I had been wanting to add my antique double washtub to our bathroom in our log home for quit some time. I did not want to drill into the tub but rather use the existing  small drain holes in the back of the tub. Justin came out evaluated it and came up with a plan to make it work for me. We love how it turned out. Next I refinished a clawfoot tub with copper and pewter. I wanted the old telephone style faucet with piping on the outside. Justin plumbed all of that up for me also. I don't think there is a job he can't tackle.

Great people, always fix plumbing problems at our preschool (9 bathrooms!) promptly and professionally.

We called Republic Plumbing after a neighbor recommended them. They were wonderful. Easy to schedule and were on time. They fixed our issue quickly. What a great company!

I have had issues with the water heater in my home for months. Every time I called, Nick, the owner of the company, was at my house the same day and made sure I had hot water that same day. I am grateful to have sound a reliable, kind, and prompt responding plumbing service. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Called at 8 am and was told they would be at my house between 12-2 the same day since they were only five minutes from me. Was told to send him my info (address) and phone number and they would call 20 minutes before coming. Hung up immediately sent text. At 2 still no word so I shot another text asking if they were still coming. No response. At about 2:40-2:45 I called...no answer so I left a message asking him to call me back...it's now 8:33 pm and no response. Really disappointed that not only did I cut my day short to make sure I was here for them when they didn't show but I also didn't call anyone else trying to give them the benefit of the doubt...guess I will be calling a different business tomorrow. If he wasn't going to make it he could have called or texted me back. I would've understood as things happen but to not respond just makes me feel like my job as my important because it wasn't a bigger issue.

These guys are dependable, talented and reasonable.  Highly recommend!!

I called on the 4th of July and left a message, not realizing that the phone number I was calling was Mr. Keagy's mobile phone and not the office phone. I called again the next day and he was trying to organize the calls he had gotten in order to get to all of his customers without wasted driving . My problem was a leak under the bathroom sink - turned out to be old valves. Mr. Keagy took pictures and gave me a pretty fair quote. They arrived within 2-3 hours of my call, had all of the parts needed to make the repair and completed the work within an hour. In addition, he stayed to answer some questions I had about making my bathroom accessible. Very satisfied with the work, professionalism and timeliness.

We have loved using Ferrell's services for five years. Todd is always responsive and helpful. He's honest if he doesn't have time to get to your issue right away. We have a 25 year old house that is showing her age. Ferrell's is great at coming through with a solution. Great value for the service. Always courteous and tidy. Great technicians too. We highly recommend Ferrell's.

The owners recollection of what occurred is flawed.  He didn't diagnose anything.  Just took money for housecall and went into a sales  pitch trying to take advantage of my wife and sell her an overpriced replacement heater.  We fixed the problem with 100 parts and labor from a more reputable local company who said waterheater was in great shape and shouldn't be replaced.  Hot water heater looks and runs new.   Of course we called and complained.  And we will never use them again. In 5 years of living in nashville, this is my only negative review of any business.  I believe this is not a reputable company and needs to be outed as such.

If I could choose No stars I would.  I called them last Saturday because the toilets were backed up and sewage backing up into the shower.  Was told they couldn't make it out until Monday morning between 9 - 10 am.  Thank God for my neighbors who tolerated me Sunday and Monday morning.  Took the day off work (which is very difficult to get) and NO ONE showed up or called. When I called them to see when they were coming out I was told I wasn't scheduled until Tues! Remember I have No toilets. That work.  I agreed to Tues after work. Bothering my neighbors for one more day.  AGAIN a no show!  Thank God Holts plumbing came on out.  I decided to call and voice my complaint. Was told the manager would call me back.  Well, it's Saturday again and still No call!  Terrible to do anyone like this!

We had a leak and Micheal came out to check it out. He was sent my our rental management company. He was negligent when checking the leak out leading to a huge flood of sewage and all over our homes lower level. He left an enormous mess of water and feces all over my home. Left trash covering my driveway like his clothes and shop towels. Left pipes leaking. Absolutely disgusting.
