We needed help changing 2 light fixtures. The set up design was quite complicated but they brainstormed and found a way to do it.

Both were very friendly and professional. They were patient when I asked them to put the lights higher, lower, higher, lower.. they wanted to make sure that I am satisfied with the placement and aesthetics :) and I appreciate that.

Before I hired them I messaged several businesses to compare costs. These guys got back to me fast and quoted a reasonable price that was within my budget. Other places asked for 2-3x the price to complete the same job. Great communication too. I highly recommend them!

Troy was incredibly responsive, answered my post on Yelp immediately, came out early the next day ready to do the job.  He's skilled and efficient, and his work is impecable.  He explained everything, tried to find ways to repair instead of replace (no luck there, unfortunately), and put everything back in its place when he was finished.  Also, he's a really nice hard working guy. Highly recommend Robinson Plumbing.

Louis, their plumber, just left our house and all is good here. He came a few hours ahead of schedule and replaced a bad valve. The price was fair and I am very happy with the service. They will get my future plumbing business.

This is the second time I have used American Plumbing and Rooter and they get another 5 star review from me! This time they replaced my gas water heater. My 9 year old water heater started producing brown water with sludge - Rich provided a super quick response, and patiently answered all my questions (What's the model number? What's the warranty? How many BTUs? Will you install a pan - currently do not have one- ? What's your favorite color?) With a few pictures and some text messages, they provided a really competitive quote (I asked three companies on Yelp for quotes) and scheduled the work the next day. And I would like to add that I was totally impressed with their respect for COVID- arrived wearing a mask and kept it on the whole time - Even though all the work was in the garage! Anyway - work was done on time, for a great price, and with total professionalism. This is my go to company for plumbing from now on - You rock!

Just had Apple Plumbing come out today and provide a service call and quote.  Grant was on time and provided great customer service and recommendations.  Grant also provided a quote for a Water regulator to control water pressure.  Quote was same as other plumbers I had received.  I will be using Apple for follow up repairs.

Joe came out quickly to assist with our emergency toilet situation.  He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.  Phoenix Plumbing & Drain Service will definitely be my go-to company the next time my kids flush their toys.

You could tell an instant difference in our water quality throughout the house and for the first time ever, I can drink water out of the sink here in Arizona. I had a leak on or near my master water valve.  I couldn't ascertain the exact source of the leak, so I contacted several plumbers and sent pictures of the valve and the water lines in and out of the master valve. Alan was quick to respond and provided the most competitive price of the three plumbers I contacted.  Once Alan started the repairs, he discovered an issue with the water line.  Alan was able to quickly find the needed parts and finish the repairs the same day.  He was professional and easy to work with.  I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber. I will utilize his services in the future.

Excellent service, on time, professional and efficient. Have had a water softener serviced, hot water tank replaced and RO system maintenance performed. Highly recommend this company and will use for all my plumbing and water needs.

Gary did an outstanding job on installing our bathroom exhaust fans. He also got a GFI circuit working again which affected three electrical outlets.
He is very skillful and knows how to do quality work in a very timely manner with great prices. I will be calling Gary if I have any more projects in the future.  Jim

We were getting ready to sell our house and we had a lot of plumbing start to fall apart.  Gabe came out and fixed them all at the best prices I could find anywhere.  He charged me 50% less than my initial quote for a water pressure regulator.  

He also was willing to work with my tight schedule and was very courteous.  I tried to fix some of the problems myself and he did not make me feel bad about my effort which resulted in making the problem worse.  He will be my plumber from now on, and he should be yours.

Had Ron come out to install a garbage disposal unit.   He did a fantastic job, called before coming over, was on time, and was very helpful.   I highly recommend Ron for any plumbing task.   Good, honest plumbers are hard to find, and I will definitely be calling on Ron again.   Thank you so much for your help!  A+++

Anthony came out and installed a water softener, he was very professional, efficient and answer all of my questions as well as made sure I understood how to use the app prior to leaving.

These guys tried to rip me off!  I had a clogged drain so they quoted me $79 and sent out their rep.  Really nice guy, he said he suspected I have a BIG problem but snaked out the drain anyway and I paid my $79.  He said he and his master plumber boss would come back with a camera and figure out exactly what the BIG problem was.  Sure enough, they came back with their camera and figured out how BIG my BIG problem really was.  it was $4000 BIG.  I said I'd think about it, not really believing them because I'd had the drain snaked before and it worked fine and since it had just been snaked again, it would be good for now.  2 days later, the drain backed up again.  They said the only thing that would fix it would be the $4000 repair.  I decided to call out another company and they cleared it with a cutting blade for $125.  The 2nd company said that Rooter Hero didn't really snake it properly in the first place, they just ran a half-inch snake which reclogged as soon as a piece of toilet paper went down the drain.  I knew what they were telling me didn't make sense and I'm glad I didn't trust them.  No one should.  These kinds of thieves should not be allowed to operate the way they do.  Shame on you and shame on you Rooter Hero.  One day, you will realize that thieves never prosper.
