Jacob showed up right on time, with Sam coming in an hour later. The two of them went right to work. They were very patient with all of my questions and concerns. I was let down by 2 previous handy men and was so happy Jacob even showed up!
They both were very professional and very kind. The gazebo looks amazing! We will be contacting them again for a few other jobs. I highly recommend this company.

Had an issue where the first repair company sent out by my home warranty company attempted to fix the problem but did not. The second time they assigned the repair to Affordable Plumbing. They contacted me and set up a time to do my repair. Ben Thomas arrived and quickly assessed the problem, got on the phone with the Home Warranty Company and got authorization to perform the repair, which he quickly took care of. I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

Troy was very responsive and able to come promptly fix my issue for a reasonable price.  I would use Robinson Plumbing again.

Good experience all around. They were quick to schedule an appointment and called ahead to say they could arrive early. Nice! The plumber, Louis, fixed a leaky shower for us and installed a bunch of new faucets throughout the house. It was service with a smile and they got the job done right the first time. The price was good, too.

They are very timely. Rich came in and fix the issue within 10 minutes. Explained the issue and gave me a couple of options on how to fix it. I'll definitely be calling if any else happens.

Apple Plumbing is incredible and we have used them for three different homes we own!  We had a massive clog in our main line that caused sewage back up in several bathrooms.  They understood our emergency and redirected technician Grant immediately.  It was late on a Friday, so even more appreciated.  Grant arrived within 40 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem.  He resolved our blockage rapidly and gave us recommendations about maintenance for the future.  He even insisted on covering his shoes before entering our home.  A+ for Grant and Apple Plumbing.

Joe Herzog was highly recommended, I was anxious for the appointment and to receive an estimate so I didn't mine taking off half day for work and losing wages as well as feeling my plumbing problems would be taken care by someone who knows what they're doing. It's been three weeks to the day and two calls, both with a promise that Joe would call me back which has never happened. I don't doubt that you're very good at what you do but it's too bad you have forgotten common courtesy. If you're too busy to take on new clients let people know.

This was our first time using Complete Water Systems. Had to let our other service go. They became too greedy! Awesome family business that excelled in great customer service and reasonable prices. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and fairly priced.

We had a kitchen sink leak. Alan was able to quote an estimate through pics. The quote was comparable. No hidden fees. He was very receptive and courteous. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. We have found a reliable plumber!!!! Thank you Alan. Stay safe.

Needed to have a new water heater installed.  George from Paradise Valley Plumbing arrived at the time arranged and did a very good job of installation.  Would use this company again.

Gary did a great job. He responded to my request quickly and came even though it was past his business hours.
I highly recommend him and will use him again.

ETA: I DID end up needing a plumber again (womp womp). Called Moon Valley of course and let me just say, Dan's the man. Can't think of a way the experience could've been better. Maybe if he brought me a Starbucks drink? Doesn't seem reasonable though   Satisfied every single time, with price and every aspect of service delivered.

Gabe is great! I called him in the morning for a dryer emergency and he was here that same afternoon. He really is great and we are very grateful for his work.

We were getting ready to sell our house and we had a lot of plumbing start to fall apart.  Gabe came out and fixed them all at the best prices I could find anywhere.  He charged me 50% less than my initial quote for a water pressure regulator.  

He also was willing to work with my tight schedule and was very courteous.  I tried to fix some of the problems myself and he did not make me feel bad about my effort which resulted in making the problem worse.  He will be my plumber from now on, and he should be yours.

I sent them an email after 5pm and Ken responded very quickly that they could come out the following morning to fix my drain. Steve came out the next morning and fixed it. Superb customer service and affordable rates. I will definitely call them again when I need any plumbing services done. Thank you!

Although I couldn't use them at this point their follow up with with my concerns was great...I was suggested several good options to try first but if the quality of their work matches their help to a non- customer I'm betting they are a great choice.

We are new to the area and it's always tough to find new, reliable businesses to have in your contacts. Look no further and contact Dignity today! Fast, affordable and so friendly! They reset a toilet for us and gave us a quote on a hot water heater. We will have them back to do more work for us.

Do not recommend . Poor workmanship. To expensive not reliable work done not finish . Had to call a real plumbing service. Wanted to take advantage of the situation
