Best Plumbing Services in United States
What a pleasure doing business with this company. Called at 3:00 Friday afternoon, Michael Shaver (owner) answered the phone immediately and told me he would have someone there within 2 hours and that the plumber would call when he was a half hour away. (Might I add that this was not an emergency call, I just happened to discover a leak under the kitchen sink). Josh was there within an hour, having called when he was a 1/2 hour out as promised. Josh was an absolute professional and both my husband and I enjoyed standing in the kitchen talking to him as he laid under the kitchen sink fixing the problem. I only wish all service people and company owners showed the amount of professional that Michael and Josh did. I highly recommend this company (and would ask for Josh!) and thank them and wish them all the best! Hope we don't have too many plumbing problems, but will only call this company in the future, knowing that they are the best of the best!

Mr Mendoza was called to continue a job someone left started on rebuilding two rooms a and a bathroom. He came prepared looked around did some measuring and while he was doing so asking questions on what material and things. Did a couple of suggestions which I liked and accept and wrote an estimate on cost of project and by when will it be finished. I told him the house was going to be all his tomorrow since I was going out on a business trip. He came the next morning with his crew I handle him the keys and left. Two weeks later we met at my residence and he provide me the keys, I looked around everything was perfectly fine, not a thing was broken or missing and left everything good as new . I was very pleased with Mr Mendoza and will keep calling on him for other projects. He is trustworthy and sincere will recommend him to everyone.

I had an extremely positive experience setting up this appointment. They fit me in to a seemingly busy schedule and the man in charge of setting it up was very pleasant and polite. However, when the plumber arrived to my condo, he was very condescending and very rude. He got water all over my bathroom and smelled of cigarette smoke. He kept questioning why l wanted my shower fixed. I felt as though he was talking down to me the entire visit.

Jewell Mechanical is the best. I was first introduced to them when my HVAC unit went out at my home a few years ago. They were awesome. Fast forward to now, I'm just as pleased with their plumbing services. Brandon, and Scott were both extremely professional and knowledgable. I felt at ease. All my questions were answered. I'm really pleased with Jewell Mechanical as a whole. They're professional, but have a nice small town charm to them. They do great, solid work. And they stand by their work. Even the people that answer the calls on the front end are pleasing to talk to. I will recommend Jewell Mechanical to anyone that needs HVAC or Plumbing work. You won't be disappointed. Now, if they happen to get an electrical department, I know who I'd call for all my house needs! Keep up the great work!!!

I've had two experiences with Lee Company, one for electrical work and the other for a HVAC quote.
For starters, I booked an appointment and was given a four hour window of when the technician would arrive. I ended up having to reschedule because an hour and a half past the scheduled time slot, they still did not arrive. I ended up having to cancel and reschedule.
When the technician came out the next day, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He was somewhat pushy with trying to pitch additional services and work.
All in all, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and the rate I was charged was reasonable. I was disappointed with the sales tactics and the tardiness but the technician did good work, the rate was reasonable, and he was courteous. I'm somewhat understanding of the tardiness due to the pandemic, but it was still pretty late even factoring that in.
I followed up with a HVAC quote (the first technician set that up). The second technician I worked with was also late. He was extremely pushy, and rude. Not only was I not told the truth (as I came to later find out), but he was incredibly rude and I had to pry to get basic information.
For example,
Me: What is the model you are quoting me?
Salesman:Why do you want to know? You wont find anything on it.
Me: Well this is potentially a big investment, so I'd like to do some additional research.
Him: How do you plan to research? Do you know people in the industry? You won't find anything.
Me: Well I would appreciate this basic info.
Him: Well I'll have to look up the model.
He also quoted a price and then used scare tactics if you go with another company, your house could be permanently damaged and you would be stuck with that damage. You dont want that, do you?
He also asked what other companies quoted the work. I was honest and told him that I planned to get 3 or 4 quotes, as this is a big investment.
He sneered and told me If you want to spend the time you can. You won't find another company that will do it cheaper, and if you do, they won't know what they are doing and you'll have some kid fresh out of school installing your HVAC and messing up your house.
He also asked what brand of unit I had been quoted and I said American Standard. He then said that We use Trane, which is better.
Me: Isn't Trane and American Standard the same thing?
Him: American Standard is a lesser make than Trane and is made differently.
When he left I did some research, and come to find out that American Standard purchased Trane's HVAC division in 1984, and they are now identical, with the exception being the name plate on the unit. Turns out they are made in the same places too.
I could provide other examples, but suffice to say, I couldn't wait until this guy left my house.
Needless to say, I will not be using Lee Company to meet my HVAC needs.

