Needed cheap, deteriorating,  builder grade internal toilet bowl  components replaced.  After researching numerous plumbing companies on line, I decided to have Trident come out and replace ALL internal components in a toilet.  They were extremely responsive, professional, communicative, and the customer service was excellent.  Best plumbing experience I have ever had.  Great company, will use again.

I was struggling with my pool this spring, could not get the green yuck out, no matter what I did. Thankfully E&J was able to come out and take a look, within a day the green was nearly gone, within a week my pool was sparkling again. The service is great, very affordable and knowledgeable. I developed water leaking in multiple sinks, toilets and tub/showers due to extremely high water pressure in my home.  Because of the scope of this problem, I didn't want to trust this repair to a  general handyman, so I asked my friends and family if they knew a good plumber.  Brian Shaffer of Shaffer Plumbing was recommended highly, so I gave him a call.

It was after 5pm, so I expected to get voice mail, but Brian answered the phone.  I explained my problem, and he said he could come right then to take a look, then do the repair the next day.  He was at my house within 30 minutes, tested the pressure, took notes on parts/supplies he'd need, and said he would call me back with a quote, which he did.  While he was there, I asked him if he wanted to take a look at the other fixtures in the home, to see what he'd need to fix them.  He then surprised me and said, Let's fix the water pressure first.  I think that will fix all your other problems. What?!  How honest is that!  He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and he was right... once the pressure was fixed, the leaking in the other places stopped!

I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a plumbing problem to use Shaffer Plumbing... he will fix it quickly, correctly, and fairly! Tell him you saw the review on Yelp, and that Cindy sent you!

P.S... one of the people who told me about this company had them put in a water softening system in their home.  Again, professional service, job done right, and great price!

We identified our home hot water leak lines into the house had a leak on Wednesday evening July 3, 2019.   I placed a call to KW plumbing and left a message at 9 AM on July 4th.  Kevin returned my call within 30 minutes and asked me to take some pictures of issue.   He called back after receiving the pictures and said he could be there in 90 minutes.   He repaired/replaced two lines after arriving in a short period of time.   He was timely and reasonable.   Great Job!  I would recommend highly.  Kevin definitely exceeded my expectations on a major holiday!

Kyle from Desert Foothills Plumbing came out the same day, was early and even wore a mask due to COVID19 concerns.  The problem was handled quickly and efficiently.  I will definitely use this company for my plumbing needs.

Great service and value! He installed our new kitchen faucet perfectly, repaired a bathtub drain, and went above and beyond to fix a pesky slow-flushing toilet. He also educated us on how we could manage some minor issues ourselves, and was very knowledgeable about particular plumbing issues associated with our modular home.

Woke up Thursday morning to a swampy garage and a wet floor. Our old Rheem finally said goodbye after many years of great service. We called Water Heaters Only since they installed the original unit. Gave a great quote over the phone, Don showed up first thing the next morning and went right to work. Clean, efficient and left no trace. No surprise on the quote either. No complaints here. Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

Outstanding company and service.  Have called them twice for separate plumbing issues.  Both times they recommended practical, effective solutions that were reasonably priced.  For one service, they were half the price of another company. Our water heater crapped out, and these guys come to replace it. Their appointment times were pretty inconvenient, but I rearranged my schedule, as is typical of contractors.  However, when they showed up, they walked into my garage and said yup, you need to replace it. we can go ahead and do that but it will cost an additional $115 for code modifications.  Then when I told them that my home warranty actually covers code modifications, they said to call the warranty company. When I called the warranty company, they stated that the contractor hadn't called in a diagnosis yet, and they couldn't give me any feedback on pricing. When Stellar called in the diagnosis, they changed their story, obviously realizing that I would pay them more than the warranty company would, and suddenly these code modifications weren't at all code related. They can't explain to me what they are, but they're just necessary.  To compound my frusteration, they attempted to turn the water off to my house with my neighbor's meter and then told me my meter was broken and I'd have to call the city to have it fixed! Luckily, while I was on hold with the city, my neighbor came out wondering why her water was off! I would never call these guys!!

all (3) technician's were blaming each other and pointing one others fault.
I am selecting one star because there is no option for zero star or negative star.  no professionalism  or value for time for field workers.
