Great place for plumbing parts. I urgently needed a couple of parts for kitchen faucets (which are very old) late on December 28th. Neither Lowes nor HD had the parts. Lowes tech suggested I go to Caputos as they have 'everything'. By the time I found the store it was 15 minutes past closing time. I could see someone in the back checking some shelves so I knocked on the door and guy very kindly came to the front door and unlocked it and I explained my predicament. He opened the place up and we went to the back where he checked the sizes of parts I needed, found them and then paid for them and I was out in five minutes. Really great service which is a rarity these days. Also dealing with a such knowlegeable person is unusual these days (unlike Lowes or HD)

Outstanding service. Thought I'd take a chance and give J's a shot. First impressions were very polite and extremely responsive. I had a water heater issue and called J's to assess the problem. He was at my home within an hour of the initial call. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained to me what the problem was and showed the malfunctioning part. He quickly went and got the parts needed and didn't try to upsell the parts and is honest with labor cost. I highly recommend J's for your plumbing issues.

I called Tommy this morning about a leaky garbage disposal. He was here with a new garbage disposal less than an hour later and had it fixed by lunch. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to get the job done. Very reasonable pricing and will definitely use again!

My faucet in my kitchen quit working. I contacted Urbieta Plumbing, and I believe they came out the same day I contacted them, on a holiday weekend! They diagnosed the issue, replaced my faucet, and were on their way. Very friendly and professional. I will be using them again for future repairs, maintenance, etc.

Two sinks in master bath were draining slowly. And if faucet ran water long enough in one sink, water began to back up into other sink. BJ of Drain Doctor expertly and fairly quickly cleared the line/pipe.
I also had him look at drain pipes in our basement where we've had a frustrating problem of an overflowing vent pipe. He made a couple of astute observations and suggested a remedy that a plumber or two had not.
Cost was very reasonable for the service.

These guys get it fixed! We had a tricky kitchen drain clog and they quickly and professionally followed the process until it was identified and corrected. They arrived within the time frame stated and were professional and pleasant to work with. Have heard from other people that JL does large jobs too. Will call them again when needed.

The whole service was great!! Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to anticipate that we were needing an updated part for a future dishwasher install for the following week. This was something that we did not know we would need. A real lifesaver for us. We give him five thumbs up and cannot say enough about the great service!!

Bradley was the 3rd Heating & Air Company I had come to my home when my heat went out on The Coldest Day Of The Year! The 1st told me I had a bad pressure switch and most likely a cracked heat exchanger, after he left & returned with a new switch, it also did not work and he declared a cracked exchanger the problem & a new unit in order, took the new part back and charged me a service call.
The 2nd that came out climbed up to my attic, looked across at the unit, listened to what I told them about the 1st tech that had looked at it, and then went out to inspect my A/C unit for unit size and let me know they would email me an estimate for a new system.
Brandon Bradley came out, took all my heat unit panels off, inspected the heat exchanger and then looked at the pressure switch, he found the valve itself was clogged, cleared it with a paperclip and HEAT!
Hard working, knowledgeable, HONEST!
It was a pleasure to meet him, and I do recommend you do the same!

Holt has been a chore to deal with nearly every time, from the scheduling to the tech being unfriendly, leaving a big mess and often just putting a bandaid on the issue to just be done with it quickly or even making the problem worse so that they have to come back. Would not recommend. One tech caused a mini-flood in our garage and just left and then I could not get anyone to answer the phone since it was just after business hours. It seems like they have about 2 guys who are friendly and know what they are doing and the rest of them just want to half do the job and get out of there as fast as they can.

I'm glad that most people have had a positive experience with this company. However, mine was not as pleasant.
Long story short: They lost my original paperwork. Then the plumber was almost 2 hours late. I called the office twice and was told each time that he was 10 minutes away and would be there.
The plumber never showed and I called the office again and told them to forget it.
The office staff was extremely nice and the lady that I talked to was apologetic and sympathized with me.
I hope they fired that plumber on the spot.

I have 3 units at my house, all which are no older than 5 years old. My upstairs unit went out and I decided to call ARS based upon seeing their trucks around town. They told me I needed a new unit and it was going to cost me $8,000 for a 2 ton unit. Based upon ARS pricing and a neighbors recommendation....I called a different heating and air contractor who has since recently retired and it was only a fan motor which cost me less than $300. I am hoping that the sight of a rather large home did not influence the salemans pricing or need to sale a new unit. I am glad I went with my neighbors recommendation and recommend that everyone get a second opinion. Unit still working great!!!

First of all,let me say that I try my best to utilize small local businesses in my community. However, what unfolded at my home is completely unacceptable.
If you are looking to spend 5 times what you should, and are in the mood for a fight, by all means, give R & S Plumbing a call. Ricky, the owner, went ballistic on me when I questioned his quote, and his method for correcting a water leak. When I gave him his payment ($200 just to find the problem, by digging an 8 hole to put a stop valve on a PVC water pipe!!) and asked him to get off my property, he became so irate that he ripped my check up, and a physical altercation seemed imminent. After several more warnings for him to get off of my property, it took two of his other employees to take him back to his truck. He then sped off at a high rate of speed in my neighborhood where several children live and play.
After he left, I wanted to make sure that my questions were in fact valid. I called two businesses, Mr. Rooter, and Nashville Leak Detect. Both companies laughed out loud about the quote I received, and I will be getting the problem fixed for $400-$500 dollars. The $200 I paid to find the problem would have been included in the total from his competitors. Ricky lied about how much time he spent at my property, lied about not knowing of an above ground detection technology to find a leak, and then quoted an astronomical price ($2500) to run a new water pipe from my meter to my home. Do yourself a favor, and skip this guy. There are several reputable businesses in the area that do better quality work.
