Friendly, professional and efficient!  They came out the same day we called and gave us great service and a price that was far better than the competitors!  I would highly recommend using them!

I called this company after having assurance plumbing out and they didn't know what they were doing.  Ryan and Gage responded quickly and reassured me that they would come out and give a price and get the work done immediately to get hot water back in my house.  They came gave a good price l, when and picked up the tankless hot water heater and installed the next day.  They were not pushy on what to do and made recommendations to get a water softener but again not pushy.  They will be coming out to install my water softener here in the next week.

My bathtub stopper has been not fully keeping water in the bathtub for quite some time. Mac's plumbing responded within 12 hours and had the issue fixed within 48 hours. Incredibly responsive and very fair with pricing.

Called Blake after I noticed my slide room got wet during a rainstorm.  Was in a panic because we are full time, and my husband was out of town working.  Blake got Brittany out right away the same day.  She was very courteous and pleasant.  Blake followed up to make sure I was happy with the repairs.  Very honest people, highly recommend.

King's employees were professional and addressed my concerns and questions.  I've used them before for a bathroom issue and water heater installation.  These guys are fair and know what they are doing.  Quite satisfied with the work they have done for me.

Called for Mark Plecker, at the advice of a friend, at 9:30 am on Monday morning to address an emergency (self induced) bathroom shower leak (Folks, be careful trying to change your leaking shower cartridges if you have calcium build up - you may just damage your copper pipes, as we did).  Monday AM our water had been off for 12 hours, and I was desperate.  I had called a 24/7 plumbing company late Sunday night, which gave me an estimate of $1700!   Mr. Plecker rearranged his schedule Monday and was at our home promptly for our 1pm appt.  He had estimated between 1.5 to 3 hours of labor and was done, woohoo!, in 1.5 hours (which included his drive time).  At the end of the job he took time to discuss next steps and gave great advice on other plumbing concerns we have.  I could not recommend him more, especially give the unscrupulous competition he has and his amazingly fair price, which was about 90% less than $1700.  I guess when you are honest, your name is over the door, and you do a GREAT job, you don't have to advertise everywhere like the other plumbing companies...  Thanks Mark!

We called this company out on Friday Jan. 31st to repair a broken furnace. Their resolve was to replace a motor or replace the furnace due to its age. We paid for the motor and was told this should resolve the problem until we can replace the furnace. The furnace went out again Feb 6th. Because they had fixed a problem last year for the furnace, I chose to get a second opinion. I was told in that review the actual problem was a leaking pipe that had leaked into the parts and that another part was also affected which Efficient System did not mention AT ALL. It was very apparent that this was the issue. There was rust everywhere. We trusted the Efficient System rep when he told us that the furnace was just old in fact his quote included the following note with NO mention of rust, water leak or the other faulty part which you could see just looking at it:

DRAFT INDUCER REPLACEMENT: Replace inducer assembly do to failure other issues may still exist after repair but unable to test until inducer is repaired

Efficient Systems NEVER mentioned any leaks or rust or that more than one part was affected. I called them back and requested that they remove the part and refund our money for a fix that did not solve the problem and would force us to spend an insanely unnecessary amount for several separate repairs. Rob and his assistant refused to provide a refund and argued that they fixed a part. Yeah a part that was not needed. Don't call this company. I'm filing with BBB.

We recently bought a home in Avon, IN - during the real estate transaction, we ordered an inspection that revealed a number of age and weather related repair issues such as loose rooftop shingles, rotten fiberboard trim, leaking windows, broken outside electrical outlets, interior water damage, and other issues - after contacting Indiana Residential and receiving an acceptable quote we were advised to wait for a few weeks until the weather warms up in order to make outside repairs more lasting - over the past few days Indiana Residential dispatched 4 repair technicians - each day they were on time, worked all day, took only a short break for lunch, they kept every work area well protected, and after each project was finished, they cleaned the area as if it was a hospital operating room, each project was executed flawlessly - the quality of their work is beyond approach - we couldn't be happier and I would, without hesitation, recommend Indiana Residential to friends, family and neighbors - We are very impressed !!!

Danny and Sam have bailed us out twice now. We bought a refurb house that needed a lot of work, and two pretty significant instances they have had to come by.

The first time, I came by the house to find water dripping out of our basement ceiling.  Carpet was being installed the next day, and I needed someone there ASAP.  Sam was able to get there within a couple of hours.  He tracked the leak down to an improperly threaded hot water washing machine line courtesy if our contractor.  

The second instance, when we went to install a new toilet in the basement bathroom, we found that the original cast iron pipe and mount had corroded away, and there was nothing left to mount the toilet to.  Danny and Sam were able to break up the slab and replace the line in just a few hours.

They have done all of this work while being affable, patient, and professional, and have been extremely fair in their pricing.  

I seriously can't recommend P&K enough.

We needed our ducts cleaned in our house, and we chose Peterman to do the job after seeing an ad with a coupon in a flyer we received in the mail. $650 to clean all the ducts, no limit. 2 people came to do the work. They said you will never even know we were here, meaning that they will clean up and leave the house with everything swept up and cleaned up. Not so much. Not only did they not cover anything to keep stuff from falling on the furniture, floor, etc., they didn't do much cleaning up at all. We spent at least 2 hours cleaning up after they left. And one of them left their sweatshirt in the house. We called Customer Service to complain about the service we received. We expected to receive a partial refund since they obviously did not do the job as advertised. They offered a $25 Visa gift card.....not exactly what we expected. We won't be using them again.

They try and push their Maintenance Agreements (contract) really hard.
They consist of a chunk of money up front and what you get is a poorly trained tech / SALESMAN that comes out to your house 3 times a year to suggest costly repairs that really are not necessary.  The knowledge and training of some of these kids they send out is not what you pay for. Seems most of their training is on how to find things that 'might' need repairing. I also found that their discounted prices for these repairs are usually higher than other companies w/o any costly Service Agreement.

On 5/20 I paid $3138 to Comfort Heating & Cooling for the installation of a new AC with a workman's warranty and quality guarantee.  I specifically asked the installing technician to test everything before I made the payment and was assured that it was in working order.

As a result or their improper installation, the flooring has water damage and needs to be replaced in addition to mold treatment.  Comfort Heating & Cooling would not return my calls but did email me indicating that they refuse to honor their own workman's guarantee.

My recommendation is to avoid this business at all costs. We bought a new washer and dryer from Lowe's and had Ben Franklin Plumbing do the install. The water heater needed moved about ten feet to fit the washer and dryer. We wanted the washer and dryer side by side. The swap in locations of the washer and water heater shouldn't have been rocket science. They, in turn, subcontacted their sister company Mr. Sparky to do the electrical.
We paid over two thousand dollars for work that is completely amateurish. We left it as they left it. We took photographs. We contacted the company and asked for an inspector to come and look at the work. My wife got an email back where the so called electrician claimed to have done professional work. No inspector ever came. No further action was ever taken by Ben Franklin or Mr. Sparky.  Next summer...when I have the time to do it myself...the whole job has to be redone.
My advice is simple: avoid this company.
