Have used Tom for 5 years. He is very professional and extremely clean.He wears covers over his boots or takes off his boots. He always has a clean drop cloth to  catch and dirt, and vacumes when he is done. He is busy and worth a wait.

Ben & Cory of Calabrese Plumbing installed a water heater at my Vienna townhouse today. They were extremely efficient, organized, tidy, and courteous.  Would unquestionably use them again.  Thanks for a great experience, guys.  I should add that it was a joy to work with George Calabrese, the owner, in arranging the job and for advice (gratis) he had provided on another occasion.  Who is this masked man?

Daniel is an excellent plumber. He Shows up on time fairly priced and does the work right the first time. I wouldn't even consider any other plumber. He's also very good at returning phone calls in a timely fashion.

Did a wonderful job.  Got in contact with me quickly after I requested a quote, and got me on their calendar.  Victor was on time, very clean, worked quickly, had great communication about the job and came in at what I was quoted for the price.  What more can you ask for?

I had a really urgent situation with a broken and leaking water heater. I spoke with at least 9 companies & was skeptical @ the information & strategies they offered (or lack of, more to the point). I then called Detemple on a referral from a friend. Phil listened to me, asked me logical, smart questions & had Todd (a REAL PLUMBER) out to my home within hours the same day. He installed a new heater (my choice of models), flushed all the lines, noticed a few small problems in other areas & repaired those, too. Stayed until after 7pm. Both men were so helpful & proficient & accommodating. The work was done perfectly AND the final bill was slightly lower than my estimates from water heater install companies (not plumbers, not problem solvers). Was a complete pleasure doing business with Detemple. I recommend highly.

Let me preface this with I USED TO love them.  But in the last 2 months their service has gone WAY downhill.  And as a corporate client that needs to have confidence in their contractors that are taking care of our products, that is a HUGE problem.  I requested service 6/1 and a call to confirm that they received the email. Which never came,  When I called they said they would get out Monday. Ok, it's hot, they are busy, we can live with that. But then they went out and made some minor repairs and then...nothing. So I could only assume that the work had been completed. Boy was I surprised when I got an irate email from my customer saying they have been waiting 3 weeks.  And when I called, all I got was the manager will call you when he gets caught up, he's doing 2 people's job.  It's been nearly 3 hours, no call.  Not surprised.  Just saddened. I guess the residential clients are more important and that they don't have the gumption to say we're too busy.  Which I could understand and appreciate way more than leaving someone hanging for 3 weeks....

I had an old A/C system replaced in my condo last summer by Jonathan at Richard's Heating and Air.  They did a great job replacing an outdated system that a few other companies didn't even want to bid on.  A leak developed since then (last month), and they came out next day, on a Saturday, and took care of it no charge.  Thanks Jonathan!

I would give zero stars if possible. This company has been horrible to respond to phone calls. Kath came recommended to me by a friend (who admittedly knew her from circumstances outside having used her as a plumber) and I even dropped the friend's name and still couldn't get a response. I waited several days for a call and then called back myself -- got someone on the phone who said she'd talk to the scheduling person right now and get right back to me -- and it's been 24 hours and still no response.

So we've booked someone else, and had to rearrange our schedule to get the other plumber in before the holiday. That'll teach me to wait on someone when you actually need the service completed in a timely fashion.

Small company (fast growing) with impeccable quality and ethics. I have been utilizing this service since it was a two man operation plus the lovely Bonnie fielding all calls and scheduling.

He has grown considerably since I found the company but the service and quality have remained the same.

Within the first week of being in our new home our shower drain flooded and a pipe bust in the garage. Gary was here within the hour and spent 2 afternoons with us going through and fixing all of our plumbing problems (1960s home with old pipes). He was very efficient and kind to us, barely noticed he was here while we worked from home, everything was done quickly and for a decent price. We're new home owners and bit off more than we could chew with this house, so grateful to have met him!!

Highly recommended; Mike has helped me with two separate projects, one replacing return pipes on a steam heat system when I broke the pipe trying to replace an ancient main vent, and once replacing the wax seal between a toilet and drain pipe.  He was always quick to respond, reliable, and has reasonable prices.

Sort of an old fashioned business (paper invoices mailed to you), but Rick and his son did an excellent job for the work I needed done and the prices quoted were less than everyone else.

We had OTECH install two toilets a few months ago for us and had a great experience.

We just recently noticed a minor problem with one of the toilets and they came to our house within 24 hours of calling, picked up an entirely new part to address the issue and charged nothing to fix it saying that it was still under warranty from the first install.

I am once again blown away by the great customer service shown and their dedication to solving problems at an extremely fair price. We will be using OTECH exclusively from now on.

I have used R Plumber since 2019 from when lived in our townhouse...first time I had issue with water leak from upstairs bathroom and water leaking onto living room ceiling...other plumbers were quoting me higher pricing. R plumber did a superb job and their quote included sealing the ceiling drywall section that needed to be removed to access plumbing pipes.

2nd time around, now in our single family home, I had an issue at beginning of 2022 with upstairs shower plumbing pipe Leaking water onto kitchen ceiling. Once again, R Plumber send their top plumber - Luis - and he did an outstanding job removing one tile from recently renovated master bathroom without damaging tile (we didn't have extra tiles since we had recently moved in and prior owner didn't leave spare tiles). Fortunately the tile price was salvageable and the leak was fixed and I was able to use same tile to seal everything back.

Third time, my water heater valve and water pressure Valve were replaced since it was time to replace due to age of water heater and issues with water pressure. Once again, R plumber did a great job and came back after installation within a week to ensure pressure issues I had previously were gone.

Highly recommend R Plumber for any plumbing issue! He's is honest and if they can't do the work when it's non-plumbing issue they will recommend other reliable contractors. Hard to find reliable and honest contractors.

I can't say enough nice things about Choate's. Jeremy came early on Sat. after my AC died on Friday evening. He was courteous and did not try to sell me something I did not need. He had me back up and running very quickly and the service was reasonably priced. The same company installed my new heating system  2.5 years ago. Five stars for Choate's and Jeremy!

Nick has been to the house twice, and each time, he did a great job and did not overcharge.  I trust them.

Came back to my home in Camas after being gone for three weeks.  Saw a small puddle of water in the  Garage below my upstairs bathroom.  Called Mike at Clark.  He responded promptly and set appt for next day.   After inspection and assessment , he found a leak in a joint behind wall adjacent to shower.   Had to cut dry Wall a bit then changed fittings.  Great job, reasonable price and very easy to work with.  Endorse 100%.   Also his assistant Dante was great too.

I was in a Menards parking lot in Port Huron yesterday when a man with this business name printed on the side of his truck proceeded to call out to me from the driver's seat saying he loves my leg tat and demanded I walk over to him so he could look at it. There's museums if you want to stare at art. STOP BOTHERING WOMEN
