Jake was quick to give me a quote and get me booked! I had Sam come out and hang my tv up and he was amazing! Very friendly and professional. He made sure I liked the placement every step of the way even to the end when the tv was up he made sure it was perfectly tilted and straight before he left! Amazing service I will be using them again in the near future!!

I was going to post a 5* review for Affordable Plumbing and the plumber, Ben, just for coming by and giving me an estimate before we even had them do any work for us. The reason for this is I contacted Affordable Plumbing on Monday asking for an estimate of replacing our water main gate valve with a ball valve. I said I could send them pictures and maybe they could give me an estimate from those. Diana, I believe was her name, said no, they want the plumber to come by and look at the job. My first thought was that meant an automatic $49-99 service call, whether any work was done or not. I was pleasantly surprised to hear there was not a service call fee.

Ben showed up on time, after receiving a text saying he was on his way. He gave me an estimate. I then asked if he would also look at the leaking water bib in our garage. He politely did and said he could fix that easily with a tightening of a bolt, which he did. He said think about the estimate and then left. (it was a complicated job as the house stucco had incorrectly been built around the water main plumbing. It was not a simple job to fix. Ben clearly explained everything that would need to be done.)  

After Ben left, I had my wife look at the plumbing. I went up and touched the water main valve which immediately came off shooting a powerful water stream. I quickly called Affordable Plumbing and asked for Ben to come back as we had a big problem. Ben showed up quickly and did a temporary fix on the water main valve. He said he could come back Thursday and fix it, but it would involve having to break into the stucco. We said yes!

Thursday, Ben did a great job in replacing the needed pipes and valves while moving the pipes out of the stucco. He did it quickly at what we felt was a reasonable cost. He answered every question we had. The day before, he had explained why we needed to get the job done but was not pushy whatsoever.

Ben also helped show us how to properly use our swimming pool's autofill, at no charge. It is a rare time that we have had a professional act like he truly cared about our well-being. And I guarantee you, Ben was not acting. He truly had concerns that the job was done properly and well.

Any future plumbing jobs we need will be done by Ben from Affordable Plumbing. He is the best we have ever seen! Thanks, Ben!

I sent a quote to several locations through Yelp for a very easy job for a plumber, replacing a small bit of copper pipe for a bathtub faucet spout as part of a larger bathroom remodel. I simply did not want to buy the tools for sweating copper just to use them once. After sending the quote request, only Robinson Plumbing gave a reasonable estimate, had good availability, and completed the project with no surprises or issues. Thank you, Robinson Plumbing, your expertise and courteous service helped this DIYer make it to the remodel finish line!

Unfortunately these guys aren't any different from the old regime. They say they bought it to provide better service but they aren't any better. Thankfully reddi services had some knowledgeable techs and were able to get what we needed done quickly and no added cost or issues.

Excellent quality and pricing for the services they provide. No hassle, no nonsense, just top tier quality professionalism. I've hired them three times for a drain cleaning, faucet replacement, and water heater replacement. Each time they were responsive, on time, and did great work at a fair price. They even taught me a few things on proper maintenance for these products. Couldn't recommend these folks more.

Apple plumbing came out and rerouted our pipes due to a slab leak. They explained the process thoroughly, did a great job on the work and were very helpful helping us with insurance questions and challenges.

Their pricing was more than fair - less than the other quotes and workmanship excellent. Would use them again and appreciated their service.

Phoenix Plumbing and Drain:
I had been having a problem with my plumbing for a few months.  I had a strange sewer smell that would come and go from under my kitchen sink.  I couldn't quite pin point where or when I would smell it so I decided to call Phoenix Plumbing and Drain Service.  Joe was able to come out and check out my issue within a few days.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly!  Not only that but he was able to answer a lot of my questions about other plumbing and drain related things around my house.  For instance, he told me that he was able to service my water softener and RO system.  He also let me know ways to keep them working efficiently.  I was so impressed with Joe's professional nature and wealth of information.  He was very kind and got the job done quickly and efficiently.  The price was reasonable and affordable and I highly recommend to anyone who has plumbing or drain issues.  You can't go wrong with Phoenix Plumbing and Drain.  Thanks Joe!

