Jake is the best I have ever seen when it comes to assembling things. Very organized and methodical,fast and precise.  Installed 7 ceiling fans, 3 bathroom light sets and assembled 2 large cabinets and a wood dinette set. Great communications. Always responds. Courteous,very respectful of property and cleans up after the job. To top all of that off, Jake's prices are extremely reasonable and amazing for what he does. Now I can officially retire from doing home projects! If you need it assembled or installed give jake a try. He won't disappoint!

We had two old toilets replaced after 23+ years of usage. We bought upgrades at Lowe's ( American Standard Champion models); Our tech, Ben Thomas was very efficient and honestly performed an excellent job. We are very happy with the service provided and look forward to future projects with this company.

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

Our kitchen sink got clogged this morning and within the hour, Troy was able to fit us in within his scheduled appointments. He took the time to clear out our kitchen drain and even cleaned out our bathroom sink drains. He was incredibly nice, thorough and answered all of our questions. In addition, he was reasonably priced. We'll definitely use him in the future for all our plumbing needs!

We have used Apple Plumbing for years and they have been solid but on their last visit they really outdid themselves.  I called at about 10 am with a concern for a sewer line backup, complicated by the fact that I was having a party in my home starting at 5 pm.  They got Kerwin out ASAP and he was diligent about working through the day to get the line cleared and the toilet re-installed in the guest bath, all wrapped up before my first guests arrived!  Bravo!

We live in a development that was built in the mid 90's and recently our neighbor experienced a disastrous flooding issue due to a water pressure issue. Through this issue we became aware that water line pressure regulators have roughly a 10 year life span.

After checking Yelp for reviews. We had Phoenix Plumbing check ours and it was determined that the pressure was too high and it needed to be replaced.

The experience was top rate! Joe installed the new regulator and a hose bib in about an hour. The process was prompt, clean and very professional. We would highly recommend this company. And will continue to utilize them, if any future issues arise.

I emailed CWS to inquire about having a custom water softening system made for my home.  I needed shorter tanks to fit under some shelving(35).  James worked with me over the course of several emails and put together a quote for exactly what I needed at a very attractive price.  

I just can't say enough positive things about these guys.  I got a twin alternating system with a carbon tank for a terrific price and I just couldn't be happier.  Look carefully at the reviews from Kinetico, EcoWater systems etc. before you buy your water softener.  Not only do they not have 5 star reviews, you may be getting a $1500 water softener with a $5000 warranty.  Don't get fooled by the fancy sales pitches!  Talk with CWS and let them help you find the right system for you.

Alan is great!! I'm a baby boomer and appreciate honesty and good communication.  He is all that and more. I had an ongoing problem with my shower. He fixed it quickly and was very reasonable.  I will definitely use him again if plumbing needs come up. I will also gladly refer him to my friends

We've had Gary do all our handyman projects for several years.  Its wonderful to have a reliable go-to guy.  Over the years he's hung ceiling fans, replaced faucets, installed a disposal in the kitchen sink, replaced cartridges in the tub faucet, recently replaced our hot water heater and has done several electrical jobs at my husband's business location.  If there is something he can't do, he'll tell you that too.

Travis, Travis JR and the whole crew have been excellent to work with from Day One.  We had a really challenging project that evolved over time, and they worked with us every step of the way and gave us fair pricing.  They always showed up when they said they would, and stayed until the job was finished correctly. The crew was polite and didn't leave a mess when they worked.  The communication from Pam and Chris in the office was great as well.

Overall, I would highly recommend this company due to their professionalism.

I spoke with Gabe at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning about fixing a light on a dimmer switch that suddenly would not turn on. He was at another job but assured me he would call as soon as he knew what time he could come to me. He called around 11:30 and was at my home in 15 minutes. He did a fabulous job trouble-shooting what I had thought would be a simple fix. It took time and determination and I'm thrilled that my light is fixed at a very reasonable price for all the time and effort that was involved. I found Gabe through Yelp and once again am thrilled with the results. His business card details so many things that he is able to repair and/or replace. I will certainly call him with any future electrical, phone or internet needs that I may have.

I was worried that I had low water pressure in my home. Stephen came out as scheduled, listened to my concerns and did a diagnostic check. He did not find anything for me to be concerned about. Appreciated his prompt response and honesty. Highly recommend.

Great customer service and fair priced bid.  Easily communicated what I needed done and I was scheduled with updates sent right to my phone and email. The repair took a bit longer than expected but was handled and the bathtub works like new again!

Chris Ball did a great job on our 2 toilets! Came out same day on a holiday and no extra charge. Very fair rates for their services completed. Best part is they did a scope with a camera of our plumbing so we could see for ourselves what was going on. Didn't try to upsell us and actually said we didn't need new equipment as the previous plumber claimed. Will definitely use again!
