Plumbing is not hip or fun.  I write restaurant reviews, motherfuckers.  Who cares that Tomlinson shows up on time or earlier?  Or that they stand by their service to the point of not charging for labor on return visits?  Or that they will take care of multiple jobs on one call?  I wish I didn't have to, but I do.  I'm sure there are cheaper outfits in town, but the guys at Tomlinson are the best.  They don't even mind showing you how to do what they're doing.  I can't say enough good things.  Sorry this isn't edgy or clever.  I just like these plumbers.

We had to have our water lines replaced.  The guys did a great job.  Our estimate from Absolute Comfort was a fraction of a competitor's estimate.  They also moved the lines for our washer, cleaned out our crawl space, and installed a water softener.  We have more work that needs to be done, and we will be using Absolute Comfort again!

Great service & price. Had an old water softener replaced & a tankless water heater installed. The owner personally called me & made the quote, visited the job in progress, and visited after to make sure I was completely satisfied with the products and the work. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, & professional. My water system is much improved! Highly recommended.

I called Friday about a leak in a bathroom sink. He told me they were very busy, but could get to me on Monday. He called Monday and asked if he could come out and I agreed. Within a few moments they were at my house. Both gentlemen wore face coverings, which I appreciated. They checked on the sink but did not find a leak. However, they did find the sink was not up to code, lacking a shut off valve. They put one under both bathroom sinks. They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and very professional. They are in the neighborhood, so I will use them again!

Excellent work.  Had never used them before and found them as a provider for my water heater's warranty.  Quick, accurate, had the parts on the truck so it was a quick repair at a reasonable price.  Been over a week and the water heater is still working great.  Will definitely use them again.

We had them out to replace our sump pump line. They told us we could run it to the front of the house, or save $800 and run it to the back so it would be away from the tree that caused the original damage. I asked if the HOA would be okay with this and Service Plus said they do it all the time and it would be fine. We now have pooling water in our backyard and our neighbor's backyard. The City of Westfield came out and said the job is not up to code. Service Plus refuses to correct the issue and would not listen to the representative from the city who was trying to explain how to avoid doing it wrong in the future.

We had Just Drains out 9/17/21 for a clogged drain backing up in toilet and bathtub. Gentleman couldn't fixtures problem so they said they sent the supervisor out and it was fine. Called back 10/6/21 to let them know that it wasn't working again and the property is a rental and is vacant and has been vacant since they were out in 9/17/21, and they said they would call me this morning 10/7/21 and they didn't and I called the office and the lady in there was so rude and stand offish and kept hanging up on me because I couldn't tell her what they did because I was driving and didn't have the invoice in front of me however I gave her the date, name and address and asked if she could look it up and she told me I was rude?!!!! She was the rudest person in customer service I have ever dealt with in my 55 years. She has no business dealing with customers period. I am requesting a full refund and its a shame we have several rental properties have used them over the years, and I will NEVER use them again. They don't want to honor the 30 day Guarantee as it states on their website or don't know how to fix it, and thats fine, them just return our money and I am calling another company.

We had them come to open up our clogged drains. Boy! Did they open the drains!!! It is now running though our downstairs ceilings. The company will not take credit. Said it was our fault because we have old pipes. They advertise licensed plumbers but both gentlemen where not licensed, they told us that, after they were finished. After contacting the company, the lady was very rude and won't give their license number or bond information.

We bought a furnace almost 1yr ago. Just after Thanksgiving our furnace stopped. It would run then stop for 3-4hrs. We called they came out first time guy told us we need a new filter, then later at 3am it stopped again same problem charged $59. We call again same problem, another guy plus 1 come told us that whole in foundation house 103 yrs old; then he also asked if someone came downstairs and turned off furnace $59. My mother is 86 she's a cold natured person so NO. I can turn off thermostat 4-5 times then it may start having to keep temp @ 90. So again 3rd time it cuts off at 12:00am called 24hr service I stayed up waiting for someone to come finally fell asleep @ 530am they called @ 7am I'm sleep didn't hear phone. I called again asking for supervisor told them not paying another $59. I'm pissed off now. Will be calling BBB Monday morning. Waiting for another person he keeps asking how is it 79 degrees in house if furnace isnt working HEATERS. 86yr old woman in cold house during am hours I'M PISSED THE HELL OFF WILL BE CALLING ALL STATIONS AND CONTACTING LAWYER. Warranty will be out 12/30/21. I wish I could give less than zero rating.

We used Mr Plumber today to unclog our kitchen sink. Their $93 or free policy is pretty legit. The young man who showed up was polite and quick to get to work. So far we are very happy with the service and I can finally do my dishes again.

Doing a full five stars because they offer a 1year guarantee. When I was price shopping most did not offer any sort of guarantee.

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts.  I think this was excessive.

Do not call this plumber!  I was forced to call him through my warranty service, but now realize that I would prefer not to even have the warranty plan if they ask me to use companies like Ameri-Plumb.

The owner of this company is Jon and he should strongly consider a career change immediately.
