I needed the two water valves under my bathroom sink replaced.  Calcium build up prevented me from turning them off all the way.  This morning I broke one trying to install a new faucet and water flooded my room until I found my water shut off.  I called Zest for an emergency repair and spoke with a very pleasant lady.  She was able to send a technician out, early afternoon.  Soon, she texted and emailed me his photo and arrival time.  I met with my technician, Paris Psarros, when he arrived and explained what I had done.
He was very professional and put me at ease; so much so, I asked him to complete the installation of the new faucet as well.  He gave me a bid for each one, and discussed  the repair and installation with me for approval.
He was outstanding.  The work he performed was perfect.  He took the time to take before and after photos, which he sent to me.  He left the room meticulous.  Before leaving, he made some safety checks and was able to increase my water pressure (we enjoy showers).  I could not be more pleased and definitely recommend both he and Zest.

On October 4th I had a prescheduled water shut off at my condo to move a washer and dryer hook up so we could install a counter as it was too high. The plumber was let in remotely as I am in Baton Rouge. I was sent photos and told job was complete. Two weeks later on the 18th a painter from the building HOA entered my unit and discovered it unlocked and extremely humid, upon further investigation he discovered the water in the master bathroom was left on in both sinks and the shower, when the plumber had opened the taps to drain the lines they were never shut off... two weeks later over 83000 gallons of hot water, high ac bill, high water bill, damage to the unit. I was made promises that were not upheld, I asked to speak to a manager multiple times, for photos of damages multiple times... hugely disappointed and angry about the run around I have recieved.

They came out and charged me a 200 diagnostic fee.  Then told me it would cost 1900 to fix a leaking faucet in tub.  I called 2 other plumbers and both said that is a scam.  Had a new place come out and they fixed all parts and labor 200 total.    They want your money more than they want repeat business or referrals.  STAY AWAY.

These guys quoted my mom 475 dollars to repair a 3/4 sprinkler line. They quoted 3 hours of labor. Their trip to the homedepot down the street (5 miles) ended up taking more then a hour. During their extended homedepot trip I ended up fixing the pipe myself with a box of spare pvc parts and a shovel. I will also be writing a 1 star review on other sites such as yelp. I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for plumbing repairs.  This company is out to  make a quick buck with customers they can take advantage of because they don't know anything about plumbing

Impressed!!  Called yesterday, I explained the problems that needed repair.  Rich explained the process involved to make the repairs and quoted cost.  Gave me a two hour time window for the next morning and said they would call 30 minutes prior.  Everything done as promised and very efficiently.  Jake was the plumber and he was awesome.  Thank you!!

Today our shop had a small pinhole leak in a wall pipe that led to our pool pump.  I called Apple Plumbing - and while I was on the phone with them explaining my situation, they got a supervisor in the truck (Tom) and he started heading over immediately.  He arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, fixed it VERY quickly, and suggested, then added, a turn off valve to make it that much easier for me in the future for any pool pump repairs.  I highly recommend Apple Plumbing Services - and Tom was just wonderful - he was very respectful, he answered my questions, and was just a delight to be around.  I plan to use them in the future personally and will be suggesting them to any and all friends as well!  Great company - wonderful people!!  Thank you!

Joe Herzog was highly recommended, I was anxious for the appointment and to receive an estimate so I didn't mine taking off half day for work and losing wages as well as feeling my plumbing problems would be taken care by someone who knows what they're doing. It's been three weeks to the day and two calls, both with a promise that Joe would call me back which has never happened. I don't doubt that you're very good at what you do but it's too bad you have forgotten common courtesy. If you're too busy to take on new clients let people know.

I have had over a dozen projects completed in  my home since we moved in 10 years ago. Of those, there are only 2-3 contractors/vendors that I would have back or recommend to a friend. Complete Water Systems is definitely one of those companies. Not only was their response time quick and thorough when I was asking questions before I purchased a new water softener and RO system from them, but more importantly, after I purchased it and it was installed, James responded to a small issue I had in similarly rapid time and with the utmost concern (he responded to me over the weekend!).  Running a business myself for 40 years, I can say that the excellent attention you get after the sale speaks volumes about the reliability and professionalism  of of the  contractor.

