Jake and Sam were fantastic to work with! They assembled a Kidkraft Cozy Escape playhouse and mounted a 70in tv and did a great job. We are very happy with their service and definitely recommend them for any assembly needs!

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

I had an issue with an AC instillation that was done by Belisito. The person that installed it was terminated. I want to thank Belsito and Gene in particular for rectifing the situation for me and making sure that I was taken care of at no expense to me. I am very very thankful and very appreciative of their standing behind their work .

Had an old leaking spigot in the bathtub. Rich answered the phone, set a time, called ahead as he was on the way, and showed up when he said he would. He kept me apprised of the situation all the way through and was up-front about what he was doing and what it could cost. Another guy I called before wanted to rebuild the whole thing for $7g. Rich got it all fixed for a few hundred, and passed up many opportunities to gouge. I am 100% satisfied and recommend American Plumbing to anyone.

I used Phx Plumbing back in November to install a new faucet in my kitchen. The two reps were awesome and even ran to the hardware store for a piece I was missing. They turned what could have been a stressful install into a very pleasant experience.

We had a water softener installed in December and like everything I do, I like to get at least 3-5 quotes.  I used the user ratings in Yelp and took those who rated the highest. I could not be happier with my decision.  Brian was our service guy and he was so informational when I was getting the quotes and provided me good information that helped me with my decision.  In the end they actually were also the most reasonable which was a bonus.
I was super happy with the final results and the unit, in addition he did a great job on the installation.  I've been waiting to write my review because there was a minor issue discovered after the fact and I wanted to see how they would handle it. I'm happy to report, they had no issues taking care of it and owned it completely.  It was a small drywall infraction who they had their drywall guy come out and fix, who also did a great job. Wonderful company with high standards and integrity. I highly recommend them!

Alan showed up within the designated time frame and was able to complete the faucet repair job quickly. He was friendly and professional, plus the most affordable. If needed, I will utilize his services again. A+

Trust is an important factor in the choice of someone to work on something that you are not familiar with. Paradise Valley Plumbing's plumber is not only a professional person you can trust but he constantly exceeds our expectations inclusive of a reasonable price, that you do not know with any service until it is all performed. He more than satisfies us with not only the job called for but checking other items prior to his departure. We have had him a few times and each and every one is exceptional.

Used Gary for a job and it was a hit or miss experience. I needed someone to replace three doors, sent the word out on Yelp and Gary was available and gave me a fair quote sight unseen.

Gary is definitely a skilled guy, this was not an easy job. It was an old house, the sizing wasn't standard, and Gary was able to figure out how to get it done. We had some issues with the supplies (my fault or the supplier, still not sure which, but not Gary's fault) and if Gary said something was wrong or if he needed something I got it for him ASAP.

The problems arose after he was done. He finished when I wasn't at the house, which was fine, I had a busy day. He texted me his payment information and the final cost which I paid immediately no questions asked. When I got to the house, one of the doors had braces on it that had a note to not remove for two days and one of the keys didn't work. I texted and called Gary to get filled in and have yet to hear back... ‍

You can't do any better then JR and Cole. JR came out to my house found the problem with camera Jetted it out ran camera through again found the problem replaced sewer pipe and got me back in service and also showed me how to avoid future problems JR and Cole are the best. Gabe @ One Shot was amazing!.  I had a problem with 2 ceiling fans and was looking for someone to install new ones.  Upon arriving on site, Gabe quickly realized that it would be easier (and cheaper!) to make a couple of minor repairs to both systems and did so.  Arrived on time; did professional for; AND saved me money in long run :)

I have found my new electrician!   I recommend One Shot highly!

I was surprised to see a plumber earning a full 5 stars, but after calling Gabe I now understand.  He came out and inspected a possible leak going from my upstairs to downstairs bathroom.  The leak is only mild and happens only occasionally.  He told me simply to caulk up some leaks in my shower upstairs and the problem should be fixed.  When I halfheartedly offered him some money, he refused to accept it, and simply gave me his card asking to call him in case i have any future problems.

What a great guy.  A friend of mind called him while on speaker and he spent time with us explaining so many things.... knowing very well the work was not something he was going to be doing or making any money off of.  I wish there were more people like this in the world.  Positive vibe :)

Had appointment. At 9 am the owner of the business showed up at 9 am .replaced my water heater and other plumbing needs .he did a clean great job at a very good price .quality install .very professional. Thanks for quality job .

This is an awesome company to do business with. Finding a contractor that is reliable, caring, and affordable is difficult. Estavan is honest and takes pride in his work. I cannot say enough of Dignity Plumbing!

I purchased a home in Sun City, my plumbing had a backup. I called Rooter Hero to snake the line. I asked if the can send a camera down the line at which they performed at no charge. Although the results came back with the old cast iron piping being completely shot. On the monitor you can see the cast iron had rotted out almost the entire length of the pipe to the street. It was just terrible news and very pricy, so i got several bids for a full pipe replacement procedure called Pipe Bursting, where they bore through the excisting piping with a new ABS pipe, pulling it through hydraulically. Rooter Hero gave me the best bid out of several of the valleys top compeditors. Being that over 25 years ago I had 5 contractors licenses, one being plumbing, I can tell you they did an excellent job in a professional manner. I would recommend Rooter Hero without reservations, they were a hard working crew, Rocky the Supervisor was very knowledgeable, along with Adam, Chris and a couple others were excellent plumbers. Use these guys, you won't be disappointed! .... Thanks guys...Ron
