I've had a few different workers for different projects (garbage disposal and leak) the last week. Both workers were timely, nice, and efficient with their time. Should I ever have a different plumbing issue, I will definitely use Carters My Plumber!

We had Gluff Plumbing come to our home to assist with a new/updated connection for our laundry room. Caleb was exactly on time and was extremely professional and courteous. He provided us with an estimate for the work and was able to complete the job very promptly. His customer service was absolutely top-notch and he even identified items to improve at no cost to us.

When he finished the job, he was actually under his cost estimate!

I can say with all certainty, I would not hesitate to call Gluff Plumbing for any plumbing need we have.

I was lucky enough to be recommended Plumb On by a neighbor through our neighborhood FB group. I had just moved into my house and needed a garbage disposal and dishwasher installed. I had done some shopping around and was shocked at what some of the big plumbing outfits around were going to charge me. All of the pricing with Plumb On is listed on their website and if there are any extra needed parts, Corey lets you know upfront.

Fast forward to 10 months in my house and I've also had Plumb On install my water softener and do a repair. All of the work has been great. Corey has an attention for detail and everything is done well. Plumb On is my plumber from now on. I've recommended him to numerous people on our neighborhood FB page and the guy who recommended him to me always concurs. Also have recommended him to several friends and they are very happy as well.

Highly recommend this company, after comparing costs and warranties and other options, we decided to go with Coopers water conditioning system, we absolutely love it, it was a big investment but definitely worth it, Cooper was priced most reasonably,  and their install was fast and professional.

Kyle was very responsive to my inquiry.  I had a leaky old water heater that needed to be replaced.  Kyle scheduled me on same day.  Job was done in roughly 3 hours  and was done professionally.  I would recommend this vendor to friends

I called a number of plumbers during my plumbing issues. I had trouble with people calling me back and locking down quotes. Plumb Doctor always answered their calls, showed up when they said, explained what they were doing, and were upfront on price.

Unprofessional and Unreliable. Luckily, I contacted him to confirm our appointment and he said he couldn't make it. I reminded him that I made special arrangements for the time to work and asked if he could make it work. Nope was the answer and no apology was offered. I wasted a week thinking he was going to take care of my repairs.

I had an appointment to install a battery backup sump pump in my basement.  I previously purchased a new system that needed to have the old pump cut off and the new pump glued on and two switches attached at appropriate levels to activate the pump and indicate high water.  3 technicians showed up and informed me it was going to cost $525 or I had to pay $65 because they came out.  I told them I had the right to refuse an unreasonable quote and I wasn't going to pay $65 for a crappy quote that they could have given me on the phone.  I offered time and materials and they refused as they are only allowed to work according to accepted quotes.  I always thought quotes were developed based on time /labor and materials and not just made up sight unseen.  I am an older guy with a heart condition.  I know what this job entails.  I just can't do it myself.  I don't expect to be taken advantage of but $525 is CRAZY.

Made a referral through my home warranty. Did not reach out to us. I called them eventually and set an appointment for a Wednesday between 12-6. Took half a day off of work. Showed up Wednesday at 7:00 PM w/ no call or confirmation he was still coming. Stayed for 7 minutes. Clearly did not even test the drain. Did not fix the leak. Called less than 10 minutes after he left. No response. Called approximately 10 times the next three days. Nobody at the office, nobody returned calls, nobody acknowledged the job was not finished.  

 
Contacted my HW again and they finally set another appointment with me the next week between 1 and 5 pm. Took another half day off of work. Never showed up again. Never called again. Never heard from them again. Lost two half days of work and still have a leak. The worst experience I've had with a plumber.

After calling several plumbers about getting a battery backup sump pump for my basement I talked to R and R. They did the plumbing in my new house and were fixing a few items so I asked how much there cost was. They were 50% less than two others. I new that the other two seemed high so was relieved to find a reasonable cost. Plumber was great got here right on time also they use a good zoller pump and maintenance free battery. Took them around 1hr to complete. It's one of those items you don't want to use but glad to have it done.

Had a new heat pump installed in out home. Moved in two years ago and had people out twice to do repairs. Last one suggested we look into a new system. They are expensive, no doubt about that. I was impressed with Williams 15 yr bumper to bumper warranty. We may not even live in house past 5 but it's nice to know it's covered. It does require a maintenance package, but you should do that any way. Installers were friendly and polite. Efficient and explained everything to us. Made some suggestions but didn't push anything. 1 year guarantee if I don't like it I can have then take it out and refund my money. Gotta love that, so we'll see if our heating and cooling cost go down.

Final update 4/25/19:
After my husband spoke to the owner on Easter Sunday, a different team of plumbers came this week and fixed the two separate shower parts that were improperly installed by the first two teams sent. They said they were installed backwards. They were professional and prompt and the issues are resolved.

Due to no one showing up on to one of the scheduled days, the owner calling me a liar on Facebook (I wrote a review there too) and it taking 3 visits to have the showers fixed due to them improperly installing the parts in the first place, I would still not recommend this company.

Second Update after they responded and said they didn't work on our rental property:

Snappy Services saying they didn't install shower valves as of 4-21. Not only did they install one, they came back and installed a second one after it broke in our master bathroom last week. Again, they installed that one incorrectly. They have been ordered by Goal Properties Indiana to come back out to my residence and re-work the improper installation. Nice try Snappy Services. I'll be sharing your response with the maintenance manager from Goal Properties Indiana and you can take it up with them as one of their subcontractor.

Extremely unprofessional. Called early in the week to confirm work requirements and time. Day of execution rolls around and I hear nothing. Call the company and they have the tech text me and says he will be an hour and a half late. Ironically enough, they were scheduled to come back to fix a shower mixer that they installed backwards. Not sure how a plumber can mess that simple task up. Wouldn't anticipate excellent follow through or customer service. Hard pass.
