H & R Backhoe & Plumbing

Over the last 4 days I had a cascade of plumbing issues.  The worst of the issues was a septic system that was backing up.  They came in and took care of my urgent issues of a kitchen faucet replacement, hot water shutoff replacement (He replaced it and the cold-water shutoff too as they were 35 years old), shower water diverter, then he diagnosed my septic problem and fixed it so that I should not have the same kind of problem again.  They worked in a professional manner and had completed all these issues in about 2-hours. The best surprise was when he handed me my bill.  I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and all my plumbing issues were over.  I have finally found a plumber I believe is there to do a good job for me and not to sell me on more services and annual contracts!

Wonderful to work with, fit our needs into their schedule perfectly ! Would use again and highly recommend them ! Very professional, reliable and affordable. They even did a few extra things for us while they were there that I did not ask for when I originally scheduled them. Hands down a good company and it is hard to find these days !

They were awesome last year used them for a clog came out in a few hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes and it was reasonably priced! People were great too!!! Super nice!

Unfortunately it took me two times to realize what they're saying is fact so I had to have them come back out today.  6/13

Just like the first visit they were able to squeeze me in they were here almost exactly when they said they would be they came in they did a job they were professional they were courteous and they were done I will continue to use them for any of our plumbing issues going forward thank you so much!!

We had a sink emergency and H&R fit us in to their schedule. They showed up and were so professional and polite. Not a lot of fanfare, but were very quick and efficient. I will definitely use them for any future needs.

They do quality work at a very competitive rate. We have used them several times with great results.

Great service from Herschel. Fist time hearing about them. They were mindful of social distancing and wearing masks, which I appreciated. Him and for you g lady were very professional. Replaced a 20 year old garage disposal that went out on us. I will definitely call them next time I need some work done.
