Grandson accidentally broke off faucet handle in the bathtub. Water shot everywhere. Turned off water to the house. Called a plumber who promised to come next day, for 2 more days, then ghosted me.
Then called Dan the Plumber. Arrived within 30 minutes. Got the necessary parts and fixed the problem. Very reasonable rates. Thoroughly pleased!

These guys are great. Christian was our service technician and did an awesome job.  He was very polite, asked good questions, and did excellent work.  We had a chandelier and ceiling fan installed and they look great and work perfectly.  I definitely give them my highest recommendation.

A section of the floor in the front guest bedroom, the adjacent closet floor, and guest bathroom floor squeaked. I thought I needed a support beam installed in the basement to provide additional support for the floor joists. So, I contacted Gary Simpson from Simpson Construction to see if he could install a floor support system. Gary came out and immediately noticed that installing a support beam wouldn't solve my problem. Apparently, the builder had moved a few of the floor joists after the subfloor was put down to make room for the toilet drain in the bathroom. This adjustment created the squeaking noise. The builder tried to fix the problem by installing several wooden cross braces to reinforce the now unsupported seams of the subfloor. You can see the cross beams the builder installed in the attached picture. Sadly, the builders shoddy workmanship did not fix the problem. Now I need to fight with the builder to resolve my problem.  I sincerely appreciate Gary's expertise and honesty in exposing this situation. I give Simpson Construction a ten star review and highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely hire Simpson Construction in the future to help with other projects. Gary is a great guy with an outstanding professional standard. We need more people like Gary in this country.

Ronnie arrived when the office said he would.  He was friendly and knowledgeable.  He patiently answered all of my questions.  And, he quickly identified and fixed our issue.  It was refreshing to work with someone who you feel you can trust.  I highly recommend them!

I have had Serenity Plumbing out a couple of times now, and I am incredibly happy with their work and professionalism. Last fall they came out and replaced my sump pump, which had failed. I had three other companies to quote the job before Serenity and they were pushy and abrupt in their estimates. Serenity came out, gave me three options along with their opinion their preferred option. I was happy to have multiple choices and I did't feel pressured to take the most expensive option. I also work during the day, so my wife is the one who was at home when the sump pump was replaced. She told me the guys were friendly and informative. Now I am having AC problems and my wife called Serenity in to take a look. They were up front about the option we have for repair or replacement, and potential costs. I feel they are giving me all the information i need to make the right choice for an expensive home repair. I will certainly have them out ot do the work, as soon I decide course to take.

Jason has helped me with many different projects from a water heater installation to pipe leak repairs, vent pipe re-routing, and installing a new outside hose bib. I would recommend him to anyone. I called Tim to try to get a under-mount kitchen sink repaired, it  was coming un-glued. He told me who to call  to fix this problem, I did.   I then asked for his help regarding our sump-pump. I sent him some text-pictures  per his request.

Tim scheduled an appointment to come and see our issues  with the sump-pump. - He  didn't try to sell us expensive services,  just made a game plan for our issues. Wow- that was great -  Highly recommended !!!

Phenomenal experience! Not only did they end up coming out a day earlier than expected, they went above and beyond. Small businesses and family owned is what builds a great economy and community. We had a low grade leak from our dishwasher that was leaking through the main level light fixture. They assessed everything from the sink to the dishwasher, lights and floors. Great company. They also waive the cost of the assessment fee if they have to end up fixing any kind of damages. They were so efficient, quick and informative on what we should do/expect next. Thank you for all you do!

Jim with Allpoints was so helpful and professional. He helped us deal with the nightmare that is Choice Home Warranty. Jim took over a lot of the communications with Choice so we didn't have to fight with them as much. We desperately needed a new water heater as our old one kept breaking down, and the repairs that other plumbing services had tried weren't cutting it. Jim convinced Choice to finally approve a replacement water heater, which he ordered and installed quickly. He was also always available and kept us updated on the replacement process. The new heater works great and we're very happy with Allpoints!
