Precision Plumbing

This company is the best!
I put in a call to Precision Plumbing as a friend recommended them.  Mike came this morning and had to be the best plumber I have ever worked with.  He was professional, courteous, and experienced.  His diagnostic skills were exemplary, and he saved me a lot of money by fixing only what needed to be done rather than what I thought was broken.  What's more is that most companies come, diagnose, and then don't have the parts for the repair, thus costing another service visit fee.  Not this company. Mike came with all needed parts and was done within a reasonable period of time.  I AM IMPRESSED, and I can assure you that I don't impress easily.

Single Women BEWARE!!!

This company literally wrecked a $10,000 basement drainage system I had in place for 18 years. Never had one leak. Now I have to wet vac every time it rains!  The Owner said they would take care of it, if it was there fault. I sent him ACTUAL PHOTOS of where his worker cut off my drainage system. (I had asked them repeatedly not to mess with it!). And they wouldn't even respond. They overcharged, under delivered and were so unprofessional. They would never have done this to a man. It will cost me about $2,000 to correct their careless mistake. They will charge for things they do not provide, and send under educated workers if they can get away with it. Please beware of this company. They are only after your money. No ethics.

This plumbing company was called out to my friends house to fix his toilets. They told him to get his septic tank pumped after charging $425.00. He did so and it didn't help. He called them to fix the problem and they told him there would be more charges when they came back out. Then they never showed up and didn't call back, after 3 days. They finally called Tuesday saying they would be out Wednesday morning and they never showed.
