I used this company to assemble my desk, as getting a bad experience from Sam who came over with a generic business didnt realize that there is no Roc# number on card& no bus number. It took hi, an hour to assemble & just realize after the assemble I decided it needed to be moved never touch didn't  thoroughly inspecTed it. The screws are fastened tightly on entire desk. never recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed with Sam over all work.I am also a Veteran 0 negative feedback. beware his also made a rude comment before leaving my home regarding my militany service. Beware of all in one.

Cesar was terrific! He explained very much in detail what the problem was and how to fix it. He showed up very promptly and was a total professional. Don't mess around, use Zest.

I had my countertops replaced and decided last minute to get a plumber to install my faucets and garbage disposal.  Went on yelp and called a few people and most wouldn't give a price unless they sent someone or others were so outrageous that I was shocked. Troy from Robinson plumbing messaged me and gave me a quote and said he could come next day from 8am-10a. He responded promptly and answered all my questions. His quote was lower than everyone else and honestly I was hesitant to move forward because they didn't have a lot of reviews. BUT after the job was completed I am so happy we decided to go with him and this company. He is extremely friendly and professional, finished the job quickly and did the work exactly as he quoted. Cleaned up the area as well. Everything works perfectly and again amazing job. I will definitely use them again and recommend him to everyone! Thanks again Troy!!!

Had an issue with high water utilization being reported by the city. I had Belsito's plumbing come out and take a look, and they did a thorough inspection but did not find any issues - and hence did not charge me.
The tech was very friendly and respectful, and I will be sure to use them again in the future.

Excellent quality and pricing for the services they provide. No hassle, no nonsense, just top tier quality professionalism. I've hired them three times for a drain cleaning, faucet replacement, and water heater replacement. Each time they were responsive, on time, and did great work at a fair price. They even taught me a few things on proper maintenance for these products. Couldn't recommend these folks more.

We had an electrical fire and were told to replace the air supply button for the garbage disposal.  Apple plumbing did this and helped troubleshoot the source of the problem.

Mike did a very professional job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix it. Would use them again.

I have had over a dozen projects completed in  my home since we moved in 10 years ago. Of those, there are only 2-3 contractors/vendors that I would have back or recommend to a friend. Complete Water Systems is definitely one of those companies. Not only was their response time quick and thorough when I was asking questions before I purchased a new water softener and RO system from them, but more importantly, after I purchased it and it was installed, James responded to a small issue I had in similarly rapid time and with the utmost concern (he responded to me over the weekend!).  Running a business myself for 40 years, I can say that the excellent attention you get after the sale speaks volumes about the reliability and professionalism  of of the  contractor.

Garrett, who installed the system,  was professional, courteous and did not leave our home until he had reviewed the operation of the system with us and made sure all our questions were answered.

Alan responded quickly, and despite the late hour he was friendly and ready to get the job done quickly.

Excellent service, on time, professional and efficient. Have had a water softener serviced, hot water tank replaced and RO system maintenance performed. Highly recommend this company and will use for all my plumbing and water needs.

Gary the Handyman responded right away to an inquiry. He fixed the light switch the next day because he says the house was on the way to his next job.
Why the 2 stars? The dishonesty in pricing. I asked what he thought how long it would take for the issue to be resolved, he said something along the lines that it may take an hour or it could take longer. He says his hourly rate is $65 an hour. I agreed. He shows up and fixes the light switch under an hour. He then charges me $195. His words Service call is $65 to do that type of work is $195.

Moon Valley Plumbing is fabulous, George the plumber was so professional, he was right on time and started investigating the mysterious water flooding in the ground floor bathroom of our condo.  Using a camera was the best money spent, he discovered humongous tree roots that had busted through the pipe, I got a copy of the video and sent it immediately to HOA mgmt. and they had it fixed as soon as he left, there is much more work to do and they owe me money, but at least we know now the gigunda old Eucalyptus tree roots on the common area grew into the pipe and busted into the condo bathroom.  Moon Valley Plumbing is the best in the valley!

