I had a recent ceiling leak in my hall bath shower. it was fixed and doing great , but having the old galvanized pipe another sprung, at that point I decided to bite the bullet and have a full repipe done and not have to worry about it again! I'm glad I went with Budget home Services. The plumbers-Angel and Ray were courteous, hardworking and thorough! Working and coordinating with Anthony ( the supervisor) was very easy. I am very pleased with their work!

Budget Home Services is an awful and dishonest company! We called them to access a toilet leaking issue. They came out and from the get go, the guy was demanding to open the front gate for his teammate to come in, even though the garage door was wide open, which was the way he came in.

After about 5-10 minutes of assessing the issue, they gave one of my house mates a quote of $850, because the toilet was 30 years old and needed to get replace. I was busy at the the time they were assessing the issue but once i was done and i was told of the cost, then I became very suspicious of the price. It seemed very high for a toilet leak, more of it, that the entire toilet needed to be replace. I don't know where they got the 30 years old from, because that toilet was replace when we renovated the bathroom about 4 years ago.

So, I went to see the issue of the 30yr toilet, and yes, the water was leaking from under the tank but it seemed like a fairly simple/easy fix; but to them the entire toilet needed to be replace. So i talked to my house mate and told her that i can fix the issue and to cancel the service. So she called guys that gave us the quote and told them that we needed to cancel. At this point, they got very angry and hung up. Great costumer service right? NOT!!!

So, i went to the hardware store and bought the tank gasket for $7. There are 2 screws holding the tank, unscrewed them and replace the gasket. All of this, took me a total of 20 minutes, that's including the trip to the hardware store. $7 is heck of a lot better than $850.

If this was an honest company/employees, they would have say: The issues is the tank-to-bowl gasket, we can have it ready for you in 1hr. it would cost $100. This would have been great, you would have a happy costumer and i wouldn't hesitate to call again for other services.

You guys F-UP!!! I will never call you again, and, i will tell all my friends/neighbors about your dishonesty, greediness and lack of costumer service.

I am so happy!!  My shower was leaking so I called a plumber and when they arrived they told me they didn't work on condos.  I called a second plumber and he told me I had to find someone to cut out the tiles so they could repair the shower.  I made arrangements for a tile guy to come out tomorrow to do the work.  When I got the bid for the repairs from the plumber, I thought it was a little high so I called Budget Home Services.  They sent Nick Russell out today and he was able to repair my shower WITHOUT removing the tiles at a fraction of the cost.  I was also able to cancel the tile work for even more savings.  In the future I will only use Nick Russell from Budget Home Services.  Thanks again, Nick.

A few years back they did my re-piping and installed a new hot water heater.  They did excellent work.  Reasonable pricing.  Very pleased with their work.  So when I needed my bath redone I called them.  So impressed with the quality of their workmanship!  My new shower is so beautiful.  Mr. Huckleberry, Angel, and Dustin did the most fantastic job.  They are so considerate and respectful.  I will highly recommend this company.  I will use them for all my plumbing needs and when I need a/c I will call them.

This company deserves a 6 rating. Price, People and Service is hard to come by these days but Budget Home Services checks all those boxes.

I needed a plumber because of the winter freeze to fix a burst pipe. I saw their crew in the neighborhood and they were nice enough to come by to assess and price the work. They worked me into their schedule and 8 days later they came out and did a very professional job in a short time for a good price. They weren't price gouging people like many other companies were. Because of their fairness and quality work its no wonder why they have such high review ratings.

Thanks to Brett for working me in their schedule without bumping any others needing plumbing services. Also thanks to Angel and Rick who did the repair which was tricky to get at. I definitely will use this company again without hesitation or bothering to shop around.

Budget came out and looked over my issues and provided the multiple types of options I requested without batting an eye. I went with their suggestion and appreciated that it was up to me and they respected my choice the entire time. Often professionals may tell you something that is best but make you feel dumb or uninformed while doing it, that was NOT the case with Budget they were respectful and knocked the job out
and quickly at that!

So, here's the skinny: our family was in the middle of an estate sale situation and the last thing I needed to deal with was, I smell gas when we walked into the garage on the Friday before out childhood home went on the market. After the gas company gave us the great news that there was a leak at the master control box, we were left to fix it. Within 10 minutes of submitting a quote request from BHS, they'd reached out and confirmed they'd be out same-day. Not only did every other company say they were booked until the following TUESDAY (this was on a Friday), but BHS showed up around 4pm and had the problem fixed for under $100 within a half hour of arriving. SOLUTIONS. I love solutions. Friendly techs, great customer service, and we were able to begin our estate sale the next day without having to worry whether our childhood home of 38 years was going to go up in flames.

I'd give 10 stars if it were possible and use words Yelp doesn't allow to say how grateful I was to have ONE LESS THING to worry about when it came to getting a house up for sale and managing an already stressful situation. THANK YOU.

