Eddie answered my first call and was able to come out that afternoon (despite my repairs not being urgent).  He was very professional and did excellent work.  His pricing was lower than a few other quotes that I received and he was able to complete the work that same day.  He even charged less than originally quoted because one of the items ended up being an easier fix than he anticipated.  In a time that is hard to find quality, responsive, honest, reliable trades, Eddie was all of that and at a great price.  I will not hesitate to use him again.  Highly recommended.

He did a very good job and clean all the debris from the faucet after he was done.
He is very polite and give us the info. for the next project on drinking
water filter that we will be doing in the next 2-3 mos.

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.

Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

I had Forest and his team replace a garbage disposer, secure a loose toilet, and check tub drains.  He was quick and professional, and did a good job.  I definitely recommend him.

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I had to write this because I wanted to share my experience !! I highly recommend AEA plumbing!! Eric was the plumber who came to see my sink. I had another plumber give an estimate the day before to tell me all this garbage I didn't need. When Eric saw my sinks leak, he knew what I needed and did not pressure me to get anything I didn't need. Nice guy. Family owned. Respectful of property and awesome local plumber I'm happy I found. This company is AWESOME! You should call them! You'll be so happy you did.

What a nice experience! Truly, nothing but enjoyable from the call for an appt to Jim crawling in my attic on this hot June a.m.  He just couldn't have been nicer and helped with a few other small things which is totally worth it as I get older, lol. It's not very often that things that are concerning, turn out ending this well and the customer feeling it was worth it.  Very reasonable.

Had a water leak, and also needed a new main shutoff valve to help diagnose. They came out next day for the valve, after which the leak was discovered between meter and main shutoff. The leak opened up to the point we couldn't leave the water on. They came out the very next day and replaced the line, from the meter to the valve. Very pleased with the work they did and the professionalism they displayed. Chris (owner), Jason, and all the staff were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

Cannot say enough good things about the service provided to us by Lee of Arizona Maintenance Services. We had water damage on our walls from a leak in our roof that was repaired efficiently as well as neatly by Lee. You can't even tell where the repair was done, it blended in so well, and there is nothing for me to clean up as he took care of everything. Not only a really nice and pleasant guy, his professionalism is outstanding.  I recommend the services by this company to anyone needing repairs!

Very nice and honest owner!  He came out and checked my pool equipment and said that it all looked good. Turned out I didn't have a leak it's just dark areas from the company that sprayed my weeds. He didn't need to spend hours checking or charge me bucks just the coming out fee. Highly recommend.

Called at 845am after my original choice on yelp suggested him due to service area restrictions of his own. The gentleman who answered took down my name, number and address and stated he had another job on the morning but would head my way after - calling first to give me a 30 minute window.   It's after 8pm and still haven't heard from him to even state he couldn't make it today.  Disappointed and a bit irritated I have to waste another day waiting on a different plumber.  Unfortunate especially since he was a referral from a highly rated plumber on yelp.  I'll be contacting that guy to also let him know.

I can't say enough good things about Desert Water. When my shower wouldn't shut off they came very quickly and replaced an almost 40 year old valve and canister. They were responsive, communicative, on time, efficient, competent, professional, and even personable. I highly recommend their services.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
