I needed some art hung and a ring door bell installed. These guys, especially the owner, met all my expectations. He was careful, respectful, moved with deliberation, fully cleaned up after himself and achieved what I needed. Art was hung with one nail hole, or none at all using the best 3m strips and art is level and stable.
Great business man, great business.

I needed the two water valves under my bathroom sink replaced.  Calcium build up prevented me from turning them off all the way.  This morning I broke one trying to install a new faucet and water flooded my room until I found my water shut off.  I called Zest for an emergency repair and spoke with a very pleasant lady.  She was able to send a technician out, early afternoon.  Soon, she texted and emailed me his photo and arrival time.  I met with my technician, Paris Psarros, when he arrived and explained what I had done.
He was very professional and put me at ease; so much so, I asked him to complete the installation of the new faucet as well.  He gave me a bid for each one, and discussed  the repair and installation with me for approval.
He was outstanding.  The work he performed was perfect.  He took the time to take before and after photos, which he sent to me.  He left the room meticulous.  Before leaving, he made some safety checks and was able to increase my water pressure (we enjoy showers).  I could not be more pleased and definitely recommend both he and Zest.

Had a clogged toilet today, called, got Barney to come out in about 30 min.  $47 to unclog.  
Highly recommend.  Great service, personable & fast.

They came out and charged me a 200 diagnostic fee.  Then told me it would cost 1900 to fix a leaking faucet in tub.  I called 2 other plumbers and both said that is a scam.  Had a new place come out and they fixed all parts and labor 200 total.    They want your money more than they want repeat business or referrals.  STAY AWAY.

Our regular plumber is great, but a little pricey, so we decided to try someone new.  Belsito's rating on Yelp made us give them a try.  We called on a Saturday afternoon for a non-emergency.  They told us someone would call us back and let us know when they could come out.  About an hour later the doorbell rang and it was the plumber.  Luckily we were home as we never got a call.

The plumber was friendly and got right to work.  He was able to take care of one problem, but needed a part for the second one.  It turned out that he could not order the part (??) and we had to do it ourselves.  Once the part arrived about a week and a half later, the plumber came back out to finish the work.

He did a decent job and was a nice guy.  But, they were extremely expensive.  We certainly did not save any money going with Belsito.  Also, when he was out the first time the plumber left some dirt on our carpeted steps.  He was wearing booties, so not sure how he got the dirt there.  It was easy to clean up, so not a huge problem.

Rich was great! He was on time, his pricing was reasonable and he did a really nice job on the install. Thanks again American Plumbing and Rooter! I'll defiantly recommend you to friends and family!

Apple Plumbing Services is nothing short of a god send. I contacted Apple Plumbing after having a odd feeling about another plumber I had hired and worked with for a sewer line which collapsed.  Apple Plumbing came right out and confirmed my suspicions and literally hand held me through every single detail of the job and their findings. Some of the work they found to have been completed correctly and they advised me of this. But the work which was not done correctly was explained to me in laymans terms included a color coded diagram! Yes, a diagram! I was losing sleep over this disaster in my rental home and they were able to repair the problem at a fraction of a price and have assisted me obtain the information needed to rectify the situation with the first provider who was already paid an exorbitant fee. I would not trust ANY OTHER plumber or drain company ever to come to my home. They are fair and conscientious and are reasonably priced...everyone deserves to make a living and a fair living at that, but this company prides themselves on excellent work for a fair price. Joni and Randy, and the entire staff including the hand crew, have been nothing short of fantastic! Highly highly recommend them!

I used this company for the first time and Mike was exceptional. He was on time, wore a mask, and was very neat and timely. He let me know when there was an issue and easily resolved the problem. I would never hesitate to use them again!!!

I have had over a dozen projects completed in  my home since we moved in 10 years ago. Of those, there are only 2-3 contractors/vendors that I would have back or recommend to a friend. Complete Water Systems is definitely one of those companies. Not only was their response time quick and thorough when I was asking questions before I purchased a new water softener and RO system from them, but more importantly, after I purchased it and it was installed, James responded to a small issue I had in similarly rapid time and with the utmost concern (he responded to me over the weekend!).  Running a business myself for 40 years, I can say that the excellent attention you get after the sale speaks volumes about the reliability and professionalism  of of the  contractor.