I hired Gabe based on his reviews from Yelp.  He lived up to his great reviews.  He was courteous, professional and very considerate.  I already referred him to two people.  Unfortunately he was too busy to help them, but yay for him for being too busy!  You deserve it Gabe!

This gentleman was prompt, arrived clean and neat, and fixed the problem in a very reasonable time!

I had a follow up visit from Wyman Plumbing last week after a not so great experience the week before. I really appreciated that they took they time to follow up with me after my first experience and ask how they could fix the problem. Both Doug (owner) and Tamra came out to replace filters in my RO system and check the work that was previously done. They were both friendly and professional.
Most companies wouldn't even take the time to follow up much less correct a problem. I will definitely refer Wyman Plumbing to others and will use them again.

When the OTHER larger plumbing company failed to show up and simply left me a voice mail that I did not get until the end of the day, I was quite annoyed. I waited on them, and they failed to text or email me or even attempt to call me again to let me know that they were NOT coming despite making an appointment to be at my house on said day within a four hour window. When I called them to check on their arrival status, I was told they left me a message....Well I didn't get that message!!! I was waiting on them. Maybe attempt to call me again, text me or email me?? The gal was upset with ME that I was upset with them!! She offer to reschedule and I absolutely declined!!

Instead, I looked at Yelp reviews. I decided that I would not work with a company so large that I didn't matter. They lost not only my current and future business, but my valuable Yelp review. Since I have over 500 reviews, obviously my reviews are real. I am not a friend or family member posting a review to build them up.

I called multiple plumbers. I wanted to get an idea of a price based on a couple maybe standard type repairs. I stated that I wasn't going to hold them to an exact amount, but I wanted an IDEA, a range, even if a larger range about cost. I was told by several that they would not give me a price RANGE as requested, but that they would come out and if I didn't like their price, I would only pay an $85.00 service charge. Ya, right, that is a great way to overprice me. If I don't accept your price I have to pay $85 and get someone else out?? By the time I do that, I might as well overpay YOUR ass for being here or pay the $85 and send you on your way for nothing.

I asked Dignity Plumbing for a range and they happily gave me a basic price quote and they did explain that something could be discovered that might change the cost. VERY FAIR, VERY REASONABLE!! That, my friends, is how a business should respond to a very reasonable question/request!! I was impressed already!!

SO... I then arranged an appointment with Dignity Plumbing. My call was answered swiftly and an appointment was available sooner than I was available! SCORE! We arranged my appointment for between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We were hoping it would be earlier than later, but more so hoping they would even show up after the last experience!! I got a text about 7:30 a.m. the morning of my appointment advising me that the plumber was on his way! SCORE! He showed up promptly at 8:00! SCORE!

He was professional, polite and took the time to chat for a bit before checking out our situation. He quickly provided a quote, and it was very acceptable to us so we agreed to go forward. The job was done RIGHT and it was not rushed!! We are extremely pleased with the work and I will be having all future plumbing needs taken care of by Dignity Plumbing!!!

I want to send a thank you to Dignity Plumbing for being honest, reliable, fairly priced and for a job (actually two jobs) well done!!!

Hired them to come snake a slow drain a while ago. Arizona is hot but the man smelled horrible, like extreme body odor, cigarettes and bad breath. He walked through our carpeted home with his dirty shoes on, walked all over my bath mats before I could move them (and obviously did not move them himself or put on shoe covers like most nice companies do). He then tried to say that the drain could not be snaked and the flooring needed to be pulled up with extensive plumbing repair ($$$). When we told him we would have to think about it and it was not something we could do today, he was suddenly able to pull up the clog and solve the problem. I do not trust this company and would never hire them again. I feel bad for the innocent people who are tricked into their upselling, scheming ways. Yes people write bad reviews when they are upset, but there is a reason there are mostly bad reviews on here.
