I used this company to assemble my desk, as getting a bad experience from Sam who came over with a generic business didnt realize that there is no Roc# number on card& no bus number. It took hi, an hour to assemble & just realize after the assemble I decided it needed to be moved never touch didn't  thoroughly inspecTed it. The screws are fastened tightly on entire desk. never recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed with Sam over all work.I am also a Veteran 0 negative feedback. beware his also made a rude comment before leaving my home regarding my militany service. Beware of all in one.

Knowledgeable, organized and timely but wanted to charge over $5,000 to instal a $1,000 water heater. Crazy.

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

They were able to come out the same day. He was able to fix the problem by making adjustments and gave me the information I needed If it happened again. Honest, nice guys. Would definitely use them again.

Our regular plumber is great, but a little pricey, so we decided to try someone new.  Belsito's rating on Yelp made us give them a try.  We called on a Saturday afternoon for a non-emergency.  They told us someone would call us back and let us know when they could come out.  About an hour later the doorbell rang and it was the plumber.  Luckily we were home as we never got a call.

The plumber was friendly and got right to work.  He was able to take care of one problem, but needed a part for the second one.  It turned out that he could not order the part (??) and we had to do it ourselves.  Once the part arrived about a week and a half later, the plumber came back out to finish the work.

He did a decent job and was a nice guy.  But, they were extremely expensive.  We certainly did not save any money going with Belsito.  Also, when he was out the first time the plumber left some dirt on our carpeted steps.  He was wearing booties, so not sure how he got the dirt there.  It was easy to clean up, so not a huge problem.

Amazing company. No upselling, just replaced my garbage disposal and off he went. Very professional and clean, wore booties!

I have had absolutely great services and prices from Apple Plumbing. He was willing to really help explain everything to me, show me what he was doing, and go above and beyond what was expected. Husband and wife run it together and their customer service is beyond what you would expect. They come out fast and try to find the least expensive fix to your problem before going to the next level of expense. I would definitely recommend Apple Plumbing any time.

To bad you can only give 5 stars. This company was called at the last minute but fit me in for service. The technician was super professional, fast and really knew his job well. A a big thank you to Cheryl for helping me, and fitting me in the schedule. I will be using Phoenix Plumbing forever.

The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Brenna, Brian, Josh and James were all excellent to deal with. The pricing was very competitive, and they were all very informative. When comparing water systems there is a lot of misinformation out there. I was pleasantly surprised with the information and education they provided about the right system for our needs.

We discovered a leak in the main water line on a Saturday afternoon. I looked for a plumber with good reviews and found Springs. Alan answered the phone right away and said he could be at our house in a few hours. He arrived promptly and fixed the leak, working until about 8:00 on a Saturday night. The cost was less than we expected, especially considering it was a weekend night and he did a great job. Best plumber experience ever!

Needed to have a new water heater installed.  George from Paradise Valley Plumbing arrived at the time arranged and did a very good job of installation.  Would use this company again.

Reading some of Gary's negative reviews it seems that a lot of people have had similar experiences. Gary might be able to do some quality work, but I wouldn't know because he's just not professional at all.

We reached out to Gary after buying a new house in Arcadia a while back and he told us that whenever we were ready he could help us with installing ceiling fans, blinds, and whatever we may need (score!) but when we called him back to schedule something he was sick and told me he would call me back in a week.

A week goes by with no phone call, so I call him-- but no answer... and his vm is full. so I waited a couple more days and called him again, still no answer; so this time I followed up with a text asking if he was still interested in helping us out with our handyman needs and he replied yes and to let him know when we would like him to come help.

Perfect! I called him when I got back to Phoenix and he didn't answer (of course), so I texted asking when he was available and he asked if he could schedule me in for between 1-2pm on Thursday. Yes I replied, then I texted asking him a couple questions about estimates for hanging large blinds and included photos. He ignored my texts that night about the quote/estimate altogether, so I texted asking if he received my messages requesting an estimate to which he replied Yes, I'll look at them when I'm at your house. (Not really an answer or estimate- kind of slippery).

So today rolls around and of course I'm at home waiting on this handyman to show up (of course I organized my day around him) 14 minutes before he was due for our appointment, he cancels.

He says: Can we meet Saturday 9-930? Caught up in work.
(No apology for the inconvenience, or wasting my time, just a crap text).

Me: You know Gary, let me talk to my boyfriend about it. After reading your Yelp! reviews we expected a little more professionalism to be honest.

He says: Well I've been sick for the last month and been out of commission. I've been trying to catch up on my jobs. Sorry if you feel that way. I know I can't make everyone happy.

Me: It's not a feeling. You cancelled 15 minutes before you were scheduled to show up and have been unresponsive and not very communicative with me. Those are facts. While I understand it's impossible to make everybody happy, you could do a much better job by being a little more professional.

Then-- radio silence.

Gary, you can make customers happy; how about apologizing when you're wrong and unprofessional instead of #1: making excuses, then #2: blaming me, or acting like I'm the one with unrealistic expectations when I've accommodated the date and time YOU chose and then flaked on. Would not recommend.

Anthony is awesome! He was out to my house several times as part of a home improvement project on my home. He did great work every time at a very fair price. He shows up exactly when he says he will and is a very pleasant guy to work with.

I will only use Moon Valley for any future plumbing needs. A+ service.

Gabriel was able to get to my home within two hours of me contacting him. He fixed our electrical problem and I will reach out to him in the future. Highly recommend!!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a plumber and heard horror stories of some of the prices out there just to unclog a sink. I checked on yelp, saw Gabe's reviews and set up and appointment with him. He was on time, very respectful to my girlfriend as opposed to taking advantage of someone with limited knowledge and fixed our guest shower and sink for under $200 with the purchase of the online coupon found here at yelp.

Great guy and highly recommend.

Very clean, courteous and professional.  Seems to be one of the few honest guys around in this service.

Wyman plumbing recently replaced our disposal for us. Their office staff was a pleasure to deal with and the technician , Jason was very efficient and prompt and did a great job. They will definitely be our go to plumber in the future.

Today was not the first time I've used them, but I'll never use another plumber while living here. They're just the best and I trust them completely.

Rooter Hero Plumbing and Air
We had a loss of cool air and neded repair on evap. cooler. Tech showed up within 2 hours of my call on a hot summer day, but after 5 minutes he had to leave because of feeling ill.
When I called back to see if we could have another tech come to work on our unit, they tell me they have only the one tech who works on air conditioner or evap coolers!
I also asked about an estimate of charges for replacing a water pump in the cooler and was told they need to look at it first and would not provide any kind of estimate!  Every company we have ever dealt with always have had set charges for things like replacing evap cooler water pump so that their techs know what to charge the customer when they are on the job. Saying they need to look first before providing any estimate seems very dodgy to me...
