Jake is the best I have ever seen when it comes to assembling things. Very organized and methodical,fast and precise.  Installed 7 ceiling fans, 3 bathroom light sets and assembled 2 large cabinets and a wood dinette set. Great communications. Always responds. Courteous,very respectful of property and cleans up after the job. To top all of that off, Jake's prices are extremely reasonable and amazing for what he does. Now I can officially retire from doing home projects! If you need it assembled or installed give jake a try. He won't disappoint!

We recently got bad news that the old poly pipe needed to be replaced throughout the house, I had spoken with three different plumbing companies for second and third opinions when I decided to go with the zest guys. Will not lie it was not cheap but they started it the next day and swore they would be done in three days. On day three it was getting late and still had a long way to go. So the guys on site called in reinforcements. Next thing I know we had a swarm of plumbers on site. True to their word the third night we again had water. Would not wish this on anyone, but if it does these guys can handle it. Professional friendly and even patient with my questions.

I met Rooter Ranger because the City of Scottsdale could not resolve my sewer roach problem, after spraying a horribly infested manhole just outside my house, so the City told me to get a 'smoke test, to reveal openings where the roaches can come in thru plumbing.  

I asked for plumbing quotes for this smoke test and various other plumbing issues i had accumulated being my 1.  water pressure was really low, 2.  my garbage disposal didn't work, and  3. the bathroom drain plugs didn't stay pulled up to keep the roaches from coming through, so i had to put rocks on the plugs.  

Rooter Ranger adjusted my water pressure at the pressure regulator, which was newly installed last year.  They made one sink plug work, the other had a      broken rod.   And they diagnosed the garbage disposal to be all rusted out, and quoted me to remove it and fix the plumbing without a disposal.

They told me camera into the sewer is a lot cheaper, than smoke test, whcih everyone said it won't be effective against roaches that come from the sewer, as the smoke test is only for above ground plumbing.  The roaches are coming from the sewer into the pipes, yes they swim thru the water int he P traps, so many they are.  

Even though Rooter Ranger didn't make any money from their visit to my house, they came and spent a lot of time at my house, one  area Supervisor came to check up on the first guy to arrive, and they spent a lot of time, and resolved some of my issues and pointed me in the right direction for for the remaining issues.  

i felt a sense of accomplishment from their visit, and want to compensate them for their time, by giving them this 5 yelp star, since they only have one other.  He aid they have a lot of reviews about their Phoenix office, but just moved to Scottsdale, so here you to, 5 stars for Scottsdale.

Highly recommend! Extremely responsive with excellent communication. Excellent turn around time. From the moment I contacted them to the time our repair was completed was under 12 hours. The price was beyond reasonable. If your reading this review and are hesitate on which plumber to go with, go with this company.

Avoid Belsito.

Called to have four septic tanks emptied. Couldn't find two, but they pumped the two the could find. They told me to call the County to see if the records for the tank locations could be located. Did so & called back to say that the drawings on file showed the tank where they had been digging. I asked for them to send a locator and agreed to pay the substantial fee for that service. They said I would get a call back the next week to schedule.

That began a repetitive series where I would call every two weeks or so asking for them to send someone out to locate the tanks. They would say, we'll get back to you next Monday or Tuesday. They wouldn't... and repeat. Over and over.

Each call I made I asked for my invoice. I was told that it would be sent. There was often a reason like, we have to get the number of gallons, or we're printing them soon. It never came... just like their promise of service. Zip.

Until two months later when I get a phone call saying that I owed them for the two tanks they had pumped (which I didn't dispute) and that I was 60 days past due. I said I'd never received an invoice and that the remaining work I'd asked for hadn't been done. They emailed an invoice during the phone call. I agreed to pay it.

Then, 15 minutes later, I get a phone call from the owner yelling that I hadn't payed my bill, that the work was done, that I hadn't followed though. I said I intended to pay and didn't dispute the invoice, just the late billing and behavior. He said, check or credit card. I said I was in a meeting and would call him back with a credit card. He hung up on me.

Another 15 minutes later I get a call saying they're putting a lien on my property for non-payment. The woman who called kept saying, I'm so sorry, I'm just passing on the message from my boss. What a coward!

This sequence occurred while I was in a meeting, unable to get my credit card or checkbook, and after I had repeatedly asked for an invoice... call after call... and they had never given me one. Suddenly it's an emergency that they get paid.

Did they do the work I'd ask them to do? Half of it. Did I owe them money? Sure. Their mismanagement of their billings shouldn't have turned into my problem. It did.

Yeah, I paid them (that same day & within two hours of receiving my first invoice from them). Have they done what they repeatedly said they would? Nope, they sure haven't.

