It's been a few years but I was extremely pleased with this company!  Not only was he incredibly thorough but aside from putting in a new garbage disposal he fixed a water purifier faucet with no extra charge.
A very good experience with a very nice person!

I love this company!!! When I called for help they came right out and removed my toilet and installed the new one in no time. Even hauled off the old one! Yay!!! The young man that did the work was so nice and pleasant, almost like a family member. Looking forward to using them again. Thanks guys!

Oscar really impressed me the first time I called Excellence Plumbing a couple of years ago after our visiting family accidentally sent broken glass through the garbage disposal.  Oscar advised me over the phone how to clear it out and saved me $$ from having them come out!  Who does that?!  I decided then and there that we had found our household plumber.  So when we recently were dealing with a leaky faucet, I called and got on the schedule.  

The day Justin was scheduled to come out, I received a message that they were behind at another job, and wanted to come later.  I was a little upset since I had made arrangements for my husband to drop my daughter off at preschool (in order to get the first appointment of the day) and was pressed for time before I would have to pick her up.  When I mentioned this to Justin, he apologized and immediately told me he would be right on over.  

Once he arrived, he explained how they were finishing up some work from a prior job and that Oscar had sent him immediately when they heard my situation.  After realizing that I needed a replacement part for the leaky faucet and would need a follow-up appointment (the faucet is high-end and no one carries the part locally), Justin offered to take a look at all of our drains, fixed a couple of small issues that I had with a drain and a faucet handle and fixed a couple of issues with our leaky faucet, since he was here and wanted to be helpful.  Since we didn't have the model# or accompanying documentation for the faucet, and it would be $$$ to replace, Justin called Oscar and he recommended that we take a photo of the faucet to email to the manufacturer for replacement.  Sure enough, I followed their recommendations, and I'm now waiting for the part, and planning to call Excellence as soon as it arrives for them to replace the part for us.  These guys are honest, clearly customer service oriented, and totally professional.  I am a fan.

I had a wonderful experience with crown plumber. They replaced all my toilets in the house. They were on time and very professional. Definitely I'll use them again.

I have had soooo many plumbers over the 20 years in this house flanked by huge maples that clog our sewer and storm drain. This company is the best and I will only use them from now on. Great service and the fairest prices around. Trust me, I've tried all the others!

Sa and his wife were fantastic!  I called to schedule an appointment and later that day he called back and said he was working on another project close by so he could stop by later today instead of our scheduled date. Of course I jumped at the chance. He figured out the issues, worked quickly and efficiently, double checked his work and cleaned up after. What I really appreciated was him taking the time to explain to me what the problem was, what he was doing to fix it AND  doing it at a reasonable price. Thank you Sa's Plumbing! So I have lived in Vegas for 22+ years.  And though it doesnt happen often, I do find myself in an emergency need of a plumber.  Be it that my toilet wont work or that my water heater is leaking, Nevada Plumbing has been quick to take my calls and quick to show up and fix my issue.  Not only are they fast, their charge me a very reasonable rate.  How can you go wrong?  Nevada Plumbing has been my goto company for my decades here, and I expect that he will continue to be my goto company for all of my plumbing needs.  Thanks Nevada Plumbing!

Prestige Services is a great company. They were not the cheapest when I got my estimates but that was because they caught things everyone else missed. They take pride in their work and will go above and beyond. I am very happy with the work done and the help they have offered when I was unsure on some details. I will used them whenever I need anything for my house and would recommend them to anyone. Honesty, Integrity, and Hard Work sum them up and you wont be sorry you decided on them.

We renovated our home and were referred to Frank Webb, and it was a great choice. We were lucky enough to have Megan as our sales rep. She knows every product line and suggested alternatives when needed. Multiple emails and visits and phone calls later, she retained a sense of humor and fantastic customer service. She treated our project as special and if it was the largest one in the world.  Customers for life!

During a heavy rainstorm in January 2021 a French drain backed up causing run off and rain water to enter my home flooding two rooms. Caliber was out at my house that night till midnight pumping water and opening the drain. They saved my house from serious damage. This is why I used them for the install of a dry well in my front yard. I can safely say it won't happen again. These guys are true professionals and where there when I needed them. Thank you for taking care of me. They treated me like family, the family you like. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

I have used this company a few times now mostly for adding fuses for our outdoor kitchen and heater for pool. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I'm not super happy with the looks internally within my guest bedroom but it works. Also the outside outlet is not quite sealed properly and I'm afraid it cause an issue. I out a covering over it but definitely going to need it replaced. I like how quickly they were able to come by and fix each inquiry. Just not sure the full extent of the fixes, feels like it is always rushed. Could be that the jobs are not being pursued like before Covid, but electricians sure seem to be in demand. I'll give them another opportunity.

Ken the Plumber is just a really good guy.  He's busy and can be hard to get ahold of, but leave a message or two and he'll be sure to call you back.  Friendly, honest and does solid work.  Most of all he's just a really good person who is honest and values taking care of people.  If you want your needs met right now, a white suit and a business logo...Ken isn't for you.  If you want a real person, who does solid work and will do right by you then ring him for sure.

I'm not sure how we missed these yelp reviews when he called him to come out bu the general consensus is DO NOT use All American Plumbing.  We called him to unstop a bathroom drain and apparently he accidentally drilled a hole in the pipe.  So, yes, the bathtub was draining perfectly.. but into the downstairs unit and basement.  He came back a couple of hours later and fixed the issue but the water is still dripping out of the pipe.  We called him again right after he left and first he said he would come first thing tomorrow morning which turned into 2 PM which turned to 5 PM.  Now he's not answering any calls or texts.  

Here's a summary:
Don't go with him--he'll probably screw something up
His 30 day warranty isn't worth anything

You'll spend more money trying to fix new problems that he creates.
