I used this company to assemble my desk, as getting a bad experience from Sam who came over with a generic business didnt realize that there is no Roc# number on card& no bus number. It took hi, an hour to assemble & just realize after the assemble I decided it needed to be moved never touch didn't  thoroughly inspecTed it. The screws are fastened tightly on entire desk. never recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed with Sam over all work.I am also a Veteran 0 negative feedback. beware his also made a rude comment before leaving my home regarding my militany service. Beware of all in one.

You know they're good and reliable when they're you're #1 plumber choice. I've used then a couple of times now.. I highly recommend them.

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

I sent a quote to several locations through Yelp for a very easy job for a plumber, replacing a small bit of copper pipe for a bathtub faucet spout as part of a larger bathroom remodel. I simply did not want to buy the tools for sweating copper just to use them once. After sending the quote request, only Robinson Plumbing gave a reasonable estimate, had good availability, and completed the project with no surprises or issues. Thank you, Robinson Plumbing, your expertise and courteous service helped this DIYer make it to the remodel finish line!

I'm a New Yorker. I don't take #@&% from anyone. I have high standards! Well, this afternoon at 4:15, I sprung a BIG leak.Water everywhere..tons of towels. I called Belsito. 45 mins later.The guy is here, fixes it.bada boom.(lol). Price: amazing. Seriously, they 'saved' my life. I am calling them this week to replace my water softener(part of the problem) and R/o. I live in a community where I think people drive in and say:let's gouge them. Not the case with Belsito. I would recommend them to anyone with any plumbing issues.

Phenomenal service & pricing. He was there the next day to repair my water heater & was a super nice guy. Great work, highly recommend for anyone who needs a hot water heater replacement or repairs. Thanks again for your excellent customer service

Oh man all I have to say is it's great when the plumber comes to the job site prepared and ready to fix your issue!  My toilet started leaking profusely at 4pm the day I moved in and of course getting a plumber at the end of the day is near impossible but to get one first thing in the morning is a godsent.  Thank you Apple Plumbing for making it easy.

I do not recommend Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service due to the following:

It was very upsetting to wait 9 WEEKS for their quoted cost of $5,126.67 which was not the total cost for their services. We were not aware that they would not be installing the tub for our master bath remodel until the receipt of the quote dated 12/12/22. The tub fixture is 400 lbs. per the specs which they had in their possession since October 2022. Now after 9 WEEKS I had to find a contractor to do the install for this plumbing/tub fixture and not even a referral from Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service as to who would do this to assist us knowing our project was starting on 1/9/2023, 4 weeks from 12/12/22!

I never thought we would receive this type of service/treatment it would have been better for Joe the owner to say upfront on October 6, 2022, when he came to our home, we are not interested in your project, and we could have had selected another company to replace them by now.

We support our local Cave Creek businesses, and I thought I made a great choice, but that was clearly not the case, and for Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service not to have the common courtesy and professionalism to tell us especially to an existing customer, is more than a disappointment beyond words, I just don't understand their business ethics. They wasted 9 WEEKS of my time with all of my countless phone calls/follow-up to Cheryl and false promise responses.... we are working on it be patient, I was more than patient!

I was able to find a more competent company in Cave Creek with 40 years of experience that responded in 1 day that will do all of the work for one price.

Customer beware of Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service this could happen to you!

As of this posting 12/30/22 no response from Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service, evidently this customer is not important!

It's not often you find a company that is worthy of trust, but this one has earned mine.  I had a fitting crack on an existing system.  I expected a hard sell on a new system.  What I got was a great greeting on the phone that worked with me to identify the type of system and issue.  They offered repair with not even any discussion of replacement.  Ryan, the tech, showed up right on time, masked up and ready to go.  He fixed the problem in minutes, educated me on my system (never knew much about it other than add salt when the shower turns scaly!), tested my water, and never tried to sell more.  I asked about options, he said he'd be glad to email me with some info.  I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone who has water softer/RO/filter servicing or purchase needs.

