I have found Jake with All In One Furniture Assembly on Yelp and at that time he only had 1 review that was hidden, but based on that 5 star review I felt that he would be a good person to hire, when I contacted Jake, he was prompt with the quotes and arrived on time and is very punctual, responsible and is genuinely willing to help. I have hired him twice already and scheduled a third time, he has assembled 2 IKEA beds that require a lot of time and mounted two TVs and a curtain rod... He is coming back to do a floating console and door closing mechanisms.... His work is wonderful and precise!!! I would highly recommend his services to anyone... Please note that he doesn't work on the weekends, which I find that is very honorable that he committed those day to spend with his wife and a little baby boy!

Knowledgeable, organized and timely but wanted to charge over $5,000 to instal a $1,000 water heater. Crazy.

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

They were able to come out the same day. He was able to fix the problem by making adjustments and gave me the information I needed If it happened again. Honest, nice guys. Would definitely use them again.

Being new to the Phoenix metropolitan area I did not have any leads on plumbing services so I turned to another online reference source and ultimately came across Belsito Plumbing LLC.  I'd initially contacted no less than three of this sources highly recommended commercially licensed plumbers and three handymen.  Those who bothered ti respondr provided outrageous quotations.

The job I was seeking services was installation of a basic utility sink in my garage.  The price quotes I'd received from the aforementioned three A-list and highly recommended commercially licensed plumbers and one handyman (two handymen never returned my email or calls, all A-listers) ranged from $705 to $850 for services.  These quotes did not include the sink, faucet and other plumbing essentials.  Belsito quoted and did the job for $342.57.  Their quote contained a few dollars for miscellaneous parts beyond what I'd obtained from Home Depot.  I purchased an all-in-one utility sink package that contained a faucet, P-trap, flex water lines and some other parts plus some copper pipe, elbows and angle stops from Home Depot for about $120.  In the end the job ran me about $465.

I dealt with a gentleman named Gene who took my first call scheduling plumber David to come out to my residence at no charge to look over the project and give me an estimate.  I received a formal quotation the very next day, which as I said is exactly what I paid David upon completion of the work.  Gene quickly scheduled the work and David arrived on time and was done in the time estimated in the quotation.

Am I living a dream or did I just tell you a story whereby I received quotes from other highly recommended commercially licensed plumbers and one handyman for what surely would have been more than twice what I paid Belsito Plumbing LLC?  I can't say enough about my experience with Belsito, Gene and David.  They were very professional, courteous, timely and most of all fair.  What more could you ask for and exactly what I'd hoped to find.  I highly recommend them and will myself call upon Belsito for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I had a clog in the main drain of my house. A recurring problem-- it happened the the first time about a year before. I called Apple on a Friday morning at 9am, and they had someone out by 11:30. Steve from Apple Plumbing was very friendly; he snaked the drain quickly and was careful not to make a mess. Since I'd had this problem before, he offered to take a look with a drain camera for an extra $50 to try and find the cause, but also said it probably wasn't necessary since he didn't feel any major blockage. I appreciate that he offered but didn't try to pressure me at all. I declined the camera, but if it happens again I'll probably ask for it.

Last time I called a different company who charges a flat rate per job... they charged me $250 to snake the drain, when it was only a 30 minute job. This time, the total bill from Apple was $128 - about half what the other guys cost! Friendly, quick, and a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again if necessary.

Our home water softener was kaput and I needed to find a reputable company to install a new system.  After doing some research on the internet to get educated on the various water softening systems on the market, I then contacted 3 businesses in the Phoenix area.  I decided to go with Complete Water Systems (CWS).  They were very professional on the phone and provided me an on-line quote after my conversation.  CWS' price was a couple of hundred $ less for the same system from one of their competitors and I scheduled them to install our new system.  The installer (Bryan) was great.  He contacted me before the scheduled time to see if he could come out early - nice!  Bryan went above and beyond to check things out to do the install and was very good at explaining the system.  I contacted CWS after the install with a question and received a call back immediately.  I would highly recommend this company.