Garrett, who installed the system,  was professional, courteous and did not leave our home until he had reviewed the operation of the system with us and made sure all our questions were answered.

Alan was great.  He showed up with his dad and installed a very heavy freestanding tub.

I needed a new 50-gallon water heater and recirculating pump so I called 3 different places and got three estimates hundreds of dollars apart for the same 50-gallon heater with a 6-yr warranty.  PVP came in lowest.  I scheduled an appointment.  I live in central Phoenix.  The installer arrived on time--actually a little early!  He was polite, knowledgeable and finished in a few hours. He removed the old heater and pump and installed the new ones.  
I will call Paradise Valley Plumbing for any future plumbing issues I have and highly recommend them.  I also highly recommend getting at least 3 estimates for price comparison!

Used Gary for a job and it was a hit or miss experience. I needed someone to replace three doors, sent the word out on Yelp and Gary was available and gave me a fair quote sight unseen.

Gary is definitely a skilled guy, this was not an easy job. It was an old house, the sizing wasn't standard, and Gary was able to figure out how to get it done. We had some issues with the supplies (my fault or the supplier, still not sure which, but not Gary's fault) and if Gary said something was wrong or if he needed something I got it for him ASAP.

The problems arose after he was done. He finished when I wasn't at the house, which was fine, I had a busy day. He texted me his payment information and the final cost which I paid immediately no questions asked. When I got to the house, one of the doors had braces on it that had a note to not remove for two days and one of the keys didn't work. I texted and called Gary to get filled in and have yet to hear back... ‍

Called Gabe on a Sat about a dryer that was taking forever to dry clothes. Thought maybe he could come out the following week. He said he would be in my area Sunday if that was OK. He arrived on time with his teenage son. Had his son (smaller size) get behind dryer (tight area) and remove vent and back of unit. Checked heating controls, heat output and cleaned the inside of the vent attached to dryer. Could find no problem, but that wasn't good enough. He thought maybe the vent tubing as too short and not letting the hot air to vent up to the roof. He replaced same with a longer hose. I have to admit at first I thought I had just wasted my money, but after he left and we tried the unit again the following week and since then it has preformed as brand new. Thanks Gabe, great service. Will have your card in my file for the next time.

I would highly recommend this plumber! Our water heater busted a leak late at night and Gabe was there early the next morning. He gave us an accurate and competitive estimate for replacement and even laid out the choices we had. Additionally the old unit was not professionally installed and he was up front about potential pitfalls. We decided to hire Gabe and he did a great job. He fixed several other plumbing issues around the house and gave us a great deal. All the work he did looks great and I feel confident in his craftsmanship. He even warranties his parts/work and made me aware of other potential issues around the house just as an FYI. We now have a favorite plumber and so would you if you called Gabe at Copperline Plumbing.

Ron came over to fix my running toilet on a Sunday morning completely last minute. He arrived right on time and replaced my valves, connection valve, fill valve and flapper. I had ghost flushing going on afterwards due to the original seal being worn- my fancy little toilet is more complex than the standard toilet so it needed the entire flush contraption replaced not just the one part of it (the typical thing they would replace). He came over right on time again and replaced it with the entire Toto replacement which did the job perfectly at no additional charge. He was courteous, on time, professional and honest. I will definitely be contacting Ron for any other plumbing needs. Highly recommend. He takes card as well which was great!

First time we've used WPM and are happy we found someone covering the area that hasn't gotten so big that they lost track of how they got started.

Efficient, prompt, honest and reasonable with their pricing is why I used this company after reading Yelp reviews here--and they proved themselves to be.  The plumber arrived on time and got to work immediately.
We needed a new water heater and, also, had a plumbing problem with one of the toilets that kept flushing and flushing driving me crazy all night.  But they figured out the problem fast and repaired it--thank goodness.  Now I can rest.
The water heater they chose and installed--and now there is hot water.  Our old one was past due to change out, so before water splashed all over my garage we had it changed out.  Worth the effort for sure, cause my hot water sometimes went kaput while showering a little too quickly.

Alfredo Ramirez is the best, he went above and beyond! He helped get our water back on so quick and was so nice and helpful. Best customer service ever! Will definitely be a return customer!