I'd look elsewhere, unless you only want half the job and a bucket of abuse.

So grateful to work with Rich and this company. They were friendly, professional and able to help me next day with what I needed (they helped me fix a bathroom sink drain). Definitely plan to work with them again in the future.

I had no hot water to the master bath/shower and called Apple (we were referred by a prior customer who was impressed with their service). The plumber (Shane) came out and fixed the problem along with two others (that were costing extra money on our water bill each month).

More importantly I was impressed with Shane's ethics. He said he may need to replace a valve on our water heater (that appeared to be broken) to further diagnose the problem and that it might cost close to $200 to do so. I said 'no problem, sounds good and expected that he would do it. Shane came in five minutes later and said I've figured out a way to troubleshoot around it and won't need to replace it. I was floored. I just ok'd $200 worth of work without flinching that Shane could have done and added to the bill (we're not rich, but he could tell that we could easily afford it). That single action impressed me more than anything I had ever experienced with a service oriented business.

Overall the price was fair (less than I expected), service was great, and Shane was honest and professional. I found out that my experience was not unique as my boss that recommended Apple and worked with a plumber named Randy had the same experience.

My wife and I moved into a new house and it had leaky faucets and needed a new kitchen sink.  Joe came over and installed the faucets and kitchen sink no problem.  They look great and took no time to do.

At the start customer service was very informative and quick to respond to all my questions. This is our first time getting a water softener and RO system and there are tons of options but the rep was patient and answered all of my questions which helped me choose the best options for our family.
Mike the technician was super friendly very happy to answer all our questions about the install, how to use, what to expect. He even went above and beyond as we were moving in and trying to get the house situated. Good people are extremely hard to find and Mike is a solid dude. This company gets 10/10 from me I will definitely be recommending to all friends and family whether they ask or not. To top it off it looks damn good in the garage.

Alan responded quickly, and despite the late hour he was friendly and ready to get the job done quickly.

Excellent service, on time, professional and efficient. Have had a water softener serviced, hot water tank replaced and RO system maintenance performed. Highly recommend this company and will use for all my plumbing and water needs.

I requested a quote to have a ceiling fan removed from one area of my home and installed in another that was not currently wired for it. Gary was responsive and concise in his quote, which I very much appreciated over other quotes I had received. Gary was on time for our scheduled appointment, arriving in a clean white commercial van. He advised me of his work plan for the project after looking over the area, and when I gave the go ahead, he got right to work. He laid down a protective blanket to keep the area clean and moved my furniture back in place when everything was complete. He was very thorough, clean, and went above and beyond what I expected. I'll look to Gary in the future for any other handyman needs!

I was referred to Moon Valley Plumbing for warranty coverage on a broken residential sewer line.  I was concerned the warranty company would not use the better plumbers but I was pleasant surprised with Moon Valley Plumbing.  They arrived when they said they would, explained the process and returned the yard to its former shape after digging up the line after fixing the problem.  I would recommend them.

My husband and I bought a new dishwasher and had scheduled delivery and installation with the company Lowe's recommended. After doing a check on Yelp, we learned that the installers had a terrible reputation, and were concerned about letting them install the dishwasher for us. We decided we needed to find someone trustworthy fast! After checking reviews we decided that One Shot Install was the clear choice. Gabe was able to come to our home and install our dishwasher the day after it was delivered. He also took the old one away for us. Gabe is very polite, friendly, and professional, and he did a great job. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and competent professional.  We will definitely be hiring him again in the future!

I wanted a water softener to make my swamp cooler work better, called Gabe after all the glowing reviews.  He helped me decide the most cost effective way to go, installed what I needed and was a terrific human being the whole time.  I do not know all of what he did but  he was fast, reliable, courteous and honest.  He is now my official plumber. He even gave me the name of a good cooler guy,

Rons been great! He has been to our house twice now for unrelated issues. The first time he had to cut out roots from our plumbing. The second time he snaked our lines out to the alleyway. Each time he responded quickly, ensured everything was working smoothly, and was extremely affordable. He's our go to plumber now!

I had a follow up visit from Wyman Plumbing last week after a not so great experience the week before. I really appreciated that they took they time to follow up with me after my first experience and ask how they could fix the problem. Both Doug (owner) and Tamra came out to replace filters in my RO system and check the work that was previously done. They were both friendly and professional.
Most companies wouldn't even take the time to follow up much less correct a problem. I will definitely refer Wyman Plumbing to others and will use them again.

Super happy with the service. Technician was on time and very helpful. We will hire them again for future projects.

Ron from rooter hero was great very informative and attentive the company as a whole was impressive I called them and the very next day took care our needs I highly recommend them.
