Got stuck in a situation we needed a plumber ASAP. Eddie was very fast to respond to our request but also showed up and completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company as I have used many different ones over the years and think I found the one I'll stick to!

Kevin and his brother were awesome! They arrived on time, and were very efficient and courteous. They both wore masks and were aware of social distancing. They did great work in a very short amount of time! Great value for the level of work!

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

Armando and Joe arrived within the scheduled window. They were very personable and professional. They successfully fixed the pinhole leak in a copper water supply line to irrigation system. Work looked very good. The quoted price was so reasonable for the repair, I added on converting a 30 year old knob valve to a quarter turn ball valve. They made more on the trip and I got a more reliable water connection.

I was referred to CLW be a friend after receiving some unusually high quotes and negative attitudes from 2 different large Phoenix plumbing operations. I was quoted by one of the large plumbers $700 to snake my main drain line and given multiple scenarios where I would be on the hook for much more if anything went wrong with the my old pipes while snaking the drain.  I reached out to CLW, they came the following morning, assessed my situation, snaked the drain in question for $200 and completed my job within an hour.  The CLW staff are friendly, professional and have earned my trust.  I will use CLW for all of my future plumbing needs and will refer them to any friends or family that need a good, honest plumber. They are also a family owned local Phoenix company.  Thank you CLW!

I called John at Arizona Maintenance Service last week to get an estimate to have my back fence painted and a stucco repair on my roof.  John scheduled Patrick to come to my home and give an estimate a few days later.

Patrick arrived as scheduled and carefully evaluated the two projects explaining what would be done and how the work would be performed.  He was extremely knowledgeable, confident in what he was explaining, and made me very comfortable that had the expertise to do the work.

The job was scheduled for the following week (today, 10/22/2020) and Patrick was on time and immediately began to do the work.  It quickly became obvious that Patrick is very experienced and knows exactly what he is doing.  His professionalism, attitude, and the energetic way he approached the work was exceptional.  He answered all of my many questions without hesitation and, after the job was completed, walked me through each part of the work to ensure that I was totally satisfied - which I was!

Arizona Maintenance Service is a well run company and Patrick, in particular, is an exceedingly talented and very experienced craftsman. The high ratings and reviews the company enjoys are well deserved.  I will be using them, and specifically Patrick, in the future for home projects I cannot do myself.

I discovered a very minuscule leak in our outside main line, somewhere between the water meter and the side of our house, but needed it located before ripping up the entire 30+ foot span. I reached out to Alex after finding him on Yelp and he was able to get on the job within about an hour or so of my initial call, which was fantastic.

Because of the small magnitude of the leak, it was difficult to isolate but Alex kept at it, probably for a good two hours, eventually pinning it down near the side of our house and thankfully away from our recently redone front yard (which I really didn't want to rip up unless absolutely necessary). After getting the location from Alex, we had a plumber come out the next day to dig it up and search for the leak, testing the mettle of Alex's locating job.

It turned out that Alex was incredibly accurate, and his mark was quite literally right on top of the leak. We saved an enormous amount of trouble knowing where to dig from the get go, and had it fixed in much less time than it would have taken to re-pipe the entire main from the meter. It should go without saying that not knowing where the leak was, I would have been saddled with murderous hourly rates for the plumbers to ferret it out (or have them sub-contract another leak detection service with a huge premium), or been forced to simply dig up and replace the entire main line. The cost of doing a pin-point repair at the source of the leak was less than half the cost a new main line, so Alex's locating service paid for itself almost 10x over in saving me that difference.

I also have to add, the plumber was extremely impressed with the accuracy of the leak location Alex did, especially given the small magnitude of the leak, enough that he happily took down the name of the company for future reference.

Water leaks are never fun, and while better outside than inside, they're still an expensive endeavor that I hope not to experience again. That said, if there is a next time, I will certainly call Alex again and I highly recommend him and his service. He's a one man shop, very responsive, punctual and skilled at his craft. Not much more you can ask for!

We had several items on our list since downsizing to a condo. Fix leaky toilet, replace ceiling fan, weather stripping for door, install new cellular shades, repair sliding screen, hanging art work. Mark took care of it all efficiently, didn't charge extra for my husband helping, and gave us a senior discount. We're happy to give him a good recommendation.

They showed up and went right to work. They were very professional and polite. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. I apologize to the 2 young men I wish I could give kudos to, but names just don't stay with me.

AMAZING! He was so fast and efficient! He had great communication and responded to me quickly with any questions I had. He was extremely professional and considerate with all my questions I've asked. Had a few issues with my drains and dishwasher. He help a lot!

Don and Rob were awesome!  We had a hose bib that would not shut off and a shower that had been leaking for months.  A previous plumber had looked at our shower and told us that we would have to replace the entire faucet.  Don took one look, said we needed a new cartridge, which they had, and a few minutes later no more leaking!  They were very affordable, proficient and friendly.  Ditto on being dog lovers, too. They are the only plumbers we will ever call.

Ty responded quickly and was able to do my job right away. He and Keith worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them, very personable and professional!

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have had sump pump issues nearly every six months for the last 7 years. Every time I would be without water for days and had to move out of my house to stay with relatives or use the gas station bathrooms sometimes in the middle of the night. This most recent time that the pumps failed they failed entirely.

I contacted several plumbers but desert water responded like they always do, immediately!  They were able to come out and diagnose the issue and rebuild the entire system with quality products it needed for less than other competitors I contacted. They were faster too.

They know what they are doing. They always use top quality parts.

I've used them for several smaller jobs before and they have replaced parts just because they weren't done right up front, for free!  just to make everything works as it should.

I've recommended them to everyone I know and everyone who uses them is very happy with their service.

It's rare to find a company that you can say without any reservations that you trust them implicitly but this is absolutely one of those companies for me.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
