I would highly recommend BSR Plumbing. Professional, knowledgeable and communicative. No lip service here. They do what they say. On time with no surprises. Best prices too.
Kris went above and beyond the call of duty. He provided me with a quote that was extremely reasonable compared to their competitors. My faucets were replaced and everything taken care of thanks to Kris. They are great to work with and show up on time. Don't waste your time calling around like I did. If you need a reliable, honest and friendly plumber, call BSR first.
Would recommend BSR to everyone!!
I had contacted Kris at 11pm he was at the house 30mins later to drain my water heater and let me know that he'd be by in the morning to replace. Very great service and work ethic!! Will use for other services.

I chose BSR PLUMBING to replace the leaking water heater based on the good reviews they received here on Yelp AND because they also had the best price of the three companies I requested a quote from!

Kris is as good as it gets. Top notch quality !!! He installed my Tankless water heater, got permits for it and did a superb job. He was so good that I kept finding other things for him to do in the house because he is so thorough. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote from BSR so you can see for yourself.

I couldn't have been more impressed with, Kris. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote. He clearly explained to me the variable involved. When he arrived (on time), he was thorough in his assessment and took the time to show me what he was doing. After fixing my stripped shower handle, he even through in a freebie. I needed to replace my water heater. After speaking with four different plumbers, each of whom wanted to do some sort of shortcut, I finally reached Kris at BSR and I am delighted that I did. I texted him pictures of my current heater and he quoted me a price which was very competitive. We set an appointment for the following day and he showed up exactly on time. The temperature was 115 degrees and extremely uncomfortable in the garage, but he went right to work with no complaints. He installed the new heater, cleaned up after himself and took everything away. I highly recommend him and we'll be using him for all my future plumbing issues.
Quick and easy. I got 6 different quotes they were by far the best price. They were also able to work around my work schedule. Nice guys good work.
Krassimir replaced my old sink and faucet with a new one. He did a great job. The new sink, faucet and disposal work great. Super nice guy. Will definitely call on him in the future if needed.
I'm late in writing this review, but I had reached out to several companies because my old water heater finally bit the dust and was leaking, and Krassimir responded quickly with a very honest and reasonable quote. We had a hot water slab leak and the crew re-routed the pipes into the wall. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Their prices were very reasonable.
I had to have my water pressure regulating valve replaced today. I contacted quite a few places for an estimate and ended up using BSRplumbing.com they had the best price, showed up on time and got it done quickly. Great job!
Think I called at least 10 Plumbing businesses around- but this company met my expectations (plural). Nowadays, not many companies will come out for a free quote/estimate, provide warranty and live up to it's promise. Not to mention their competitive rates! Reminder, I called at least 10 other companies. I highly recommend BSR PLUMBING. But don't take my word for it. Call them yourself. You won't regret it!
This is a really amazing company. My water heater broke in the middle of the night and the the technician came very promptly to turn it off and give me an idea of how much it would be to fix on Sunday compared to Monday. When he replaced the water heater he did a pretty good job and was very neat and thorough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!

Had a leak under the sink from one of the pipes and my RO unit was also leaking. Kris showed up on time, quickly diagnosed what was wrong and had all the necessary parts in his van to do the job.
Great prices, doesn't try to up-sell you, honest diagnosis, fixed it right........All the qualities I want in a plumber!!

Hands down the best plumbing co. in the valley!! I hired BSR for water filtration and under sink RO system installations. I cannot be more satisfied with the job! Krassimir and his partner are top professionals, and they stand by their work. Had a little problem with my refrigerator water dispenser after installation, and they came back out the very next day! Their attitude and professionalism are nothing short of AMAZING!! QUIT SCROLLING, BSR IS THE CO. FOR ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!
This guy is the best! He has stayed late and fixed our plumbing leaks more than once and his rates are very reasonable. He has helped us in a bind more than once!

I had my water heater go out and called BSR plumbing. Chris checked my warranty info and quoted me over the phone. He showed up on time and did a great job, honest and no up selling.
No call No show appointment. I would give a zero if able. Would not recommend or use- my time is valuable also.

My water heater was leaking and they were able to make it out the same night to take a look at it.
They were really great guys and felt very genuine and honest. They didn't try to hustle me, up sell or any other weird scammy tactics. Their price was almost half of what a lot of their competitors were trying to charge me. They did a great job and even charged me a little less than quoted. I would recommend them!

I must tell that I am very impressed with lightning fast service with this guys. I had an emergency fix and this guy showed up in half an hour with all the parts he needed. Finished the work quickly and charged me lower than expected.

My RO system was leaking and couldn't detect where it was coming from. Between my wife and I we called 4-5 different plumbers from yelp that listed they were 24/7 on a early Saturday afternoon and the only one that picked up and was able to come by the same day was BSR Plumbing!
Beyond great service from Krassimir! He was able to come by within a few hours and saved the day from getting a messy leak in our kitchen. He found out there was a crack in our RO system and recommended that we contact the manufacturer to see if they can replace the part. He also stopped the leak and disconnected our RO system and connected the main water line to our fridge so we still can get drinking water.
He did not charge us an outrageous amount for coming by on a short notice or any hidden fees that I know other plumbers would charge. I would definitely be only going to him for any plumbing related issues!
I used them the other day, for the first time. I'm delighted that I did.

Looking on yelp for a plumber last Sunday for a water leak under the slab of my home. Chris replied on Sunday and came to my home about 30 mins later to do an estimate and advise. After discussing options, I had him come on Wednesday to do the plumbing. Amazing job and quick

I thought I knew exactly what we needed. Krassimir came out and put a lot of thought into it then gave us several options. In the end he found a much simpler and less expensive solution for us. I would definitely use BSR again and would highly recommend them.

Our gas hot water heater needed to be replaced and BSR came to the rescue in less than 24 hours from my call. Krass was very professional and knowledgeable along with his helper. Their price could not be beat. Everything was done in less than 2 hours! I would highly recommend them!

Chris was punctual, very thorough and took his time to do the job right. I would definitely hire him again.
I called because I had a leak in the hallway outside of my downstairs restroom & I couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. It was seeping from underneath the baseboards & hardwood floor for a few days and I couldn't figure it out. We recently got the restroom floors redone and the guy who tiled the restroom left the flange too low causing the wax ring to not seal properly. When I called and explained how the leak was happening, Chris immediately guessed what was happening and was able to fit me into his busy schedule. Glad I chose him on here!
