Jacob showed up right on time, with Sam coming in an hour later. The two of them went right to work. They were very patient with all of my questions and concerns. I was let down by 2 previous handy men and was so happy Jacob even showed up!
They both were very professional and very kind. The gazebo looks amazing! We will be contacting them again for a few other jobs. I highly recommend this company.

Troy was incredibly responsive, answered my post on Yelp immediately, came out early the next day ready to do the job.  He's skilled and efficient, and his work is impecable.  He explained everything, tried to find ways to repair instead of replace (no luck there, unfortunately), and put everything back in its place when he was finished.  Also, he's a really nice hard working guy. Belsito saved my day!!! I am having a dinner party in a matter of hours, and the garbage disposal broke, causing a flood under my sink. From the time I called to the time it was fixed, under 1.5 hours! Jim was beyond professional, and honest in his repair. Very fair pricing, and the voucher from Yelp ($50 for $100) was just an added bonus. Belsito has my business for life!!

Rich and team were fantastic in providing me options and explaining what specific pieces were needed and why.  Rich even provided me with an understanding of what I needed to to to maintain my water heater in the Arizona climate, which no one bothered to explain to me.  I have found a great plumber who does great work and helps me avoid unnecessary costs!  Thanks Rich!

We had a broken water line under our house and Apple responded urgently to help! The pricing was very reasonable and the work was top notch. 10/10 would recommend!

We live in a development that was built in the mid 90's and recently our neighbor experienced a disastrous flooding issue due to a water pressure issue. Through this issue we became aware that water line pressure regulators have roughly a 10 year life span.

After checking Yelp for reviews. We had Phoenix Plumbing check ours and it was determined that the pressure was too high and it needed to be replaced.

The experience was top rate! Joe installed the new regulator and a hose bib in about an hour. The process was prompt, clean and very professional. We would highly recommend this company. And will continue to utilize them, if any future issues arise.

I found Complete Water Systems on yelp and with the five star reviews I decided to call them.  Spoke to James and fortunately we were able to set up an appointment with Brian for the following day. Fortunately as I had found a leak from a line in my RO system.  Brian actually called to see if he could come earlier than scheduled as he had a cancellation.

In less than 1/2 an hour he found the leak, replaced a fitting, cleaned up and was gone.  I would definitely recommend CWS.

Alan showed up within the designated time frame and was able to complete the faucet repair job quickly. He was friendly and professional, plus the most affordable. If needed, I will utilize his services again. A+

Gary worked on a laundry room expansion project for me. He handled everything from plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall and painting. Awesome guy to work with. Started and finished when he said he would, and within a reasonable price. He is my go to guy now and he will be doing two baths remodels.

We recently had our spare bath enclosure remodeled and had a difficult time trying to install new hardware. Alex came to look at the issue and found that the handles didn't fit because the valve in the wall was not long enough. He was able to narrow down the fact that our new tile was much thicker than the old tile, causing the hardware to fit properly. Because the plumbing was so old, Alex did his best to track down proper fittings for us but was unable to as they just didn't make what we need. He made calls, stopped at different supply stores and had no luck. However, through creativity, he was able to provide a better solution that worked perfectly and made it work! Everything is tight and solid and well-sealed, it was a very professional job. Alex is a life-saver, I really thought we might have to rip out the remodel and either have new plumbing put in or get an entirely different and thinner tile. I cannot say enough about his attitude, professionalism and the beautiful job he did for us. Thank you Alex!

So I had a significant leak! Not fun.

It was coming from somewhere near my bathroom.  I decided it must be a foundation leak much like several of my neighbors recently had to deal with in my development.

I called up Copperline Plumbing and immediately reached Gabe.  He gave me the rundown on what I would need to do to determine where the leak was located... and that he would be able to work on the repairs either over or under the foundation once the leak was located. (plumbers apparently use leak locator services from other companies... who knew) Gabe was helpful from the start even without a guarantee that he would get my business..

As I was phoning the leak-locator service, for whatever reason, I happened to walk out into my garage and saw that it was actually my hot water heater that was leaking, and the water was flowing into my bathroom.  A steady drip, drip from the lower part of the heater on the other side of the bathroom wall.

I called Gabe back five minutes after my last contact.  We set up an appointment for later in the day.   He told me how to turn off the water to the heater and how to drain it. (Effectively stopping the leak.)

He called us 45 minutes before the appointment.  He showed up at the time he stated.  When he arrived and saw the water damage, he offered up some companies that could help me get the walls/drywall/wood repaired.  (fortunately for me, I am comfortable doing that work... but it would be useful for somebody that wasn't)

He replaced my gas hot water heater with a drip pan (sold separately).  He was also kind enough to replace my water valve (no charge) because he felt it needed to be replaced. He cleaned up before he left.

He is a good guy.  I felt he was honest and the work was professionally done. I will definitely call him again for future plumbing work.

Ron helped me navigate some options to get my AC cover installed even though he does not provide the service. Other companies just told me no and moved on. I appreciated the help and will be calling Ron for my plumbing needs in the future!

I did not get the chance to see their work, the plumber did not know how to install a new toilet so i hired another company and they did the job.
I do want to say the the owner was very pleasant to deal with and after charging me a service charge, i called and she did accept to refund the charge after verification that the toilet was installed.
