We used Dutton plumbing to sweep our chimney and they were fantastic! Quick scheduling, very responsive, and friendly! They are knowledgeable and efficient! We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs! Highly recommend!

They replaced our well pump and it appears they did not flush the line afterwards as our water was dirty with mud and sediment. Our whole-home filter was clogged with mud and they eventually bypassed it to feed our lines with dirty water. I'm not a plumber, but I do believe a thorough flush would have prevented this. Was told the sediment may even damage our appliances by one of his people. Their employees also trampled mud throughout our utility room and left our carpet wet without even an apology. Also, after noticing some work had been done that was not completed prior, we realized their employees had entered our home without our knowledge and without knocking. When my husband spoke with Rick over the phone on the matter, he states he didn't know. Would never call this company again.

As a general rule, I am the only one who ever performs work on my house or cars.  On Christmas I had a pipe burst (come to find out it was 3) on the 3rd floor.  Troy came out and found the issue in the maze of plumbing lines that run through my house.  I was really impressed that he was able to do it so quickly and with minimal drywall removal.  Once he found the issues, he was able to make the repairs very quickly.  He was extremely respectful of my home and left it extra clean when he left.  I think it's awesome to see someone who is an expert in their craft probably because there are so very few that I've come across.  Although I've done many plumbing jobs over the years, this is the one area that I won't hesitate to call the expert - Troy.  That in itself would speak volumes to you if you knew what a perfectionist that I am.  Do yourself a favor the next time you have a plumbing problem, call Troy.  You won't be sorry!!!

Andrews was the best by far when I had to replace the furnace in my modular house three years ago. One company didn't think there was a high efficiency furnace for the house. Another one wanted a crazy amount more for their furnace. I am very pleased with the 95% efficient  furnace I purchased from them. They were just out to service it today, the first time since I purchased it. I am also very pleased with the efficient and quality service received in repairing two furnaces at my local church last year. I highly recommend Andrews for their quality work and good pricing.

Excellent customer service.  Right on time and communicates well with customers.   My first time using them and I will certainly use them next time.   Took time to explain things about my septic that I did not know

Roby's always does prompt and quality work, but they went above and beyond for a customer friend of mine yesterday.  He had recently had a dishwasher installed by Roby's and on a later date, Robys put in a new disposal.  When the sink apparently backed up into the dw, my friend was very upset.  Robys sent a technician very quickly.  Jason very kindly and scientifically evaluated the issue and determined that my friend had caused the problem by plunging the clog in the sink, causing the backup.  While they could have charged for this, they didn't.  I appreciate that they stand by their work and are also willing to help out a long term client with an operator error

Had back.up bad , system was 'snaked' snake got stuck couldn't get loose , husband assisted with own tools to unstuck, husband also removed toilet himself,company promised to call next day to come with system camera, never called back , never showed up, 6 weeks later same problem, called Roto Rooter service  , said new problem was not within 30 days of service. So no refund, new app would cost the same again!! 440.00 to put a damned snake through the system that had to be unstuck by customer!!
Highway robbery, do not call this company.

Be very careful with quotes and clarity on cost!!!!  Invoice was double the quote!!!  We called Jim Russell plumbing to look at a water heater that was not working and a couple other items we had questions on. They informed us they did not have time available to look at all items but would come out for the water heater and they quoted us a price for the visit and stated additional parts etc would be quoted before any further work was completed. Turns out the water heater just needed the igniter cleaned which the plumber did.

The plumber then offered to look at the other items we had. I asked about the price for this and he assured me I'm here for an hour there is no additional charge for me to look at the other items. I will let you know cost on any parts. Well, literally other than turning the allen wrench under our disposal he serviced no other items in our house. He did look at them and he told me how he recommended I could fix them myself. He left within the hour. I was very happy at that time...then the bill came...in was over DOUBLE what was quoted!!!

Upon calling their office I was told there must have been a misunderstanding. They refused to adjust the bill. We will not be using them again!!

I've had two bad experiences with Mr Rooter.  The first was when I had a running toilet.  Fortunately this job was completed (after two visits and 5+ hours of working on it).  It seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, but I didn't know enough to know whether or not that was the case.  When I got the quote I told him that was a lot more than I had expected and the plumbers response was we're not known for our low prices.  Seemed very unprofessional...

The second experience was even worse and why I'm writing this review.  I had a pipe burst back in November, connected to a hose outside (my bad, the hose shouldn't have been connected).  Mr Rooter was there within an hour and fixed the pipe.  Two months later, the same pipe burst again.  Unfortunately I wasn't home this time and the water ran for 10+ hours.  And unfortunately all the feedback I'm getting is this is a result of a very unprofessional plumbing job.  After getting opinions from other plumbers in the area, they said the work done was unprofessional - the wrong type of pipe was used, there wasn't proper insulation around the pipe and Mr Rooter never filled the area in around the hose spicit allowing cold air to get around the pipe.

The bill in November with Mr Rooter was $500.  The bill to get it fixed the second time, by another plumber, who used the correct pipe and did a professional job - $275.  Not only did Mr Rooter do a poor job, but was nearly twice as expensive.  I now have a house that has extensive water damage which is taking weeks to dry and will take months to repair.

Had Mansfield Plumbing take a look at plumbing issues at my rental property. Initially told them there were two issues.
Received a phone call after they had went to the property, they only checked one issue and never checked the second.
I was using a home warranty company and I made this clear during my initial conversation, they said there isn't any issues with that. When I called a second time per the home warranty company they have to speak with the plumbing company directly to get the diagnosis.
Before connecting them to each other I called Mansfield plumbing and spoke with Ashley to let her know this, she sounded irritated right when she picked up the phone and you could tell had zero interest in my business.
She was short, rude and had attitude with every question. I connected her with the home warranty company so she could give the information to them, again she was rude, short and had attitude (she was asked probably 7 simple questions).
I can't comment on the quality of their work because I won't be using them simply because of Ashley's horrible customer service.
On top of that even the home warranty representative commented (after Ashley hung up) that she was being short and didn't seem like she wanted to talk. This was definitely the worst customer service I've experienced since I can remember. I only leave reviews for businesses that do really well or really terrible, my terrible list is very short, but this business has been added to it.
Again to be fair, I have no idea how their quality of work is so I'm not reviewing that, but in regards to customer service my experience with them was very poor.
