I called numerous times and within a couple of weeks no one ever got back to me.  Terrible customer service.  Don't bother.

Found out over the weekend that our water heater had finally given up on us after 15 years. I reached out on yelp to get a couple quotes and received a message from Diamond. I wasn't expecting a response on a Sunday night at 11pm but I received one. The owner ended up messaging me and was able to give me a quote for the unit over the internet with not issue. After receiving a couple other quotes Monday morning I decided I was going to go with P&L Plumbing. We were originally scheduled for Tuesday the 5th but I received a call that they could fit me in on Monday. Took them up on the offer. They came out and did an awesome job. Took their time with everything and the best part, no hidden costs. The price I was quoted online stayed true and that means something.
If I have any future plumbing needs I think I found a plumber I'll be using going forward.Great customer service and a great team.

Technician was right on time. Was respectful and did a great job. Very informative too. Prices are fantastic at least for drain clearing. I would use them again.

Forrest was really friendly and nice. I had a concern that the new toilet might not fit into my small bathroom and he came out to measure it the very next day before going to Lowe's and finding one that fit perfectly. He made this entire process of exchanging a toilet into a very easy experience. He and his team did great work and I 100% recommend to any of my friends and family.

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

Aea plumbing showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. Keep in mind it was almost 6pm. My water was shutoff and that's not ideal for anyone but especially for us having a baby. They we're quick, efficient and kind. Definitely will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!

We just had CLW out to the house to replace a water heater. This is the third time we have worked with them. Twice now the owner (Jim) has come out when the rest of the staff was busy to make sure our plumbing emergency didn't get any worse and fix the problem at hand. Jim and his son (Wes) worked until 8pm to complete the installation. The housing for our water heater was custom built for the old unit. They had to make alterations to the housing and I was very impressed with the work they did! This was all done for the price they quoted me up front. in the timeframe they promised. There have been no surprises with any of the jobs done by CLW. I now feel confident that any issues that arise will be handled by professionals that I trust. Lastly, it is great to be able to work with a true family business. The pride of craftsmanship is obvious in their work. Would certainly recommend!

I had a sewer sump pump issue that needed to fixed properly.  Lou arrived within the scheduled time. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner.  He explained what he fixed, how he fixed and how to prevent future issues. He also fixed another plumbing issue, possibly due to sump pump damage.

I would highly recommend Pink Plumbing and Sewer to family and friend.

I called the office and made an appointment for someone to come pour a shower pan.  They sent someone out to measure and I scheduled the appointment.  I took a day off from work to be home for the person to come do the work.  He was 2 hours late.  He came to the house and looked around and said he needed to go to Home Depot.  He then called me from Home Depot to tell me that the pan was not in and that the only size they had was bigger than what I wanted but that was gonna cost $200 more.  I met him at Home Depot where I discovered that my order to have a shower pan poured had somehow been changed to them ordering a pre-fab fiberglass pan.  I explained that that was not what I had requested and that we are going to tile the shower therefore I cannot use a prefab pan.

The man went out to his truck and called his office who then said that they could do what I asked but that it would be the following week before they could do it.  I explained that was unacceptable as I had someone else coming to hang concrete board the very next day based on my appointment with them to have the pan done.

They finally agreed after quite of bit of arguing that they would do the work on Saturday the way I had originally requested.

Now comes Saturday and my appointment was at 8:00.  At 8:30 I get a call from the worker saying that he had overslept but that he would come.  3 hours later he arrived.

Now the pan is in and it seems to be a good.  When the tech left he had me sign something saying the work was done and advised I would receive an email w/ a link to pay.  Sure enough, Monday morning I received a link w/ a bill marked Past Due.  I called the Manager John and asked why my invoice was marked past due.  He stated that is just their system.  I also asked if he had received my message about the tech being 3 hours last on Saturday and he said yes... Sorry about that.  That was it.

