I am a repeat customer of Affordable Plumbing AZ. This time we had noticed a decrease in our hot water output. We had them come out to take a look. I told Paul the first plumber technician that I had also noted a warm spot in our hallway. He discovered that there was a few leaks in the slab and plumbing in our guest bathroom. He recommended a leak detection company that was able to determine the leak location and recommend a fix and Affordable was able not only able to fix the next day (Thank you Richard) but changed out the old copper piping to newer PEX to avoid a repeat issue. This was especially important as it was going to be the first day of the school year for our daughter. In the end we also needed a new hot water heater but if they did not find that leak that day we could have had much worse damage than we did. I should add that when we found a hot water heater that had more of the options we wanted they were honest and told us it was even better than the ones they stocked and gave us a fair price for installation.

Richard was professional, timely, did what he said he was going to do, and did not push extra services. Even when there was an issue by breaking into our stucco to try to get to some lines that did not need to happen, Affordable Plumbing made it right. The work was not cheap but the cost seemed fair for the work that was done overall. I will continue to utilize them.

Had a clogged toilet today, called, got Barney to come out in about 30 min.  $47 to unclog.

They were able to come out the same day. He was able to fix the problem by making adjustments and gave me the information I needed If it happened again. Honest, nice guys. Would definitely use them again.

Needed my sewage treatment facility serviced, scheduled an appointment on the weekend for a Tuesday service as I was not in a rush, routine pumping. Received a call Monday to see if they could come today, unfortuately I was not able to meet on Monday, was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon between 2 and 5 pm. Crew arrived just after 2pm, they did their work and were gone in about 45 min. Appropriate time for a routine service. No muss, not fuss, no smell.

My water heater went out over the weekend.  Rich was very responsive in getting back to me, was articulate in his communication and pricing was very good.  He set a time to come out and replace and arrived on time.  He and his teammate finished the project in under 2 hours, were clean, and was very informative on maintenance plans and details.  I highly recommend Rich and his company.

I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Apple Plumbing. They were quick to respond to my email inquiry, provided a quote based on photos I provided (many others would not), had availability right away, showed up on time, staff was courteous and helpful, did excellent work and came in under budget!

The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Brenna, Brian, Josh and James were all excellent to deal with. The pricing was very competitive, and they were all very informative. When comparing water systems there is a lot of misinformation out there. I was pleasantly surprised with the information and education they provided about the right system for our needs.

Very quick response and fair charge. We needed a new pump in basement and it was not a pretty sight. Once the part arrived the job was completed same day. Technician was professional and courteous.

We hired Gary to enlarge a bathroom by moving a wall and then adding sliding barn doors, shelves, a closet and storage. He gave the lowest bid of the 4 companies we considered. He was fine with adding small jobs here and there, adding handles and locks, hanging a few items, putting together shelves and prepping a door that came with no holes so it was not ready to install which added some work he wasn't expecting. He charged less when we decided against certain doors. Everything looked professional and neatly installed. When the sliders wouldn't go smoothly, he was able to fix them. He took away not only large pieces (doors, wrap, wood...) that were part of his job but other large items that weren't part of his remodel. With other companies we have worked with, collecting money was the most important thing. Gary didn't make it the highest priority, in fact we were ready to write out the check before he had to ask. We are very pleased with our roomy bathroom now and will give good references for Gary and use him again whether we need a big or small job.

You can't do any better then JR and Cole. JR came out to my house found the problem with camera Jetted it out ran camera through again found the problem replaced sewer pipe and got me back in service and also showed me how to avoid future problems JR and Cole are the best. THANK YOU!  Gabriel arrived during evening hour to repair my washing machine.  He was very professional, arrived promptly, completed the repair, and stayed to observe a complete cycle after the repair.  It runs better now than ever in the past.  It was  very much appreciated that he had the skills for the repairs and I could proceed with laundry before I left for a trip out of town.  You are greatly appreciated, and I will be calling you for those future repairs.  Thank you again.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

I had a leak in the main line between the meter at the curb and where the copper line that enters the house.  

Gabe came out gave me an estimate and started work immediately.  It's late august, so it was blazing hot.  He arrived EXACTLY on time - to the minute, was very friendly, documented the issue with the broken PVC pipe with pictures, before the repair, and after.  These were included with a copy of my invoice which was sent by email.

The repair itself looked great (but I'm obviously not a plumber) and I again have running water.  Gabe also cleaned up everything and it looked like he was never there when he finished.

Great find for quick service at a reasonable price. We had a drain problem today so I called Ron based upon his yelp reviews. He was in Ahwatukee within the hour and had the problem resolved in mere minutes. Afterward, we were talking and I mentioned my hose bibs had been leaking when in use for quite some time so he said he'd take a look.The problems were diagnosed and resolved in a matter of minutes requiring no new parts just the removal of a bad anti-siphon valve installed on the front bib when our home was buiolt. The rear bib was just a matter of tightening a nut that kept the packing tight or something like that. Who'd a know'd? LOL. All I know is that the next time we have a plumbing issue Ron will be my first call.

Called to make an appointment. $95. Told them it was a gas Kenmore dryer showing an F01 code. Thought they would be prepared for that. Guess it was too much to ask for. Guy arrives and didn't know what house it was. Comes in my house and starts searching the internet. He said he wasn't sure what it needed - really? Gives me a quote to replace a small part which is about $65 plus $150 for 20 minutes labor (1 hour minimum)  plus the $95 diagnostics fee (internet search). If you're a senior on a fixed income stay clear. I know gas is high and prices are rising but this is just plain price gouging.

Tony & Adam were awesome. On time - polite - knowledgeable and quick. No attempts to upsell or add on unnecessary work. Really happy I found them. Easiest recommendation ever.

Alfredo Ramirez fixed the sink flow back-up and disposal quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.
