Jake was quick to give me a quote and get me booked! I had Sam come out and hang my tv up and he was amazing! Very friendly and professional. He made sure I liked the placement every step of the way even to the end when the tv was up he made sure it was perfectly tilted and straight before he left! Amazing service I will be using them again in the near future!!

My water heater started leaking and I wanted to replace it. I talked to Ron about my options, since I was interested in a tankless water heater. He explained my options, including pricing, thoroughly and without any pressure to upsell me. I really appreciated him taking the time to be sure I understood my options.

He arrived when he said he would. His work was very professional, and showed the pride he took in performing it. He cleaned up the work site before leaving, and explained the operation of the system for me.

His work was beautiful. The price was fair. I couldn't ask for better!  I highly recommend this company, and definitely will use them again when I need plumbing services.

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

Troy was very responsive and able to come promptly fix my issue for a reasonable price.  I would use Robinson Plumbing again.

These guys quoted my mom 475 dollars to repair a 3/4 sprinkler line. They quoted 3 hours of labor. Their trip to the homedepot down the street (5 miles) ended up taking more then a hour. During their extended homedepot trip I ended up fixing the pipe myself with a box of spare pvc parts and a shovel. I will also be writing a 1 star review on other sites such as yelp. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for plumbing repairs.  This company is out to  make a quick buck with customers they can take advantage of because they don't know anything about plumbing

I am so glad I found these guys. As a new homeowner there are so many things that I didn't see coming, and these guys give very honest feedback, work quickly and efficiently and do an outstanding job every time. I will never use another plumber!

I had been having a problem with my plumbing for a few months.  I had a strange sewer smell that would come and go from under my kitchen sink.  I couldn't quite pin point where or when I would smell it so I decided to call Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service.  Joe was able to come out and check out my issue within a few days.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly!  Not only that but he was able to answer a lot of my questions about other plumbing and drain related things around my house.  For instance, he told me that he was able to service my water softener and RO system.  He also let me know ways to keep them working efficiently.  I was so impressed with Joe's professional nature and wealth of information.  He was very kind and got the job done quickly and efficiently.  The price was reasonable and affordable and I highly recommend to anyone who has plumbing or drain issues.  You can't go wrong with Phoenix Plumbing and Drain.  Thanks Joe!

I used Yelp to reach out to 6 vendors for bids on a water softener installation at a newly constructed house in Cave Creek.  CWS gave me a number of options, all carefully explained in writing, and once selected, kept me well informed of the process.  After Brian came out and installed my system, I had to disconnect it in order to have my garage floor coated.  I was unable to reconnect it, so he promptly came out again and fixed me up.  Highly recommend this company!

Alan was very quick and considerate. I needed a copper pipe moved and a new ice maker outlet placed. I contacted them earlier in the day and he was able to come out same day. The job was done very well, quickly (important because the water needed to be shut off), and at a reasonable price. I would definitely use his company again for any plumbing needs.

Paradise Valley Plumbing's plumber is not only a professional person you can trust but he constantly exceeds our expectations inclusive of a reasonable price, that you do not know with any service until it is all performed. I was very happy to find Gary! In an effort to fix up our house prior to retirement, we will be needing several repairs and installations. We had him install a new kitchen faucet. He was on time, neat and pleasant to have in the home. We discussed a couple of upcoming tasks and will definitely be having Gary back.

I was looking for a plumber to fix a leaking shower head and clogged sink drain. I sent some quote requests through Yelp and got a few responses back. Some of them were outrageous, but I thought Wyman's seemed fair. They also gave me some price ranges based on the outcomes (luckily, it ended up being on the low end of both).

Communication was easy. They texted me to confirm the appointment and when they were on the way. Nightmare situation.  All elderly in today's world are from the old school whereby if you have a project needed done you call an established company (for an estimate) and you know his/her word is good.  In today's world you'd better be prepared to get 3-4 other quotes and STILL do the research yourself.  Better yet read U-Tube, get the tools you need and dig in.  I am still dishearted about the entire sequence of events which led to me being out more than $2,100 for 'work' that I would never have bought into had I known from the get-go it would end up being a huge hassle.  The kicker was being offered a 'dyed in the wool' loan offer that the salesman knew didn't have a degree of validity.  The list goes on but is too stressful to dwell on.  I just say this as you heard in Shawshank when the warden was ripping off the county there are more ways to skim off the top.  Beware!.  The only good thing I can say is that the technicians were professional in their demeanor yet I still question why when he replaced the one and only leaking valve that a 2nd one started leaking which in turn made him say he'd send the supervisor (salesman) out.
WTH!  The only positive comment I can give is that the technicians themselves (as well as the manager although we went round and round) conducted themselves in a professional manner.