We discovered a leak in the main water line on a Saturday afternoon. I looked for a plumber with good reviews and found Springs. Alan answered the phone right away and said he could be at our house in a few hours. He arrived promptly and fixed the leak, working until about 8:00 on a Saturday night. The cost was less than we expected, especially considering it was a weekend night and he did a great job. Best plumber experience ever!

Gary the Handyman responded right away to an inquiry. He fixed the light switch the next day because he says the house was on the way to his next job.
Why the 2 stars? The dishonesty in pricing. I asked what he thought how long it would take for the issue to be resolved, he said something along the lines that it may take an hour or it could take longer. He says his hourly rate is $65 an hour. I agreed. He shows up and fixes the light switch under an hour. He then charges me $195. His words Service call is $65 to do that type of work is $195.

Great business! Hired these guys after my home warranty sent out a plumber who told me I needed to have my pipes hydrojetted (literally doing nothing for me). Scheduled an appointment specifically to have this hydrojetting done, and was expecting to have to dish out for said service. The guys came out, and suggested we have them try to snake the pipe first (even though we told them we tried that). They were incredibly honest, and seemed to want to save us $$ if they could. With in 10 minutes they had a glorious hairball removed from our shower drain, and we heard the beautiful trickle of water going down our pipes again.
They were extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and determined. I highly recommend this company, however hope I don't have another reason to call them!

Gabe was super nice and very professional! We recently bought our first house and with it a washer and dryer. When trying to get the dryer to work we quickly realized there was an issue. The outlet was disconnected and rewired to a completely different area within the property. Gabe was able to fix the issue without have to open the wall or get new equipment within 2 hours. Would definitely recommend!

Used him a few months ago to clean out an outside drain..cost $120.  Scheduling was fast and he showed up on time.

I had couple of slow leaks on faucets and shower. I called Wyman and they came out the very next day. Nikki on the phone walked me through what to expect and to have parts ready just in case it wasn't a common part they usually carry. This bit of information saved me from having them to come back with parts. Long story short, they were able to fix and replace all in one visit. Our technician was Joshua (Kane). He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He didn't even mind me looking over his shoulders just to learn/monitor what's going on. They would be first call I'd make for any future plumbing needs; worth every penny. Highly recommend.

If I could give a business 6 stars, I would give it to Dignity Plumbing. From the moment they answered the phone it was a great experience. The woman I spoke with was polite, professional, and seemed to understand exactly what I needed in just a couple of questions. To my surprise, she offered an appointment for the very next day to install two toilets. She gave me a window between 3 and 5 PM.

Jeremy arrived exactly at 3 and had the best vibes: A combination of professional and friendly that made him very easy to talk to. It was like working with a friend rather than a stranger. I showed him what needed doing and he gave me an estimate that was fair. He told me that his coworker Estevan was coming to help him do the install. Not 5 minutes later, Estevan rolled up and the guys got to work immediately.

They worked very efficiently despite the fact that the last person who put the toilets in did it wrong. They were able to install the new toilets in under an hour. Listening to them work, I could tell they were comfortable with each other and the work they were doing. Estevan has the best laugh.

When they finished, they walked me through what they did. Flushed both toilets in front of me so I could see they were working right. They also gave me some useful tips for other plumbing stuff I'm going to do on my own. I felt very comfortable chatting with both of them. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I will definitely be hiring Dignity again. I have a bathtub that needs some work and I know I can trust them to get it done.

I purchased a home in Sun City, my plumbing had a backup. I called Rooter Hero to snake the line. I asked if the can send a camera down the line at which they performed at no charge. Although the results came back with the old cast iron piping being completely shot. On the monitor you can see the cast iron had rotted out almost the entire length of the pipe to the street. It was just terrible news and very pricy, so i got several bids for a full pipe replacement procedure called Pipe Bursting, where they bore through the excisting piping with a new ABS pipe, pulling it through hydraulically. Rooter Hero gave me the best bid out of several of the valleys top compeditors. Being that over 25 years ago I had 5 contractors licenses, one being plumbing, I can tell you they did an excellent job in a professional manner. I would recommend Rooter Hero without reservations, they were a hard working crew, Rocky the Supervisor was very knowledgeable, along with Adam, Chris and a couple others were excellent plumbers. Use these guys, you won't be disappointed! .... Thanks guys...Ron
