Jake needs more reviews because he is just a solid , wonderful , talented man. Always responsive , quick , precise , humble & great at his job. I have used him twice in a month and honestly i don't know who else to use at this point . He has assembled my bed, hang my curtains & mounted my tv and microwave professionally !10/10

This was my first time using Affordable Plumbing and I had a great experience! Ben Thomas was my technician; he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. You know when you found a company and team of people you can trust and Affordable Plumping is that in my opinion. I will definitely use them again!!!

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

Our garbage disposal stopped working and we needed a replacement. Troy was very quick to respond to our online request and provided pricing and schedule availability in his initial reply. He was great in answering our questions and we were very happy with the service. In less than 24 hours, we were up and running again. I'll use Robinson Plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

Two weeks ago we decided to take a road trip to Sedona to relax for the weekend.  When I walked into our home late Sunday evening, after being gone all weekend, I immediately stepped into a pool of water the second I walked through the garage door.  Our whole entire first floor was flooded, not an inch was dry.  I immediately panicked as I have never had any sort of leak or water damage at my property and I had no clue where it was coming from or what caused this to occur, however I knew exactly who I was going to call and that was Rich, with American Plumbing and Rooter, as he is our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs that occur not only at our home, but at all of our rental properties as well.  Rich arrived to our property within 30 minutes of my call and I was so revealed that he personally was going to be the one to come out and help us out with this nightmare especially because it was rather late and on a Sunday. Rich new right away that it was our hot water heater that busted and caused the leak, Rich also knew exactly who to call in regards to getting all the water damage handled, and that was Adams Disaster & Restoration, who I was extremely thrilled with as well. Rich turned this horrible situation into a rather simple and easy process as he knew exactly what to do and who to call, and he even had a water heater in his truck already that he was able to replace the busted heater with that exact night. Rich has always been extremely caring, helpful, honest, prompt, and knowledgeable, and he is truly someone that I know I can trust and I honestly feel that he genuinely cares about his customers as if it were his family, which I find extremely hard to come across these days.  Thanks Rich, you are the best!

I had my water heater go out over the weekend. Apple plumbing came to me highly recommended by a friend who has been using their services for 15 years. They were able to come the very next day and install a new water heater. The representative was wearing a mask, entered through the garage, and was safety conscious. He was also timely and professional. Highly recommend

We hired Gary to enlarge a bathroom by moving a wall and then adding sliding barn doors, shelves, a closet and storage. He gave the lowest bid of the 4 companies we considered. He was fine with adding small jobs here and there, adding handles and locks, hanging a few items, putting together shelves and prepping a door that came with no holes so it was not ready to install which added some work he wasn't expecting. He charged less when we decided against certain doors. Everything looked professional and neatly installed. When the sliders wouldn't go smoothly, he was able to fix them. He took away not only large pieces (doors, wrap, wood...) that were part of his job but other large items that weren't part of his remodel. With other companies we have worked with, collecting money was the most important thing. Gary didn't make it the highest priority, in fact we were ready to write out the check before he had to ask. We are very pleased with our roomy bathroom now and will give good references for Gary and use him again whether we need a big or small job.

In 2015 I thought Moon Valley was my saving grace. They came to my house late at night to replace a burst water heater. I left a glowing review for Dan. Fast forward to 2021. We had plaster falling off our walls, a Moon Valley plumber came and said our tub overflow was broken, and quoted us $2K to fix it. We were a bit suspicious as we never take baths. We called another plumber in who found a massive, rotting hole in our bathroom pipe right away. Now fast forward another 6 months. Our 6 year old hot water heater bursts (lifespan of 8-12 years). Our new plumber comes and finds that our water heater is sitting on paving bricks taken from our backyard in the drip pan because the Moon Valley plumber was too lazy to solder the pipe down to meet the intake valve on the hot water heater. Instead, he just put mismatched pavers in the drip pan. Not only did this flood our living room but it cut the lifespan of the water heater in half because all the sediment built up in the low end. Our new plumber has suggested we make a complaint against Moon Valley to the AZ ROC and said that this is one of the top three laziest jobs he's seen in his career. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Installed a 40amp connector for my Tesla, came out promptly and did a great job on the install. Will totally use them again.

First call made I got right through to the owner/operator, no automated machine or voicemail!  He made it crystal clear that he would be able to work his visit into MY schedule no matter what, and he was 100% true to his word on that!

He arrived on time, with everything he needed in hand and had a great attitude.  He then went right to work on my various issues I had called about.  Everything was done professionally and quickly, including a total rebuild of the outside water line to our drip system.

He even tweaked a few items for free after describing some of the various issues we have observed in our new home, whereas most companies would have made me pay for extra services like that!

Lastly, he independently referred to his many different coupons and discounts both at the beginning and end of his visit, to make sure I felt I was getting value for my dollar, which is amazing as his prices were already competitive, but his discounts put him well over the top as the best around.

Service like this is, sadly, too rare to come by these days and I will therefore be using Copperline Plumbing exclusively for both my home as well as my investment properties from now on!

Ron is very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Worked very fast and efficiently. Very friendly. I would definitely recommend his service and will use him in the future for all my plumbing needs!

I had a follow up visit from Wyman Plumbing last week after a not so great experience the week before. I really appreciated that they took they time to follow up with me after my first experience and ask how they could fix the problem. Both Doug (owner) and Tamra came out to replace filters in my RO system and check the work that was previously done. They were both friendly and professional.
Most companies wouldn't even take the time to follow up much less correct a problem. I will definitely refer Wyman Plumbing to others and will use them again.

Definitely going to recommend these guys. Very good price compared to other quotes I received. Replaced my water heater, installed bathroom faucets, replaced my kitchen faucet, installed two toilets and installed a new water softener. Estevan and Jeremy where very professional, polite and walked me through everything that was done. Great Job!

Laundry room & kitchen were backed up, Mario and Josh showed up within 2 hours and had the drains free and clear within 30 minutes!  Professional, polite and didn't leave a mess. Thanks for showing up so quickly on a Friday afternoon and getting the job done! I would recommend Rooter Hero again.