Marco got me back up and running in no time, and did a great job of giving me pointers on how the system works (it came with the house we just bought, so I was clueless). Thanks, guys!

Alan responded quickly, and despite the late hour he was friendly and ready to get the job done quickly.

When I called to make the appointment I asked if they were local and they snapped that just because I was close by I wasn't going to get a discount. If I wanted a discount I would have asked. 3 hours late. Found an issue during the job and wouldn't fix it during that visit probably because they showed up so late and it was closing time. Tried to contact the boss and he never got back to me.

Gary was prompt at replying and made an appointment within the week. He installed inside mount blinds for me that I was convinced were unable to be installed due to 1947 block Home concrete walls and metal beams above the window.

He was quick, clean, affordable, and it looks great. Highly recommend.

Gabe was super nice and very professional! We recently bought our first house and with it a washer and dryer. When trying to get the dryer to work we quickly realized there was an issue. The outlet was disconnected and rewired to a completely different area within the property. Gabe was able to fix the issue without have to open the wall or get new equipment within 2 hours. Would definitely recommend!

So I had a significant leak! Not fun.

It was coming from somewhere near my bathroom.  I decided it must be a foundation leak much like several of my neighbors recently had to deal with in my development.

I called up Copperline Plumbing and immediately reached Gabe.  He gave me the rundown on what I would need to do to determine where the leak was located... and that he would be able to work on the repairs either over or under the foundation once the leak was located. (plumbers apparently use leak locator services from other companies... who knew) Gabe was helpful from the start even without a guarantee that he would get my business..

As I was phoning the leak-locator service, for whatever reason, I happened to walk out into my garage and saw that it was actually my hot water heater that was leaking, and the water was flowing into my bathroom.  A steady drip, drip from the lower part of the heater on the other side of the bathroom wall.

I called Gabe back five minutes after my last contact.  We set up an appointment for later in the day.   He told me how to turn off the water to the heater and how to drain it. (Effectively stopping the leak.)

He called us 45 minutes before the appointment.  He showed up at the time he stated.  When he arrived and saw the water damage, he offered up some companies that could help me get the walls/drywall/wood repaired.  (fortunately for me, I am comfortable doing that work... but it would be useful for somebody that wasn't)

He replaced my gas hot water heater with a drip pan (sold separately).  He was also kind enough to replace my water valve (no charge) because he felt it needed to be replaced. He cleaned up before he left.

He is a good guy.  I felt he was honest and the work was professionally done. I will definitely call him again for future plumbing work.

Ron responded to my Yelp request within 10 minutes, gave me a fixed price and was out the very next day. He was friendly, professional and had my toilet repaired in 20 minutes. Highly recommended. I will use them again.

I called Wyman's on a Friday night for a leaky kitchen sink and they came out the following morning.  Doug was so pleasant and knowledgeable.    He fixed the issue right away, was honest and did not charge astronomical fees.  Will definitely be using them again and referring friends to them for plumbing issues!   Thank you again!!

This is an awesome company to do business with. Finding a contractor that is reliable, caring, and affordable is difficult. Estavan is honest and takes pride in his work. I cannot say enough of Dignity Plumbing!

I had a water heater that bursted and flooded the garage and underneath the pedestal structure of the house.  Got an insurance claim and had everything dried out and pedestal structure reconstructed.  Rooter hero did the removal and install of new heater, it was professionally done and very good job to Bobby, appreciate it.  Insurance company had asked me to hold onto the old broken heater for a while but in a few days was adviced i can dump it already.  I just had city do bulk trash pickup for me before this so i was told they would be able to pick up for me in 6 weeks else, i had to pay a fee.  I thought of calling Rooter hero and sure enough Bobby came to pick it up and dump the old heater for me.   Going beyond expectations,  thanks!
