MCH is a state licensed and insured general contractor. We also are state licensed in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services. We are dedicated to providing professional services at affordable prices. We currently serve the greater Nashville. Our advantage over many other contractors is our ability to do all all these services in one company with our employees.

HISTORY

Established in 2011.
Our business was born in 2011 with a small group of talented and experienced men with a desire become a unique home services company in Nashville. We started with Sears installing major appliances. We transitioned from Sears to become the main plumbing contractor for all The Home Depots in Middle Tennessee. These experiences has allowed us work in over 3000 homes in just over five years. As a result, we have seen and experienced the need for competent craftsman using their skills with honesty and integrity. We believe we become that unique company to serve you. We can now build or renovate your home in a number of ways. We are a state licensed general contractor. We also hold state license in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services. We love serving people and seeing exceeding their expectations. We now have 11 employees strong and growing. Give us an opportunity to serve you and exceed your expectations.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Scott has more than 30 years of experience in a wide variety home improvement services. In addition to having renovated multiple residential and commercial structures (while raising a family of 5 along side his wife Rosemary), he owned and operated a financial services business in Knoxville for over 23 years serving people with hard work, honesty and integrity. He has developed skills in working with people and balancing the demands of running a business, Scott's has a desire to serve people and develop competent craftsman to serve you.

I needed an outlet installed for a washing machine, and called several local places. MCH's price estimate was comparable and they were available sooner, so I hired them. Tim and Matt showed up promptly, offered a more detailed price quote, and explained the best- and worst-case scenarios before they started work. They were cheerful, efficient, and cleaned up as they went; the work looks great and functions perfectly. Final cost was under their initial estimate. I hope I won't need any more electrical work for a while, but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling. In the meantime, you should hire them!

These guys have done about 5 different things at my house; plumbing, remodeling, flooring, and yard services. They are my go to people for their efficiency, skills and personal friendliness to my wife and house needs.

I loved these people! They actually did what they said they were going to do. They came out for a quote right away, sent me the finished quote that day (like they said they would), and they were even able to schedule our one day job the very next day due to a last minute cancellation.

And the job itself was done well! We needed to have new lighting installed in our kitchen and they brought all the materials and managed to make sense of our slightly dated electrical system (it's an old house in East Nashville, so 'nough said, right).

They stuck to the quote and I was able to pay it online with our debit card. Super easy, professional, and well done.

We've already scheduled our next quote to have our cabinets and counters replaced, and if this job is any indication, I fully expect to be using them for that job and anything else that comes up in the future.

I just bought my first home and reached out to MCH to provide a quote on replacing a water heater. They sent two guys who were awesome, prompt and courteous. I liked them so much, I wanted to expand my quote to include some plumbing and electrical work. This is when things took a turn for the worse. I needed a quote to give to my title company so they could cut a check for closing.

I called MCH EVERY DAY for almost two weeks. I spoke to the front office, I spoke to one of the owners. I sent them an inspection report so they didn't even need to go to the house site. I NEVER got a quote. I ended up going with GNC plumbing who quoted me TWICE as much as the original MCH quote but immediately got back to me and got the work done in a quick and timely fashion.

I would not recommend this company, despite the fact that some of their employees are great. They had an opportunity to make a really nice amount of money off my closing costs/title company and missed out due to sheer unprofessionalism. They made getting work done on my new home extremely stressful.

Loved working with Music City Handymen! I called them last year for a simple job at my house and they came out quickly and fixed the problem. Since then I have called them back for several jobs, both large and small, all of which have been excellent quality at reasonable prices.

I definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing work done around their home or business.
