Had a blocked sewer line at my 63 year old house (original plumbing). Daniel came out and spent over 5 hours with dogged determination to clear the line. His persistence definitely paid off, and he was/is our hero of the day!  I highly recommend Jerrell's Plumbing Service!

I am a single mom and first time homeowner. Not even a week after I moved in I began having plumbing issues throughout the entire house! Dishwasher would leak water while running, toilets stopped up backing up into showers, showers draining painfully slow with kids waiting to shower. My sister recommended All Complete because she'd used them before and found their prices to be super affordable, which was exactly what I needed.  So I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable and friendly young lady who scheduled them to come out later that afternoon. They called me when they were on the way which was so helpful because that way I didn't have to miss any work and could meet them there to let them in and go back to work. Otis arrived exactly as scheduled and proceeded to restore my faith in humanity! This guy is not just a plumber, he is a goodhearted, hard working service professional who knows about EVERYTHING, not just plumbing! Otis and his partner Will discovered that my problem was a little more involved than what we had hoped for. Bummer right? WRONG! They did 2 days of work that could have bankrupt me with some other less ethical company for a price that I could afford and that I know for a fact was at least a few hundred less than I could have gotten it done for elsewhere (believe me I called around) . But wait, there's more. Otis, knowing that I am a single mom and new homeowner, took the time out of his busy day to survey my entire home for me (finding several things that the inspector should have caught by the way) and gave me tips on how to secure my home and maintain it that I was not aware of. One particular issue with my front door could have resulted in a break in had he not brought it to my attention. None of this profited him in any way and was purely out of the goodness of this stellar mans heart. I will never use another plumbing company (that is unless Otis starts his own business : ) and I encourage each and every person who reads this to book an appointment right away!

We hired North Hills Plumbing, North Richmond Hills, TX, to replace a broken pipe that was located under the house, within the concrete. A big job. The technician was extremely helpful and pleasant. The job came with its frustrations, but it was completed satisfactorily.

Walked into my bedroom and my house was flooded. Typed emergency plumbing and 5 numbers came up. Bobby was the only one to answer and head straight here. He said the fire department could beat him here to shut off the main line. He even explained how to get to the meter to try and shut it off myself. Excellent, he saved the rest of my house. He saved my home. Being a new home owner is a scary thing, but this guy will take care of you. I would absolutely recommend him above anyone else. He is changing the water heater within 40 minutes of my call, giving me a new water heater, and changing the valves to switches for me. He also is adding a drain plan that wasn't installed.

I try to use this business exclusively, they have always shown up when they said they would and he stood by his quote on a job that actually ran over what he initially thought. The lady answering the phone is always as nice and helpful as she can be. Chucks plumbing fits my definition of reputable, and reasonable!

Very knowledgeable, prompt and polite- Anthony was able to come out the same day we called him. He diagnosed the problem with our plumbing quickly and replaced our garbage disposal and even cleaned up the mess the leak had caused on our cabinets for us as a courtesy. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this company. We are in the process of remodeling a bathroom and they were so easy to work with and helpful. The parts I needed right away were on hand and the rest arrive the next day. Ask for Donna she knows her stuff!!

P.S. Try out the restroom while your in the office. You will thank me.

These guys are great. I called and they immediately had someone on the way. Very polite and professional, easy to get ahold of, honest, and charged a fair rate for the job. I'll definitely call them again next time we need help.

How does one put a value on reliable professionals? First I tried another plumbing business which I found in the yellow pages but they never bothered to returned my call. I then called Ehrich's Plumbing and an appointment was made for the same afternoon.  They were helpful, courteous and informative (found out that the leaking valve probably cost me the unexplained 100.00 increase in my water bill, but that there was recourse through the water dept!) Plus they were done and out the door in 20 minutes with a smile!  Great father/son team.

I'm updating my prior review because when I really needed them, they were totally booked for 2-3 weeks. I was forced to call Baker Bros. because they could get there the same day.

Matthew was prompt and to the point. He was very informative about my situation and in one day had me scheduled for a huge project. His team had all of the eroded pipes under my house dug out and replaced in three days! They cleaned up the mounds of dirt as if they were never there.
I would highly recommend this company. They were higher priced but well worth it!!

Terrible People. Owner tried to run me over with his van and also threatened my life.

I have used this company several times in the past and was ok with the work they did.  However, my latest experience with them was the last time I will ever use them.  My complaint concerned the amount of labor time that I was charged for.  I was told that there would be a $145 fee for the first hour of labor time plus any cost of parts.  I just had a leaky faucet in my bathroom that needed repaired.  So, the plumber arrived and took one look at my bathroom faucet (Moen brand) and said that the cartridge needed to be replaced.  He did not take the old cartridge out to look at it to check which size of cartridge was needed.  So, he went to a Home Depot (less than ten minutes away) and returned within 20 minutes with the wrong cartridge.  He then returned to Home Depot to get the correct sized cartridge and returned within another 20 minutes to install the correct cartridge.  He returned to his truck four to five times throughout the call to get the correct tools.....each time adding another 5 minutes to the service call.  It would seem logical to bring your tool box, etc. in the first time.  It took him about 15 minutes to install the new cartridge, so I was quite surprised when I was charged for an hour and a half labor for a job that could have easily been completed within 45 minutes had he not gotten the wrong part the first time and had to make 2 trips to Home Depot, plus all the extra time he spent going back and forth to his truck once he was on the job.  He told me the part was about $30 at Home Depot (I looked on line afterwards and the part was around $20.  So, I was quite shocked when I was charged $225 for labor and $68 for the part.  I spoke with Delores in the office about the excessive charges and she wouldn't budge on the charge.  What a ridiculous way to conduct business.  I would have been happy to pay $200 for the repair, but I ended up be charged $283.  I will NEVER use this company again.  They lost a good customer, since they were the first company I would call with any plumbing needs.  NEVER again!!!!
