Have always used Watson Plumbing and Rich, the best plumber around. I had pinhole leaks in my kitchen faucet pipes and I knew those old pipes would not stand up to any repairs at all. I thought I would have to have the wall taken out to get at the repair but Rich knew how much pressure the old faucet and pipes could stand and I now have a lovely wall faucet. Thanks, Rich.

The came quickly, did the job quickly, and the bill was less than half of what another company had estimated. I cannot recommend them for major work because I have no experience at that to report, but for basic household repairs this is a good choice.

Needed repair of sump and water heater spent 10 minutes replacing sump pump did not repair water heater charged 90 dollars and said that's what the charge is  would not come back to finish and never called back. I would not recommend poor

I called this company based on the reviews here, and am writing this review based on how they handled my call. My pipes have frozen due to our frosty weather, and I had called several other companies who quoted my $300 to come out and defrost them. The helpful man who answered the phone at Watson first asked me a number of questions about my house. When he had determined the type of pipes I have, he told me that it was highly unlikely that they would burst in this kind of weather and that if he were in position he would wait until things warm up before spending a bunch of money on a situation that might resolve itself. He also advised me  about turning off the water input to my house when I am not home to avoid damage if there is a break. This kind of advice is so helpful, and my experience confirms all the positive reviews that came before. I will definitely be calling these guys when and if I ever need a plumber!

I called this company based partly on others' Yelp reviews and I was not disappointed. The plumber showed up right on time to replace my ancient leaking toilet, fix a leaking bathtub faucet and replace a non-performing shower head. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he removed the old toilet and installed the new one - it would have taken me all day! Before I knew it he was all done. I had purchased the unit myself - it has a new style of connector from the tank to the bowl that reduces the risk of leaks around the bolts (Delta Smart Fit) and he did a great job with it even though he had not seen that kind before. When he was done with everything he cleaned up so well I could hardly tell he had been there! The price for both parts and labor was very reasonable, and the invoice for the work performed was well detailed and legible. I would not hesitate to call this company again or recommend them to others.

Very poor overall experience. Plumber was very agitated. Huffed, puffed and heavily sighed throughout his time at my house. Tossed his tools around. Wanted me to come look at things, but when I asked what I was supposed to do, I was met with grumbling, mumbling. Constantly complained about things I had nothing to do with. I booked Watson because they were 10 blocks away, but was charged for 30 minutes of travel. When I questioned why there was so much travel time, I got a bunch of, 'well I'm not even supposed to be here, my day ended at 3, I'm doing you a favor... I paid him so he would leave. The job got done, but it was a brutal experience.

The plumber was late, rude, and gave me bad information regarding the placement of a gas line. The bid was sky high compared to others.

I think they take advantage of folks who need a plumber quickly and are unable to wait for one of the more reputable companies to come out. I'd recommend you keep calling around; this is not the plumber you are looking for.

Recently I called several plumbers about a basement sink issue and no one returned my call.  Then I saw Watson Plumbing's name recommended highly & called them.  They came out quickly and Tim Wingo repaired the problem and accepted repairing another toilet problem while here.  I would not hesitate to call them again.  Thanks, Tim!

The day before we had tenants moving in, we had a minor plumbing problem with the kitchen sink. I called Watson and they were able to schedule me for the next morning, which was great! The lost star (only 4 out of 5) was due to my having to call them the next morning after no one came 30 minutes past my appointment time. The scheduler apologized for the oversight and someone was at my door within 10 minutes.

The plumber was prompt and fixed my problem in under an hour, and there was no extra charge for the emergency appointment.

I have been using their service for about five years now and to be honest, there is nobody else I trust to get the job done right the first time. Paying the full cost for a real, competent plumber has paid off in the long run.  They fix all of my properties' old issues from before I bought the buildings.

This review is LONG overdue and so worthy of 100 stars. EVERY time we've been in a plumbing or water pinch of any kind, Watson has been there--at all hours. It all started with flooding in our basement caused by drywell problems. We'd spent an obscene amount of money with another service in town, which completely dug up our yard with backhoes and tried jetting lines to little avail. This went on for nearly two months. After we found out about Watson, they came in and worked their magic within a couple hours, diagnosing the real problem and fixing it. Over the years, they've come up and given us advice about French drains, etc -- gratis at times! They've helped us fix plumbing emergencies over the phone -- gratis! They've rescued our friends who have had water gushing in their homes -- responding nearly immediately. I don't know how they do it, but they do. I wish every service provider was as skilled, invested and honest as they are.

