off they showed up 2 hours late. Then they said they repaired the drip in the shower. I paid them and off they went. I checked it out and the drip was worse.   I called them back - and told me that it was not his problem. I called the main number for the company and complained and then they hung up on me. I canceled my check and I told them that as well. They did not seem to care. Very poor customer service. Avoid this company.

My hot water heater broke down 3 days ago on Monday late in the afternoon. I called my home warranty company and they assigned my job to Sancho Services. I gave them a call and, as I've read in other Yelp! reviews, a woman answered the phone with the sound of children in the background. She told me that someone would be out the next day. This was my first service call since getting the home warranty so I didn't know what to expect; I was disappointed that no one was coming the same day since water was pouring out of the bottom of my heater but I realized that the home warranty service is not necessarily an emergency service. I had to deal with the leaking and getting the heater drained out and turned off myself that first night.

On Tuesday afternoon, a plumber and an assistant showed up from Sancho, looked at what needed to be done, explained the process to me, left me a business card and told me he would submit all the information to the warranty company within a couple of hours. I paid him the $100 service fee and followed up with the warranty company the following morning which was yesterday. After being told by the warranty company what they would cover and what I would pay out of pocket, I texted the plumber to find out when he could come and do the work. He was very responsive. He called me right back once he had the order approval from the warranty company to schedule installation of a new heater. He was ready to install yesterday afternoon, but I was out running errands so opted for first thing this morning. Sure enough, 2 other plumbers came this morning and installed my new heater. They were professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I will gladly call Sancho again.

I wanted to leave this review because I came to Yelp! to read about Sancho Services after the warranty company assigned my job to them since I'd never heard of them before. The reviews I'd read had me concerned about the service I would get, but it all turned out fine. I think my experience was better than some of the other reviewers because once I had the plumber's cell phone number, I texted him directly rather than calling the number the home warranty company gives for Sancho. The lady who answers that number is nice, but seems to be really busy.

Abort Mission, I repeat ABORT MISSION!!!  

Do not call this company and if AHS sends them to you, request someone else.  I am confidence the one positive review is likely a friend or family member.

This is an unprofessional and scam of a company!  Scheduling was a joke, a lady called from her cell phone - how do I know, I called back at 7 one evening and could hear her children in the background.  I asked for an evening appointment and the lady said she would make sure that was noted... they called at 10 AM and would not come later so I had to reschedule!

Jaime comes to my house, looks at my broken toilet - decides to up sale me to a nicer toilet (I can just submit the paperwork to AHS and then you can get a nice $300 or $400 top grade toilet).  Says he will submit everything to AHS.  I pay him my warranty service fee... I asked who I should make the check out to and he says 'please leave it blank'.  Uhmmm no!  I look at him, shake my head and finally he says 'just make it out to me' --- so the company is called Sancho Services, yet their shirts say 'SOS' and I make the check out to an individual,  Jaime???
Fast forward a few days later, I get a call from AHS saying my repair can't be covered because the plumber submitted that I said there was a manufacture defect.  I call the plumber multiple times... no answer.  Call the scheduler... she can't help.  Call the 'owner Jesse' who was a complete JERK.  After explaining everything to him I said obviously your company does not want to do the work, why don't you just send me my check back and I will find another company to do the repairs.  He refused.  I said, you did nothing - you came to my house, didn't even touch anything, lied on the paperwork.  He was so unprofessional and you could tell this wasn't his first time to deal with this type of complaint - when I expressed my disappointment in his customer service - his response was 'we are a licensed company'.  Yeah, nice you got a license but that doesn't mean you do good or reputable work.
Any company that uses multiple company names, asks you to give them a blank check, uses a cell phone and 'gmail' as their means of communications should be avoided.  Please take this advice and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY; you will save yourself A LOT of headaches.

In the past my home warranty company sent a guy out to my house from Sancho to fix my toilet and I was so pleased with the service and the very nice guy that I kept their number. So this time I specifically asked for Sancho but the home warranty people sent another company instead that I was very unimpressed with. That company gave me an estimate of $725 to repair a leak in my front yard. I felt led to call Sancho since I was going to have to pay out of pocket anyway. Sancho completed the job yesterday for $325! So if you need a plumber inside or out give Sancho a call.

Horrible service.....when you call their office it sounds like a Daycare..... They can't keep a scheduled appointment. Plumber was rude and would not explain the issue to me, he said that he didn't have to talk to me..... Spoke to the home warranty people and told them I would not accept this person or company back into my residence. They referred it to another company

DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY.  They came to fix a leaking pipe, after they left, it broke again. We called them to come back.  They claimed they called my wife multiple times to confirm the appointment, they never did, so they canceled our appointment. I talked to the manager Jesse on the phone and he hung up on me! Worst customer service I've ever experienced, they were rude on the phone and didn't care about my issue, they were just trying to get me off the phone.  Home warranty company is dropping them after we told them about our experience.  Stay away.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Jesse did absolutely nothing to repair our plumbing issue. First, he punched multiple holes in our wall, even in areas that were clearly not effected. He provided no rationale nor did he give an explanation. After seeing standing water and mold, he said I do not know what the problem is and then left. After asking him to stay and find the problem, Jesse said he did not have time for this.This group is very unprofessional and rude.

Horrible and very un professional.  Would not recommend to anybody!! You call for a man to answer Hello not a way to answer a company phone call then to be asked to call back, call back to then to be promised a rep will call you shortly.. never happened.  Call back and finally set an appointment, wait for that day and stay home since they can not give you a time they will be there but tell you someone will call an hour before arriving.  Wait at home all day for nothing, since nobody ever showed up or called!!! what POS!!  I cant believe my insurance has a account with these guys to deal with.

I wish there was a way to have NO stars - one star is just to much.   TERRIBLE customer service.    AHS sent this company to my home and they didn't fix anything..and then will not tell me why or communicate. They will not return your call...  The lady who answers the phone was very unprofessional and rude.    And if you are reading this, you talked this way to the wrong person.  I am going up to the top of the ladder at AHS and will take care of it.   You will not get your service fee either, I promise you that.    It seems like the lady answering the calls works from her home and when you call, it bothers her that she has to take the call.   I guess we are interrupting her Jerry Springer show and she doesn't want to do HER JOB.    I will make sure everyone knows how you deal with your customers also!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If zero was a possibility, I would give it a zero. Oh how I wish I would have read reviews before accepting referral from home warranty protect. When I called on Monday I was told they would be out between 8-5. I explained that I was a business owner and didn't mind cancelling but would like a closer window of time. I had to speak with a supervisor to get this address since the lady that answered the call would not provide anything other than 8-5. I became the first call of the day. When they arrived about 10:30, both workers were dirty and smelled badly. If I were the last call I could understand this. The plumber was in the article about 5 minutes and came down and said, it needs to be replaced and there will out of pocket expenses. He walked out. I received an invoice that only says hot water heater need to be replaced. I call home warranty and they tell me $350 is the out of pocket cost. Side note, 4.5 years ago another company replaced the hot water heater under our same home warranty and it cost us $0. For the last 2.5 days, I've been trying to get an understanding of the charges. The lady that answers doesn't have a clue and the plumber will not call me although several messages have been given to him. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