Warning!!
Do not use this company they will rip you off!
technician Shaun H. came out to my house for my tankless water heater. Gave me a price of 3400 to completely replace it. I gave the exact model number to the same distributor they use which is Ferguson and I got a price for the unit $1450. dollars. it's a two hour job so why would they charge me an additional 2000 in labor? bought the unit myself and gave it to a local plumber he charged me $500 to put it in and I was completely done out the door with a brand new unit the same one as quoted by Sean forthousands less.
Run from this company or they will rob you blind.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our property management company required us to use them when we noticed a leak. The technicians were friendly but couldn't locate the leak - they cut out the wall, then asked for more of the drywall to be cut out and they would return at no charge to try and get to the root of the problem. We had the drywall guy come out and cut out the wall and we never could get anyone to return our calls to come back out. The only response w ever got was the $600 bill. Absolute HORRIBLE business practice. Do not recommend.

Sullivan Plumbing is great! We have been using them for years.. they are fast, good, smart, honest and fair. I wouldn't consider any other plumbing company. Do yourself a favor and skip the companies that have the fancy trucks and advertising everywhere (those things cost money, which is why they may try to upsell you). Sullivan Plumbing will shoot straight and get your work done quickly!

Hailey is great. We've used him for years and he is always available in an emergency and always does a first rate job at a reasonable price.

bought an hour's worth of service on Groupon. Called them every business day for a week, and never got a call back. Guess they dont need my business. I will contact Groupon for a refund.

I used Maynard for years until 2013. They always seemed to stand behind the customer when they were Maynard Fixurecraft, but they were bought out and became Maynard select. It seems they care more about their bottom line than they do the customer. They probably made 30,000 dollars off of my company on average per year when we started using them in 2006. This past year they made a grave mistake when fixing our cake freezer around Valentine's day, in which they came out and claimed to fix our freezer, only for us to STOCK it with 1,000$+ in product and us to lose all product over night. When we came back the next day, our whole restaurant was shaking violently because they hadn't fixed the issue properly (not to mention melted cakes and novelties all over our freezer and ground). When I inquired about the issue with the manager, he said they are not perfect 100% of the time and will make mistakes. He even shaved off some labor for us, essentially saving us a couple of hundred dollars. Problem is, they came back out and fixed the issue and a couple of days later we lost all product again. Thanks for saving us a couple of hundred on labor when you costed us thousands in potential sales (sarcasm). I had to call Ecolab to come fix the problems (in which they properly diagnosed and fixed) and its now late August and I have not had an issue since. Maynard should have eaten the cost and taken care of a loyal customer. Instead, they called me and only cared about the past due bill (which I refused to pay until recently). I just said screw it, and took care of the bill because I was giving them a chance to remedy the situation, in which they just didn't care. My company is expanding and now all my service needs are going to Ecolab and Superior refrigeration. Big mistake Maynard! I hope you learn that the customer ALWAYS comes first! The ONLY reason for the 2 star rating is that they were solid before and I hope they can be that customer service oriented company they once were!

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues. Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.

I was very disappoint in the attitude of the plumber. Excellent Customer service is the key to any business and without it you will lose business and future customers.
