I called Eddie in the evening about a shower that had a bad valve and could not turn off.  He instructed me to turn off the water to the home and showed up right away the next morning.  He wears shoe protectors and a was very efficient and professional, also calling ahead.  I highly recommend.

Kevin and Kyle were great at scoping a sewer line and diagnosing and quoting a fix to Orangeburg piping. They texted before arrival and followed up quickly. Will call them again! Thanks guys.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I had a broken hose bib outside and AEA was great in coming out the next day and not only fixing it but also asking great questions to provide me with exactly what I needed for my home (in my case a multi-house bib).  I had some unique challenges with my home where it wasn't just a standard bib replacement based on how it was built on my home.  The crew did an incredible and beautiful job.

I just had some work done today and was extremely satisfied with a job well done. Prompt service, reasonable price, was able to do the job in one day, and did an amazing clean up afterward. I would absolutely recommend CLW to anyone and would use them again if I have any other plumbing issues. Thank you for a fantastic job!!

I had a sewer sump pump issue that needed to fixed properly.  Lou arrived within the scheduled time. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner.  He explained what he fixed, how he fixed and how to prevent future issues. He also fixed another plumbing issue, possibly due to sump pump damage.

I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing and Sewer to family and friend.

Very nice and honest owner!  He came out and checked my pool equipment and said that it all looked good. Turned out I didn't have a leak it's just dark areas from the company that sprayed my weeds. He didn't need to spend hours checking or charge me bucks just the coming out fee. Highly recommend.

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. Brad is my go to plumber and I recommend him to all of my family and friends, even neighbors! He is quick to respond, and very reliable and honest. He recently installed a water softener in our home and we love it! He showed up on time and got it installed very quickly. Our water heater went out at about 6pm last night. Saw the great reviews for Bird Dog Plumbing and gave em a ring. Don answered, and talked through what was goin on. Quickly gave me a quote, which was right in line with what I was expecting. Said he could try to squeeze me in before his next appointment, the very next morning! Don was there 20 minutes early and ready to work. Very polite and professional and overall couldn't be happier. Definitely will call Don next time for any plumbing issues.

Shelton came to my house to give me an estimate the same day I posted the request. Not only did he come the same day, he also completed the service the same day. His price was reasonable and the work was perfect. I would recommend Shelton to anybody looking for home repairs.

Contractor came out to estimate job within reasonable time and returned next day to do the work. I had used them before and their prices were reasonable and more affordable than other plumbers. This time I had a drain pipe leak fixed, changed a valve to main water valve and new outside faucet since it corroded. The 3 jobs took about 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

I have had sump pump issues nearly every six months for the last 7 years. Every time I would be without water for days and had to move out of my house to stay with relatives or use the gas station bathrooms sometimes in the middle of the night. This most recent time that the pumps failed they failed entirely.

I contacted several plumbers but desert water responded like they always do, immediately!  They were able to come out and diagnose the issue and rebuild the entire system with quality products it needed for less than other competitors I contacted. They were faster too.

They know what they are doing. They always use top quality parts.

I've used them for several smaller jobs before and they have replaced parts just because they weren't done right up front, for free!  just to make everything works as it should.

I've recommended them to everyone I know and everyone who uses them is very happy with their service.

It's rare to find a company that you can say without any reservations that you trust them implicitly but this is absolutely one of those companies for me.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.
