Established in 2001.
I began my business as Heffner and Associates in 2001. I changed the name of the company to Heffner Plumbing several years later. I'm a 1-man plumbing company specializing in residential service work for the west side of Indianapolis, Brownsburg, Avon and Plainfield.

I had Heffner Plumbing come out to install two no charge warranty parts on my water heater. They were at my house for 1 1/2 hours and I was charged $425 dollars. I was charged $170 dollars for him to fill out a form for the warranty parts. I think this was excessive.
