Latimers Technician service

LJ was on time and we found his service of great quality and value. He had our sink and faucet installed in no time. In addition we really enjoyed chatting with him about travel. Will certainly use him again!

Ugh.  Three times he told me he was coming and three times he didn't come.  In addition, he didn't even bother to call me.  If there was a way to give no stars, I would.

LJ was the first to contact me when I asked for help for installing an EV charging station. He was very quick for scheduling, executing and reasonable on price for completing the job. He was very professional, and a pleasure to host while he installed my EV charger.

LJ is really great!!  He responded to my A/C repair job immediately during a heatwave when the soonest appointment I could get was two weeks later.    He came over and fixed it and it is still working great  now!  He even went out and got the air filters that needed to be replaced and had to go to several different stores. Later that day, he sent detailed photos and diagnostic analysis as well which was helpful.   I would highly recommend him for A/C or a variety of different types of home repair/remodeling as he has been doing this for more than 15 years.  I've got my A/C guy now.

Came out quickly to install multiple bathroom sinks and fix plumbing underneath. I still had a leak overnight, and he was back out first thing in the morning making sure I was taken care of. Would highly recommend, and would use again.

lJ came over in a heat wave when our AC wasn't running very well, so we thought.  He came in less than an hr to our home to check out the problem, the diagnostic came back as nothing was wrong with our unit!  He did several diagnostics to ensure the AC system was running properly.
He is very knowledgeable and professional!

My heat went out on a Sunday morning. I left a message, and LJ called back almost immediately and was able to come out in a little over an hour and fix the problem. From my description he thought it could be the fan motor so he went out of his way to pick up a couple of models before coming. It turned out to be just a blown out capacitor and he had it fixed quickly. His rate was fair and more reasonable than other companies I called.

Terrible workmanship. When things began leaking (yes multiple) he ghosted me and I had to have another plumber fix his work. He also charged me double what the quote was!

His response: Is a complete lie. I work from home... I'm always here. He never responded to my calls/texts. Had to pay another plumber to come out and fix his work. As two things leaked soon after... I'm worried more issues will arise that I can't see as easily.

LJ responded very quickly and came over to the house even quicker!  Great service and was very reasonable price wise!  Highly suggest LJ and his company.

Fantastic service! Very responsive and communicative -  so glad I found this company on Yelp! The technician showed up on time, gave me a call 30 minutes before arriving, and did a fantastic repair on our toilet.

LJ is the consummate professional. He assisted us with some plumbing issues during a recent bathroom renovation. Not only was he on time he was a complete perfectionist, checking his work two or three times to ensure everything was as it should be. His prices were beyond fair and he insisted we did not pay him a penny until we were completely satisfied despite, through no fault of his own, having to come back over the course of several days. He is also extremely personable and pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to give him my complete recommendation. He is certainly my go to plumber.

I couldn't be happier with LJ!  He was first to call, first on the scene, prompt professional, and reasonably priced.  Moreover, he went out of his way to find the motor replacement for my outdoor A/C unit.  Highly recommend!

This review is well overdue. LJ has fair prices, he's hardworking, and does a great job! We've had LJ help us out with several projects around the house from HVAC and electrical repair to caulking and shower door installment to plumbing and weatherproofing work. Awesome handyman who is reliable, and my husband and I would highly recommend him to anyone for handyman services.

The service was quick and the cost is reasonable. The faucet was repaired and works as expected. I will use Latimers again.