Came to my house for give me quote, guy went in to attic and did not even care to put shoe liner.

Also he shut of the gas line and did not turn on. I was very naive for water heater so don't know what to do when I had cold water overnight. Kiddos need shower in morning but don't know what happened.

Very bad practice- if you turn off the heater let the owner know what to do in case you don't get hot water.

I can not express how wonderful this service was! I don't know if it was budget or not but who cares! What they charged me was beyond reasonable for the service and the prompt attention I got. I got call backs and a scheduling of the same day to come get my plumbing fixed.  I was able to pay with credit card and the repair man, JR was so polite! I often get worried as a female asking for handyman work because sometimes the guys can be creepy or rude.  JR was awesome, polite, and did a phenomenal job fixing the shower and handle.  I will definitely be using them again. Wonderful job!

I called to get a quote and Brett came out today. No high pressure sales tactics. I told him I wouldn't be ready to buy a new AC system until November and he wrote me a quote with just the facts. I appreciate not being pressured into buying when I wasn't ready. The prices quoted are reasonable and even include releveling my current compressor's slab.

These folks are professionals.

I submitted a request for a quote online.  I got a response very quickly.  They asked for additional details and information to understand the problem, and told me they would check on warranty in the morning.  It was late in the evening when I got back to Casey but he replied immediately.   I was able to get an appt for 7 am the next day.  

Matt showed up a few minutes early for the appt which was great because I had to get to the office.  He seemed genuinely happy to be there to help.  He took a look at the issue, confirmed the problem.  He took the time to explain what he saw.  Educated me on different aspects of the furnace.  He even provided me with multiple options at different quality and price tiers.  

He followed up an hour later with a text and email (which he had done the due diligence of finding out were my preferred methods of communication).  
He provided a written quote, with a few different options.  

I inquired about scheduling and he told me they were flexible would work around my schedule.  

Super impressed with their customer service.  I felt like I was important to them, as was my business.

Last week I had another plumbing company come out to give me an estimate for a leak that was occurring from my upstairs bath into my kitchen.  They quoted me $1700 to replace my shower waste & overflow and shower valve.  I called Budget to get a 2nd quote (remembered them from a commercial during KPRC morning news). They came out that day. My shower wasn't leaking at all, it was the toilet.  It was recently replaced and not set right by another company.  Derrick outlined all the 'what-ifs' before they started work and quoted best case & worst case scenario.  I was lucky this time that it was best case.  They fixed the leak in about 30 min for less than 1/3 of the other company's quote.  I'm so glad I called.  They are my GO TO plumbers from now on!

Job didn't work out and had to go with another company but they were courteous and processed my requested refund quickly and without fuss.

I love this company! I've used them multiple times on some investment properties. They never tell you they are booked and can't service you. They have serviced me every single time within 24 hours of me calling! Very responsive, very organized, very polite and priced extremely fair! I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone who's in need of fast QUALITY service!

I call this company for all of my plumbing needs. They work fast and know what they are doing. Scheduling has been a breeze and might I mention their costs are extremely affordable!

A service person name Derrick came to house within 30 minutes of my call. I was really surprised that they showed on time and I did not get a call saying they would be late others in the past we had used. Derrick introduced him, was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent time giving me information on my options on solving the exterior leak problem which I appreciated. I was able to ask some detail questions about the products to be used and the type of services available. Derrick also took a few moments to speak to me about financing, whole house re-piping and historical pipe installation. If all companies hired knowledgeable,personable and consultative individuals who complete their work in a timely manner no one would have to question reliability, worth or professionalism.

These guys are GREAT! Technician Kelly came to our home on Friday and completed the necessary repair. The following Monday, he came back to repair a new leak that had developed. Although in an entirely different area, his boss told him to not charge us a cent. Superior customer service is alive and well with this company, Kelly, and his boss.

I had a unique plumbing problem and my sink was leaking due to a builder's bad decision. The countertop was too thick for any standard faucet piece to fit so it started leaking. Kelly made it numerous suggestions as to how we can fix it and went out of his way to think of ways to save me money and get the leak fixed as quickly as possible. Because we couldn't figure out how to resolve the issue the first night, we planned for them to come back the second day. The first night they stayed late and never even charged me. Then the following day they were very flexible with my schedule to make sure that I can meet them at a time outside of work. When I met with him and Eddie, they fixed the leak quickly, they were very friendly and tidy, and save me lots of money in the long run. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them and I'm going to call them if I have any issues around my home that they service.

Budget Home Services was prompt to respond to my yelp message, they answered all my questions, our conversation lasted far past 5pm, as I was running errands and answering as I could in between tasks. Casey was patient and helpful and looked at the images and comments I sent them and even gave me a ballpark quote. They followed up in the morning and sent a tech out after I confirmed my request. Their technician JR was very friendly, professional, and did a great job removing our unused ancient garbage disposal. He also put caulking around our sink and helped me figure out what size and type of faucet I should go buy, he replaced the faucet and even cleaned up under the sink after he was done. He noticed some water damage from the leaking and let me know to be aware of this issue. I really appreciated this, and if I need any help reconnecting everything once we get the counter replaced I will definitely contact their company. He didn't waste any time, worked efficiently, and was courteous about clean up (something other companies I've noticed aren't always very good about).

