Loved working with Music City Handymen! I called them last year for a simple job at my house and they came out quickly and fixed the problem. Since then I have called them back for several jobs, both large and small, all of which have been excellent quality at reasonable prices.

I definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing work done around their home or business.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had a new AC unit installed in my condo from Roscoe Brown around the end of last year and they gave me a better price than the other quotes I got. Since then, I have had a couple of small issues, and Mike came out out and fixed my problems. He was extremely professional and walked me through what he was doing each time. I would recommend this company to anyone!

James was excellent to work with! He got our gas line ran the same day. Definately recommend him!

I had a leak with my water heater. They were very responsive and showed up on time. They were also able to fix my problem.

We had a very good experience hiring Emanuel to replace our toilet.  He did a thorough inspection, and  did a great job replacing the toilet.

Single Women BEWARE!!!

This company literally wrecked a $10,000 basement drainage system I had in place for 18 years. Never had one leak. Now I have to wet vac every time it rains!  The Owner said they would take care of it, if it was there fault. I sent him ACTUAL PHOTOS of where his worker cut off my drainage system. (I had asked them repeatedly not to mess with it!). And they wouldn't even respond. They overcharged, under delivered and were so unprofessional. They would never have done this to a man. It will cost me about $2,000 to correct their careless mistake. They will charge for things they do not provide, and send under educated workers if they can get away with it. Please beware of this company. They are only after your money. No ethics.

This company is very sketchy actually this guy isn't even licensed bonded or insured they didn't do none of there  work was up to codes and the owner jason seems to have a bad drug problem they left our house a disaster and flooded they never answer the phone just a horrible company stay away from these guys

Update : actually get a reply from this company on this review and they want to act like it's another company SMH stay clear away from this company I've also filed complaint with bbb to try to get a refund for what they did

I would give Roto-Rooter a 5 but $315.00 to replace a kitchen faucet is ridiculous. Btw. That didn't even cover the cost of our new faucet which I bought at Lowe's. Less than an hours work. Good grief.

Had a terrible experience with Brentwood Plumbing. I am copying and pasting my recent review here so that no one else experiences such:

Had a TERRIBLE experience with this plumbing company. They came out to fix a problem in October, which cost $500+. Same problem occurred less than 3 months later. Same guy (Ron) came out to fix it. Offered to do the same exact fix, but we declined because obviously it did not work before. So we insisted on a different fix. As Ron was leaving I asked for an invoice and Ron told me There is no invoice. Since this was the same problem as before we guarantee our work. Merry Christmas. I as really impressed by that. However, imagine my disappointment and surprise when we received an invoice for $335 for that job. I called and Jon, the owner told me that Ron misspoke and that they would not even discount. He specifically said that even if they did the same fix he would have charged. Won't be using them ever again and will be telling EVERYONE I know not to as well. Very disappointed.

As others have already mentioned, this is a company you should NOT do business with.

I recently purchased a mid-century home with some plumbing issues. Before closing, I received a quote from ARS. Beyond what my inspector noted (which included some leaks into our crawlspace from the bathroom and a few cast iron drains in need of replacement), an ARS plumber told me the sewage line was in need of replacement (the ENTIRE sewage line to the street). The quote? $10,000. When I asked the plumber repeatedly, how serious is the problem? he said it MUST be replaced NOW, that it was falling apart and a serious hazard.

We almost didn't buy the house because of this $10,000 quote for a repair we didn't even know we needed (the inspector didn't mention it).

THANKFULLY, we got a second and third opinion from other local licensed plumbers. BOTH PLUMBERS looked at me confused when I asked about the sewer line. BOTH PLUMBERS said, your sewer line looks relatively new! Huh. Is there any reason to be concerned about the sewer line? Definitely not. Again, both plumbers said it looked like the line had been recently replaced!

The cost to repair the actual stuff that needed repairing? Less than $1,000.

I can't believe this company can get away with ripping customers off like this... If we hadn't gotten a second and third opinion, we would have either not bought the house, or paid $10,000 for a brand new, UNNECESSARY install of a sewer line.

The only word I can use to describe ARS plumbers: CRIMINALS.
