Best Plumbing Services in United States
I've had a few different workers for different projects (garbage disposal and leak) the last week. Both workers were timely, nice, and efficient with their time. Should I ever have a different plumbing issue, I will definitely use Carters My Plumber!

We used Gluff plumbing again for an issue that arose over Christmas. As in previous visits, they were extremely professional and courteous. The technician, Matt, diagnosed a tricky issue with our pipes and promptly corrected the problem.
I highly recommend Gluff Plumbing.

Need an amazing plumber in a rush? Al Hopkins is your man!
Our sub pump went out and he came quickly and installed a new one with his son. He also recommended a back up sub pump but wasn't pushy at all about it. He was extremely knowledgeable about all our plumbing needs so we gave him a call when we thought we had a broken pipe.
He came by again and knew exactly what the issue was, fixed it, and recommended a great company to come drywall our ceiling where there was dripping.
Hire him for all your plumbing needs! Don't hesitate! He does great work and we are so glad we found him.

I had an appointment to install a battery backup sump pump in my basement. I previously purchased a new system that needed to have the old pump cut off and the new pump glued on and two switches attached at appropriate levels to activate the pump and indicate high water. 3 technicians showed up and informed me it was going to cost $525 or I had to pay $65 because they came out. I told them I had the right to refuse an unreasonable quote and I wasn't going to pay $65 for a crappy quote that they could have given me on the phone. I offered time and materials and they refused as they are only allowed to work according to accepted quotes. I always thought quotes were developed based on time /labor and materials and not just made up sight unseen. I am an older guy with a heart condition. I know what this job entails. I just can't do it myself. I don't expect to be taken advantage of but $525 is CRAZY.

Caution!
This company was assigned to us by our Home Warranty company. We needed to replace our water heaters. Dealing with Premier was difficult since communication was extremely poor. The level of professionalism left something to be desired. I will attribute this to the management. Since the employee was pleasant to work with.
After five days of dealing with them and not knowing when they were coming or whether or not they had our water heaters, we decided to go with a different company.
Do you research before embarking in any home project.
Cheers!

R&R plumbed the house I recently purchased, so I decided to see if they could swap out two (taller) toilets for me. I'd already purchased the toilets I wanted, so I called and left a message with their service line. A nice woman called me back within an hour and offered me an appointment the next morning! Can't beat that for service. The plumber Danny showed up within the window of time promised and was quite friendly/knowledgeable. He even had his own wax rings and didn't have to use those I bought. He went to work, and had the two toilets swapped out as well as a bidet installed on one in no time! He examined them both with me to ensure there were no leaks, and that they functioned properly before he left. He placed the two original commodes very neatly in my garage as I'd requested on two trash bags. The price was more than reasonable for this job, also. I was able to pay with a credit card via their Clover service.
Two thumbs up!

We used this company for many years to clean and service our furnace and air conditioning units. Within the past 4 years the service has declined drastically! We had a technician that apparently sabotaged our air conditioner while servicing it several years ago. It was working perfectly when he got there (we believe he released several pounds of Freon) as the air conditioner failed after he left! We called another company who Fixed the problem by adding back the Freon that had mysteriously been lost. That was 4 years ago and the unit still works perfectly! The new company we were using ended up being purchased by Williams comfort air. Lucky us! We had our unit serviced about a month ago. The technician was more concerned in selling us parts that are still working and did very little cleaning . My husband always watches the service techs as we have lost a level of trust their advertising boasts about! This tech did sub par work. Specifically, the tech did not check or clean the evaporator drain, did not inspect evaporator coils, did not measure outgoing plenum temperature, he did not clean the furnace, he did not measure the high and low side refrigerant pressures. He did not e-mail or provide a copy of the measurements from above that's usually given because he never made the measurements in the first place. These measurements will give a bill of health of just how our system is performing. All he did was try to sell me parts. The above work is typical of what a service man is to perform. Williams Comfort Air did this in the past; however, they are now only interested in collecting for high-priced parts and service contracts. We gave Williams Comfort Air a second chance to make good. So now, we will NEVER give Williams Comfort Air another chance.

The technician sent to my home was pleasant but after assessing the issue told me he didn't have crimpers in his truck so he couldn't fix the problem that day. I was told the necessary fix would be sent to the warranty company and I would be notified by Snappy when they received a reply. No call 5 days later. I called the tech and he informed me that he had been fired so he could not help me. I called the office and was told they would follow up. 2 more days pass so I called back and was told I needed to follow up with my warranty company. When I told the receptionist that it was probably because they fired the tech and it fell through the cracks she became indignant. She said he was fired days later and it had nothing to do with my service. I told her they need to follow up with the warranty company to make sure they received the tech's recommendations. She said it wasn't on her and that I needed to do it. I told her not to cash my deductible check or I was coming for them (which is what I am doing by writing a poor review on every site possible). She said you aren't coming for us, and we already cashed your check, then hung up on me. After calling the warranty company I was told that they had in fact NOT sent the tech's work assessment in and that I had been waiting for a week because of Snappy's incompetence. Through the warranty company Snappy offered to send out a new tech but I declined because I did not feel good about having them in my home after the way I had been treated. Snappy sent over the original tech's assessment while I was on the phone with the warranty company and because I declined for Snappy to send out one of their techs, the warranty company sent Snappy a denial of their assessment and rescheduled me with a new company. The receptionist posted on my FB review On a side note, we cannot help if your home warranty did not approve your claim. We advised you to call them to get more information, but beyond that we are at a loss on how to move forward. Again a lie because they had not submitted the necessary work to my warranty company when I spoke to her on the phone. There are way too many competent companies in this area to put up with such foolishness. I am not the first person to write a poor review of this company and know I will not be the last. If you care about your home, do not use them for service.