I couldn't be more pleased with Watson Plumbing and will definitely call them again in the future for any plumbing jobs.  

In December, we were in the process of buying a home. In trying to do a sewer inspection, it was discovered that the sewer cap was fused on and the sewer scope guys were not comfortable removing it. The seller was supposed to hire a plumber, but after a week went by with nothing done, our deadline was approaching and we needed to do something quickly.

I was desperately calling around two days before christmas trying to find someone who would go out and remove the cap. When I reached Watson Plumbing, they responded immediately and said they could send someone out the next morning (christmas eve!). I didn't even bother to ask what the cost would be - I figured between the urgency, the short notice, and the holiday, I just needed to bite the bullet. Imagine my surprise when I got the bill a month later, and it was completely reasonable and less than I expected.

These guys do good work, they are ethical and above-board, and they don't price-gouge you just because you're in a bind and need help on short notice. I was totally impressed and can't recommend them enough.

Here it is at he END of a Saturday (6pm) on a HOLIDAY weekend and our renter had an impossibly plugged toilet. My husband (Dave B) called Watson's number and got an answering service, but they connected him to Dennis of Watson Plumbing almost immediately. Dennis went right over to the renter's and solved the problem for an excellent rate. VERY courteous, lightning fast and super-reasonable fee...and this was after hours and Labor Day weekend! I think there should be a 6 star option.

Unproffesional. Watson plumbing contractor  never returned my calls, was a  no show for the appointment all because I suggested I may need a second opinion.

Extremely unprofessional. Wasted my time and were quite rude. I called an set up an appointment for a very simple job (leaky pipe) and was told a plumber would come on the agreed date. That day, no one showed up and no one from the office called. When I called in myself nearly an hour later, I was informed that the plumber had an emergency and would not be coming at all. I was asked to be flexible, and could we reschedule for another day. Thinking it was a one time fluke, I foolishly rescheduled for another date. Guess what, another no call, no show. This time when I call in the woman (the mother of the other secretary) AGAIN asks me to be flexible (what they mean is accommodating) and reschedule a 3rd time. She tried to reschedule a 3rd time,  and asked me do you want to the plumber to be ready to work when he arrives? Of course I am not falling for this a third time. Do not waste your time waiting around for these people.

They are fast, courteous, do meticulous work and clean up after themselves.  I have found my new 'go-to' plumber.

Fantastic service, quality workmanship with great attention to detail and fair pricing. The staff at Watson went way above and beyond to install a toilet and sink in my master bathroom after I had replaced the tile flooring. I needed the work done quickly and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I would and will hire them for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Tim, Patti and Kim! You guys are AWESOME!!! These guys managed to fit my small job into a busy schedule when nobody -- and I mean nobody -- was able to. I must have called fifteen plumbers, and they were all at least three days out. Rich swung by between calls, dropped a flange in super old school way with jute and lead, and was out clean. I didn't get any you should have called a plumber first malarkey. I'd definitely call them first any time I have further plumbing needs.

Had trouble with the kitchen faucet for a while, but Friday it got way worse. Just a trickle of hit water. So I called Watson and in less than 2 hours we had all the hot water we could want!  Thanks Travis

Very pleased with Watson. Not only did they provide the highest quality of service, but they also helped get the job done, with tactful and appropriate contacts with the City inspectors, another plumbing company, and an electrician who had to be prodded repeatedly to complete his tasks. Watson has earned its position at the top of our list of plumbers. When the need arises, we will use Watson. We enthusiastically recommend this company!

These guys are amazing!  I have been using their services for about 5 years now and am so glad that I found a good plumbing company for my rentals!  They get the job done so that they never have to return.  There's no one else I would use because other companies that have serviced my apartments always have to keep coming back for the same problem.  But with Watson Plumbing, they get the job done right the first time!

These guys were great. Very professional and efficient. They did our whole house copper re-pipe job, secured all our old fittings and installed a new inside shut-off valve at a very reasonable price. I did a lot of research in choosing these guys, and in choosing copper over pex.