Garrett, who installed the system,  was professional, courteous and did not leave our home until he had reviewed the operation of the system with us and made sure all our questions were answered.

Very quick response and fair charge. We needed a new pump in basement and it was not a pretty sight. Once the part arrived the job was completed same day. Technician was professional and courteous.

So I drilled a hole through my pipe, and had a bit of an emergency as a result! They came out right away and fixed my problem for a great and fair price! Good people.  Would definitely use again. Thanks guys!

Gary was friendly, responded to my messages quickly and he offered a fair price for my doggie door install. However, that is where the good ends. Upon arrival, he set forth with the project. Though he did NOT listen when I said that some trim needed to be removed to install properly. (According yo the manufacturer install directions). He said that merely screwing it in would suffice. I explained that I could have just screwed the screws in myself if that was the case. He did not install the weatherstripping. In fact, he told me I'd have to go get some tape from the hardware store myself to adhere it.  It left a large gap, allowing a cold/hot air exchange. He then proceeded to tell me that it would cost $60 still....even though the job was not completed. $60 for 6 screws. Nothing more. What was supposed to be a time and energy saver, ended up costing me much more than the $60. I lost my patience....and my whole day.
Thank you Gary..,.for teaching me that I should just put on my big girl pants and do the job myself. I am perfectly capable, and ended up doing a better job than you. The ONLY reason I gave you any stars is because I ended up learning something from you not doing your job.

EXCELLENT. Good customer service, very responsive, experienced and knowledgable. This was in stark contrast to 3 other companies who performed incomplete locating services and jaw-dropping bids to fix or replace the sewer. Moon Valley gave us a complete understanding and video of all sewer lines (Daniel was excellent). They also gave us a REASONABLE bid and practical solution. Their repair team - and especially George - was SUPERB, and things have been working well ever since. They were recommended by a friend who also had terrific sewer repair service ~ 5 years ago, so we heartily recommend Moon Valley Plumbing!!

I hired Gabe to fix a few plumbing problems in condo I recently bought, I found him on Yelp, between my last plumber being an a-hole, Gabe's Yelp Deal and his high ratings, I gave him a call.

We talked a couple times over the phone prior to the job and he gave me a quote. He showed up on time, fixed everything he said would and was very professional about it. I would use him again should the need arise and I would recommend him to others.

Honesty, integrity, knowledgeable. And, a super nice guy.

Wyman plumbing recently replaced our disposal for us. Their office staff was a pleasure to deal with and the technician , Jason was very efficient and prompt and did a great job. They will definitely be our go to plumber in the future.

Gave me an exact price for the service I wanted. And gave me other choices, with exact prices.
Showed up on time. Clean work.
Explained about the warranty and why we should register the item with the manufacturer.
Charged the quoted price weather we paid cash or check or credit card (unlike others who added a fee for credit card).
We will use them again.

These guys tried to rip me off!  I had a clogged drain so they quoted me $79 and sent out their rep.  Really nice guy, he said he suspected I have a BIG problem but snaked out the drain anyway and I paid my $79.  He said he and his master plumber boss would come back with a camera and figure out exactly what the BIG problem was.  Sure enough, they came back with their camera and figured out how BIG my BIG problem really was.  it was $4000 BIG.  I said I'd think about it, not really believing them because I'd had the drain snaked before and it worked fine and since it had just been snaked again, it would be good for now.  2 days later, the drain backed up again.  They said the only thing that would fix it would be the $4000 repair.  I decided to call out another company and they cleared it with a cutting blade for $125.  The 2nd company said that Rooter Hero didn't really snake it properly in the first place, they just ran a half-inch snake which reclogged as soon as a piece of toilet paper went down the drain.  I knew what they were telling me didn't make sense and I'm glad I didn't trust them.  No one should.  These kinds of thieves should not be allowed to operate the way they do.  Shame on you and shame on you Rooter Hero.  One day, you will realize that thieves never prosper.
