I have found Jake with All In One Furniture Assembly on Yelp and at that time he only had 1 review that was hidden, but based on that 5 star review I felt that he would be a good person to hire, when I contacted Jake, he was prompt with the quotes and arrived on time and is very punctual, responsible and is genuinely willing to help. I have hired him twice already and scheduled a third time, he has assembled 2 IKEA beds that require a lot of time and mounted two TVs and a curtain rod... He is coming back to do a floating console and door closing mechanisms.... His work is wonderful and precise!!! I would highly recommend his services to anyone... Please note that he doesn't work on the weekends, which I find that is very honorable that he committed those day to spend with his wife and a little baby boy!

Curtis was great at discussing our options and did a great job.  We'll ask for him again.

It was a pleasure being serviced by Troy for my 3 spigots which were leaking. He is professional, courteous and knows his job extremely well. He is my go to person for any future plumbing needs.

I contacted Belsito Monday morning, they called me right away, and scheduled my appointment the following day since it was not a specified emergency, and I did not need immediate service.

They had honored all quoted prices stated over the phone. The tech arrived on time, and notified me 30 minutes prior. The plumber was personable and professional during every interaction while he was here. Josh came over, did a very thorough job at snaking out my drain, and went above and beyond cleaning up from the mess from the snake job.

Josh had ensured that the drain was fully clear prior to departure to ensure a completed job. When it came to invoicing, I was able to pay on his iOS device prior to his departure.

Highly professional group. If I need to have another plumber come out, I would not hesitate to reach out to this company directly.

American Plumbing was great. They patiently and carefully listened to the problem I described and came out to fix it within the hour. They quickly and efficiently replaced two parts, solving two separate problems at once, and explained what had happened in easily understandable terms. The price was fair, the service was courteous, and I will definitely use their services again!

Joe and his team were extremely prompt and professional. We had a potential catastrophe on our hands with our water heater leaking very rapidly. From the initial call to the project being complete spanned a total of 3 hours. From the get go, we knew we made the right call in their services. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Brenna, Brian, Josh and James were all excellent to deal with. The pricing was very competitive, and they were all very informative. When comparing water systems there is a lot of misinformation out there. I was pleasantly surprised with the information and education they provided about the right system for our needs.

Alan responded quickly, and despite the late hour he was friendly and ready to get the job done quickly.

Christian and team are a key part of my home improvement team. Responsive, prompt, neat and fairly priced. I trust him to work while I'm not home and the results are consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

Reading some of Gary's negative reviews it seems that a lot of people have had similar experiences. Gary might be able to do some quality work, but I wouldn't know because he's just not professional at all.

We reached out to Gary after buying a new house in Arcadia a while back and he told us that whenever we were ready he could help us with installing ceiling fans, blinds, and whatever we may need (score!) but when we called him back to schedule something he was sick and told me he would call me back in a week.

A week goes by with no phone call, so I call him-- but no answer... and his vm is full. so I waited a couple more days and called him again, still no answer; so this time I followed up with a text asking if he was still interested in helping us out with our handyman needs and he replied yes and to let him know when we would like him to come help.

Perfect! I called him when I got back to Phoenix and he didn't answer (of course), so I texted asking when he was available and he asked if he could schedule me in for between 1-2pm on Thursday. Yes I replied, then I texted asking him a couple questions about estimates for hanging large blinds and included photos. He ignored my texts that night about the quote/estimate altogether, so I texted asking if he received my messages requesting an estimate to which he replied Yes, I'll look at them when I'm at your house. (Not really an answer or estimate- kind of slippery).

So today rolls around and of course I'm at home waiting on this handyman to show up (of course I organized my day around him) 14 minutes before he was due for our appointment, he cancels.

He says: Can we meet Saturday 9-930? Caught up in work.
(No apology for the inconvenience, or wasting my time, just a crap text).

Me: You know Gary, let me talk to my boyfriend about it. After reading your Yelp! reviews we expected a little more professionalism to be honest.