We wanted to get re-pipe done on our home so we contacted several companies for estimates.....then: HURRICANE HARVEY destroyed our home in Bear Creek Village. We decided to rebuild and first thing we had done was have the re-pipe done by Budget Home Services. Great service-great price! They did the whole house (2 story) in 2 days.  Great customer service. JR was super nice-friendly (I thought my cats had gotten out and he and the other guys  seemed concerned as my daughter and I were upset/crying-cats were actually hiding under the bathroom sink). Derrick at the office is amazing.  My husband loves the job they did. For sure we will use them in the future for any of our plumbing needs. Trust me, you will not be disappointed with Budget Home Services!

Derrick did a great job.  The dispatch called first thing in the morning to give me a 4 hour window then I got a 45 min eta.  Took about an hour.  Will recommend them to my neighbors and will use again.

Hired Budget Home Services to fix some leaky faucets, dripping toilets, and advise on other plumbing issues. Casey was super responsive over the phone, and Jose the tech was incredibly professional and courteous. Repairs were made very quick, and I was very happy with the end result. It felt a little pricey, but I admit I am not super experienced when it comes to pricing on plumbing repair. They were willing to work with me on the price, which I appreciate. Overall, I will definitely use them again for the simple fact that they do great business.

Highly recommend!  Requested a quote on yelp and got an immediate response.  Budget had JR here within the hour to take care of my diy tub drain screwup.  JR was ultra knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy.  Gave me a quote then found a cheaper route so saved me a bundle!  The rates are affordable and much, much less than I expected.  These guys will be my go-to from now on!

Budget Home Services did an excellent job for us. Our scheduled time was from 1-6, but Kelley was able to come earlier, a bonus for sure as we couldn't use our kitchen sink or dishwasher. The quote we received was more than reasonable and the work was completed to perfection, saving us money all the while. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs! I understand they do AC as well so they are my new go to to call if we need either service again. Call them! You will not regret it! My water line broke and they repaired it immediately at a reasonable cost. They were very nice and explained everything to me.

I'm not sure if i called on the wrong day or what! I contacted the company around 2 pm and they said they have someone available to come out in the afternoon. I called at 3 pm and they said the plumbers will be coming out in couple of hours, i asked for a time frame and wasn't provided with one, the lady kept telling me they will be out amd when they are on their way she will give me a call!
At 5:30 i get a call from the lady saying that the plumbers that are available are still working on other jobs and they won't be able to make it to fix the outside leak that i habe, mind you i asked the lady, till what time are you all open? She said till they finish the last service call.... well i am one of those service calls! I'm just frustrated coz its too late to find another plumber and there is no water in the house coz that's the main water pipe to the entire house!!
Have a better communication and organize your service calls so that you can attend to customers needs or let them know in a timely manner that you are not able to do the job you promised to do, not at 5:30 pm!!!!

Have always had great service from this company! They are courteous, knowledgeable, respond quickly and for a fair price. Highly recommend!

I want to start by saying I normally do not write reviews, but this company did a great job!!!! My water heater went out and they really was realistic on the price. The young man Angel who came out was polite, respectful and worked in a timely manner. Felt like I was really getting a great deal instead of feeling like I was getting robbed. Highly recommend this company. Thank you guys for doing a great, honest job!!!!!

The plumbing work they did was fine and reasonably priced, but no respect for people's time... First appt, the tech called me to say he was on his way, I left work early and then he never showed up or called or anything. I waited a day then emailed Casey back to let him no it was a no show. He rescheduled me for 2 days later, without confirmation from me so the next thing I know I get a call that they are 30 minutes out. I was on the other side of town but hubby was home so it worked out. They gave a quote and scheduled for the next week, so hubby takes the day off work. They called me instead of him on the way and I was in a meeting and didn't know who's number was calling. No message left and they decided since I didn't answer that they weren't coming. Hubby finally calls to ask why they aren't there and they tell him I didn't answer the phone so they thought no one would be home. Why do we schedule appointments again, and why not leave a message?? They came in the afternoon and did most of the work. When it came to the shower, they said they were wrong about the part needed (they didn't look at it again so they knew this before they came back) and that it would cost twice as much and 7 day delivery. So now we have to take another day off work for you to come back again? No thanks. We took the faucet apart ourselves today and discovered that the part they said they needed wasn't even the right one. Glad we decided to check ourselves.

Ceaser shows up at my house at 7pm after a long day. He was professional, friendly, and smiling! Not only that, he solved my plumbing problem in about 20 minutes with a very elegant fix.  These guys were awesome.