They screwed up my original order; Their tech was 2 hours late the first time; I lost a day of work because they screwed up the ticket and could not do the work they were supposed to do on the day they had it scheduled; rescheduled and the guy was 3 hours late and then I got a past due invoice and the best I could get was a sorry about that.

Be cautious using this company.  The end result was pretty good but getting there was a real headache and they take no responsibilities for their mistakes!

I was so worried my leak could not be found. My pool is massive and I have this amazing spa that flows into it from high above. I called Alex and he gave me set prices for each thing: pool, spa, equipment - he didn't ask me my zip code, or how big my pool was (to charge me more - like the other place did). No willy nilly numbers, he gave me firm, reasonable numbers (Im scottish so I appreciate that a lot) His prices were also about half what the leak company my pool-man company told me to use- and they required this huge process of basically an interview, an email - that never came- and signing a document, and then that other outfit was like 4 weeks out.)
So when I found Leak Hunters it was a no brainer. Alex was professional, could fit me in within 1 week, on-time, capable, personable, and most important, he found the leak and recommended two outfits to repair the leak. He also let me pay with chase quickpay - which I love. The spa was still leaking a little after the repair guys, and Alex came back out to re-test for leaks, at no additional fee (he has a 30 day warranty!) Low and behold, the leak was not all the way sealed, and he showed me where the die got sucked into the leak. Gotta have the repair guys back out. But 100% to Alex at Leak Hunters for detecting pool and spa leaks!!!

We were really impressed with Mark's knowledge and professionalism. He checked in with us one week before the appointment and then confirmed again the morning of. He provided a lot of helpful information about how to complete a tricky project. He is honest and trustworthy and his prices are reasonable. We will reach out to Mark the next time we need home services.

Plumbers of Maricopa is awesome! The best plumbing service I've used in a long time. I was panicking because out of a sudden all the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were clogged in my house. I called a few places and this is the only place that could come in less than 24hrs and solved my issue within minutes. Dug in the yard to remove the blockage that was clogging my pipes and ny problem was solved.  They even came a couple hrs earlier because they understand how inconvenient it is to not be able to use the bathroom in your home.  Fast, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. I am so glad that I chose Bradley Plumbing for my plumbing needs. He is very professional and very knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience. My backyard project came out just as I planned. What a great experience! Will definitely use Bradley Plumbing again!

Had two separate issues with my outside water lines leaking / pipes broken and Don and Bird Dog did an outstanding job resolving my issues.  They provided a quote over the phone and were there the next morning to do the repair.  Quality and workmanship of the repair was excellent. I will definitely continue to use Bird Dog for future plumbing projects!

I highly recommend using Ty at Shelton Home Repairs. I am a big diy guy but am not comfortable with high voltage electrical work. I got a quote from Ty to hookup my pool build electrical that I had almost setup. He came out and found I hadnt set it up correctly. He took the time to do some investigating on my homes electrical setup (older home with multiple add-ons) and he told me detail exactlt how I can fix it and make it to code. He also hooked up the wiring to my pool electrical panel/timer/pump/etc and agreed to come back once I have the main panel wire ran to the correct panel inside. Cant beat that! I will be keeping Ty's phone number for all future electrical and even non-electrical jobs. 5-Stars for sure!

The guys at Jason the Plumber were fantastic! I called them Saturday after we noticed our water heater was leaking and they came out and gave us a really great quote. The next day was Super Bowl Sunday and they sounded very busy but they still were able to fit us in and they completed the job in a couple of hours with plenty of time to spare so we could enjoy the game. They replaced our water heater with a new unit, installed a pan, and they even fixed and painted the area the leak had damaged. I highly recommend them they were fast, nice and they did fantastic work! I would use them again.

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. From major underground pipe repair thanks to tree roots, to your more basic faucet issues, I've called them for various needs and have always received excellent customer service and prompt appointments. I always highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

I've used Desert Water for a couple of plumbing issues  this past year and I will say their level of service is amazing. Brad (on both cases) took the time to explain the issue and was very professional. Will call them again for any plumbing issue!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!