He says: Well I've been sick for the last month and been out of commission. I've been trying to catch up on my jobs. Sorry if you feel that way. I know I can't make everyone happy.

Me: It's not a feeling. You cancelled 15 minutes before you were scheduled to show up and have been unresponsive and not very communicative with me. Those are facts. While I understand it's impossible to make everybody happy, you could do a much better job by being a little more professional.

Then-- radio silence.

Gary, you can make customers happy; how about apologizing when you're wrong and unprofessional instead of #1: making excuses, then #2: blaming me, or acting like I'm the one with unrealistic expectations when I've accommodated the date and time YOU chose and then flaked on. Would not recommend.

We finally re-plumbed our entire house after 4 separate leaks under the slab.  After much research, we decided on Moon Valley Plumbing and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship or the price.  They completed the job in 2 days .  The plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the owner is very involved in running an efficient company.  We talked to other companies that wanted the work, but re-plumb jobs were not their specialty and it takes some expertise.  We highly recommend Moon Valley Plumbing!

Left me in a bit of a bad position on a Friday.
Called around 9a in the morning and didn't get a call back until 11a to discuss the electrical issue I am having with my cooling system. He asked for a photo but due to work I couldn't get one but told him I would. He explained he had time on Saturday and could help out. I had some cabling that needed to be done as well which he advertising he can do. When I lately sent him a photo of my circuit breaker that HE REQUESTED, he informed me he can't do it because it'd be too difficult to get the parts and he hurt his right arm. While I am sorry and empathic to his injury, he could have called to inform me at least before 5pm. It is now Friday at 5:30p and I am trying to call electricians for help before the weekend but am up the river without a paddle due to the late notice from him. Additionally, I could still needed the cabling done but I guess that doesn't matter? Long story short, should have just called someone else more dependable and willing to solve the issue. Also gave me a quote of $160 to just 'access' the situation. Won't be hard to find someone better.

Response to owner:
1. I had no idea it was a busy day and was not told it was. If I were told, I would have called other electricians as well, but I am sure you did not want to potentially loose business.
2. I do care you were injured and apologize for it as well as send my sympathy. However, you could still text and obviously post on yelp so you have the ability to communicate. Also you didn't really care about my grandmother dying until this post so that is very convenient for you.
3. On the phone you explained you needed the picture to know what you were walking into. Not if you could or could not do the job. Again probably because if you had I would have started to call other electricians.
4. It doesn't add up for you to charge a 160 dollar assessment fee to come out but can determine whether you can do the job or not from a photo? So which is it, you need to come out to access the breaker or do you need a picture?
5. I'm not an electrician so assuming I know what is wrong with my home's electrical and how 'bad' (which I own and live in now but thanks for the assumption anyway) it is was again unhelpful.
6. Your recommendation was closed after 5p so it was just the same as a restaurant pointing me to another restaurant who is closed.
7. If you want to blame this all on a former potential customer, go for it all you want. Because even if I was in a bad spot before like you said, you just made it worse by not communicating and are more concerned for your image on Yelp than customers.

Not very helpful was more interested in a service call sale. When I said all I need is a hose. He said sorry can't help you.

HIGHLY recommend this company! Gave me a quote, but they didn't have the part I needed. Came back the next day, and was done in all of 30 minutes! Explained everything he did in detail as well. Would absolutely use them again!

I did not get the chance to see their work, the plumber did not know how to install a new toilet so i hired another company and they did the job.
I do want to say the the owner was very pleasant to deal with and after charging me a service charge, i called and she did accept to refund the charge after verification that the toilet was installed.

We were converting our stove from electric to gas. Estevan and his partner were hardworking and did good work. Double checked everything and we're knowledgeable about what they were doing. They responded very quick after sending a request for a quote. Estevan answered all my questions and convinced me after the first meeting to know I can hire them and trust them with something like this. I'd for sure hire them again in the future if I need them.

They responded quickly and had availability within a couple hours when most were not available. Nice people great quick service! Very fair and competitive
