H2O came out within just a couple of hours of our call to fix our water well issue and get our water flowing again.  They were thorough in checking the entire system out one they finished the repair, and were courteous and professional.  I would recommend them for well service to anyone.

Called in plumbing issue. Kelly answered and was super pleasant. Guys were here within 10 minutes. Great, quick work and fairly priced!

I have seen some of their work and met one of there worker's. Did not get a phone number because I was in a big rush. But come the middle of this month I am going to have them remodel one of my bathrooms.

They came  out to fix my heater  and found  out my hot water  tank  was leaking  quoted me a price  to replace  it and my fixed  heater  cam out the next  day to replace  my heater   they are top notch I highly recommend this  company

Awesome guys, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all with him being at my house. (My husband was a little worried.) The did a same day service and it was very last minute. Would recommend to anyone. Very professional. Made sure everything was good before he left.

Do not waste your time. So frustrating to be contracted to Stone Creek Plumbing through home warranty and the owner never returns phone calls to home warranty via email or by phone. I finally contacted them directly and the owner says he will call me back and never calls. After waiting, I contacted my home warranty and told them my frustration with this company not contacting me to setup a time to fix my plumbing. The work order was put on Wednesday and it is now Monday and still have not heard from them. My home warranty followed up and the representative contacted them and behold he spoke to the owner and he said he was unable to do the work. If you can't fulfill commitments with home warranty claims than get off their list of contractors and do prospective customers a favor.

As a business owner you need to understand the importance of good customer service.

These guys are great. My hot water tank went out on a Sunday afternoon. These guys showed up quickly and looked and acted so professional. I appreciated the way they took care of the problem. I would highly recommend this company

We had an emergency water leak this week, and called Spot On Plumbing, because they seemed to be a small local business. Ryan came out quickly and  fixed the problem, and then, we had him repair a few other issues we were having with faucets, a toilet and had him  check our 20 year old, under performing hot water heater. He was efficient,  professional and friendly,  wore booties in the house, and left us with  estimates for 3 new hot water heaters, so that we could choose good, better, best for our needs.  We did have him come back to replace the hot water tank and were very happy with the results. We also felt like the price was fair and reasonable.  Thank you Ryan, and Spot On Plumbing!

I recently had a home heating issue during the Thanksgiving weekend (2015). No heat for a couple days! There were a few power outages locally due to inclement weather during the Turkey Day holiday, so I was unsure about the cause of my loss of home heat. Called the folks at Air Comfort Solutions today (11-30-2015) and spoke with Nigel who got me an appointment time within 2 hours of my call! Awesome! My ACS Service Tech (Mr Tony L.) was THE MAN!! He diagnosed the problem w/my furnace within MINUTES!! No guessing, delays, nor jacked-up repair estimates! Mr 'Tony' explained the problem in detail and what MAY have to be done in the future, should my furnace act-up again. (He even gave me a money-saving tip on that 'future repair'). Check THIS out!.. While writing my bill, Tony reminded me about the $25.00 Service Discount coupon(that I forgot about and left inside the house on my coffee table). He was never even inside the house! He went straight from his vehicle to my attic where the furnace is. My experience with Air Comfort Solutions (Moore OK) was OUTSTANDING! From the Customer Service ('Nigel') to the SUPERMAN technician that saved-the-day (Tony)! I read some of the negative reviews, but MY experience was ALL THE OPPOSITE!

I have to say I don't recommend this company to my friend or anyone I know or even a stranger.  First of all, the receptionist is very rude and disrespectful.  She raises her voice and gets snappy.  After a work was done, my bathroom sink was full of trash and the floor was a mess.  When it started to leak again, I requested another plumber to come and fix it.  They sent me the same incompetent tech to fixed it, so I called them back and asked why.  They said their company policy is to send the same tech to fix it.  I insisted on sending someone else or at least send someone to supervise him so the job would get done properly this time, but what they told me was if I didn't accept the same tech, I needed to call other plumber.  They even wouldn't consider to send someone to supervise at all.  No apology, no respect, no empathy, no flexibility.  I had something else done by this company, and they used outdated parts that fell apart when I had other plumber come and fixed it.  I'm not sure if they didn't know the part was outdated or used it knowingly.  I had to have bigger job done only a month or so after I had them work on my plumbing.  I don't really believe that they checked and see what I really needed done at that time although I paid them substantial amount of money.  Why can I tell?  It's because I watched while the other plumber work and saw what he found.  That wouldn't have happened in such a short period of time.  No honesty.  I' trying to think very hard to say anything good about this business, but I simply can't.  Not to mention, the price is higher than any other plumbing company I have ever dealt with in the past.

Awful!  Do not sign an agreement with them. They promise that you get priority service!  Not true. They also say that they will have someone out and 10 hours later and 4 calls later they cannot get ahold of the manager or the service rep. Do not waste your time.   Call someone else!

Called to schedule an appointment for a client. They never called her or myself back, didn't show up. Completely unreliable and unprofessional to not call back. Only open until noon on Fridays so don't bother if you have an emergency.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor customer service and poor plumbing work. We used this company for years, probably 8+.  Then one day we had them out to repair a disposal and a leak from an upstairs bathroom, this was a leak they had repaired 2 times prior which required cutting into our kitchen and downstairs bathroom ceiling each time.  The most recent time the plumber came out, after arriving 4.5 hours after his expected arrival time and said he could not fix that day bc required two men and a new disposal.  I asked when they would be back and he said he would have office call.  3 weeks later the office called.  At that point my answer was a big No thank you. We hired another company and one man was able to do the job but found that the leak was from bad repairs the previous 2 times.  Instead of replacing the pipe that leaked they patched it in 3 places.  Thanks George Patrick's Plumbing now my ceiling has to be cut into a third time! It's almost 800$ to have ceiling repaired.  This is now times 3.  That is in addition to the 2,000$ plumbing bill to repair the mess up.  Do not recommend this company