I had a leak on or near my master water valve.  I couldn't ascertain the exact source of the leak, so I contacted several plumbers and sent pictures of the valve and the water lines in and out of the master valve. Alan was quick to respond and provided the most competitive price of the three plumbers I contacted.  Once Alan started the repairs, he discovered an issue with the water line.  Alan was able to quickly find the needed parts and finish the repairs the same day.  He was professional and easy to work with.  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. I will utilize his services in the future.

When I called to make the appointment I asked if they were local and they snapped that just because I was close by I wasn't going to get a discount. If I wanted a discount I would have asked. 3 hours late. Found an issue during the job and wouldn't fix it during that visit probably because they showed up so late and it was closing time. Tried to contact the boss and he never got back to me.

Gary was great. He installed a new prehung door for me, including casing and trim. He was very reasonably priced and did it really quickly. I was surprised how quickly he got it done. I would definitely recommend his work and I'll keep his number handy for anything else that comes up!

The tech was pretty good in unclogging the drain from the roof despite the roots and the work lasted for a long while..

Gabriel was amazing!! My washer machine motor went out, I found him on yelp I called for a he responded not only right away but he did what he could to give me the best price. After he finished and he even stayed to make sure the wash machine worked through a whole load. I would highly recommend him to anybody

I wanted a water softener to make my swamp cooler work better, called Gabe after all the glowing reviews.  He helped me decide the most cost effective way to go, installed what I needed and was a terrific human being the whole time.  I do not know all of what he did but  he was fast, reliable, courteous and honest.  He is now my official plumber. He even gave me the name of a good cooler guy,

I tried to clean kitchen pipes and use drain snake to unblock kitchen sink but to no avail. Ron was quick to respond and fixed the blockage in no time. Definitely recommend him.

When the OTHER larger plumbing company failed to show up and simply left me a voice mail that I did not get until the end of the day, I was quite annoyed. I waited on them, and they failed to text or email me or even attempt to call me again to let me know that they were NOT coming despite making an appointment to be at my house on said day within a four hour window. When I called them to check on their arrival status, I was told they left me a message....Well I didn't get that message!!! I was waiting on them. Maybe attempt to call me again, text me or email me?? The gal was upset with ME that I was upset with them!! She offer to reschedule and I absolutely declined!!

Instead, I looked at Yelp reviews. I decided that I would not work with a company so large that I didn't matter. They lost not only my current and future business, but my valuable Yelp review. Since I have over 500 reviews, obviously my reviews are real. I am not a friend or family member posting a review to build them up.

I called multiple plumbers. I wanted to get an idea of a price based on a couple maybe standard type repairs. I stated that I wasn't going to hold them to an exact amount, but I wanted an IDEA, a range, even if a larger range about cost. I was told by several that they would not give me a price RANGE as requested, but that they would come out and if I didn't like their price, I would only pay an $85.00 service charge. Ya, right, that is a great way to overprice me. If I don't accept your price I have to pay $85 and get someone else out?? By the time I do that, I might as well overpay YOUR ass for being here or pay the $85 and send you on your way for nothing.

I asked Dignity Plumbing for a range and they happily gave me a basic price quote and they did explain that something could be discovered that might change the cost. VERY FAIR, VERY REASONABLE!! That, my friends, is how a business should respond to a very reasonable question/request!! I was impressed already!!

SO... I then arranged an appointment with Dignity Plumbing. My call was answered swiftly and an appointment was available sooner than I was available! SCORE! We arranged my appointment for between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We were hoping it would be earlier than later, but more so hoping they would even show up after the last experience!! I got a text about 7:30 a.m. the morning of my appointment advising me that the plumber was on his way! SCORE! He showed up promptly at 8:00! SCORE!

He was professional, polite and took the time to chat for a bit before checking out our situation. He quickly provided a quote, and it was very acceptable to us so we agreed to go forward. The job was done RIGHT and it was not rushed!! We are extremely pleased with the work and I will be having all future plumbing needs taken care of by Dignity Plumbing!!!

I want to send a thank you to Dignity Plumbing for being honest, reliable, fairly priced and for a job (actually two jobs) well done!!!

I had a great experience with Rocky who came out and did a camera snake on my property. He offered an affordable fix to a complicated problem and I was very satisfied with the workmanship and customer service. I will definitely keep them on hand for any and all plumbing work I need in the future!
