Trident Plumbing is the BEST.  They installed my new faucets in my primary bathroom and replaced my 22 year old water heater.  Thank you Jimmy and Jared for AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY SERVICE.  You arrived on time, cleaned the area and disposed of everything.   If anyone is looking for plumbing services, this company is honest and demonstrates great customer service.

These guys are great we thought we were going to have to replace the pump came out and took a look at our pump did some service on it and got it running.  I recommend them great service.

Had a plumbing leak and Brian gave me advice to get it figured out on my own. I was in a pinch and needed to leave town asap. It was really nice of him to help me get it solved and kept in touch to see if I was able to fix it. This is an old school, honest, above and beyond kind of company. Will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

My house needed a pressure reducing valve.  Back when we were renting, our landlord got one installed for about $250 so I knew the range of what I was looking for.  Fast forward a year and our home water pressure was too high.  The first company that came out wanted $350 which I thought was high.  Called another highly rated Yelp plumbing company and the guy that came out asked for $475 which I pretty much told him to pound sand.  

Found Kevin on Yelp and we texted back and forth on Friday, we set up a time to meet so he can look at the house on Monday.  He came out on Monday and quoted me $250.  I asked for him to add a leaky shower to be repaired.  $275 and about 2 hours later, everything was completed promptly and works great.  I'm happy with the quality of work, amount of time it took for everything, and a very fair price.  Kevin will be the first person I call for any of our plumbing needs from here on out.

These guys are a joke.  Been without water for 4 days ans still counting and they still aren't any closer.  This is a small low end operation.  Do yourself a favor, hire a large company not these unqualified clowns.  They will also look you in the face and lie about getting done. Then as soon as your back is turned, they will hop in their trucks and leave without anything fixed.  Worst experience we've ever had with a plumber.

Truthfully I don't have anything bad to say about Norfleet Family Plumbing. You can tell that this family truly just wants to help whoever they can.
Melanie has amazing customer service and is very informative beforehand.
Nick is straightforward, super professional, and actually cares about customer satisfaction.
Our shower has been down for over a year, and we have had multiple people asses the issue and have never wanted any of them to come back to fix the issue.
I had no problem with Nick completing the job because he actually explains to you the process and cost for everything. and doesn't mind working under pressure with kids and animals running around.
The shower now works better than it did when we moved into our home.

I was so impressed with Scott! He was kind enough to come help me change out some old water valves under our sinks, even though he already had another scheduled appointment. He was there in less than 10 minutes and in less than hour, the job was done. Great, great service and a quality job. Will definitely use EZ Flow again.

This company is FABULOUS!  and Trevor E was efficient and as nice as they come.  He explained to us what he was doing and how to have our water heater and timer work most efficiently for us.

We arrived in Peoria AZ where we have our 2nd home late in the evening Thursday and noticed their was a small amount of water on the garage floor.  Of course by the next morning, Friday, after showering we noticed more water, made the necessary call to our Homeowners Insurance on a Friday who got us hooked up with Water Heaters Only and within hours on 5/22/19 had Trevor from Water Heaters Only at our door.

I would highly recommend this company.  My husband and I were so impressed that we received such fast service on a Saturday after just calling the evening before at about 9pm with the make and size of our water heater so Trevor could bring the best replacement.  He brought what he needed replaced the water heater and did a fantastic job.  Thanks, we are happy customers!

Well based on the previous 5 star reviews I hired Kevin for a leaky tub faucet.  I even waited 3 days til he was available.  I wanted a rough estimate and Kevin said $75 plus parts as long as everything went smooth.  He needed to change out the cartridge which he had with him but the faucet pieces were corroded and also needed to be replaced.  He said he had it all with him for another customer but that it would be $80.00. I thought that sounded high so he called to get the price for the cartridge and said it was going to be $41 and if he needed to go to Home Depot (about 3 miles away) it would be another $25.00 plus the faucet pieces.  I've never had a plumber do this before so I said I would go get it and put the faucet on myself. He quickly showed me how.  It took about 15 min. total for him to do his job.  The faucet at HD was $12 and cartridge was $38. so a total of $52 not $80 as he had said.  When I got back I couldn't get the faucet on so then drove to Osborn Plumbing Supply who showed me how to put it on correctly. The cartridge there is $37.00.  When I went back to put the faucet on realized Kevin put the cartridge  in backward and hot and cold was reversed.  I texted Kevin all of this and how unhappy I was that this took me so much time and that he wanted to charge an additional $25 to get a part.  He said he had to charge for his time and that he is less than the big plumbing companies.  This is not so.  A large plumbing company charges retail for parts and has them on their truck and if not doesn't charge extra to go get it.  Osborn Plumbing Supply said they charge $95 per hour labor.  Kevin did offer to come back to reverse the cartridge and make it right but now I don't care and will just live with it.  Me personally hire these independent guys to save money.  I disagree that he is cheaper from my experience and would rather go with a reputable company for the same money and not have to do some of the work myself.  The only thing I agree with on the other reviews is yes Kevin is very personable, but this is really not important.  It is the work and price for it that matters.  I am writing this review so others are not deceived by all the 5 star reviews and don't wait 3 days for a plumber to come out and not do 5 star work.  Oh and he charges 3% more for credit cards.

After dealing with another company for 16 hours and was told again and again they were on their way, I tried Sunstate.  From the minute I called and spoke to Bonnie, I knew that this business was all about customer service. She was personable, informative and helpful. Ron came out less than an hour after I called and helped us out with an obstruction in our line. He explained what was going on, and even showed us pictures and videos of what was happening with our pipes. He fixed all of it, of course. I'll be using them going forward!

Having a second home in Surprise and needing a plumber to install a new sink, faucet and disposal on the week day I was able to be in town Stellar was recommended to me and I was so pleased! They were fabulous . The owner Paul performed work on cutting the counter top for the sink I provided to fit properly without me having to fly back to AZ to line up another contractor on another date . His technician Juan and crew were professional and the job was perfect! I rate them 5 stars!!

Condescending. They're allegedly going to call me when the part comes in. Ha. So am I waiting for their call for a second appointment? Oh, hell no. I already hired someone else as soon as I hung up with them. They're allegedly plumbers, why don't they have parts on their trucks? The plumber (or tech?) who did come out told me that every faucet head (that fills the bathtub) leaks when you switch to the shower head during a shower. He replaced the faucet with a cheap one, which, of course, leaks when you switch it to the shower head, but just a little less. Not fixed. Just leaks less. There's apparently a diverter valve that needs to be installed. The guy at ACE Hardware just laughed when I told him what the plumber told me. So: Couldn't fix the leak, didn't have the part in the truck. Did half-baked repair that didn't stop the water from coming out the tub's faucet head. Incompetent idiots. Went through home warranty company. Will be calling home warranty company to complain and get possible refund on the (lack of service...) service fee. Don't use this company. Waste of your time and money. They act like we (as customers) just fell off the turnip truck. Nope. Been around the block a few times. They're incompetent. Waste of time. They apparently don't care about customer service. Read other reviews, not just mine. Lots of similar experiences noted. How do they even stay in business treating customers like we're idiots?
