I used this company to assemble my desk, as getting a bad experience from Sam who came over with a generic business didnt realize that there is no Roc# number on card& no bus number. It took hi, an hour to assemble & just realize after the assemble I decided it needed to be moved never touch didn't  thoroughly inspecTed it. The screws are fastened tightly on entire desk. never recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed with Sam over all work.I am also a Veteran 0 negative feedback. beware his also made a rude comment before leaving my home regarding my militany service. Beware of all in one.

Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters (AP) is on my list of vendors to call. Yep, I created a list of go to vendors so that I'm not scrambling when, not if, our home needs servicing. I love how responsive/communicative AP is. I get a text telling me the time slot I am in and providing a picture of the service person that will be in our home. Now, as to pricing...I don't know if I would say AP is the most affordable, but I am a firm believer in the mantra You get what you pay for. I will always call on AP, unless/until I can afford them. LOL.

Jason and Dylan quickly installed four sink drains (less than 40 minutes)!  No wasted effort and friendly throughout.  Great service!  Thanks

Great experience! I set up appointment at 10:45pm and they came out the next day. I used the $100 yelp voucher for $150 toward service. The tech was nice, professional and diagnosed problem quickly. We thought the repair was going to be more expensive so we were pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend!

My inbound water supply hose bib corroded and had a leak.  American Plumbing & Rooter responded to my service request via yelp within minutes had me take a picture of the issue  provided me a quote within 20 minutes.  The quote included taxes and there were no hidden increases or charges in the end. They made appointment came when they said they would and did the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely reccomend them and will use them again in the future.

I've had them out to fix a balky shower, to fix a tricky wall-mounted kitchen faucet, and to snake out some clogged drain lines.  Each one was a great single-visit encounter, except the kitchen faucet.  When I noticed a small pool of water a few days later below the kitchen faucet, the owner of the company came out and handled the fix himself.  So they're good, and the stuff they don't do right they will come back and do it right the second time.  That's really all you can ask for in a plumbing company.

Joe Herzog was highly recommended, I was anxious for the appointment and to receive an estimate so I didn't mine taking off half day for work and losing wages as well as feeling my plumbing problems would be taken care by someone who knows what they're doing. It's been three weeks to the day and two calls, both with a promise that Joe would call me back which has never happened. I don't doubt that you're very good at what you do but it's too bad you have forgotten common courtesy. If you're too busy to take on new clients let people know.

When we moved into our house there was a big stainless cylinder in the garage with an LED display and no name of what it was. We weren't even really sure what, if anything it did. Our plumber told us he didn't deal with that sort of thing and we were left calling around looking for service for our nameless water conditioner. When we found CWC, Brian came out (on time) and explained what the system was supposed to do and informed us it needed some work. He gave us options and we made an appointment for additional service. We appreciated Brian's courtesy,  honesty, and quality work. This is obviously a family run company where customer service still means something.even

Very quick response and fair charge. We needed a new pump in basement and it was not a pretty sight. Once the part arrived the job was completed same day. Technician was professional and courteous.

Gary is very professional and detail oriented. He is trustworthy and gets the job done no matter how big or small. I highly recommend Gary to anyone.

I would highly recommend Moon Valley plumbing I came home from work this evening and my kitchen was flooded with water and I contacted them and they sent out a young man named Jason who is very kind and professional and he was able to identify the problem in the refrigerator immediately and got the water to stop coming out it was priced reasonably he was he arrived on time and I would highly recommend them.

One Shot Installation advertises their company as 'Same Day Service'.  That's exactly what I got and more.  Gabe is genuine, knows his craft, and communicates effectively when he find a problem or is going over what he repaired.  Seldom do you find some who truly wants to be at your home, helping fix the problem.  I have the utmost respect for Gabe and how he does business.  I will never use anyone else as I know he will always do an honest and excellent job on anything at my home.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

I had a leak in the main line between the meter at the curb and where the copper line that enters the house.  

Gabe came out gave me an estimate and started work immediately.  It's late august, so it was blazing hot.  He arrived EXACTLY on time - to the minute, was very friendly, documented the issue with the broken PVC pipe with pictures, before the repair, and after.  These were included with a copy of my invoice which was sent by email.

The repair itself looked great (but I'm obviously not a plumber) and I again have running water.  Gabe also cleaned up everything and it looked like he was never there when he finished.

I highly recommend this company. I called in the afternoon and Ron was able to schedule me for the next morning. He explained that a clogged kitchen sink was more than $59, and offered to hold my appointment while I shopped around. After some more yelp research, I decided to go with Ron even though his was not the cheapest quote I received. I like that he is a small business -- just him and his son. And I got good vibes over the phone.

The next day, Ron  arrived promptly and got right to work. Within a half hour, my drain was clear. He even tightened my plumbing under the sink because I told him that it sometimes leaked. Ron was professional and friendly.

The final bill was the exact amount he quoted over the phone. WooHoo! Now I know whom to call if we have any other problems.

My first impression was my service tech was on time, was very pleasant, had a clean truck and was clean cut. I had a toilet installed.. Very reasonable price. Lowest bidder but also brought good quality service with it. I'd definitely recommend you call them for a bid on your next project.

A big shout out to Rooter Hero Plumbing!!!  I'm so impressed with their customer service as management immediately responded to my complaint and worked with  me to resolve my issues within 24 hrs.    So my complaint is now a compliment!  It's nice to know that there are big companies out there that truly care about their customers!!  I will remain a very satisfied long time customer and recommend their services.

Below is what I experienced and posted on my Neighborhood website about the Rooter Hero Plumbing location that I used on 2/01/17.  To date I have not received my receipt nor a report providing condition of the pipes & where issues are located.  My email to the office requesting this info has not been responded to.  Needless to say I am calling the office today as my kitchen pipes are once again clogged.  (I do have to note I've used Rooter Hero for 4 years but it was a different location and had great service..  I didn't realize they were independently owned & operated).

Did I get ripped off?

Kitchen sink/DW backed up on Wednesday...plumber came Thursday after I woke up to a flooded kitchen & family room. Apparently the soft water conditioner comes on during the middle of the night, does it thing, backed up sink & dishwasher & water was everywhere.....good morning! Company we have used for 5 years came out. Tried to unblock clog in kitchen sink...couldn't clear. Then went to main drain out front.....still couldn't clear. Sink was still backing up after both snaking jobs. So plumber said they would have to use a camera to find the block @ $275...I ageed but it took an hour for his supervisor to get here with camera. Supervisor said main drain was totally blocked and we need a hydro jetting done on our pipes (they told us this in 2013 but at $4,000 we refused). No problem since until now. So supervisor tried to talk me into it again @ $1000's and he would work with me on monthly payments, etc. Asked if I could afford $94/mo. Said sorry but no can do. So then the plumber guy came back in with a different snake machine. Snaked it again and able to use sink & dishwasher. indicated he made a small opening in our pipes???) Then he was writing up the bill & wanted to charge me $77 for unclogging the dran plus $275 for the camera! Whoa.....I had already discussed not paying The $77 since theiy indicated customers would not be charged if it wasn't cleared on the first try & supervisor agreed. So it was removed. However I have been doing some research and I think I got screwed big time. There are plumbing cos on Angies List that only charge $340 for hydro jetting!! So I'm waiting for my email bill from plumbing company and I will move forward. Seems like it never stops & you can't trust anybody! Not sure what to think.
