Jake needs more reviews because he is just a solid , wonderful , talented man. Always responsive , quick , precise , humble & great at his job. I have used him twice in a month and honestly i don't know who else to use at this point . He has assembled my bed, hang my curtains & mounted my tv and microwave professionally !10/10

I do most of my own work and like to think that I know what I'm doing.  I also know my limits.  My new construction home uses PEX piping, which isn't something a homeowner really shouldn't be messing with.  

I needed a 1/2 FPT fitting sweated on to a 1/2 toilet supply line.  The problem is that the 4 copper stub was connected to PEX.  I didn't want to sweat near my PEX, and didn't have the expansion tool or expertise to remove and reconnect the copper.

I called Zest late yesterday afternoon.  They scheduled an estimate and explained that, if I agree with the estimate, the work could be done then.  This was in contrast to the other three plumbers I had called, none of whom have gotten back to me yet.

Zest was to be out between 8-12.  Randolph was here at 8:00 AM.  Their estimate was 50% of the minimum quoted to one of the other top 10 plumbers here on Yelp.  I agreed and the job was complete 10 minutes later.  

Randolph was extraordinarily friendly, and even let me watch him sweat the fitting, and explained what he was doing every step of the way.  He was just a fantastic guy.

I received an invoice in my email with pictures and a detailed explanation of what was done.  Their use of tech from appointment setup to Randall's arrival was leading edge, and very convenient.

Not only was my job done quickly, and at a really fair price, but I've now got a plumber that I can call and depend on when I need one.  That's worth a lot.

The entire crew from Jared and Cody were polite, profession and extremely neat in there work. They diagnosed the sewer line problem, after a very quick response. They showed the blockage on their camera scope, and, the damage done by roots growing in the line. They gave us two options. We choose to replace the damaged section. After they dug up the damaged section, they re-lined the sewer line and they replaced the landscaping, like they were never here. We would definitely use them again.

They were able to come out the same day. He was able to fix the problem by making adjustments and gave me the information I needed If it happened again. Honest, nice guys. Would definitely use them again.

Belsito Plumbing used to be good but since they have changed ownership management it has gone dow hill. Several months ago I I made an appointment with Krista with the plumber Louis who already did the quote for this project I had planned. I have used Louis before. Yesterday, I called in the morning and confirmed my appt between 2-4 pm time frame. At 3 pm they told me the plumber was running behind and would be over at 4:30, I said no problem. After 6 pm, still no plumber. I text messaged the plumber Louis, and he says that I am not his schedule! I call the office and the lady that answers says, who's Louis? I said, you don't know who your own employees are?  She says hold on and gives me Darren who I think is the operations manager. He says hold on and passes the buck by connecting me to an unassuming acountant who has no idea what is going on. She confirms that they scheduled me with a Charles not Louis like I requested and that she was going to call me to tell me that he cancelled an hour ago. I expressed my disappointment that no one was professional enough to keep me in the loop and that I wasted 4+ hours of my day waiting around. She said Darren would call me back and he never did as of this  post. I am finding a new company.

So our water heater wasn't working and I called the company that installed it 6 years ago and the guy answered,  but said he was driving and would pull over as soon as he could and call me back in like 5 minutes... needless to say an hour went by and no call.... so I decided to look on Yelp and I gave this company a try.

the gentleman who answered my call was polite, responsive, and took down all my information as well as the information on the water heater to see what was covered under the warranty for me. The next morning, he called me when he was fifteen to twenty minutes away... and showed up right on time, he was pleasant and professional. He went straight to work figured out the problem fixed it immediately gave me some good suggestions on what it may need in the future, but didn't try to push me to buy right away. I could tell he was honest about our equipment and everything  turned out to cost less than what I was expecting.

I will definitely use them again it's refreshing to have an honest and reasonably priced company that I know I can call for future work.

I had a serious leak inside the kitchen wall from the kitchen drain. Apple Plumbing came on time and gave an estimate after an examination. The repairs were done as quoted and I found the professional expertise to be just what was needed. Thanks to Apple Plumbing the leak is repaired and the wall is ready to paint tomorrow.

Phoenix plumbing is the best!  We were in a bind during a remodel and needed some very fast work done on our gas line and sink.  They were able to come to the rescue and did a great job!  I highly recommend them for any project!

I have had over a dozen projects completed in  my home since we moved in 10 years ago. Of those, there are only 2-3 contractors/vendors that I would have back or recommend to a friend. Complete Water Systems is definitely one of those companies. Not only was their response time quick and thorough when I was asking questions before I purchased a new water softener and RO system from them, but more importantly, after I purchased it and it was installed, James responded to a small issue I had in similarly rapid time and with the utmost concern (he responded to me over the weekend!).  Running a business myself for 40 years, I can say that the excellent attention you get after the sale speaks volumes about the reliability and professionalism  of of the  contractor.

