Jerrell's Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend where I worked. Living in a rented home it was necessary one day to find a plumber in a hurry so I called Jerrell's Plumbing. Great call! Help was at my home within the hour!
I have used Jerrell's Plumbing for almost 7 years and have no complaints whatsoever.
Always professional and courteous and clean up after their work is done.
Also found their prices are highly competitive.

If I could give 10 stars to this company I would. All complete has been my plumbers for several years and they have handled small repairs as well as large emergencies. Always quick to respond and very professionally finished. Recently after having a major slab leak inside the house and having had to replace all the flooring, All Complete Plumbing installed a leak detection system on my water line. They researched the different systems out there and then installed the LeakDefense Systems. This is amazing. The system monitors my water usage and alerts me by text message and email when there is a leak. If I don't respond immediately it turn the water off to the house. It has already detected a leaking toilet twice. I'm sleeping a lot better at night now knowing that the LeakDefense System is monitoring and another slab leak will be avoided. Thank you Otis and crew you guys are the best!

NHP has always provided me with exceptional service. Their crews are repsectful, courteous, and get the job done on time.

I came in at about 3:30 pm after a week away. The city had cut my water off because of a bad leak. I called several plumbing companies and none could come out until at least the next day sometime. Some could not come for a week. I called 24 Hour Key Plumbing and talked to Bobby Key. He said he could be at my house in about 40-45 minutes. Mr. Key was friendly, understood my situation, dug up around the leak location and completed the repair in only about 2 hours. It was a little expensive, but frequently the least expensive person is not really the least expensive. I was impressed with Mr. Key's attitude and work. I will use him for any future plumbing needs I may have. I highly recommend him to others.

Anthony is the most professional plumber and knowledgeable man. He is determined to fix your problems right the first time so you won't have issues again. Would highly recommend this company. We are in the process of remodeling a bathroom and they were so easy to work with and helpful. The parts I needed right away were on hand and the rest arrive the next day. Ask for Donna she knows her stuff!!

P.S. Try out the restroom while your in the office. You will thank me.

Nick and Jarred were right on time after responding quickly to my request for an appointment. Very knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate the honesty about the situation, and explaining the different options to me. *** UPDATE ***  The office manager called me, and was very set on trying to educate me on how his practices were ethical, and defend his company.  If I could give negative stars after that interaction I would.  At the end of the day, these guys are rip off artist, don't use them.  ***** End Update *****

I had a slow flushing toilet, I called them to come out.  The guy who came was very professional.  However, he quoted $180 to fix the toilet, and he said that if Auging it didn't work then it would be $680 to pull the toilet.  He attempted to Auger the toilet and didn't get any results. So then we began to talk about other options, he then informed that he would charge me for the both the $180 attempt and $680 attempt even though $180 did not actually work.  At that point, I paid him $180 and asked him to leave.  Basically they came into my home and ripped me off.  Had I used any other plumber, they would have charged me the hourly rate, and not left until the job was done.  Do Not Call these guys unless you want to get ripped off.   FYI... I went to home depot, purchased a 6 ft Auger ($70),  and got the weak flush fixed myself.

He tried to run me over and then blocked traffic during rush hour. I would hate to see what he would do to plumbing!  He was smiling the whole time and made obscene gestures.

Called All-Tarrant Plumbing for a stopped up pipe spewing toilet paper into my front yard. The plumber arrived at my house, was there about 20 minutes, couldn't fix the problem and told me to call the city because it was the city pipe. They then charged me $165 to 'clean the pipe' when in fact they DID NOT clean the pipe at all - I still had a clogged pipe. I called multiple times to speak with the owner because I think this charge is WAY out of line for 20 minutes worth of work and NOTHING was fixed!!! I finally got Dolores (the owner) on the phone and she was completely non-sympathetic and rude. I even offered to pay a show up fee and she refused to budge on the $165 bill for fixing NOTHING! After a 15 minute conversation with Dolores nothing was solved so I told her I was going to let everyone know of her terrible service and she told me Everyone is going to laugh at you. I think was a very juvenile comment and not a way at all to run a successful business. I will NEVER use them again and I would suggest you not use them either!
