Nate arrived a little later than promised but considering the distance I'll factor in traffic from MD to NOVA.  He went straight to the issue and was able to troubleshoot without going to the most expensive option, which not only fixed the issue but was much appreciated!  He was friendly and courteous. Things you don't find with most plumbers in the Arlington area,  plus he beat their prices by a long shot!  Definitely a keeper!

VPS came by today to replace exterior hose bibs.  He did great work and was completed quickly.  The work area was cleaned after and overall the work was great.

Water was leaking from our toilet and it seemed to be gushing out of the wall behind the toilet. My husband turned off all the water in the house so we were really inconvenienced. He called this plumber on a Sunday afternoon. Someone answered promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next morning!
The plumber showed up on time as promised . He was very personable and respectful. He fixed our problem in less than an hour.
I was elated to be able to run water and flush toilets again.
My husband had been talking about cutting a hole in the wall to get to the pipes behind the toilet so needless to say theses guys were a lifesaver

I'm so glad that I got referred to Christ works on my house. They got the job well done and the price are below normal. Recommend for anyone who got plumbing issues.

I needed to hydro-jet and camera the main drain line of a rental house I was selling. The sale/close was contingent upon getting this work done. Even though they had a full schedule, Anthony was able to move things around to get my job taken care of as fast as possible to help me get the sale closed on time. My experience with Empire was top notch.

I had a stoppage at the main line which caused bathroom flooding when I used the shower or toilet. Called Larkin to request service and Craig arrived within 3 hours. He cleared the line and also replaced the missing drain cover in short order. Craig was very efficient and professional and I would highly recommend him.

The plumber was late, rude, and gave me bad information regarding the placement of a gas line. The bid was sky high compared to others.

I think they take advantage of folks who need a plumber quickly and are unable to wait for one of the more reputable companies to come out. I'd recommend you keep calling around; this is not the plumber you are looking for.

They came out last week and cleaned the main drain . It backed up the next evening when we did laundry.  I called them. They came back out and said there would be a charge of $338.00 ,again because it was a tree root issue . Personally I didn't think tree roots grew back overnight.  I thought it was operator error because the tech had struggled so much with the machine and failed to do a good job. He didn't even run water down the drain before he left . He did get tree roots out of the drain . Well I wasn't going to pay for another half ass job so I called roto rooter.  They came out and found that the tab that connects to the opening was broken . Since the first tech was the only person that ran a snake through the drain . I feel the they are responsible for the repair and roto rooter bill. The drain wasn't clogged the second time the tab had broken off and kept the sewage from draining .
The second time Absolute came out there , the tech should of digignoised the problem instead of saying there would be another $338.00 . Techs are not trained properly and management wants to do a 2 step around the issue .
I'm trying to locate others who have had dealings with them that have legitimate concerns. What ever happened to ethical business practices. Having been self employed since 1982 , I have never taken advantage or failed to acknowledge a mistake by myself or a employee.

I returned home,  from a business trip, to find the temperature inside my house at 46 degrees. I called F.H. Furr, because they installed the system, about 7:45 in the evening, after an hour I called back and the person checked and said that a message had been sent after my original call. After another hour, about 10pm, I was fed up and called Michael & Son. Within an hour they had 2 personnel at my house, diagnosed and fixed the problem. I did receive a call back from F.H Furr at 7 the next morning. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I highly recommend MICHAEL & SON!!!! They were awesome.

Extremely expensive.

Their employee was outstanding.  So I liked the service.  

But to fix the disposal, FIX not install, cost $199 plus a service charge of 75 to just show up.  By walking into my house, the service charge was $75 was already applied.  

Would I use them again - No.  Did I sign up for Yelp today just so I could review them - Yep.