Garrett, who installed the system,  was professional, courteous and did not leave our home until he had reviewed the operation of the system with us and made sure all our questions were answered.

I requested estimates from several plumbers. I won't name names but the 1st started at $2400. During his visit he came down to $1100, The next plumber ended up at $950. I wanted the garbage disposal moved from one sink to other. (I bought the disposal) Then wanted a section of the kitchen main line snaked ( appx 4 feet) Finally needed a new arrangement of PVC drain pipe under the sink. Springs Plumbing (Alan) emailed me, gave me a quote and his quote was 1/4 the cost of the high bidders. I admit I was leery. Alan arrived on time and did all the work requested and was a joy to visit with while he was working.  I would not hesitate to hire him again, I was so satisfied with his work that he reluctantly accepted a tip.  I just lucked on to Alan, but very glad I did. I can say nothing negative about him or his work. If you need a plumber look no further. Sink drains great and my wife is extatic

Trust is an important factor in the choice of someone to work on something that you are not familiar with. Paradise Valley Plumbing's plumber is not only a professional person you can trust but he constantly exceeds our expectations inclusive of a reasonable price, that you do not know with any service until it is all performed. He more than satisfies us with not only the job called for but checking other items prior to his departure. We have had him a few times and each and every one is exceptional.

Reading some of Gary's negative reviews it seems that a lot of people have had similar experiences. Gary might be able to do some quality work, but I wouldn't know because he's just not professional at all.

We reached out to Gary after buying a new house in Arcadia a while back and he told us that whenever we were ready he could help us with installing ceiling fans, blinds, and whatever we may need (score!) but when we called him back to schedule something he was sick and told me he would call me back in a week.

A week goes by with no phone call, so I call him-- but no answer... and his vm is full. so I waited a couple more days and called him again, still no answer; so this time I followed up with a text asking if he was still interested in helping us out with our handyman needs and he replied yes and to let him know when we would like him to come help.

Perfect! I called him when I got back to Phoenix and he didn't answer (of course), so I texted asking when he was available and he asked if he could schedule me in for between 1-2pm on Thursday. Yes I replied, then I texted asking him a couple questions about estimates for hanging large blinds and included photos. He ignored my texts that night about the quote/estimate altogether, so I texted asking if he received my messages requesting an estimate to which he replied Yes, I'll look at them when I'm at your house. (Not really an answer or estimate- kind of slippery).

So today rolls around and of course I'm at home waiting on this handyman to show up (of course I organized my day around him) 14 minutes before he was due for our appointment, he cancels.

He says: Can we meet Saturday 9-930? Caught up in work.
(No apology for the inconvenience, or wasting my time, just a crap text).

Me: You know Gary, let me talk to my boyfriend about it. After reading your Yelp! reviews we expected a little more professionalism to be honest.

He says: Well I've been sick for the last month and been out of commission. I've been trying to catch up on my jobs. Sorry if you feel that way. I know I can't make everyone happy.

Me: It's not a feeling. You cancelled 15 minutes before you were scheduled to show up and have been unresponsive and not very communicative with me. Those are facts. While I understand it's impossible to make everybody happy, you could do a much better job by being a little more professional.

Then-- radio silence.

Gary, you can make customers happy; how about apologizing when you're wrong and unprofessional instead of #1: making excuses, then #2: blaming me, or acting like I'm the one with unrealistic expectations when I've accommodated the date and time YOU chose and then flaked on. Would not recommend.

I am so impressed with the service and professionalism! I had a two hour window in a busy week and they were there in 15 min. Maybe just good timing but that really made my day!!!

I've used Gabe for several projects and I'll tell you that you won't find another electrician more capable the him.  He is competent and patient insuring that the job is done right!  I recommend Gabe to for all of your electrical needs.

They were great! Did the work exactly as promised, for the quoted price. And they didn't take advantage of my elderly parents with needless repairs.  Really first rate!

He has done it all before and knows how to get the job done.  Came out on a Saturday morning after being contacted the night before.  Cleared my drains.  Very efficient.  $350 was expensive but better than living with the mess that he cleared up.   It didn't take too long to complete the job but he had to travel 45 minutes in each direction to and from the job.

My community FB page gave several recommendations for Wyman plumbing.  Wyman Plumbing was able to fix my problem the same day I called. No additional price for having them work on the weekend (when all plumbing issues occurs). Work was done right the first time and for the quoted price. I would recommend them and hire them again.

Jeremy did a great job at finding the problem to my bathtub spout & fixing it. I will absolutely be calling dignity for all my plumbing fixes. Thank you so much!

I see reviews made by unhappy customer because they either do not want to know the price or they have a handy
Man give them a cheaper price. I appreciate Rooter Hero. I appreciate what they stand for and  the integrity they bring. If you do not want to know the truth about your plumbing call some one else. This company will tell you everything you need to know and give you options.
