We needed help changing 2 light fixtures. The set up design was quite complicated but they brainstormed and found a way to do it.

Both were very friendly and professional. They were patient when I asked them to put the lights higher, lower, higher, lower.. they wanted to make sure that I am satisfied with the placement and aesthetics :) and I appreciate that.

Before I hired them I messaged several businesses to compare costs. These guys got back to me fast and quoted a reasonable price that was within my budget. Other places asked for 2-3x the price to complete the same job. Great communication too. I highly recommend them!

On time arrival and fixed quickly.  Made sure warranty covered it for me, as warranty was trying to say not covered. Then when I was billed incorrectly Ron looked it up and apologized and corrected it right away. Good job and very happy with this company

The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

Troy was very responsive and able to come promptly fix my issue for a reasonable price.  I would use Robinson Plumbing again.

I called yesterday for an appointment today.  Quickly had it scheduled (for a specific time and not just a vague period of time), and I was called twice just prior to the Tech's arrival on time today-once by Gene from the office and again by Louis when he was on his way.

Louis was wonderful (and I'm not the most easy to please).  He was professional, friendly, and very thorough.  My clog was quickly cleared, but he went the extra mile to explore all possible causes.  He confirmed that I could us e the Yelp deal (which I did), so from the service to the price, all was great.  Very pleased.

Rich was absolutely amazing! He was helpful and understanding. He even sent me pictures and videos since I wasn't home at the time of the repair. I was genuinely impressed and so appreciate of the care he took with me and my appointment!

Clayton is amazing . He will go above and beyond. He was able to fix many issue with plumbing in my home.  He is our go to guy. Jamie is amazing and always communicates what's going on. I love apple plumbing.

We moved into our 45 year old house a year ago and knew the major appliances wouldn't last long; little did I know my laundry room would be suddenly flooded with no warning this week. After searching on NextDoor for recommendations for a plumber, I found a review of Phoenix plumbing & drain service. They helped us quickly and did a great job. Very responsive. Customer service person (Cheryl?) was incredibly responsive and helpful, talking us through how to stop the immediate issue until they arrived. Exceptional customer service and reasonable prices! They even rerouted our drainage so the laundry room would never flood again. Will definitely call again (hopefully won't need to for a while)

At the start customer service was very informative and quick to respond to all my questions. This is our first time getting a water softener and RO system and there are tons of options but the rep was patient and answered all of my questions which helped me choose the best options for our family.
Mike the technician was super friendly very happy to answer all our questions about the install, how to use, what to expect. He even went above and beyond as we were moving in and trying to get the house situated. Good people are extremely hard to find and Mike is a solid dude. This company gets 10/10 from me I will definitely be recommending to all friends and family whether they ask or not. To top it off it looks damn good in the garage.

Alan showed up within the designated time frame and was able to complete the faucet repair job quickly. He was friendly and professional, plus the most affordable. If needed, I will utilize his services again. A+

Gary the Handyman responded right away to an inquiry. He fixed the light switch the next day because he says the house was on the way to his next job.
Why the 2 stars? The dishonesty in pricing. I asked what he thought how long it would take for the issue to be resolved, he said something along the lines that it may take an hour or it could take longer. He says his hourly rate is $65 an hour. I agreed. He shows up and fixes the light switch under an hour. He then charges me $195. His words Service call is $65 to do that type of work is $195.

WOW! I deal with contractors everyday at work and I have never had this level of professionalism with a plumber before. I had a warranty and every step along the way they were texting me and communicating the next step. Every employee I was in contact with were friendly and cool to deal with. They did a great job repairing the main sewage line to my home and I was back in business in less than 1/2 a day and you can't even tell they were here. I 100% will recommend and use them in the future!!

We had just moved into our new home and needed out dryer hooked up so I could start laundry. My husband called Gabriel and he was over at our house in 30 minutes. He hooked up the dryer and even made sure our washer was hooked up correctly. He is so nice and personable. We will definitely be using him soon to hide our wires in our wall for our TV. We will be using him for other projects as well.

Plumbing problems are upsetting, but Gabe saves the day with his prompt response, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.  He'll keep you posted on his arrival time, work quickly and neatly, and send you an email with his receipt and the pictures he took while on the job.  Plumbers are so busy these days, but when Gabe is at your home or business, he makes you feel like you're his most important customer.  Even a small plumbing problem is a big deal when it happens to you, and Gabe understands that.  And be sure to take care of his Yelp offer of $25 for a $50 voucher; he accepts it very graciously.

Ron did a great job and did the job at 60% of the cost another company that I found I Yelp quoted me. He actually asked for even less but I tipped him more because of his honesty and how efficiently he finished the job. I plan to use him on any plumbing issues in the future and highly recommend him.

We got a new water heater! Yay! This company was so helpful and responsive. They did a great job and were out here fast. I really appreciate their helpful attitude and top notch work. They made me feel like family. If I need anything in the future I will definitely call them again and I highly recommend them. Thank you for such wonderful service!

When the OTHER larger plumbing company failed to show up and simply left me a voice mail that I did not get until the end of the day, I was quite annoyed. I waited on them, and they failed to text or email me or even attempt to call me again to let me know that they were NOT coming despite making an appointment to be at my house on said day within a four hour window. When I called them to check on their arrival status, I was told they left me a message....Well I didn't get that message!!! I was waiting on them. Maybe attempt to call me again, text me or email me?? The gal was upset with ME that I was upset with them!! She offer to reschedule and I absolutely declined!!

Instead, I looked at Yelp reviews. I decided that I would not work with a company so large that I didn't matter. They lost not only my current and future business, but my valuable Yelp review. Since I have over 500 reviews, obviously my reviews are real. I am not a friend or family member posting a review to build them up.

I called multiple plumbers. I wanted to get an idea of a price based on a couple maybe standard type repairs. I stated that I wasn't going to hold them to an exact amount, but I wanted an IDEA, a range, even if a larger range about cost. I was told by several that they would not give me a price RANGE as requested, but that they would come out and if I didn't like their price, I would only pay an $85.00 service charge. Ya, right, that is a great way to overprice me. If I don't accept your price I have to pay $85 and get someone else out?? By the time I do that, I might as well overpay YOUR ass for being here or pay the $85 and send you on your way for nothing.

I asked Dignity Plumbing for a range and they happily gave me a basic price quote and they did explain that something could be discovered that might change the cost. VERY FAIR, VERY REASONABLE!! That, my friends, is how a business should respond to a very reasonable question/request!! I was impressed already!!

SO... I then arranged an appointment with Dignity Plumbing. My call was answered swiftly and an appointment was available sooner than I was available! SCORE! We arranged my appointment for between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. We were hoping it would be earlier than later, but more so hoping they would even show up after the last experience!! I got a text about 7:30 a.m. the morning of my appointment advising me that the plumber was on his way! SCORE! He showed up promptly at 8:00! SCORE!

He was professional, polite and took the time to chat for a bit before checking out our situation. He quickly provided a quote, and it was very acceptable to us so we agreed to go forward. The job was done RIGHT and it was not rushed!! We are extremely pleased with the work and I will be having all future plumbing needs taken care of by Dignity Plumbing!!!

I want to send a thank you to Dignity Plumbing for being honest, reliable, fairly priced and for a job (actually two jobs) well done!!!

Had my main water line valve fail on me early on in the day Monday morning and Alfredo Ramirez came out that night and had it fixed first thing the next day. He was so knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions! If you are looking for a guy who knows his stuff, look no further! Thank you Alfredo!
