Bad customer service skills, he initially refused to quote how much they charge for a clogged kitchen sink drain until I pressed him for a ballpark figure and he said $165.00.  

I have been contacted by the owner and also received an apology from Carlos.  So they are at least responsive to bad yelp reviews.  So I increased to 3 stars.

Awesome and quick service. Have used them twice now...first to fix what another company broke for us. We will use their service from now on.
Forget the other plumbers in town that start with a C,,,they lie, and don't take responsibility for their mess-ups...

I was totally happy with the service I got today. His price was excellent, he came out the same day, and did a great job. Couldn't ask for more.

Called around to find a plumber and Dean's plumbing were the most attentive. Quick response time and friendly team! They do free at home consultations.

I needed a plumber quickly.  I put out a search on Yelp.  X-Act (Daniel) was the first to call.  We agreed to a time for that day.  He showed up and hunted down the leak under the kitchen sink.  Turns out it was something easy to fix, especially if you know where to look.  Danny was very communitive letting me know what was going on.  If I need something else done, I will call Daniel.

Jonathan F came out to replace a hot water heater at the Preston and Park location of one of our Sunstone studios. He did an absolutely amazing job. His service, expertise, knowledge and overall joy for what he was doing left me with a feeling of utter confidence. We will use him again and again and recommend him to anyone. Just call A-2 and ask for Jonathan!!!!!!

Emilio with Maintenance Mechanical of Texas is a rock solid reliable plumber. We have relied on his services 3-4 times over the last year due to an older  house that we bought.  He was able to fix a poorly poured toilet pipe that was leading to back-flow into our shower, from a no -qualified contractor. Emilio fixed that in 2 days and at a reasonable price compared to other quotes. A few months later, Emilio was able to fix a slab leak in another part of our home. Emilio communicates the issues clearly, is reliable and courteous, and really works with his customers to get to the root of their problems. We plan to use him on all plumbing & gas repairs or plumbing home improvements in the future.

Steven called me back and repaired our sprinkler problem quickly at a fair price.  He was professional and I would recommend his company.

Nikki did an amazing job with our home plumbing issues. She was straightforward, explained the Why and gave options to the fix approach (always starting on the conservative end); reasonably priced, and very responsive to communications. I highly recommend her! Bonus: I got to support a local woman-owned business.

Called them out to fix the washer machine that was backing up to the kitchen sink yuck! They came out in less then 20 mins. The techs name was Mike. He was awesome and fixed the issue. Very professional and courteous. Will defiantly call them again if I have another plumbing issue.

Had them out to replace a water heater in Plano, probably 15 years ago.  Whole house water filtration when we moved to McKinney.  Let them know what you need and get out of the way.  Very professional and efficient!!

Not sure of the service they actually perform as after watching them drive and cut me off just to get to the appointment on time- no thanks for coming inside!! Driving a company car is an advertisement of your service!!

Had a problem with the outside faucet at our house. They answered the phone on the second ring and had the technician at our house in 1.5 hours! Quintin was a pro and very comprehensive. He told us what it would take to fix the problem and was on time and on the money! Great company and great people to deal with. Thanks!

I had a clogged leaking sink, I called a few places and Mid-Cities was the only one that could come come on the same day.  They showed up when they said they would l, he was nice, quick and affordable.  He even offered to re plumb a few things that were worn out under the sink to save me another issue down the road. I will call them again.

Just used them for the very first time, and only hired them because they were the highest rated plumbers on Yelp in Dallas. TOTALLY satisfied. Great response time, great disposition, and great work. VERY reasonable. Would easily recommend. Great experience and will use again.

I see that good reviews were years ago. Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience with this company. They are attentive and quick but purposefully inaccurate and upselling on unneeded repairs and equipment.  We had our AC ducts cleaned. After water started leaking from our ceiling directly under the unit in the attic only 3 weeks after the cleaning and being told we needed a additional outside unit repairs at $300 and a new coil that would cost us $3,000 we got a second opinion. And there is nothing wrong with the coil or the unit.  There even appears to be purposeful mishandling of our AC to cause the leak. We will also report to better business bureau.  I feel taken advantage of and swindled.  Please beware of bait and switch. And stay with the technician if you do hire them.  I did not. Lesson learned.
