I have found Jake with All In One Furniture Assembly on Yelp and at that time he only had 1 review that was hidden, but based on that 5 star review I felt that he would be a good person to hire, when I contacted Jake, he was prompt with the quotes and arrived on time and is very punctual, responsible and is genuinely willing to help. I have hired him twice already and scheduled a third time, he has assembled 2 IKEA beds that require a lot of time and mounted two TVs and a curtain rod... He is coming back to do a floating console and door closing mechanisms.... His work is wonderful and precise!!! I would highly recommend his services to anyone... Please note that he doesn't work on the weekends, which I find that is very honorable that he committed those day to spend with his wife and a little baby boy!

Hired them to fix a septic smell in our house.  Their employee did a partial smoke test of one vent and found a problem with the toilet.  He said that should fix it, but if not, he'd come back free of charge and do a smoke test in the other vents.  It did not fic the problem.  The company manager told me that he's not responsible for this employee because he was fired.  I pointed out that I relied on the employee and that the company took my $$.  The manager insisted they had no responsibility for anyone they fired.  BEWARE -- they do not honor their commitments.

Jason and Dylan quickly installed four sink drains (less than 40 minutes)!  No wasted effort and friendly throughout.  Great service!  Thanks

Highly recommend! Extremely responsive with excellent communication. Excellent turn around time. From the moment I contacted them to the time our repair was completed was under 12 hours. The price was beyond reasonable. If your reading this review and are hesitate on which plumber to go with, go with this company.

I had an emergency plumbing leak in my home/office and Louis Durham with Belsito Plumbing was dispatched to help me correct.  He was very efficient, experienced, friendly and was very thorough with his assistance in finding and correcting the problem.  The price was affordable which was wonderful for sure!

When I called to make the appointment I asked if they were local and they snapped that just because I was close by I wasn't going to get a discount. If I wanted a discount I would have asked. 3 hours late. Found an issue during the job and wouldn't fix it during that visit probably because they showed up so late and it was closing time. Tried to contact the boss and he never got back to me.

Reading some of Gary's negative reviews it seems that a lot of people have had similar experiences. Gary might be able to do some quality work, but I wouldn't know because he's just not professional at all.

We reached out to Gary after buying a new house in Arcadia a while back and he told us that whenever we were ready he could help us with installing ceiling fans, blinds, and whatever we may need (score!) but when we called him back to schedule something he was sick and told me he would call me back in a week.

A week goes by with no phone call, so I call him-- but no answer... and his vm is full. so I waited a couple more days and called him again, still no answer; so this time I followed up with a text asking if he was still interested in helping us out with our handyman needs and he replied yes and to let him know when we would like him to come help.

Perfect! I called him when I got back to Phoenix and he didn't answer (of course), so I texted asking when he was available and he asked if he could schedule me in for between 1-2pm on Thursday. Yes I replied, then I texted asking him a couple questions about estimates for hanging large blinds and included photos. He ignored my texts that night about the quote/estimate altogether, so I texted asking if he received my messages requesting an estimate to which he replied Yes, I'll look at them when I'm at your house. (Not really an answer or estimate- kind of slippery).

So today rolls around and of course I'm at home waiting on this handyman to show up (of course I organized my day around him) 14 minutes before he was due for our appointment, he cancels.

He says: Can we meet Saturday 9-930? Caught up in work.
(No apology for the inconvenience, or wasting my time, just a crap text).

Me: You know Gary, let me talk to my boyfriend about it. After reading your Yelp! reviews we expected a little more professionalism to be honest.

He says: Well I've been sick for the last month and been out of commission. I've been trying to catch up on my jobs. Sorry if you feel that way. I know I can't make everyone happy.

Me: It's not a feeling. You cancelled 15 minutes before you were scheduled to show up and have been unresponsive and not very communicative with me. Those are facts. While I understand it's impossible to make everybody happy, you could do a much better job by being a little more professional.

Then-- radio silence.

Gary, you can make customers happy; how about apologizing when you're wrong and unprofessional instead of #1: making excuses, then #2: blaming me, or acting like I'm the one with unrealistic expectations when I've accommodated the date and time YOU chose and then flaked on. Would not recommend.

We recently had our spare bath enclosure remodeled and had a difficult time trying to install new hardware. Alex came to look at the issue and found that the handles didn't fit because the valve in the wall was not long enough. He was able to narrow down the fact that our new tile was much thicker than the old tile, causing the hardware to fit properly. Because the plumbing was so old, Alex did his best to track down proper fittings for us but was unable to as they just didn't make what we need. He made calls, stopped at different supply stores and had no luck. However, through creativity, he was able to provide a better solution that worked perfectly and made it work! Everything is tight and solid and well-sealed, it was a very professional job. Alex is a life-saver, I really thought we might have to rip out the remodel and either have new plumbing put in or get an entirely different and thinner tile. I cannot say enough about his attitude, professionalism and the beautiful job he did for us. Thank you Alex!

I hit up the owner, Gabriel (who goes by Gabe), around 7 pm on a Thursday night after my stackable W/D broke down and the washer completely stopped at Rinse during a large wash cycle of clothes. I was freaking out and felt like it was an impossible mission - I have people coming in town in two days, I have tons of laundry to do to get extra bedding/towels around, and my landlord lives across the country. Added on that, it's a Thursday evening after hours and it's getting to be hot outside again, so contractors are busy bees right now as it is.

He responded immediately to my message sent on Yelp, and was just as knowledgable and helpful as his reviews say! He asked for specific photos of my washer and the model number for the unit and assured me he could handle the job. He was even kind enough to walk me through the right place to find the model on the machine, very patiently might I add, as it took me a few tries. He was great with giving me directions to help him.

I had a few other contractors that I had contacted for this project on the site as well and One Shot Installation, by far, was the best choice. Gabe was here at the exact time he said he would be this morning, he was very thorough and tested my machine twice while walking me through every thing it could or could not be. He is very knowledgable about his work and all appliances, electrical work, and telecommunications (and more!) He was in and out in an hour with a real fix.... instructions on how to avoid this happening on my older unit in the future. What a company, seriously. Truly exceptional service and response times. Plus, Gabe is a real cool guy and character! Trustworthy service all-around to have in your home, coming from a female that lives alone in a first floor condo.

Great news for me - all the laundry will done in plenty of time for my guests to arrive! Thanks again, Gabe!

Mohammid Alli once said I'm so fast that I can flip the light switch and be in bed before the lights go out.  Well, Ron isn't quite that fast but he was at my door within only a few minutes.  Had a couple of things that needed doing:  squeeky toilet and an antisiphon device on a hose bib that wasn't working.  Ron fixed them both quickly.  He's been out once before and was just as fast but I don't remember writing a review then.  Am correcting that now.  Great job, Ron

I called Wyman's on a Friday night for a leaky kitchen sink and they came out the following morning.  Doug was so pleasant and knowledgeable.    He fixed the issue right away, was honest and did not charge astronomical fees.  Will definitely be using them again and referring friends to them for plumbing issues!   Thank you again!!

Awesome service, great pricing, had a water heater that needed replacing and the had best prices around and did an amazing job and was impressed with the knowledge and how fast efficient the part owner was as he installed our unit. Pride he shown in his work and had no problem answering and other plumbing questions I had. Dignity Plumbing should be your first call! You can not deny the quality work that they do.

Chris Ball did a great job on our 2 toilets! Came out same day on a holiday and no extra charge. Very fair rates for their services completed. Best part is they did a scope with a camera of our plumbing so we could see for ourselves what was going on. Didn't try to upsell us and actually said we didn't need new equipment as the previous plumber claimed. Will definitely use again!
