Amazing job, clearly knows what he is doing. He really tried to get everything done as efficiently as possible. I'm definitely calling him up when we're remodeling out kitchen.

Just completed a job with Stevens Plumbing and they did an excellent job getting our heat back on quickly by fixing 3 gas lines to 3 different condos.
So last night we had a leak on 3 of our gas lines to 3 different condos...each having it's own unique problems. This morning I called several companies asking for someone to come out and it was nearly impossible to get anyone the same day. Fortunately, I called Richard from Stevens Plumbing and he cleared his schedule to have a technician (Wayne K - same name...I know) come out to help us. I asked what he thought the 3 jobs would cost and he guessed a total of around $1000, which was considerably cheaper when looking at the reviews/prices on Angie's List of other plumbing companies, so I was comfortable taking his quote.
The technician, Wayne, came out within 30 minutes and was extremely nice and explained everything that needed to be done. He said the issues with the gas lines were unusual to have holes, but got everything fixed within a few hours.
The best part was that he broke out the pricing for each unit so each condo owner got a price respective of how much work was done for each gas line.
Overall, I had an excellent experience. They were punctual, quick, cheap, and came in $50 below their quoted price...which is really all you can ask for. I wish all plumbing companies were like this.

My husband and I recently bought a house and needed a gas dryer and vent installed. We called Craig in the morning and he was able to start about an hour later! He reviewed the dryer manual and building code and figured out a way to safely vent our dryer across the basement without moving electrical or making it a more complicated job than it needed to be. A few hours later our dryer was up and running!

I am new to town and called Mark today due to a leaky kitchen faucet. Within a few hours, he came out and fixed it. He is very friendly and reasonable, and I will definitely be calling him in the future for plumbing issues. Thanks for the help on such short notice!

I feel so lucky to have the great service from Mike, specially after having such a horrible experience with H.O. Services (Lexington, MA).
Mike is professional, friendly, honest and does a great work ! He is also very honest about the cost. I would call M&M plumbing for any future plumbing work I have for my place.

Mike is a really nice guy and did a great job on replacing the handles and valves in our shower!
He was very tolerant of my cat continuously trying to play fetch with him (I did try to get the cat to stop!)

Our kitchen sink was suddenly not draining at all late at night on a weekday. Plunging it didn't work, and when we took off the p-trap, both drain pipes connected to it literally crumbled apart due to corrosion. At 8am the next morning, I called Reupert and spoke to the owner. He said they could be out that same morning. A couple hours later he gave me a call and let me know they were heading my way. They came in, got right to work, unclogged the drain and replaced the old piping in about an hour. The cost was exactly what I had expected to pay (be sure to ask beforehand if you haven't been through this before) and I was able to pay with a card after service completion and got a receipt and detailed invoice. They are the best plumbers I've personally dealt with here in Milwaukee; it was fast, professional service and I'll definitely call them in the future if I need to.

What started as a need for an immediate fix turned into a long term relationship with Cardinal Plumbing. Our first call was due to a leaky kitchen sink pipe that occurred out of nowhere. Cardinal was called the next day and they were able to squeeze us in without an extra charge. They sent Mark as our technician. He diagnosed the problem and immediately fixed it. He was so precise and professional, that we requested him to be our permanent tech. In less than a year, we've had Mark out to our home to flush the hot water tank and perform regular maintenance checks on our toilets, install a water line to the garage, hook up a sink and hot water tank and plumbing in our renovated garage, and replace valves under the kitchen sink whilst installing our new dishwasher. Mark is so good that we also made him the tech for our HOA pool house. He's been to the pool house to flush pipes and replace old rusty concrete filled pipes. We appreciate Cardinal's method of scheduling with the email and texting reminders and updates.

This review is due to terrible scheduling practices only, we did NOT talk to an actual tech or receive services. Those folks might be awesome, for all we know.
We called at 4:30 on a Saturday, so I was surprised and pleased when someone answered! I explained about our water heater leak and the woman couldn't offer an opinion about its level of seriousness, which I totally understand.
She said she would put an emergency page out to the techs, asking them to call us. (GREAT!). Then she explained the after hours rates (at least $380 for a visit) which was fine. Then she collected my address and phone info. Fine.
But then she said I needed to agree to pay the $380...so I tried to clarify you mean we talk to the tech on the phone and agree to pay the rate IF they can fit us in and show up, correct?
No...she was very clear that they could very well just show up, without calling first, and we would have to pay the full rate. She'd tell them we'd like a call first but was totally up to the tech whether they'd call and whether they'd come. Or if they were too busy, they wouldn't ever call and they wouldn't come. Scheduling and calling is up to the tech.
We went back and forth a few times because I couldn't believe the company would really leave us in a lurch of total un-knowingness, committed to pay IF they showed up but with no idea whether they would call or show! It just can't work like that - a client needs to know if a company can fit us in and if they can't, we need to be free to call someone else. She was 100% clear that we would be locked in to using and paying them but would have no idea whether they would come.
I gave up in disbelief. We called Stan the Water Heater Man, who acted like one would expect: the dispatcher messaged the tech. The tech called us. Tech was too busy to come today but we made an appointment for Tuesday. Tech also reassured us that our water heater wasn't going to explode in the meantime and gave us tips for containing the leak. Which is how these things are supposed to work!

George Washington Plumbing has done a couple of small jobs for me, he does the jobs that most plumbers won't even return your call for. He is an honest, reasonably priced professional and a nice guy too. He will be the one I call for all my plumbing problems, big or small. I highly recommend this company.

Fair pricing that was much lower than other quotes we got. The work looks and works great. George was friendly, responsive, and able to fit us in quickly. Highly recommend!

We have used McCarthy at least 5 times over the years and will continue to do so. Our hot water heater decided to quit working over the weekend, which is not fun when it is 10 degrees outside. I call McCarthy yesterday at 8:30 AM to ask them to come out to replace our water tank. Daryl showed up with the new tank at 10:00 AM (as promised) and he finished the installation in only about an hour. Daryl was extremely efficient and friendly. He left with the old tank and cleaned up the area so that no one would be able to tell that any work had been done.
Needless to say, my wife and I are very happy to have hot water again and we always recommend McCarthy Plumbing to our friends and family!!!

The service was fantastic. Quick, efficient and in and out in under 15 minutes. I had some tank gaskets that needed to be replaced in my 3rd floor toilet that was leaking down to the 2nd floor. I would have done this myself, except I didn't possibly think the gaskets could go bad on a 1 year old toilet! So I thought something else was wrong.
Two guys came, looked at it, drained the tank, placed in the new gaskets, tested for leaks and left. I later got the invoice... $325!!! Wow. parts could not cost more than $15. That would mean labor per hour per person is about $600 per hour.
I should have become a plumber. Why did I go to college?

Cordova plumbing recently did work for my mother-in-law. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. They did exceptional work, left the site very clean and provided a fair price. I will certainly use them in the future.

I had a new washing machine delivered, and was told by the deliverers that my water valves in my laundry room were corroded and had to be replaced. I called Dauenhauer Plumbing, and they had Jamie out to my house to replace my values in an hour. Excellent and speedy service.

Friendly and good work, but $179 for less than an hour work is expensive! Should have asked for an estimate.
