Axel was punctual and answered all my questions. He did a great job installing my shower. This is the person you'll want to have as your plumber. Pricing was fair & I was very pleased with $50 military discount as well. I will definitely be hiring him for future plumbing needs.

Tony was great. His job list must be pretty vast. It took a few days to get him to give us a free estimate.

We were worried that they might not service regular plumbing jobs, but Tony and his assistant (apprentice) were very kind, communicative, and efficient. After he gave us a $400 quote (steep, but so is all plumbing), he said he could do it that day. Wow.

Literally 6 hours later (they had to leave to get parts), we were equipped with a new hose bib and a working sprinkler system valve!!!

I have searched high and low in Trenton for a good plumber that knows what they're doing. Pricey or not, I think we've finally found him.

A year or so ago we needed a replacement water heater. Called in the morning and had one installed by early afternoon. Now it's May 2018 and our AC would not work. Turned out a simple fix and they quickly had us up and running. Recently had them service our A.C.
All the staff we have encountered have been very nice and professional.

Steve is a rockstar.  My sump pump had been running much more than usual for this time of year, so I contacted the Village utilities and they came out to my house to check on things.  After doing some minor evaluation, they came to the conclusion that I had a leak in my main water lateral.  I would be responsible for the cost.  I contacted Steve and he immediately began troubleshooting things over the phone.  He then came out to my house in a very timely fashion and ran EXTENSIVE testing including a pressure test on the entire system with very sophisticated equipment.  He discovered the problem was actually in the street and I am not responsible for it.   Steve was kind, direct, knowledgeable and professional.  He saved me tons and I am extremely grateful.  I would recommend Steve with enthusiasm.  Thank you Steve!

I'm a JP resident and like to support local tradespeople for my home projects. I've now hired Terry for two repairs and have been very pleased with both. The first was a simple faucet repair, the second a gas hot water heater replacement. For the faucet, he came the next day, for the water heater he came the same day and completed the job within 4 hours of calling him. He's a friendly and knowledgeable plumber and an asset to the JP community. Thumbs-up for Terry Powers!

I had a main water leak. Nelson came out next morning, found leak and fix immediately. Thank you for your quick response.  Crews communication was also helpful in the steps they were taking.

Professional and polite. Came on time and did the work and even unclogged my sink in basement. Didn't take too long. I would definitely recommend them and also use their services again if needed.

They replaced the broken fuse and fixed the wiring on my Nest Thermostat.
However, they are a little bit expensive. They charged me $264.

I was recently assigned Dello Russo as a subcontractor for installation on appliances I bought at Sears. [As an aside, that was a total debacle, and I wish I'd gone to Yale like I planned and found Dello Russo on my own to install! But anyway...]

I got a call from the owner about the installation time and he was very nice and very helpful even though Sears botched the order several times and he couldn't actually do it that day. The day of my rescheduled installation I got a call in the morning that the guys at Dello Russo had worked some kind of magic where they were able to get both of my appliances even though Sears had said it would probably be impossible.

The two installers (one is the brother of the owner) were young guys who were incredibly awesome (incidentally, also cute, if that matters to ya). Fast, efficient, cleaned up after themselves/my horrible gross water mess from letting a broken dishwasher sit too long... (I'm sure they've smelled worse but really, they were great). I feel like a jerk that I had no cash for tip, and I hope that they are paid well by Sears. I should mail something in.

I don't know if they usually travel all over the Boston area, but they came to Watertown. HIGHLY recommended.

These guys came out and fixed a botched water heater installation done by the previous company in our rental.  They were sent by our property manager and also fixed a couple other items found on inspection of the unit.  Stoylan was very helpful and so was his tech Jason.  They did the job right and on time and went above and beyond.  I recommend this company now to family and friends.

This is a franchise - If you need a real plumber because of issues with your basement. Don't bother with these guys. They are NOT plumbers!

Took so long for them to respond - I ended up with water in my basement. When they did show up - the man never went down the stairs - he turned around to leave stating he can't do anything until the water was gone ... ‍
Nightmare! Don't bother wasting your time!
Did I mention not only the guy who finally showed up - but the person answering the phone was rude.
Never again - to say the least !

Good, professional service.  They arrived exactly when they said they would, and were neat and efficient at resolving my issue.

I got away for just under $200, which seemed reasonable for about 2 hours of work for Jim and his partner, and identified and repaired a fairly serious leak from my condo to the unit below me.

I would call them again if I had a plumbing problem.  Alas, feminist Sarah had to withhold the 5th star for the suggestion that I get my Dad or boyfriend to help me repair a caulk seam.

I reported Garth to WA L&I when I discovered he was operating without an active contractor's license.  He received his FOURTH ticket which came with a $5k fine, and also a $500 plumbing fine.  I also received a response from someone else on Yelp who wrote that Garth did something very similar to his apartment, right after my experience.

I supported this business to fix my air conditioner.  Big mistake.  He didn't solve the problem and the way he rigged my system trying to get it to work is costing me thousands. I was promised a refund, it's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. Never again and NO I would never recommend him

We called Jarboe's for the motor of our heating unit making a reverberating sound (it reminded me of  the sound you hear as the dentist drills your tooth) while distributing the a/c.  The technician came quickly, and called first, so far so good.  They replaced the motor, which cost over $800.  That night it was slightly quieter, but still making the same noise.  they came back 3 days later, a ne tech could still hear the sound and tighten a  few screws  which helped a very little and then pronounced the problem is we need our vents cleaned and charge $74 for the trip.  We called again they came back a week later.  by then it was unbearable to listen to.  The tech said he would talk to his superior about refunding something for the motor that was at best unnecessary or perhaps defective.  Just heard they said no.  we called another company.    THEY gave us a great deal on replacing the whole unit which was not so much more than just the motor.  
Jarboe's was very professional but not worth it.

I called for HVAC repair at the start of the cold weather and they said someone would be out later that day -- even giving me a time window in which to expect them. They then canceled last-minute during that window, leaving me without heat after I had already turned down other companies due to my exising appointment with them. The best they would offer as a rescheduled appointment was not for another month.

I took a chance on a company without any reviews and this is the result. Call them at your own risk.
